Fantastic experience: Anastasia is very knowledgeable and friendly. She's got a wonderful, warm and professional demeanor. The quality of the jewelry she uses is very good. My child has sensitive skin as well as allergies to nickel and other metals that have caused problems with ear piercings in the past. With Anastasia's jewelry, there's been no issues at all. She pierced my septum several years ago and it's still perfect, I took my two children to get piercings from her as well.

Fantastic experience: All 3 of my facial piercings were done by Anastasia, and they've all been fantastic experiences! Anastasia is a sweetheart, and she's always made me feel comfortable and eased my anxiety. She did a great job with all of my piercings, and I couldn't recommend her enough! I'm not sure if the negative reviews were Karens with unrealistic expectations... or people who just caught her on an off day, but she's never given me any reason to believe she's anything but kind and caring. I would go back to her 1000 times over!

Fantastic experience: I went here yesterday to get my nose pierced. The owner was very calm and relaxed. She gave me good vibes right away. I am not a fan of needles but I wanted to get out of my comfort zone and get a piercing I’ve wanted for a while. Every step she explained what she was doing (showing where the hole would be, cleaning the area and then finally the piercing) she did so in such a calm way and it was done quickly. Thanks Anastasia! Negative experience: My son went in for a ear piercing told her he no longer wanted the industrial pole...she did it anyway and to top it off the pole is not long enough..he is now suffering, its bleeding alot etc..now she wants to charge him more to correct it and shes not open till Tuesday...in my opinion she should correct this free of charge and make a trip to her shop to do this..im not a happy momma bear

Fantastic experience: I brought my daughter to get her ears pierced for her 7th birthday. The piercer/owner was very patient and put her fears at ease. She took her time to ensure that the markings were symmetrical and that my daughter was comfortable. The process was sterile, professional and quick. I definitely recommend going here:)

She loves the placement and look and I think it really fits with her vibe. Anastasia is 100% a keep it moving kind of person and I respect that. Fantastic experience: First time being pierced by Anastasia (double helix). Walking in I felt like I was at a friend's house, chose jewellery, signed my life away and was taken to the back in under 10 mins.Had them cleaned , marked and the first one done before I even knew what was going on, second one followed.Freehand, perfectly in the places she marked Minimal pain, but man did I bleed! She had no problem making sure i stayed until the bleeding stopped, even though there were several others waiting for piercings, and sent me home with after care and the reminder to come back for any problems, jewellery changes, etc.Will definately be back for my daith soon... thank you Anastasia

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend need a new hole. Anastasia was professional, polite, experienced, and made me feel very comfortable. I had a diath piercing for migraines on Oct 17th 2017 in my left ear as I am more prone to migraines on my left side. I have had nerve block injections and preventive migraine medication etc etc etc, nothing else has been this successful. I love this piercing and read that placement is of the utmost importance in the success of this piercing and she nailed it. I am so happy with this piercing and the success of it that I am having my right side done tomorrow, as I am still having them on my right side. In my experience, it is worth getting this piercing done at "Need a new hole", placement and cleanliness are so important, as this type of piercing has a higher risk of infection, but Anastasia explained everything to me that I should and should not do and was so helpful and she new exactly where to place this piercing. I understand that every person and situation is different but this has been a huge success for me. I wasn't even sure if this would work but after having a migraine for 5 days I decided to try it, as a few people I know got this done by her and swear by it. After 4 hrs my migraine went away and I had one little one for about 2 hrs on my left side since then but that's it. I have never gone this long without a migraine. We are talking averaging 5-15 a month. I see specialists for my migraines and nothing has been this successful. I hope to post a follow up with my right ear with the same success. Even if this doesn't last, At worst I've had over a month of the best pain relief in my life, So it was well worth it.

Anastasia has always been spot on, whether it's been for my piercings or any of the events we produced (which she's always sponsored). It's great working with businesses like this and I sometimes wonder when I read negative reviews if they are speaking about the same person? Haha! I've been there numerous times when she's corrected mistakes (caused by other shops within the city) often FREE of charge... I can't help but wonder if there was communication breakdown when someone writes a negative review because I can't imagine her ever being disrespectful or unprofessional to customers. Besides offering a comfortable environment, this shop offers a great variety on quality smoking accessories, 20 years of experience and supports more local events than any other shop in town. Definitely my go to shop in the city!

Negative experience: Horrible experience. Piercer selected a piece of jewellry a gauge larger than the needle used and tore up my new hole pretty good. Mocked my pain and refused to admit any wrongdoing. This place is popular because it's cheap and unfortunately you get what you pay for.

Very easy to talk to and she took the time to answer my questions. We've never had issues with any piercings done by her.
