Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re genuinely sorry to hear your experience with us didn’t meet your expectations.

We always aim to provide a smooth and professional service, and we understand how frustrating it can be when appointments have to be rescheduled. In this case, Tyler had a personal appointment arise that she wasn’t able to move, and she reached out as soon as possible to offer alternative dates. We understand these didn’t work with your schedule, your deposit was returned the next day.

We regret that this situation led to disappointment, as we always try our best to accommodate clients while balancing our artists’ availability and personal availability.
