Negative experience: Went in on Saturday to book an appointment with keo, he was not there, I was told he'd be in on Sunday so they took my name and phone number and told me he would call me on Sunday. It's Tuesday already and I haven't received a call. Not impressed to say the least. Guess my business is going elsewhere. Thanks alot.

Negative experience: Get ghosted by Keo. He did my tattoo before. Back and fourth messaging trying to set up a time, then get ghosted. Seems like a regular occurrence here.

Negative experience: I booked with Keo for March 4th at 2… messaged him to see if he was still available asked me if we had an appointment. Told him I came in a week or two again for placement and he told me he was available this Saturday and said he didn’t see me on his schedule. Told me to come in tomorrow when I’ve told him multiple times I work during the week only available on weekends. So good thing I messaged him cause if I didn’t and showed up I’d be showing up for nothing. I’m not the only person he’s done this to he’s also did it to my kids dad twice. I will never go back to him.

Negative experience: Placement on my nipple piercings was so wrong that one got ripped out by accident months later (the piercing was so shallow and basically through the areola). Had to get it re-pierced at a better shop in Hamilton.

Fantastic experience: I got a very important tattoo done here for my stillborn son, Pookie was amazing from start to finish. He always made time for my questions, and worked with my schedule. He was quick and light handed. The tattoo came out amazing! I will be contacting him again, and I would hands down say that this is the best shop in Windsor. All my other work was done in Toronto and Pookie’s work definitely competes for best.

They are usually busy with tattoo guns in their hand so they don't answer the phone much your best bet is to just walk in and make an appointment. Can't say enough good things about this place. All artists are great, mine and my family tattoos are all done by the delightful Erica McGee.

Negative experience: Took my girlfriend and myself to get tattoos done he had double booked another appointment at the time so he rushed through mine and left it to look as if it was suppose to hang of something the whole tattoo looks 3D exept the top can't help but think if he didn't double book he would've given it more attention and not have left it like that, have been trying to get ahold of them to get it touched up and fixed but if there not closed due to covid they just refuse to answer the phones I hate to leave a bad review like this but I have been trying to get this fixed for about a year or two and can't ever get a response
