Negative experience: Avoid this guy .. complete ripoff….. went in for a touch up that would take a child 10 mins never mind an adult… he said it would cost £180 and take 2hours I was actually offended he could even ask that.. just be careful people.

Negative experience: Went and made an appointment for me and my friend to get small matching tattoos. The price set was £80. Thought "well that's reasonable for 2 mini tattoos". Went on with the appointment and got our mini tattoos and when I went to pay, surprise! They changed their mind about the price. They've asked £80/tattoo. Which is a lot for the 3 lines they've done. Could've just left without paying because they don't accept card payments (I wonder why), they tell you where the cash machine is, but I've paid the £150 for both tiny tiny tattoos (they reduced the price ) and needless to say that I won't ever go back nor recommend their salon to anyone.

Negative experience: I’ve been trying to get hold of them for nearly 7 months, I called them and they say to contact via Instagram but they respond really late. Eventually when I did get hold of them and paid to book a slot, they say that date is not available the day before and to come another day, they still haven’t given a date till this day

Positive experience: I can't say this was my best tattoo experience. I booked via Instagram and the artist was responsive. However when I got to the shop I wasn't greeted, or even treated like I was expected. My tattoo artist then left the premises to go to the shop to get herself and her colleagues a coke and some snacks from the shop. Meaning I was left waiting for over 10 minutes without any explanation. I then had to wait for her to set up when she returned, so I'd waited around 15/20 minutes before any tattooing even started. She wasn't particularly chatty, not a problem; I'd brought something to read with me. But the artist working next to her decided that this was the time to continue with banter. He kept teasing that she didn't have many tattoos, so who would want to use her as their artist. And commenting on how young she was, asking jokes about clients IDing her before starting. I didn't doubt her ability but it didn't exactly make for a comfortable or relaxed experience. I doubt I would use this shop again, or recommend them to anyone. The 3 stars are purely for my tattoo, it's well done. But customer service would score a zero.

Fantastic experience: This was my second tattoo from Callum and can honestly say it was a great experience again. Callum takes his time to firstly make sure you are happy with the design and the placement of it on your body and then when it comes to the actual tattoo it’s quite simply a brilliant piece of art. Top man as well who makes you feel comfortable throughout the whole day !

There are a few different artists each with their own style which is great if you are looking for a particular style, you will likely find what you want by an artist here. Fantastic experience: Codey did an entire patchwork piece on my back and I honestly couldn’t fault her. Needed some slight touch-ups after healing which she did for me and it all looks insane. Doesn’t rush and she makes sure the positioning is perfect. Will definitely be back for some more x

They are very bad at appointments.Very worst service they give to customer.I was waiting for the appointment for at least two months from now. I am not having the tattoo anymore. Very worst just only giving reason and canceling the appointments.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had an old fashioned tribal tattoo for years that I wanted to cover up with something meaningful. Something to dedicate to a close family member who has passed. Callum worked with me to create the perfect design for the area I needed covered and it worked perfectly. He managed to weave the new art piece covering the old tattoo seamlessly with amazing results. The detail is fantastic, it literally is a piece of art on my body. Callum is talented but also really kind and determined to do it right. I also watched ‘Grace’ tattooing and her results were gorgeous too, very talented. That’s the practical bit! The other thing I want to mention is the overwhelming sense of care, welcome and passion that Callum and the team demonstrated. The place is immaculate & cleaned all day, staff are all friendly and I actually had a great day chatting to them all, sharing stories and laughing!! I was there all day and honestly felt like a guest….sounds a total cliche but I arrived as a customer and feel I left as a friend! I travelled an hour to the Tattoo Shop as I heard about them through a friend ….totally worth it and will be going there again! I think sometimes tattoo shops are intimidating - this could not be more the opposite! (Lovely tasteful and comfy place too) I’m so impressed and can not recommend the place enough. (& this is a genuine review - I’d never met Callum until yesterday)

Negative experience: Bf and I went to get very small matching tattoos done. Walked in, i was not told the girl was an apprentence, otherwise i would of refused the service. Besides that the tattoos are different from each other and also my one has lots of gaps in it after being healed, they look worse than a beginner’s work. Very dissappointed as it was supposed to be something special for us.

Negative experience: A very bad experience with this tattoo studio, I got a tattoo together with my girlfriend, the tattoos are both very different, and they are very badly done, interrupted areas between the lines of the tattoo.

Fantastic experience: Currently using this shop for my leg sleeve. The artist Callum is a perfectionist and some of the work he has done on my leg already is better than I had hoped. All the staff are friendly and easy to talk to. Can’t wait to have it all finished and see the final product.

Fantastic experience: I have used The tattoo shop for a few years now. Christine is the artist to go to if you are looking for mandala & dot work. I have always been extremely happy with her work. The shop is spotless everytime I go & the other members of staff are always happy to assist walk ins and are polite and courteous at reception. I would highly recommend this tattoo shop.
