Fantastic experience: Really exceptional experience getting my conch pierced with Lee! Lee was incredibly patient and took time to thoroughly explain the healing process, next steps, and what to expect. He was also really generous to give me time to select the jewelry and even take out different pieces I was interested in and hold them out near my ear so I could see what they would look like on me (having been to 5+ shops over my lifetime, I’ve never had anyone take the time to do this!!). Standard of cleanliness is also top notch. Look no further for a safe place to get a piercing.

Fantastic experience: If you have been disappointed by 1 or more other piercing establishments- look no further. I have been struggling with healing my nose piercing for 10 months now and only after buying the certified jewelry here and speaking to Lee did I leave feeling hopeful and knowledgable about healing it. Its already looking so much better. And this place has such reasonable prices! I trust Lee and truly believe he has his customers' best interests at heart 100%. After bombarding him with so many questions, he was so patient, understanding, to-the-point, and very knowledgeable. If I get any more piercings it will only be here.

Fantastic experience: Nadia was better than I could have even asked for. She did both my helix piercing and my daughter's lobes (7 YO). She walked my daughter through every step before she did it, explained everything thoroughly and talked to us about aftercare in an easy-to-understand way. She took her time with the placements of both piercings and thoroughly checked to make sure they were even for my daughter. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

She was able to work with my busy schedule and accommodating to meet my needs. Megan was patient to adjust the designs per my requests and even went above and beyond by adding additional details to the designs that I loved, making sure everything was the way I wanted before tattooing. Fantastic experience: By far the best shop you could choose for any of the multiple services they offer. The entire staff is friendly and the shop is extremely well-kept and clean. Megan did a tattoo for me a few months ago and the entire process is curated to make the experience smooth and organized with easy booking and appointment reminders. Megan took the time and showed patience to make sure the placement was exactly where I wanted it, the sizing and lettering was correct, and spelling also correct before even beginning the tattoo itself. She made sure I was comfortable for the duration of the tattoo and checked in on me in case I needed a break. I could speak volumes about the professionalism and care Megan displayed in her work and after having sat with a few other artists before, I can safely say there is no other shop/artist I’ll be going to for future work!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Lee for tattoo removal. Lee is 100% the person to see for tattoo removal. Educated and qualified in his field, absolute professional. Clean and sanitary environment. Laser removal has mixed results depending where you go. I have had excellent results at Legacy.

Fantastic experience: My first experience at Legacy Tattoos was a pleasant one. I had the pleasure of working with Chris (IG - Darkrunekraft) on my tattoo design. I was looking for an artist who was interested in horror/Lovecraftian designs and Chris was perfect. I had a piece done from my elbow to my hand, back/grey with some color, Warhammer 40k themed. Chris was able to give me his professional advice to make our design better. I never doubted him throughout the process and he's a very reasonable guy to work with. The design phase was smooth, the initial drawing had me excited, the tattoo was rather painless, it healed well, and I'm happy with what I left with. I could see myself coming back next year for another tattoo.

Fantastic experience: Had an upper ear piercing performed by Nadia and it was a great experience - she was super nice, knowledgeable and gentle! Will 100% go back for future piercings.

Fantastic experience: I had previous experience with a nose piercing, specifically a septum, at another studio. It was done poorly, and the procedure was quite painful—I even experienced blurred vision at the time. The person who performed the piercing was not very friendly. When I decided to get a piercing again, I was really scared. I was afraid it would be painful again and that I would receive poor service. I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and welcoming the staff at Legacy Tattoo & Piercing were. I felt very comfortable in this studio. The piercer was extremely attentive and explained everything in detail. The procedure was quick and almost painless, and I felt confident and at ease. The studio maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, which really impressed me. I’m very happy with the result. I will definitely come back here again to get the next piercing I want and highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a quality piercing! Thank you very much!:)

Fantastic experience: I had Char as my artist and she was amazing. She wasn't heavy handed with the tattoo. She was very attentive about how I was doing during a 4.5 hr sit. And. the tattoo itself is amazing. She really took the time to ensure we had the drawing right and the placement correct. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Fantastic experience: Brought my daughter in to get her belly button pierced. They made sure that she got the proper piercing with the right jewlery type for the type of belly button she has; and that we were completely informed when making our decision. We were given very clear after care instructions and the reasonings why it's so important to follow them. My daughter loves her new bling! 10/10 overprotective mother approved!

