Negative experience: not the place to go for a more difficult piercing, especially if you want to be able to reach out to your piercer with questions. i got my anti-eyebrow pierced here in september and reached about about two weeks ago with concerns of it rejecting and was told it was perfect and to continue to let it heal. i asked if she was sure and the piercer got defensive and sent me a rude voice note so i just decided to listen and leave it alone. flash forward to today i decided to go to kreative khaos for a second opinion where it was taken out and i was told that it was never placed properly to begin with, there’s now scar tissue and nerve damage in the area. i knew the piercing was temporary going into it and expected to have to take it out but this was not the normal rejection of a surface piercing. Laura and the rest of perfect images staff were extremely friendly up until i began to question if something was wrong and i would’ve continued to go back if they had just been honest about the situation.

Negative experience: I had got my face dermal done a long time ago by tony i then came in after I had had it healed for almost a year to get it changed since it was to stubborn to get out myself a new piercer who I had got a Ashley piercing from and she had already messed that one up so badly I took it out almost immediately after getting it cause how off center and low on my lip it was but I went to get my dermal changed by a new piercer at perfect image and she continued to tell me to let her know if it pinched well it very much did but did she adjust and get a better grip nope she continued to yank at my dermal like she was trying to remove the whole thing I continued to go thru about 10/15 minutes of agonizing pain from her pulling at my dermal and pulling it in different directions when all you had to do was secure the bar and twist the jewlery she the continued to tell me my dermal has been dislodged and will most likely reject and ever since I’ve been stuck with a horribly infected dermal ok my face which is always irritated I am far to scared to get it removed now as it’s constantly aching and I alr went thru somone yanking at it and dislodging it so I’d rather let it naturally reject and hope it falls out itself I’m extremely disappointed as I have been going here for over 5 years and will not be returning after this incident

Negative experience: disclaimer i haven’t been here in a while and this may not reflect the current services and staff. I just remembered my experience here during 2021-2023 and wanted to share. Scammers and money grabbers. i got my ears pierced here and 1. expensive and 2. the earrings they claimed to be of high quality and perfect for fresh piercings fell out in three days. went back and asked for a replacement and the said they’d charge me for the full price of the earrings. a septum costed me $90 and they try to manipulate you to upgrade your jewelry by invoking fear. went to buy new septum jewelry that suited my nose better and they just gave me the same size but told me it was different jewelry and charged me $30. i will absolutely never come back especially after hearing that one of the piercer’s political opinions

Positive experience: 4.5/5 Went to get my septum repierced and Laura was so amazing. She was patient with me when I was trying to make sure I got the right jewelry and explained everything thoroughly. It’s only been a day and I haven’t touched it but it looks perfect and is significantly less bloody (no blood visible so far) than my first piercing. Super happy with the results, thank you Laura and the front counter lady who was also very helpful.

Fantastic experience: I got my nose pierced by Laura, I got both nostrils done. I have a lot of other piercings but Laura has been the most respectful, professional, personal, friendly and overall a great piercer who made sure it was perfect before piercing my nose. She provided such a great service and is such a knowledgeable person within her profession. She is also patient which I very much appreciate and I had such a great time and experience here. Thank you Laura for everything and I’ll see you soon!!

Fantastic experience: My girlfriend and I came here to get our septum pierced. We had the pleasure of getting pierced by Laura, she was very thorough with explaining the process and very kind and professional. Overall a great experience and we're both very thankful for our new piercings.

