Fantastic experience: Erin pierced my daughter's tounge and she was amazing! My daughter has a habit of fainting and I was so impressed that Erin helped her through it and she didnt faint! After the piercing was done may daughter felt very whoozy and Erin allowed her to lay down as long as she needed, gave her ice tea-sugars and helped keep her cooled down by fanning her off and using some wet paper towel until she was feeling better! Erin was busy and had other clients waiting but she never once rushed my daughter out, she made she sure was good! Im very impressed and greatful for Erin being such an amazing person. She had everyone laughing and feeling very welcomed in her shop. I would so recommend Erin at kreative kahos for all your piercing needs!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had my septum pierced and jewelry recently changed by Tony and I can’t recommend him enough! He’s super patient, gentle and makes sure you’re aware of what’s happening during the appt and proper aftercare. Definitely my go-to for future piercings :)

Fantastic experience: Had piercings done yesterday and Erin was wonderful, as was their receptionist. I struggle with anxiety and Erin was able to make me feel super comfortable. I've had many piercings over the years and this was by far one of my best experiences yet, Erin will be my go to from now on! Clean shop and friendly environment. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Super friendly people. I’m young and got my navel done but I’m impressed on how they were super nice and explained everything like aftercare and other important things. Tony placed my piercing perfectly and it wasn’t painful at all! Tony also explained why I needed specific jewelry for my anatomy and made sure to pierce it properly.

Fantastic experience: Got my nose pierced here yesterday and she was amazing! My mom came in and they had a conversation about bell bottom jeans which completely distracted me from what was going on. 100% recommend. Nothing but positive vibes.

Negative experience: Come here if you want to be given false information and unhealed piercings. I got my conch here 8 months ago and it still won’t heal because the woman piercer pierced it with a hoop and said it will heal perfectly. When i asked about people online saying you shouldn’t pierce with a hoop, she told me that was a myth. Now im going to spend more money to get it fixed. Thanks!

Fantastic experience: The best Piercing shop in town, other's can't compare. And even better, Tony is here now! Wooh! He used to be my piercer. He's cool, and Erin (i believe is how it's spelt?) Is awesome too! Great store, great prices..overall 10/10!!

Fantastic experience: I chose this place for my first tattoo based on the fact that this is one of the oldest tattoo shops in Brantford and has been around for quite a while, I wanted a custom tattoo that I created myself based on my love of my dogs, my love of my archery and the love of my family, The tattoo artist named dago, did a fantastic job on my tattoo, so great that I came back with a second custom tattoo for him to do, and I'm in line to get a third couples tattoo with my wife if you're looking for a tattoo or any sort of piercing or stuff like that, this is definitely the place to go in Brantford

Fantastic experience: We booked to have my daughter's (6yo) ears pierced for the first time. It was an amazing, fun and quick experience; Erin and the front of house staff were amazing and supportive, and made the entire experience a great one for my daughter.

He was very knowledgeable! And was able to design my tattoo while I was there!! I am extremely happy with the outcome of the tattoo and would highly and definitely recommend these guys!! Fantastic experience: Allways good going there

Fantastic experience: The overall place is very clean and decorated nicely. I got two dermals done under my eye to give the illusion of an anti - eyebrow. I was originally pierced by Tony who did an amazing job and was very sweet the entire proccess. He was kind and did a very good piercing job. I got the size of the gem switched out by the other piercer Erin. She was very sweet as well and gentle! The desk lady is also very very sweet too! I recommend this place as its clean, organized and the members there are very nice! Hopefully will come for tattoos soon too.

Fantastic experience: They’re all super sweet and do a great job making sure you have a good experience+a super chill environment in general. They’re also not pricey and do excellent work.

Negative experience: Piercing: second lobe + first lobe stretching Jewlery: externally threaded wich can cause micro abrasions and bacteria build up as it cannot sit flush with the bar, the material was also "surgical steel" wich unless it is asfm graded it is just a term for many diffrent types of steel(mystery metals) in wich is the type that can cause reactions Professionalism: the piercer was nice but she did dead stretch my first lobes from nearly closed up (less then 22g) to 16g, she said since its just a few mm its not a issue but upping gauges that quickly can lead to blowouts (wich is ended up having in my right first lobe and had to remove the piercing). For the safest results its best to wait 3 months between upping the gauge 1 size 22-> 20-> 18-> etc. As it gives your ears time to heal, dead stretching should not be painfull and its a sign you shouldnt be sizing up it also felt pressured into continuing when I explicitly told her that it was extreamly painful and to please stop as it felt like a burning needle going through the ear (this was before she pierced my second lobes) and she just continued without listening to me telling her to stop Sources for the information on the jewlery quality as well as the stretching: lynn loheide (member of the association of professional piercers (app)) Multiple app members that I chat with on a daily basis (through a piercing discord in wich thare vetted to be professionals that know thare stuff) Im not trying to slander but this is just my personal experience I have had here, id really suggest the piercer here read up on the dangers of unsafe materials as well as what happens when you up the gauges too fast

Fantastic experience: I had a memorial tattoo done on my arm by Kayla. I am so happy with it. She took the aspects i wanted and created something that will always be with me. She took time and talked to me. She was great during the process and we chatted like we knew each other. Makes you feel comfortable. I followed her instructions and it healed extremely well, no itching and little scabbing ( really if any). And I’m a diabetic so we don’t always heal well. My last tattoo was like 30 years ago so aftercare has changed a lot.

