Fantastic experience: Got my first Tattoo done here and I can't praise Olivia enough! The Design she created based on the Reference I provided looks absolutely fantastic and I am just completely happy with how my Medusa turned out! Everything was clearly communicated and the atmosphere at the Studio was very pleasant! Aftercare Instructions are also very clear and easy to follow for a newbie like me. Also, the Studios Pet Snake deserves ALL the treats :D so adorable! - Mina

Fantastic experience: Had my tattoo done by Jamie last week and he was everything you want in a tattoo artist (friendly, professional, a bit weird.) The studio has lots of odd bits to look at, the other artists there that day were also chatty and fun- they may or may not have you doing some heavy lifting, but will buy you coffee after. Nothing negative to say, and already have my eye on some other flash so may well be back :) But also, even if it'd been a rubbish experience, there's a snake in the corner with such a nice little face that it's an automatic 5* tbh.

Fantastic experience: Had my 4th tattoo with Jamie recently. Went for black bands on my right arm , been toying with the idea for a while. Jamie made it an easy one , spending a lot of time with positioning and ensuring I was happy with design before going ahead. While sitting it was delightful and informative, good jokes and banter between staff colleagues and clients. Always refreshing in image , Jamie is an outstanding artist , and a great fit for the Image team. Highly recommend to anyone who is first time tattoo or wanting to continue work.

Fantastic experience: Olivia at Image Tattoo did my first (and only) tattoo for me last year. I was 63 and had long wanted a tattoo, but was very nervous and concerned about the potential pain. And I already had an image in mind. Olivia had worked on my image and with me regarding size, placement and colouring. She was very calm and considerate throughout the session, providing reassurance and being happy to pause if I needed her to (which I didn't). My tattoo healed evenly and quickly and I am thrilled every day when I look at it. Whether you are a tattoo virgin or a seasoned veteran, I can highly recommend Image Tattoo.

Fantastic experience: The majority of my tattoos have been done by Olivia Covey and you can tell which ones have not been done by her as Olivia’s quality truly does shine. Olivia is amazing! Olivia first tattooed me 3 years ago at 18 years old, a custom birth flower piece behind my ear. Although it’s quite a small and intricate tattoo with an awkward placement, it seems to be aging well. Olivia has done 5 tattoos on me. 3 being major pieces; my back/spine, whole side of thigh/hip and ribs/sternum. The ribs/sternum piece is stunning. The line work is extraordinary and very consistent despite another awkward placement. During this appointment, Olivia was very kind and considerate and kept checking in on me, she allowed me to take breaks whenever I needed and let me use a copious amount of the numbing foam My most recent tattoo was a massive piece on the side of my thigh and it is beautiful. I gave Olivia some creative freedom on this one and I’m so glad I did because it actually ended up aligning with exactly what I wanted. Olivia’s work is stunning and her tattoo’s age amazingly (from what I can tell thus far) which shows how talented she is. I truly couldn’t recommend Olivia enough. As a side note, PJ the piercer and the other artists in the studio are super friendly and make you feel at ease when you’re being tattooed.

Fantastic experience: I got my first ever tattoo done here back in 2018. They made me feel extremely comfortable and welcome. The studio was clean and staff were friendly. Since then I have gone back for 2 tattoos and have another booked in with Olivia in April! Couldn’t recommend them enough. Wouldn't go anywhere else. I’ve had 2 other tattoos from 2 other places and I haven’t had an experience anywhere near as good as I had at image.

Fantastic experience: came in for a walk-in septum piercing as i had to remove my old one (pierced somewhere else) last year after having it 2 weeks. the atmosphere was great and PJ was very good at keeping everything chill. he gave me some time to calm the nerves and the piercing was very quick. he made sure i could flip it up and unflip it. definitely recommend! well priced and a good place to go

Negative experience: Piercer was rude to my mum who had a nose bleed after a nose piercing. Didn’t offer her any tissues or a seat just said there was toilet paper in the bathroom and sent us on our way whilst she had blood dripping from both nostrils. Shame really as he was efficient with the piercing procedure itself, probably should scratch up on customer service. Edit: Your response I’m assuming was for another customer as my mum didn’t walk out or pull her piercing out. This was over 2 weeks ago now

Fantastic experience: Went with my daughter a couple weeks ago. Nose piercing for me and second ear lobes for her. PJ was amazing. Very professional yet fun at the same time. Really put us at ease !!! Fitted us in earlier than our appointment with no hastle at all. Very clean and all piercings are healing amazingly well. Fantastic experience: I’ve recently gone back to Kirsty Skarbek and I’m so so glad I did. She did my 2nd tattoo when I turned 18, I’m 21 now and it’s still my darkest tattoo and I love it! She’s done 4 more for me in the last 6 months and I adore them all. Booked in for Feb for a day sit and I can’t wait. 100% recommend!!! One of the nicest tattoo artists I’ve been with and her ideas are great! Ive also had piercings done with Pj and he’s great too! So chill and super nice. He did my nostril peircing and my 2nd+3rd lobes and never had any issues

Negative experience: Don't even deserve one. I'd think twice before ever getting a navel piercing from this shop. I went in to get it done and kindly they fitted me in last minute without an appointment which I guess resulted in this, first the guy got gobby to my autistic brother for trying to open a window. Secondly, I just had to get my piercing removed because he pierced way to much skin resulting in the hole absorbing my piercing which would of resulted in surgery. Then he pierced it way to high and used fake titanium (sugencal steel) when it should of been titanium. It was so painful to remove, clean and even sit down. I wouldn't never set foot in this shop again it's an absolute joke.

Positive experience: Whilst it seems like an excellent tattoo place, double check you actually have an appointment! After booking over email, I phoned with a query to discover my appointment was never even booked in. I was told on the phone that this was my fault for not paying a deposit, although I had never been told this was something I needed to do. Thankfully I didn't actually turn up on the date they gave me. For anyone wanting to go here make sure they have actually booked you in!

Fantastic experience: we had two nose piercings with PJ, he is a lovely boy with nice conversation and is very good at his job. 10/10 would definitely go again!

Positive experience: I adore my little elephant although it was a lot darker, and bolder than I thought. I guess the stencil always looks softer? I'm not sure. But my lotus I've never been happy with because of the 'om ️' symbol isn't quite accurate and not very detailed, people always ask my why it says 35 and the line and dot just looks like one big splodge. Also the shape of the lotus is a bit odd and disproportionate, I know it's a symbol but it's a simple shape, of course th ink had bled out a bit but it was always the wrong shape. Baring in mind this was about 4 years ago and I can't remember the name of the artist apart from she was female and I likes her sketches a lot more than my tattoos turned out, may be a lot better now.

Fantastic experience: Had my flat piercing done by pj today, obviously it's early days in terms of my piercing but will defo be back in future when i want more done! PJ was informative and helpful not only on the piercing he was performing today but on one of my other piercings that i'd had done elsewhere ages ago that still gives me trouble, he put me at ease as i was rather nervous, and as he promised it was over in no time, everything is clean and tidy, thanks guys x