Negative experience: I got my septum (re)pierced recently and was given ridiculously large jewelry to account for swelling. Ok. Fine. I was unhappy but waited 5 weeks, returned, and asked for something smaller. I was then charged $40 for some ugly ass, basic jewelry that does not suit my anatomy whatsoever. I told her I need to he able to flip it up for work, and she said "Oh... that one is too small. You can't flip it up." Right. Thanks for the help. Anyways, went to Kreative Khaos and they had way better customer service and fixed the problem for free. Go there instead lol

Fantastic experience: I got my second and third ear lobe piercings here a week ago and had an amazing experience! Tony was incredible — super patient while we took our time deciding what to do, and really kind and professional throughout the whole process. He explained everything as he worked, made me feel totally at ease, and gave me detailed aftercare instructions. He even told me not to hesitate to reach out if I had any questions afterward. I really appreciated his care and attention. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I got a tattoo here today and first they charged me a lot For a tattoo that should have been a 100 tattoo.not gonna say the amount but definitely not worth it. The tattoo turned out horrible not good at all I’m not too happy at all I have a lot of tattoos on me and this by far is the worst tattoo I’ve gotten I will never get a tattoo here again. I feel like I should be getting my money back. They are rip off artist I strongly suggest never getting a tattoo here this tattoo I got is a joke and they definitely scammed me I think they took advantage of my disability

Negative experience: I was told that I shouldn’t get a navel piercing because of my anatomy.. they still pierced me and it got so infected. After letting my belly button heal, I went to another piercing studio which told me that Perfect Image pierced way too much skin which caused my navel’s infection, not my anatomy. My new piercing artist was very concerned about Perfect Image messing up my belly button, leaving me with permanent scarring. I was also told I couldn’t get pierced again but after I went to a new place, they didn’t hesitate and they had to pierce a whole new hole due to the previous being completely misplaced

Fantastic experience: Tony helped me so much! I got a double helix that got badly infected and I went to Tony and in about week or so it was looking so much better! I got my tattoo done by Nic and he was so sweet the whole time and was making me laugh. The rest of the staff is awesome as well and it’s such a welcoming environment! Definitely will be going again in the future!❤️

We ended up driving in from Kitchener as we would not have been able to get into the Waterloo location since they were too busy, and we are SO happy we did! Tony was incredibly professional, and not to mention patient with me and my friends We will absolutely make the trip from KW going forward!

Fantastic experience: I went in last weekend and the staff was great and friendly. I had my nose pierced by Tony and he was great and told me everything he was doing which made me feel at ease. After it was done he went over the after care and showed me exactly what I'm to do. The piercing is healing great and looks great. When it's completely healed he said to come back and he'd change the piercing to a hoop for me. I'm very pleased with the service I received, I will definitely be recommending Perfect Image to my friends!

Fantastic experience: My partner and I recently had a tragus piercing from Tony and it was an excellent experience. Fantastic experience: I’ve had my lobes and, more recently, my helix pierced by Tony, and I’d give more than five stars if I could. He’s professional, patient, and approachable, with a great sense of humor. The whole team is super laid-back, making the experience comfortable and stress-free. He listened carefully and followed my wishes, answered my questions patiently and made sure I’m 100% happy with the design. I got a small delicate fineline tattoo which turned out even better than I could’ve imagined. The communication upfront was easy, clear and friendly. The studio itself is spotless and comfy. Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Perfect Images! I called about a tight hoop I had placed in my helix piercing, which was originally done at another place, and they answered right away with the price. There was a bit of a wait, but they gave me an estimated time, which I appreciated. Tony, the piercer, removed the hoop without any pain and put back my original stud. He provided thorough aftercare instructions, explained the inflammation, and advised on when to switch to a shorter flat back and eventually a hoop. He even checked my other piercings from a different place and offered helpful advice. Tony also shared his Instagram for follow-ups, which was a nice touch!

