Fantastic experience: Kinga did the most amazing job after I obtained a nasty scar that ruined an already existing tattoo. She covered up the remaining part and made it into a beautiful work of art. The rest of the team were also amazing for my day sessions, friendly and chatting - even doing dances to distract me when the pain got a bit spicy. Will never go to another studio! The receptionist was incredibly accommodating and bubbly, which helped calm my nerves right from the start. Adrian, my tattoo artist, was absolutely fantastic. He was so personable and made sure I was completely at ease throughout the whole process. His attention to detail and skill really showed, and I couldn't be happier with the results of my first tattoo! I'm already excited for my next session, which I've booked for next month. I had my snakebites done by Charlotte and she was wonderful; every step she took was fully explained, she was very patient and helpful while I was deciding on placement and made sure I was informed. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Sam enough. I went to commemorate a horrible moment in my life after looking at the reviews on here. Sam and Rachel made me feel so comfortable I just sat there telling Sam my story, the symbols I wanted to incorporate as well as where it’ll be and the meaning behind them. She designed this utter masterpiece knowing I’m not a huge fan of colour or having it too big because of my job. She designed something beautiful to counter the sadness and ugliness of what I was feeling but in a way that, if you know, you know. The touch up really helped the green pop but not too obvious and the fineness of the lines is just amazing. I have told everyone I know who wants a tattoo or has one and thinking of another to go here and ask for Sam. I think it was the best therapy I have ever had! Thank you Sam and thank you Rachel for just being so positive, welcoming and playing such awesome Spotify playlists!

Fantastic experience: Rating for integrity and helpfulness. My daughter is 14 and we wanted her to have a piercing but you need to be 16 for Naval piercing here. When I called thr lady was very nice about it, helped me where to look and recommended what we should look out for etc. Bit gutted as this place was recommended but appreciated their approach.

Fantastic experience: Rachel is the most friendly and wonderful person I’ve met. It’s a lovely welcome to the studio. My interactions with her from inquiry to once my tattoo was complete have been nothing short of amazing. Sam was a gem. She didn’t make me feel a way for moving the stencil a few times and asking if things looked right. She ensured I was comfortable throughout my sit and she was a joy to speak to throughout. She spoke of her colleagues in high regard - it’s great to see a set of colleagues who enjoy working together and have each others back. There was a slight discrepancy with my quote however Rachel dealt with this smoothly and swiftly ! The studio was super clean and tidy. Temperature was appropriate. Sam offered me a hot drink, water or squash. Rachel offered me sweets too. Vivid Ink will see me again.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place, I would highly recommend them. Went today for a piercing with Charlotte, not only is she lovely but she managed to re-use old piercing holes which meant she saved me money, less pain and healing time. I will definitely go back if I want any more piercings.

Fantastic experience: My sister and I came in for the first time, we had matching tattoos done with Sam (divine linework) and we had the absolute BEST experience with her, as well as with Rachel who’s positivity is infectious! Fantastic experience: Came in for my first tattoo today was greeted by Rachel would was a burst of energy and really helped calm my first tattoo nerves, i was offered water, coffee, and tea making my first impressions very comforting. I was tattooed by Jordyn who grasped the understanding of it being my first tattoo very well, he gave me plenty of time to myself to consider placement, size, and position. While i was deciding these things, he walked off and let me decide by myself without his presence which was very comforting and allowed me to have my own space to think it through without the pressure of being waited on which i really appreciated. The whole process was great whenever i needed time to break it was gladly given making the whole experience so pleasant. The art itself i am so impressed with, turned out better then i could’ve imagined and was then offered plenty of advice on aftercare. Walked away high on life with my new tattoo!

Fantastic experience: Booked a few months back, from start to finish the experience was amazing. From discussing what i wanted and designs, to accommodating a custome design, My tattoo was designed by my daughter and my artist really brought to life, she made sure it was exactly what I wanted and executed it so well. My tattoo was a tribute to my dad that passed, and I'm so happy with the result. It was practically painless and I will defo be going back to the same artist, kaia, for more. From the moment I walked in the staff on reception were so welcoming and friendly. Sam did my tattoo after I had seen her amazing fine line work on social media I knew her style and attention to detail would come through. The tattoo area is really cosy, clean and all the other tattoo artists were so lovely whilst I was getting tattooed, the conversation just flowed with them all, nobody was standoffish or rude and the music was good too! Highly recommend this shop, and of course a special shout out to Sam, who is one of the best tattoo artists I’ve had the pleasure of sitting with for hours on end. The staff are so lovely and welcoming, instant great vibes the second you walk in which you don't always get with studios. I had my tattoo done with Kinga and her work is honestly flawless. Not only did she give me a beautifully detailed tattoo she gave me exactly what I asked for plus a touch of her own creativity, and she was also so informative and answered every question I had, I learnt more from Kinga than I have from any tattoo artist I've been to before! Although I had a preexisting tattoo idea, Sam did a spectacular and amazing rendition in her own style of Ellie's Tattoo from The Last of Us Part II and I love every bit about it. Easy going environment, everything is explained fully, no pressure or issue if you want to change any aspect of the design but Kinga understood what I wanted so only minor tweaks were needed based on my body shape. Fantastic experience: Had a session today by Kris and honestly words cannot describe how talented he is! With having lots of future plans I will 100% be returning and I can happily recommend Kris for anyone looking to get some work done. Fantastic experience: What can I say from the minute I got there to when I left I felt welcome. Rachel at reception is the nicest most bubbliest person you'll see on front of house makes you feel comfortable and so helpful. Kaia was my artist what can i say shes extremely talented at tattooing,easy to chat with and get on with many laughs but not to much as needles are involved . The whole setup is unbelievable would highly recommend and already have plans for future work with her. Keep up the amazing work vivid. 5 stars no way defo worth more than that ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this studio highly enough. I’ve had many custom tattoo designed here and lots of piercings. All the staff are amazing and welcoming and I am already looking forward to my next session.

Fantastic experience: without trying to be corny this place genuinely feels like a second home, had my first tattoo done here in may with adrian, and since then i’ve had almost 5 more with kaia, once you walk in you immediately get welcomed as if you’re family and really sets you in that comfort zone if you’re anxious or nervous about anything, all the staff are kind and care about you, Not to mention how talented each individual artist is also, wouldn’t recommend a better place to go!

Fantastic experience: So happy with the experience today came in for a tattoo but my mum was also able to get spontaneous new ear piercings ! Such a lovely and supportive team who take a lot of time to ensure your happy with the final result.
