Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience at Urban Ink Belfast and can’t recommend them enough. Dee, the manager, was incredibly attentive from the moment I arrived. As someone who is still quite new to tattoos, he made me feel completely at ease and even got me a sugary drink before my appointment, which was such a thoughtful touch. Hels did my tattoo, and her attention to detail is unreal. The quality of her work is amazing, and it’s clear she takes great pride in what she does. She was professional, patient, and made sure everything was perfect. Chelsea did my flat ear piercing, and it was honestly the gentlest piercing experience I’ve ever had. She was friendly, reassuring, and made the whole process comfortable and stress-free. Everyone at Urban Ink Belfast was welcoming and friendly, and the level of customer care was outstanding. I’ll definitely be back for future tattoos and piercings, also great craic!

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t had a tattoo in six years, so walking into a new studio felt a bit like returning to a place you half-remember — equal parts excitement and mild fear. Thankfully, any nerves disappeared almost immediately. Dee welcomed me in like I’d been coming there for years (and produced a cup of tea that deserves its own five-star review). There’s something rare about a place that manages to feel both professional and genuinely warm — even when you walk in sounding like a Dub and half-expecting to be politely shown back out again. Lera (apologies if I’ve butchered the spelling) did my tattoos, and she was nothing short of exceptional. I was braced for at least a bit of discomfort, but felt so little I started to wonder if she’d secretly swapped the needle for something imaginary. More importantly, she’s an absolute perfectionist — every detail mattered, and she took the time to make sure everything was exactly right. There’s a quiet confidence in a studio like this — no fuss, no ego, just people who are very good at what they do and care about doing it well. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I left not only with tattoos I love, but already looking forward to going back — which is probably the highest praise you can give.

Fantastic experience: I went to urban ink for the first time this week and had a phenomenal experience. All the staff were so kind, the studio manager Dee, made the studio feel so warm and made sure that the staff and customers alike were all tended to and happy, specifically taking the time to explain any questions, he and all the staff really made my experience excellent. I was tattooed by Lera who went above and beyond with making sure the placement fit perfectly along with making sure the design was exactly what I had pictured, I can’t explain how perfect and detailed my tattoo turned out Lera really is an amazing artist and I couldn’t be happier. I can say for definite I will be back and can’t recommend the studio and all the staff enough.

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend Urban Ink enough, such a warm welcoming environment and immaculately clean studio. The staff are all so lovely and reassuring, they make the whole process a breeze from start to finish. Dee really just goes the extra mile to make sure everyone in the studio has the best experience from the second you arrive, made both myself and my mummy who was a bit nervous feel so at ease. The studio just has a great vibe with amazing artists. It was my second time in seeing Brónach, she’s fab! We both love our tattoos and I will be back in a heart beat!!

Was concerned that getting something small and personal would make it overlooked but all the team in there were so welcoming and interested in what I was getting, gave their opinions on placement and were super supportive. Fantastic experience: what an amazing experience I had today getting a tattoo done in memory of my wee Marley who passed away on Tuesday. I reached out to Dee on Monday evening his replies where so quick. he was friendly and very understanding of what I wanted and sent me some ideas of what I could get done my appointment was today with bronach and from start to finish it was a totally wonderful and magical experience. both Dee and bronagh made me feel so calm and relaxed ( I was very nervous and anxious) I left not only loving my tattoo but also very happy at how wonderful the visit was. from the bottom of my heart thank you guys. U honestly made what should hv bn a upsetting experience really enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: I was gifted a voucher for Urban Ink as a birthday present and it was honestly such an amazing gift. The experience in the studio, the staff and their talent and just the entire booking process was nothing short of first class. I was a few months over my voucher expiry date when I was personally contacted by the studio to ask if I wanted to go ahead with booking an appointment. Honestly, for me this was instant great service as I'd had a lot on at the start of the year and the voucher had slipped my mind. I was so impressed by their willingness to reach out as it really showed how much they care about their customers. When it came to the design concept, I threw a few ideas out there and on the day, they showed me a design which was beyond my expectations! It was exactly what I wanted. My artist, Bronach, was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable, as did everyone else in the shop (customers included). The studio itself is pristine clean and really well designed. I can't fault the guys at all. My only negative is that I had such a good time, I'll now have to travel from Donegal to Belfast again for another tattoo lol

Fantastic experience: After loads of recommendations from other people about having a tattoo done at urban ink, I booked myself in for a tattoo I have been wanting for a few years. From start to finish the communication from the studio was fantastic. Bronagh was just an amazing artist who designed my tattoo exactly how I wanted it. Added her own details and I loved them! Years of having tattoos done and this is by far the best. Throughout the day being offered coffee, everyone in the shop checking in if I needed refills. (I was falling asleep during the tattoo, so needed caffeinated ). Urban ink is genuinely like a big family. Everyone was amazing. And I can't wait to get more. Thank you all so much.

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful place. We came in for a tattoo, and our original artist was sick (We wish her all the best). We then waited for a few minutes and were offered coffees while we waited. Bronach was able to do up our design and start tattooing us within 45 minutes. What a lovely person. She is so passionate about what she does, and it really shows. Our tattoos are perfect, and we will surely be back.

I was booked in with Brónach and you would not believe she was an apprentice - she was amazing, super friendly and accommodating making sure I was completely comfortable with the placement, size and design of my tattoo. The overall experience and vibe at Urban Ink was great and Brónach and Dee made me feel completely at ease from the get go. I’m super happy with my tattoo and would consider coming from Glasgow again just for another one!

Fantastic experience: Had many piercings and some tattoos in here, honestly couldn’t recommend the tattooists and piercer enough.. the most laid back and welcoming place to go for both, from the min u step into the shop to u step out of it.. so friendly, helpful and always a good laugh when ya go in.. don’t think I could go anywhere else now