Negative experience: Would not recommend getting pierced here. I got a conch and helix piercing here quite a while ago. My helix piercing was pierced crooked causing bumps and agitation. I went back to Tony who pierced it and he made me pay for more jewellery refusing to give me a price until it was already in my ear. My conch piercing has had nothing but issues as well. I followed aftercare instructions to a tee, keeping the area clean and not sleeping on my piercings and yet still agitation, discomfort and bumps. I reached out to Tony yesterday explaining I was frustrated as I have purchased jewellery recommended by him several times, as I trusted he was an expert. I explained that my piercings done by him have been nothing but problems. My main concern I was hoping to be addressed was my conch piercing which was really agitated due to the jewellery he had put in. The jewellery was too small for my piercing and kept falling out. My ear became so swollen I could not get the jewellery in. I asked if he could take a look at it and asked for him to replace the jewellery. I have spent hundreds of dollars attempting to fix piercings he had pierced incorrectly, followed his recommendations and still ended up with agitation, pain, discomfort and piercing that have yet to heal from years ago. Tony refused to replace the jewellery causing the issues offering to place the jewellery that was agitating me back into my ear and offered to give me a different ball, which was not the issue at all. Tony could not even acknowledge his mistakes and apologize for piercing my piercing crooked and for all the money and time spent attempting to fix them as per his recommendations. I had enough from this shop and so I went to the ink room down the road. The ladies there were nothing but helpful and kind. They looked at my piercing and gave me a different piece of jewellery for only $5 despite the fact I was not a client of theirs and this was not their issue to fix. They provided aftercare instructions and I am happy to say that thanks to the ink room I was able to clear all agitation bumps and most of the swelling has gone down just after one day of following their instructions. I am extremely disappointed in perfect image and Tony for not acknowledging their mistakes, apologizing for them or even providing a $5 piece of jewelry to fix the issue.

Fantastic experience: I had 2 Cartilage piercings done at Perfect Image. The owner was fantastic, he was gentle and extremely professional. He explained everything he was doing and made sure I was ok when he was doing my piercings. The place was one of the cleanest places I've been in that deals with piercings and tattoos. I would highly recommend Perfect Image in Brantford to anyone that wants tattoos or piercings. I will definitely use Perfect Image for any and all piercings I want to get.

I was nervous when I came here, but I was assured that I would be looked after. Everyone I’ve spoken to is welcoming and kind. I walked in and had several wonderful checks of my lobe piercings by Tony. He gave me step by step advice on aftercare, checked my piercings, and he was super patient as I wrote everything down. He was even nice enough to reinsert my old screw backs!

Tony is an amazing piercer, super gentle very knowledgeable, professional & will answer any and all questions you have! My 3 year old was with me when I went in to be pierced and Tony was great with her and answered her questions as well and he gave her some lollipops for being so patient and quiet while I was being pierced. 10/10 recommend to everyone !!!

Fantastic experience: I love this shop! I have been here quite a few times in the past year or so, for three piercings and two tattoos along with my partner for three tattoos as well. Everyone is super nice and friendly and the shop has a super welcoming environment. They have a lot of selection for beautiful jewelry for new or old piercings. I love that they have walk-Ins available for those last minute impulses. They always are happy and willing to educate and talk you through different piercings and tattoos and will always advocate for what they think is best, based of off anatomy and what they are comfortable doing which is always something you want to look for in a new shop.

Positive experience: This place is pretty good. A bit over priced though. The staff upon entering isn’t always friendly (I know there’s more than one staff who works at reception/the front). The atmosphere is nice, clean. I like the variety of services (barber, tattoo, piercings, cool setups. I’ve watched a few piercings there by two different people, they’re sterile and use new instruments each time. Both piercers (I believe there’s only 2) are very knowledgeable and were great with my teenager who was being pierced for the first time. If I were to change anything I’d say, friendlier staff (smile!). No one likes a snob when they’re coming in for a piercing and they’re nervous or scared. Overall experience I’d give 4/5 stars as we did have to come back and get one ear re-pierced and paid full price.

