Negative experience: Appointment was cancelled on me many times and was pushed back weeks later each time. Missed one appointment and tried to discuss a possible rescheduling but was never gotten back to ???

Fantastic experience: If you ask to use the side entrance it’s wheelchair accessible and there is a stair lift. There is a resident small dog who is very friendly. Decor includes taxidermy so be warned if you hate that Looking forward to getting tattooed here. Natalie’s work is really nice.

Negative experience: I had a tattoo done and the ink faded so I went and had it redone and yet again it faded away. I have now had to go to another tattoo place and pay to get it done a third time.

Fantastic experience: Natalie is incredible !! Ive been seeing her for years and she's done the most incredible art on me. Super comfortable enviroment , friendly, kind, welcoming. The list is endless. Highly highly recommened natalie !! She really knows what she's doing and you'll leave super happy !!

Fantastic experience: Natalie was so good. I had created a design but she brought it to life. It was my 1st tattoo, and I'm a bit on the nervy side of things. The whole experience was made easy and wasn't stressful at all. 5/5 would go to again and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to get a tattoo.

Fantastic experience: I've been to this tattoo shop twice now, the first time for a simple symbol tattoo and again today for a watercolour and black ink tattoo and I absolutely love it here! Staff are so welcoming and kind, tattoo artists are friendly and the tattoo work is amazing. They were very accommodating in tattooing over scars and guided me on which scars needed to be avoided and which were ready to be inked over which was really helpful and the cover up is amazing and I already feel more confident in myself with the coverage. I'm incredibly happy with my tattoo and enjoyed chatting to the wonderful artist (Charlie) who did my work today. This is the only shop I'll go to from now on and I'm excited to book in my next tattoo with them hopefully soon!

Fantastic experience: Earlier this year I decided I wanted to get my first tattoo. It was a very nervous decision picking a tattoo studio and artist but after recommendations from friends I picked QOH. The whole experience was very relaxed, informative and professional. Tyler is very talented, always makes you feel comfortable and you can tell she really enjoys what she does. A couple of days ago I got my second tattoo and just felt at home, the whole team is brilliant. I’m already planning my third for later this year! Highly recommended!

Negative experience: If I could have given 0 , I would have done it. They wasted my time, I went there in June to get my first tattoo done. They booked me in for the beginning of August promising to send me some sketches I could look at. They rang me just a couple of weeks before I should have done the tattoo saying that they didn't know how but I wasn't booked in for the 6/8. We rescheduled the tattoo for the 17/9. I didn't hear from them at all so I went to check on the 10/9 also because I didn't receive (again!!)any sketches. I found out that again I wasn't booked in! I asked to have my deposit back so they managed to find a spot for me as planned on the 17/9. They once again apologised and promised to send sketches by the middle of the following week; once again I didn't hear from them. On Thursday night I sent an email complaining about the whole experience. They made my experience super unpleasant, I wasn't taken care of, I felt I had to chase them for everything. They deserve 0!

Fantastic experience: This is my first tattoo, i am very pleased that i choose QoH. Tyler was amazing, very helpful and explained everything. The studio was clean and everything was spot on. As for result, i am very happy, and it looks amazing. Honestly i would definitely have another tattoo with them, and I can recommend them, without a second thought.

Fantastic experience: I have had a chest piece reworked and two full Sleeves tattooed by Natalie at Queen of hearts. This is the only tattoo shop I use now and I am very happy with the work and how the tattoo continues to look years later. The shop is very nice in decoration, everyone is friendly and it is a nice relaxed environment. I have further work to be done and will be visiting Queen of Hearts again soon.