Fantastic experience: I recently needed surgery, and thus had to take my piercing out. I called A DIFFERENT place and asked if they could put a plastic piercing in its place to make it easier for the hole to stay open, and to make putting the metal one back in easier later. They took out my piercing, told me I wouldn't need the plastic, charged me 25$ (to take out a barbell.) and when I couldn't get my piercing back in told me it would take about a week for them to get me back in. THEN I called Legacy. Told them my scenario, and they set me up to come in the next day, put my piercing back in, and got me in and out the door within 10min. If and when I will be getting any more bodywork done I know where I'm going to get it done

Fantastic experience: Shop was very nice inside, great atmosphere. Staff was all very friendly and accommodating, and my artist (Lucas) was phenomenal. Based on the sketches hanging up around the other nearby artists as well, talent isn't hard to come by here. Can't recommend this place enough!

Negative experience: Went to get my first tattoo, wasn’t given any tips within consultation about how to prepare for first tattoo, waited 30 minutes after my appointment to be seen, and wasn’t able to get both tattoos I wanted as there wasn’t enough time allocated to my work by my artist, as there next person showed up before my first piece was completed, was only able to get one piece done which was completed incorrectly, the artist misspelt my quote which I was instructed to send through instagram to make sure they got it exactly how I wanted which they had missed a letter, I’m now needing to wait 5 months before anything can be done to fix the issue, and I was charged full rates of $150 an hour and not offered anything when I told the artist how the tattoo was messed up, very unhappy and would recommend going elsewhere

I've had my nose pierced before so I was familiar with the process but she goes above and beyond to let you know each step she's doing, informed me about the jewelry, and even helped me deal with my other nose piercing so they could be even and look the best they can. The best piercing experience I've had!

Positive experience: Workers are very kind and polite, they make good conversation and are over all very pleasant to be around; My only problem is their prices, for a simple nose piercing it was $127.68 when at Anthony's piercing it’s only $40 the prices are insane wouldn’t recommend going here if you’re not make of money!

Negative experience: I was told at my consultation that she would do colour for me. Then charged me $50 to book an appointment. I went in a couple days before the actual tattoo session, and she said she doesn't do colour. So I paid after being told one thing, then after paying, being told another thing which I don't want. I'd ask for my money back which feels fair to me, but when I booked the appointment initially, I signed a document acknowledging that the $50 is not refundable. This is also my first tattoo, and I feel really nervous about getting it. I went into this without any knowledge of tattoos or what the process is like. I was hoping it would have been a little more of a comforting experience for me. The staff weren't overly warm, friendly, or welcoming to me in person or on the phone. I wasn't even greeted when I went into the shop last. I feel like I'm the problem here for having a poor experience, I'm at fault because everyone else on here raves about their experiences. I feel embarrassed, guilty, and ashamed for not feeling the same way everyone else has. I feel like a pest rather than a guest for even bringing my business and my presence into the shop.

Fantastic experience: The place is super clean and welcoming as soon as you walk in. The atmosphere is calm and they take time to answer any questions/concerns you might have. Nadia did my piercing and she was amazing, she was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the perfect placement and jewelry. The overall process is quick and easy and this is a great place for any body piercings!

Fantastic experience: ive gotten three tattoos from felix (hopefully more to come) and they have all turned out amazing. his work and art style is to die for, and so is felix! he’s so sweet and makes me feel very comfortable whenever i’m there (greta conversationalist too). he’s also great in answering any questions i have. the shop itself is really cool, clean and welcoming. i even brought my mom in for a tattoo and i recommend felix to all my friends. 10/10 experience every time ive gone, i cannot stress how amazing he is!!
