Fantastic experience: I recently got a dermal piercing at on2u, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. the ambiance of the shop is so clean and very calming. the piercer was obviously very skilled and knowledgeable- and when it came time for the piercing it was quick ,clean and way less painful then i was expecting. veronica is a very kind women who stayed late just to do my dermal on valentine’s day(thanks again), and is a very understanding person when things come up, and this is why i i choose on2u. this wasn’t my first time coming and this will not be my last.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to On2u several times for piercings with Veronica—both for myself and my tween daughter—and every experience has been fantastic. Most recently, my daughter had her helix done, and Veronica was so sweet, professional, and patient. She explained the process step by step, which made my daughter feel calm and comfortable. The studio itself is always spotless, welcoming, and has plenty to look at while you wait. I know some people mention concerns about her bedside manner, but I’ve never found that here. Veronica is respectful, direct, and makes sure everything is clearly understood before moving forward. I’ll continue to recommend Veronica at On2u to anyone looking for a safe, professional, and positive piercing experience. She’s the only one my family and I will see for future piercings!

Fantastic experience: Veronica and staff at ON2U were friendly, polite, and very helpful in both setting my expectations and working with me to ensure the tattoo I had done by their artist Henry was top notch. Though initially hesitant due to their artist exclusively using black ink, they were willing to work with me in order to ensure that the very simple colours I wanted were present in the tattoo. I was treated warmly and respectfully throughout my time there and would absolutely recommend Henry as your tattoo artist if you're in the market for it.

Fantastic experience: This is the only place I’ve ever gone for piercings and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The owner truly cares about her clients if anything feels off within a few days, she’ll get you in right away to make sure everything is perfect. I’ve never had an infection here, every piercing has healed beautifully. The studio is always spotless and professional. My mom also got a very meaningful tattoo here and it turned out absolutely perfect. 10/10 an amazing, trustworthy studio that I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Veronica is the best. I had an excellent tattoo done by her in 2015 and she remembered me when I went back this summer to get my kid's ears pierced. She's an excellent piercer and talked to my kid about the after care with clear instructions. Their new location is really cool. I love the decorations and the relaxed feel.

Fantastic experience: A group of 4 decided we wanted to get some tattoos while up here for a weekend in Saskatoon. With very little notice, they were able to accommodate us. We went past the time the shop closed, which neither the owner nor Page, the artist, were concerned with. Veronica, the owner, is very friendly and shows a lot of pride in ownership. She also spent some time with us in her downtime to keep us company. There’s also lots of cool decor that one can stare at for hours. Will be going again!

Negative experience: Booked an appointment for myself and my 17 yr old daughter for piercings. We received confirmation emails and Google reminders. We arrived for our appointment. Knocked on the door at our scheduled appointment time and could see that the studio was clearly closed. Just in case the owner/piercer was in the back and had not turned on the lights in the front, I called the studio and only received the voicemail. I had other appointments that day, so after waiting 10 minutes, we left. The owner called nearly 30 minutes after the appointment time and apologize for being a few minutes late. 25-30 is not a few. Very unprofessional. I try to always support local, small, woman owned businesses. But I will not be using On2U.

Negative experience: Veronica pierced my daughter’s ears several years ago, and they were done asymmetrical. We decided to leave it until she was at an age that we could adjust it. Went back today for a repierce, to which she thoroughly explained our options, but that the holes could migrate together if we re pierce so close to the original. After much discussion, we opted to get her second holes done instead. It broke my mama heart when Veronica again did not do them symmetrically. She had to take both sets of freshly pierced earrings out of my daughters ears to re measure, before repiercing one of the holes a second time. Veronica was mostly patient and apologetic, I could tell she was trying hard to be compassionate to my daughter who became pretty upset. While her shop and practices are fine, I would truly caution any parents on behalf of their children (or anyone for that matter) getting symmetrical piercing work done. The skill level is just not there, causing added dissatisfaction and discomfort.

Negative experience: It just angers me how this lady treated my daughter who happens to have moderate intellectual disability. My daughter came home feeling humiliated and disgusted with this woman’s attitude towards her for her not knowing her personal info at heart. She can’t help it, she has a disability!!.. & As much as I feel triggered I won’t show up there since my daughter begged me not to go over there to cuss her out!! But I’d like ppl to know this woman Veronica is not a nice person. I heard nothing nice about this woman! There’s so much wrong to this story but I’ll cut this short & I won’t be sending my daughter there anymore. I’m too disgusted with this woman’s behaviour towards my daughter.

Fantastic experience: I’ve always had bad experiencing with piercings, and I eventually learned to become afraid of them. But Veronica was truly amazing in combatting my fear of piercings and needles. She was super welcoming, didn’t judge me for my fear, and even gave me great advice for getting over my fears in a short visit. Best thing is, the piercing didn’t even hurt! Negative experience: I had booked a laser removal appointment and showed up 10 minutes early. I could hear the technician talking and laughing with who I assume was a friend in the backroom. I ended up waiting 45 minutes PAST my appointment time. I can’t remember if she even apologized. This was a while ago now, but I was just searching for a piercing place and was reminded of the horrible experience I had here.

Negative experience: Peircer doesn't even let you know when she's about to peirce you. Shocked me / pulled on my peircing afterwards. A liability waiting to happen. They don't use studs and give an option of hoops which don't help with the healing process. Do not recommend, especially if you have anxiety, autism / being on the spectrum.

Negative experience: I absolutely loved this place, the person at the till was such an amazing human, I had come once before to get an ear piercing and they made me feel comfortable coming back to get my septum re-pierced. I waited such a long time for the piercer to return from wherever they were (I held patience for this because I booked my appointment that same day) but once we started the piercer pierced it very crooked, I mentioned this and they said we can do it again if you'd like. I said yes because I really wanted it get it right despite the pain, they pierced it crooked again and blamed it on my nose. I got this piercing done once before when I was 14 at another place and it came out straight so I'm aware this wasn't a problem with my nose. I left very disappointed for what I had paid for, along with being told by my partner and my family that it was infact quite crooked. I haven't gone back since. :(

Fantastic experience: Editing an old review as I've visited Veronica twice now for piercings and I am incredibly happy with both. I still have the septum piercing she gave me 6 years ago with the original jewelry that has held up. I am a transgender individual who has had reconstructive chest surgery, and Veronica was more than willing to work with me for nipple piercings that ended up turning out incredibly well; she made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The person who booked the appointment was lovely and offered great advice for preparing for the piercing. I'd highly recommend choosing ON2U for piercings!