Negative experience: terrible service, artists suck, old guy that works there is just grumpy and mean to everyone, zero care for customers service highly would not recommend going. would rather buy my own gun and do it myself. just absolutely terrible people

He, as well as the rest of the staff, were amazing, professional and helped keep us at ease through the whole process, even when we asked for adjustments to the design. I'd highly recommend them and we do plan to go back for more soon. :)

Fantastic experience: I love these guys, all of them. Dave is awesome at ol'Skool and cover ups, he's been in the business for decades and it shows. Kayla's portraits and fine detail is amazing. Dago's traditional work is stunning. At the time of this posting I've had multiple sittings with both Dave and Kayla, and working on a beautiful piece with Dago. It's not just the talent, the shop itself is very clean. And professional. But the atmosphere is great. They're all very friendly. Everyone is always smiling and laughing. The tattoo sessions turn into social visits, you quickly become friends with everyone there.

Negative experience: my daughter got her belly button pierced on saturday and it was a 8/10 pain for her. we got a second opinion from another piercer turns out they pierced to much skin and she has to take it out. after all that pain and money spent it was for nothing. wouldn’t recommend going here.

Apparently tattoos weren't any different. But everyone was good to me, let me take some breaks in between and such. The tattoo healed just fine and looks great, I had zero issues with it : )

Fantastic experience: The tattoo artist here are amazing! The piercer is, too! Everything is sterile, never had any issues with that from anyone I know that has been tattooed/pierced there. The shop is clean, and the staff are friendly and very patient. The prices for piercings are good, and you can pretty much get everything done there. You can book an appointment online as well. I they are located in a convenient spot, near the downtown area. Their hours are good. Never any complaints!

Their price no matter what it is, you ARE getting your money's worth...no matter if it's a tattoo,body piercing and or whatever you are getting what you pay for and lots more. They make you comfortable in their shop from the very second you walk in until we're waving bye after we're done. The shop is always clean and tidy also sanitized. I'm very happy and pleased with my cheekbone dermal...I love having it. My tongue is the next thing that I will do now! So I'm coming back guys!

Fantastic experience: I have gotten 2 tattoos from here and 2 piercings. All of my visits had been amazing! I felt very welcomed and the people there are excellent at calming all nerves! I’ve had Dave do a tattoo, Dago did my back and Erin did my piercings and I can say all were amazing experiences and I recommend this place highly to everyone who asks!

Negative experience: I needed my surface tragus piercing changed. I went to another shop and they said they don't do that piercing but to try this shop as it was down the street. I called, no one answered , check Google to see they were opened until 6pm. The time was 3:59. It was a three minute walk so I headed over to the shop and the doors were locked and no lights. Which was weird as the business hours posted said open till 6. I called my husband to vent while still in front of the store and while standing there I see two people in the shop walk out from a room. I didn't bother knocking and instead tried calling as the girl was at the desk and still she did not pick up. Needless to say I just left. I'm not even sure if they do that piercing or not as no one was willing to assist even though they were supposed to be open

Fantastic experience: I have yet to have my tattoo done. But, i love the welcome. Dave was really kind and explained the ideas he had to go with what i wanted. He turned my little idea (which i wasn't sure what it was.) Lol. Into a masterpiece i am just excited to see.

Negative experience: This was my first time getting pierced at this shop and I’m very disappointed and in pain. I went to get my central labret done and when I’m the consultation I was very clear about how I swell a very large amount. The piercer said she understood and assured me the bar would be long enough. I had to take the piercing out because the entire back had disappeared into my lip and was bleeding everywhere inside and outside my mouth. It was incredibly painful. When I finally got the stud out I saw how short it was, it was shorter than my nose stud which I found ridiculous considering I was open about needing a longer bar because I swell alot. Overall I’m extremely disappointed and left with giant marks inside my lip from where the stud embedded itself into my extremely swollen lip.

Fantastic experience: Erin is amazing i had a piercing done at another place in brantford thought i had an infection and didnt want to go back to the other parlor so tried Erin out to see what was causing my nose piercing turns out from it shifting and her positivity and amazing customer service skills was amazing she was so helpful very affordable too will come back and recommend her to anyone

Negative experience: My daughter got her nose Pierced About 2 years ago ended up having to take it out because it got infected also got her belly button pierced around a year and a half ago and still hasn't healed up. They are very professional and kind I'm not sure what happened with my daughters piercing but she's not to happy.