Fantastic experience: I went to Perfect Image Brantford on a recommendation from a friend and I was not disappointed. I was getting a paw print tattooed on my foot of my best buddy who passed in Oct 2023. I was super nervous as it was my first tattoo, but when I arrived, Tony made me feel very relaxed with his friendly personality. Barry completed the tattoo and I must say....5 gold stars for him!! He was super friendly and did an amazing job of re-creating my dogs' actual paw print. As I was a newbie and super nervous, he took the time to explain the process and took little mini breaks to make sure I was OK. Overall, I would highly recommend Perfect Image - Brantford. Fantastic experience: Went in with my Mom for some piercings. All the staff were super friendly! Went over jewelry options from basic to upgrades. Aftercare is available for purchase. Great selection of jewelry. Tony was incredible! Polite, patient, and professional! I had hoped to get a tragus piercing but have a super small and shallow tragus. The explain why it was not a good idea and what could happen. Suggested alternatives. My Mom got her daith, and I got my nose and rook. It was my Moms first experience, and she felt very comfortable! Given the fact we got 3 piercings and jewelry, the price was not bad at all. All in all absolutely recommend!! Clean, professional, kind. 10/10 would go back.

Fantastic experience: Came here after seeing many great reviews about piercer Tony. Had an amazing experience getting my second nostril pierced and was waaay less painful than my first nostril piercing. Tony walks you through every step/touch so you know what to expect. You can tell he loves what he is doing and wants to make you feel comfortable and happy with your piercing. So excited to come back and would highly suggest his work. Even as someone who is needle phobic and feels dizzy after, I felt perfectly fine and calm throughout the entire piercing. 10/10 P.S. Tony if you read this, I forgot your tip due to my rambles at the end of our piercing session... please expect a double tip the next time I am in! You were truly awesome.

Negative experience: People here are nice but do not reccomend! I am usto the push but got the titanium and the ball kept popping off, and this was a birthday gift it fully came out thank god I didnt swallow it.

Negative experience: I went by the Brantford location today and had the strangest experience. I found a piece of jewellery on their site that I wanted - $95.. When I got there, the girl told me it was $110. I showed her their online shop and she called the owner (Steve) who basically said yeah our online store has different prices than instore, if you want to buy it online for cheaper you can. Which was ridiculous as I was standing there ready to buy in person. I asked if I could buy online and pickup there and they said no (although that did appear to be an option while checking out). I felt kind of ripped off to be honest, overall it was just poorly handled and I probably won’t be going back. They do have a great selection of jewellery from reputable brands but I’d recommend checking out other studios before purchasing here - I picked up a NeoMetal Trinity for $50 earlier today at Grim Studios (Hamilton) only to see the exact same piece selling for $90 at Perfect Image.

Positive experience: The people there are nice seems like a clean place. Only thing I don’t like is the prices for jewelry is a bit expensive.

Bought a very expensive piece and it fell out and broke immediately, guess who does not have a policy for this…. I had to buy another piece, this time not Invictus brand but the exact same thing happened, shortly after it broke and fell out. Never given a refund or option to replace it. Terrible policies and thats $400 down the drain for nothing. Manager was of no help and did not care.

Negative experience: Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time, i was greeted with attitude at the front desk, and was treated like a burden. It was enough for me to not want to get a tattoo there.

Fantastic experience: Always clean and sanitary. Ive got a few tattoos from Haley and I'm absolutely in love. The piercer there is also very good.

Fantastic experience: I have 4 tattoos, 3 of which were done by Amelia aka PlantMole and I absolutely love them. Amelia is very talented and she made me feel comfortable as someone who was new to getting tattoos. Her pricing is very reasonable, her art style is freaking cute and she’s awesome at what she does. Sad to see her leaving but excited for her new journey and her taking that next step!

Fantastic experience: if you’re late that’s on you, and to leave a google review to complain about your tardiness shows how much of entitled human being you are. Maybe you shouldn’t get tattooed. 10/10 for this studio and the artists that tattoo here! Much respect for this shop.

Fantastic experience: I have several tattoos from the incredibly talented Amelia, and I cannot say how much I love each one. I have not had a single negative experience under her care, and I have always felt comfortable around her. It’s one of the few places I feel safe being tattooed at as a queer person, and unlike other artists I’ve worked with Amelia does everything she can to create a positive environment. If you’re thinking about getting tattooed by her, do it!!
