Fantastic experience: My group came in as walk-ins. Aron was incredibly friendly and skilled. He negotiated generous prices for us and was very kind to have stayed after closing. I nearly fainted ten minutes in and I’m glad I was in his workspace when I did! He was very patient and helpful and I somehow got through the rest of the hour. I look forward to working with Aron in the future.

Fantastic experience: I got a piercing shortened by their sister company at SOH a few years ago really flare up. It was so tight and painful so I came as a walk-in kind of desperate to get some pain relief. The people that work here are very friendly and accommodating. Lach helped lengthen and clean the piercing while also going over other concerns I had for all my other piercings if they were healing well. Overall, he had really great and empathetic customer service. I’ve been coming all the way here for just of how great the staff has always been to me.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience here. I booked online and as soon as I walked in, Dylan waved at me and made me feel welcome right away. He helped pick out my earrings and explained everything clearly, which made the whole process really easy. After a short wait, we went into the piercing room. The space was clean and had a really nice vibe. I had an old earlobe piercing that I thought had closed, but Dylan checked it and reopened so smoothly I barely even noticed. The new piercing was also super quick and basically painless. His technique was incredibly smooth. Josh was also super friendly and gave me a free aftercare spray. I’m literally writing this while eating at the Japanese BBQ place he recommended, and it’s so good. Definitely the best piercing experiences I’ve had.

I had a piercer named Loch (not sure how to spell it haha) who was super sweet and did a perfect job! I felt very comfortable with him and he gave me tons of info on what I should expect healing wise. I highly recommend him and I will definitely be asking for him the next time I get a piercing!

Positive experience: Changed my review after an experience I had with a tattooer a few years ago. I emailed and gave details on the placement and idea as well as inspiration photos for the tattoo I'd like to get. They booked me in with one of their artists for a consultation, I drove to town, paid for parking, walked in and met to discuss. When I finished explaining the inspiration and where I wanted it, the response I got was "I don't do sternums, once you do one it gets kinda boring after that". Keep in mind this was for an ornamental piece, nothing offensive and I know the sternum hurts and have thought about it for years. I ended up walking out, because how are you going to ask me to send all this in an email beforehand, and then book me with someone who doesn't do the area or style I'm looking for? I ended up going to another artist at another shop to do my sternum piece and was excited to do it. I feel like if your client is coming in and respectfully telling you what they want, insinuating that their idea or placement is boring isn't a way to keep people coming back.

Fantastic experience: Me and my friend walked in on a Wednesday afternoon and were both able to get our tattoos super quick and some jewelery changed with Mikey while they got it ready. The staff were very friendly, Lach was our angel and set us up with everything we needed. Highly recommend if you are looking to get a tattoo in vancouver

Fantastic experience: My belly piercing had to get tapered open and I was really nervous about this but Dylan did a fantastic job! He was so kind and informative and the whole process was quick and much less painful than I expected. They were also happy to use my own jewellery - unlike many other piercing shops I called to ask. And only $10! Thanks so much for a really great experience. Every single interaction from my phone call (shoutout to Josh) to the actual service was incredible. Adrenaline is my one stop shop for all things piercings now.

Fantastic experience: I came here for my first helix piercing, and the service did not disappoint! Corey was very friendly and professional, and the piercing process was very fast. It probably took less than five minutes, and it only hurt briefly. The space is very clean and professional.

Negative experience: I've gotten a couple piercings from this location before and it went well but I had a bad experience with one piercer in particular named Cory. During my appointment I noticed that equipment was being reused & the wrong length post was given for my piercing so it wasn't able to accommodate for the swelling and it started hurting a lot to the point I had to go to another place to get it fixed. No instructions for aftercare was given either. I recommend asking for another piercer if you visit!

Fantastic experience: If you want to pierce any part of your cartilage dont think twice and get CORY to do it for you! I had a helix done at least 3 times and it never heals, until he did it and it healed nicely with no major pain or bleeding! I just did two more somewhere in the cartilage and let me TeLl YOU! I had zero blood ! No crusting! Iam 10 days out and there is barely any pain!!! Ofcourse I shower and clean them , but everytime i do , i find nothing to clean!!CORY is the best ! His hands are magical!

Fantastic experience: I haven’t even left the shop and I need to express how amazing Lylo is. She was so professional and sweet, and her line work is impeccable! I came in with my mother to get matching tattoos and she was able to get the design absolutely perfect. And since we’re family going back to back, it would have been so easy to lax in cleaning her station between our tattoos, but she was very diligent in sanitizing everything and she changed her gloves so many times during the process which shows her attention to care and detail. I am so happy to have been matched with her and will 100% be back to get another one from her. If you’re looking for clean line work, Lylo is your girl. I adore my tattoo and I’ve had it for all of ten minutes. I swear she has angel hands, I barely felt a thing the whole time

