I spent quite some time researching studios and decided on Infinite Ink after reading the Google reviews. From the beginning, the experience was great. I contacted them via Messenger and received a quick response. I had to rearrange my appointment, and they were more than happy to accommodate my preferred date, which immediately put me at ease. I was quite nervous and sceptical, as I hadn’t had a tattoo done in a long time. My artist, Danny, was absolutely wonderful, I honestly don’t have enough words to describe her. She was kind, friendly, and incredibly understanding. I had a tattoo redo, and she patiently went over the lines again exactly as I requested, making sure I felt comfortable and at peace throughout the process. What I truly appreciated was how attentive she was. She kept checking in to see if I was okay and listened carefully whenever I raised concerns. Instead of dismissing them with “it’s fine,” she took the time to adjust the work to reassure me, which made a huge difference to my confidence and comfort. Thank you so much, Danny, for your care, patience, and professionalism, you made the whole experience very comfortable and positive. The studio itself is much bigger than it looks from the outside, clean, and welcoming. I’m genuinely so happy that I chose Infinite Ink and would highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: Got my tattoo virginity broken earlier this week by Donna who I have to say was amazing. I jumped straight in the deep end and had a half sleeve on my forearm which she designed to specification for me. I was properly nervous when I turned up not knowing how much it would/wouldn't hurt and worried I wouldn't sit well for her. My nerves were unnecessary and she managed to complete the entire outline within the 4 hour sitting and I have to say, the line work is impeccable. She was also really nice to talk to throughout (although I did probably give her ear ache - sorry) and made the overall experience amazing. I've got roughly another 8 hours left to complete the shading and colour and already have my next session booked in. Thanks for an amazing first tattoo experience.

Fantastic experience: I am lucky enough to have 3 pieces completed by Donna now at infinite ink. Thought I was done with my tattoos then got inspiration and knew only infinite ink would do. Very relaxed environment to bring your designs to life. I had a piece done on my upper arm was so comfortable had trouble getting of the tattoo bed when done. Fantastic experience: 1st time having tattoo, went for pre visit to discuss what i wanted, found that really useful Today had tattoo. really helpful on arrival and long discussion and excellent advice to make sure it was exactly what i wanted, the actual process was skilled, quick, clean and informative. They were recommended to me by a previous user and i can see why. You can have confidence in the advice, sterility and outcome if you want a tattoo.

Fantastic experience: I had been messaging Gemma for a few days about a piercing I wanted done but never had the guts to do it... she was so friendly and reassuring for all my questions including relating to a rejection I'd had in the past. I had my piercings done today and I can not fault her customer friendly service, he reassuring nature, professionalism and the way she was in general. The studio was incredibly clean and she was so informative for the aftercare too. Would definatly recommend to anyone including nervous customers cuz she was absolutely amazing!!!! Will probably return for more when I've decided what next!!!

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Gemma. I came in and with my partner to get her ears pierced and it was a fantastic service from start to finish. The waiting area and studio is clean and decorated with some beautiful art. There’s a decent selection of jewellery, she communicated with my partner with each step of the process putting her at ease and gave us after care advice answering any questions we had. Bonus that the price is also cheaper than other nearby studios.

Fantastic experience: Iv had all of my 5 tattoos so far from Infinate ink, a different artist for each style and the personalisation from Mike William's traditional artist is always great! The pricing is fair considering a lot of places are seeing a rise where as infinate is staying where it is, for £70 you get phenomenal quality or free touch ups if otherwise. The friendliness is great as specially if you are going for your first, they make you feel very comfortable and trusting. Overall I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was on a mission today to get my first tattoo today. I phoned several other studios within Coventry and phoned their telephone manners appalling! I called into Infinity Ink as I had passed the studio many times going into Coventry I found the gentleman behind the desk very friendly and informative. He went through the consent form properly and helped me tidy up my design. The lady called Dawn who tattoo'd me was lovely and friendly. She was v patience and quickly put me at ease. I went for a small tattoo (scaredy cat/big chicken size), she did not muck about. It was all over in less then 10 mins and I was over the moon (esp as she had finished!!) Excellent customer service Very friendly and Informative Will be returning! Thanks Guys Kaz X❤X

Fantastic experience: I've been here on numerous occasions and have had two full sleeves, one black and white and one colour, with Donna. All the staff are incredibly professional and approachable and make you feel comfortable even through long sittings. Well priced and I'm always complemented on Donna's work. James did a fantastic job of turning my ideas into a feasible tattoo and I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome.
