Fantastic experience: I love this place so much, the atmosphere is funny and amazing, these guys communicate with eachother about everything even down to if you tattoo is centered. These guys are funny as hell and definitely deserve your visit if you have the time and money.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I visited from the U.S and wanted tattoos to memorialize our trip. Errol and Asher were absolutely incredible. They're highly skilled, personable, kind, and hilarious guys. We had a fantastic experience that elevated our vacation even further! If you're looking for a great tattoo shop with awesome artists, look no further!

Fantastic experience: Very impressed with Tiffany at Paradiso Tattoos. Fine line work beautifully executed on both mine and Nikis bee tattoos highly recommend, as an apprentice she was meticulous in her work and will definitely book again in the near future. We are very happy with her service and work. Try their in house stripper pole as well if you get a chance.

Fantastic experience: Errol Did my first tattoo about 15 years ago. I have had 2 tattoos in 2 days from Errol. Couldn’t be more stoked with either of them. They are exactly what I wanted and Errol knocked them out no nonsense and to perfection, which is what I like. The rest of the team have a good sense of humor, which makes Paradiso an absolute vibe. Everyone is authentically themselves and having a good time. Art and decor is wild too. Saw a few negative reviews, but can assure you if you want a tattoo, and to be boggled by the wicked art and atmosphere, go to Paradiso. I’ll be back soon mate

Negative experience: usually love this place as I’ve had tattoos done here before and have had great service and whole good experience; however very disappointed as I went in today after booking a session and upon arrival I am told that nobody will be available to do me today. I was wanting fine line and the only artist that could do fine line was fully booked out even though I had already asked prior to booking to be with the most qualified artist for the job. Very frustrated as I made a booking and so excited but now I know not to come back.

Negative experience: I came in for a flash day and it was only after I got the tattoos that I realised they were stolen designs. The studio claims the designs are all by their artists.

Negative experience: In October 2025 I got a flash tattoo done for Halloween, this tattoo was not done well the artist went out of the lines and did parts wrong despite having the flash reference in front of him. It wasn't till after I discovered hes an apprentice. I beleive the apprentice's should state their an apprentice. I later emailed paradiso explaining what had happened they offered their apologies and stated that the owner Errol will do touch ups and offers a free tattoo. When I came in for my appointment (jan 2026) I told the receptionist what I was there for and she said " ah Errol's not here... hes on holiday"; this was an appointment i had booked with Errol. When I came in for the second appointment booking date, I got really poor reception, when I showed him what I wanted touched up he dismissed me saying there's nothing wrong its just what tattoos do. He did the touch ups anyway, however 'touched up' a part i didnt ask to be done, making it worse than it was before. When the touch ups were done and I was walking to the door Errol told me to " just relax about it". It's apparent that if you dont like the result of another artists 'Permanent' work and voice it, they give little to no care and see you as a nuisance they need to fix to keep a "good rep". I will not be going back and do not recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had my first tattoo beautifully done by Lisa. I absolutely love my new tat and Lisa is so amazing . She helped me with my tattoo to make it even more more beautiful. A very experienced tattoo artist who in her professional manner made me feel so comfortable through the whole 6 hour of mahi being done. The whole team of artists there also make you feel right at home and comfy. I'd recommend paradiso tattoos. Nga Mihi

Negative experience: I wouldn't have written this but decided to after getting a reminder to come back and book. I thought Errol would be the right fit for my third tattoo. I sent details with image to the booking request on their site. Got a nice response. All good until I turned up and they couldn't find it. Errol barely acknowledged me while a friendly lady helped to find my message. Think he saw an older woman and didn't think I was cool enough to bother with. He looked like he needed a sleep/coffee and wanted to leave, only smiling once he thought I was going to book. Your artists might be amazing, but the customer service for me was absolute crap. First impressions last. I won't be back.

Fantastic experience: Beyond happy with the work I had done today by one of the apprentices, Hao, if you spot him advertising the flash practice pieces definitely snap up a deal! All the staff were super friendly, and would stop to check in on how my artist was doing and give feedback/advice where needed and check I was doing OK. If you prefer a quiet, more private space while you get inked then this probably isn't the studio for you, but if you don't mind an eclectic music mix, multiple stations in one room, cartoons on in the background and lively chatter then I highly recommend stopping in.

Positive experience: Got a tattoo done here a year ago which unfortunately turned out extremely bad and nothing like my reference photo which I am very ashamed of and embarrassed about. However, I returned back to the studio in February to have some work done by a different tattoo artist, Grace. I could not be happier with my experience with Grace, she was very friendly and helpful and my tattoos turned out great! I would definitely recommend her and her work if you were considering getting any tattoos done from Paradiso.

Fantastic experience: I have gotten multiple tattoos from both Savana and Leah, and I honestly cannot recommend them more! Savana is the loveliest person who is kind and easy to work with, and Leah has the coolest vibes. They are both incredible artists whose tattoos still look perfect 1+ years later.

Negative experience: My husband and I were booked in for 20th May 2023 paid deposit. We thought we'd drop in a week before and just confirm what we both wanted. As soon as we got in the dude who was going to tattoo us was down right rude and so negative with what we wanted and also assumed we hadn't showed up to our appointment. First of all we were a week ahead and only wanted to ask a few quick questions and then to be so negative to what we wanted is not a decision for him or anyone else to make not to mention he didn't object when we first approached him with the idea.

Fantastic experience: Good atmosphere, everyone is friendly and chill and they have a dog in the studio which is fantastic. Got my tattoo done by Pixi, and they are an amazing artist! Super happy with the result.

Fantastic experience: Have been going to paradiso since the beginning Genuinely love the atmosphere + the artists here. Everyone is welcoming and incredibly genuine. As a young woman I often feel unwelcome in other studios. I’ve never once felt out of place at paradiso. Artists are kind and genuine, and aren’t judge mental like other spots I’ve been too. High recommend paradiso to anyone who asks. I get so many compliments on the tattoos I’ve received there.

Negative experience: Got a flash done didn't like it or how it was done the lines got messed up so they added something to it to help and it made it worse so organized for a cover up for free done by the owner and senior artist as a resolution which I was happy with, but the whole time I was there the interaction with the owner was poor. We didn't start the tattoo till 40mins after our due time, he didn't come talk to me about the tattoo or sizing or anything it was the very nice receptionist that helped with sizing, he didn't greet me it was at one point he was standing next to me so I said "morning" he said "hi" and walked away so I kept chatting with the receptionist he came back not long after and while I was still talking to her and was telling her that a certain part was in white and he rudely said "nah I don't do white" and again just walked away didn't discuss anything with me so I asked the receptionist if we could do the ment to be white bit in red and she went and talked him I didn't get a answer but that's fine and we started the tattoo. He did not talk to me once while tattooing me then he finished said all done and left again and that was the last I saw of him. He didn't cover up my tattoo another artist came and did it, also during the tattoo that same artist came past and said "cool design" to which he replied "ehh"... You would think for a owner fixing a tattoo that one of your artists did a bad job on you would be even somewhat nice. While I was there I overheard that the lady that did the tattoo I was getting covered was his business partner so I assume I bruised someone's ego by not liking the state of a bad tattoo. So if you get a bad tattoo from here don't go back to them to fix it the cover up tattoos lines arnt straight and there is ink outside of lines where it shouldn't be. Pretty disappointed since we actually had a really good first visit and the apprentice savanna did a really good job on my partners tattoo. Overall if you don't like someone's work that they've permanently done on you then voicing your opinion isn't a option unless you want to be treated rudely by the owner. The other artists and the receptionist were nice and friendly but unfortunately we will not be back.
