Cannot say it enough how professional Caine is after having a bad experience and losing a piercing from different piercing studio. I felt comfortable and heard. Brilliant studio highly recommend!

Positive experience: Overpriced and every piercing from here has gotten infected despite doing the same aftercare as other piercings I had and those were fine. Stars for presentation and looking like a good shop when it's actually questionable.

Negative experience: First piercing experience absolutely awful running 10 minutes late the woman literally Claimed the deposit Avidlyand said there was nothing she could do.. Couldn’t even put me onto the manager or Owner which I’m sure we’ll see this review becauseHere I am leaving one star and unhappy.. Will call the bank to cancel the payment as well

Fantastic experience: Came in today as a walk-in for a nostril piercing and saw Imogen, she was excellent! Imogen was very thourough, and explained everything to me well, and took extra time to make sure the placement was spot on and matched up with my opposite nostril piercing so it was symmetrical. Shop was immaculate and everything was very sterile.

Fantastic experience: I brought my daughter here for her belly button piercing. The gentleman who did it was amazing! He put both my daughter and myself at ease, he had wealth of knowledge and experience with all things piercing. He also offers a follow-up service, which is modt helpful. In the piercing room, everything was immaculate - sterile equipment, gloves, and a proper clinical setup. As a healthcare professional myself, I was thoroughly impressed. My piercer explained everything carefully, with a brilliant way of helping me relax and guiding me through the whole process. His professionalism, attention to detail, and pride in his work really shone through. The aftercare was explained clearly, and I was able to purchase a proper cleaning solution on site, which was very convenient. It was also a pleasure to hear how much care is put into learning and training at this business - which I suspect is practically unparalleled. Both staff members I interacted with were friendly, polite, and genuinely welcoming. I left feeling reassured, and extremely happy with my piercing! I will likely be popping back to purchase some of the high quality jewellery displayed. Fantastic experience: Called up on Monday to see if there were any walk in appointments, and ended up booking for a 5:30pm slot today. Really warm, friendly staff that put you at ease. Went for a double lobe piercing (second holes), and was told that as I’d had them done before, it would just be a case of reopening them, so I didn’t get charged the full cost of the piercing, just the price of the re-opening plus the glitzy jewels I now have in my ears. 10/10 experience, as I was in and out quick! I’ll absolutely go back if I want anything else poked through with a needle. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a local piercer. Cheers guys.

Fantastic experience: Had 3 piercings done in total today, not only did Kaine accommodate what I wanted done, but he was honest and informative. The approachability of the staff is amazing! Fantastic experience: I give onpoint studio /when it comes to professionalism and good customer service. I ones had my piercing done wrong by another piercer and been skeptical to do it again. Looked onpoint studio online, read reviews and decided to give piercing a try again. My chat with onpoint studio gave me reassurance and I gave it a go, it's 2 and half month now I've had my earlobe piercing done and everything is looking just as you've said it while following all the guides and advice you gave. Thank you! Also looked up the piercing aftercare spray price online and its even more expensive than yours. Also, the long bar earrings got lost the day I came into your studio to change to a shorter bar but then you told me not to worry and just come in if I ever need a long bar again and you'll give me for free! Thank you for the good customer service and professionalism! No regrets atall coming to you for my piercing.

Fantastic experience: Had my first facial piercing here recently and it was a very good experience. Cleanliness was taken very seriously, Kaine and his apprentice were both polite, reassuring and knowledgable. I’m very happy with the service I received.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended. Kaine is one of the only piercers around Essex who genuinely knows how to correctly pierce. No hoops in fresh piercings, no curved barbels for daiths etc, he is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, whilst also managing to maintain a very friendly and welcoming environment. If you opt for cheaper options elsewhere around Cheomsford, it is more than likely you'll end up here eventually for correction/advice anyway, so definitely save yourself the hassle and head straight to on point!

Fantastic experience: I've had over 10 piercings now with Kaine, and he is always faultless. Hygiene is impeccable, talks you through it and is really patient too (especially when I've been a baby over the more painful ones!). He has great knowledge, will talk you through what works / doesn't with your anatomy and the service always feels really personal. After care is also 10/10. Wouldn't go anywhere else and definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I damaged a nose piercing I got in November at a different studio and came to Onpoint for advice on fixing it. Had a huge awful bump on my nose. Other studios gave me advice which just made things worse. Kaine gave the right advice and fitted a longer bar so it could heal properly. Fast forward a month and the bump is completely gone! Today he fitted a ring for me and I'm very happy. If you ever have any issues with a piercing, highly recommend OnPoint. Great advice, friendly and efficient.

Kaine pierced my eyebrow for me - he gave me great advice, made me feel safe and in control, explained *every single thing* he was doing/going to do, and was friendly and chilled. Kaine also changed my daith jewellery for me, no fuss, no bother. Sorted! You could smell the disinfectant when you walked in and the place was spotless - massive bonuses in my book! I've had a number of piercings and this guy is right up there as one of the best. Just go, you won't regret it!

Negative experience: This company takes your money, cancels your appointment and keeps your deposit. I have called them 4 times and been promised call backs but they still refuse to return our deposit. The reason it should be returned is they ran out of stock. I am at a loss as to how a company can be so incompetent/dishonest.

Fantastic experience: Got a piercing done today which I was worried about as I’ve had bad experiences in the past with other pierces but I was put at ease and talked through the whole experience which make me calm and prepared. Really didn’t hurt as bad as expected and was given brilliant aftercare advice along with saline spray . Will be back for more :)

They cleaned my ears well, used sterile gloves. Very impressed. Will come next time if I need more piercings.

Got both of my nipples pierced and they use numbing spray which was absolutely amazing, pain level was minimal for such a sensitive spot. Fantastic experience: First visit but not my last. What a lovely clean establishmemt. Easy to find. I was met by Darrell who was my piercer. Such a lovely chatty person. We chatted about his chosen profession and i could just tell he is passionate about it. He was able to talk about thr process confidently and made me comfortable. I had a conch and daith piercing done and jewellery change in a pre existing piercing.