Fantastic experience: Went down to Adrenaline today and got my tongue pierced by Mike, and honestly it couldn’t have gone better. I had to push my appointment back a few hours, but Josh and Mike were super accommodating and made everything easy. My first interaction with them over the phone was already great, friendly, professional, and really welcoming. When we arrived, we were greeted right away and shown the jewelry selection. Every single staff member seemed genuinely happy to be there and passionate about what they do. Mike was a phenomenal piercer. He made me feel completely comfortable, answered all my questions, and had the biggest smile the whole time. Josh at the front desk was also awesome. He helped my partner pick out some gauges and answered all our questions with patience and knowledge. Overall, it was just a stellar experience from start to finish. Fantastic experience: Had an AMAZING experience here getting my bridge piercing done.I was pierced with Titanium and a straight barbell like how bridge piercings are SUPPOSED to be pierced with. The shop atmosphere is amazing and so welcoming, not to mention incredibly clean. Staff are phenomenal. My bridge was pierced by Cory, he listened to my concerns and allowed me to specify the placement as well as bar size. (I'm an abnormal human who doesn't swell hardly at all and he trusted me. I've have been under the needle a LOT so i know how my body reacts and heals in situations where you should have a lot of swelling.) He also is a perfectionist, extremely patient and friendly. I've never had a piercer who listened and was so accommodating to my needs. This place is amazing. I will come back for sure, and I strongly recommend this place for anyone who wants a piercing!

Fantastic experience: The team at Adrenaline are 100%. Probably the best customer service I've experience in years (Granville location). My daughter was nervous about getting her piercings (once she found out it was going to be done with a needle) and Clue at the front desk made her feel so comfortable by explaining the whole process and talking to her about her own experiences and different piercing techniques. Cory is a piercing angle and so good at what he does. The whole experience was amazing. The only negative is I know this is now going to cost me money, as I'm sure we'll be back for more services in the future.

Their calm, respectful energy made such a difference, and I really appreciated how focused they were on making it a positive experience for all of us. Positive experience: Clean? Yes. Surgically white? Also yes. Styled like a place that only sells cling-wrapped yeezys for ridiculous amounts? Also also yes. Expensive? Oh boy. But it's clean, pleasant and efficient, and I liked the staff even if they all looked like the type to make terrible homemade kombucha. No offense. I'm sure your homemade kombucha is decent, Kyle (I assume they're also all named Kyle).

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough amazing things about adrenaline, Mike at the Kitsilano location pierced my nose for my birthday back in 2022, and he was BEYOND amazing AND professional. I was quite nervous about it as this was my first actual piercing other than doing my ears, he talked and guided me through the whole process, let me know when he was inserting the needle to ensure that there’d be no surprises etc, he provided thorough and clear instructions on how to care for my piercings, as he also did my seconds on my ears the same day! Also, the staff offered me the cleaning spray for free because it was my birthday! Fast forward to today, April 15 2025, I walked in at the Granville location and inquired about getting my septum pierced, as I’ve been thinking about it for a while now. The staff at the front were all SO welcoming and incredibly kind, they showed what options I have in terms of jewelry right away, I shared that I was extremely nervous about the whole thing and they told me that it’s the easiest piercing to get done, which they were absolutely right about that! I didn’t quite catch the name of who pierced my septum, which I feel awful about because I wish I could mention his name to thank him for how amazing he was! I was beyond impressed with how polite he was from the second we met, the very first thing he did after I sat down on the table was check the anatomy of my nose, letting me know that I have the slightest deviated septum therefore the piercing will be the littlest amount of crooked. I honestly had NO idea this was the case and I would have never guessed otherwise! He used the tool that the needle goes through multiple times to find where the “soft spot” in my nose is as that’s where you’re supposed to pierce, which I thought was SO responsible and professional of him to do. He cleaned my nose thoroughly and double checked that there was no remaining debris, let me know when he was inserting the needle, provided me with clear and straightforward aftercare instructions, I asked questions about wether it’s okay to flip the jewelry up inside of my nose while it heals and he even stretched the piercing a little after it was done in the event that I’d need to do so! I truly cannot say enough amazing and positive things regarding the experiences I’ve had at both locations, you guys are phenomenal!

Fantastic experience: [copy pasting this to multiple Adrenaline locations as I have had wonderful experiences at all] I've had so many ear piercings done at Adrenaline at either Mt Pleasant, Kits, or Granville and they've all been fantastic. I was originally very squeamish with needles so I was super nervous but happened to get Mike for my first time, which was a double helix (had my lobes pierced with guns when I was 4 years old from which I only really remember lots of tears lol). I was super nervous but Mike was amazing. Piercings turned out perfect and it was the first time where someone said "it'll just be a pinch" and it truly was just a pinch. After that I felt inspired to get a whole bunch more, so went back to Mike for another helix, 3 forward helix's, a vertical helix, and second lobes. Jenny did a double snonch for me and most recently Dylon did another snonch as well as another set of lobes (but higher up and more tucked onwards). I've had an amazing experience every single time. They always get the placement and angle perfect. I appreciate that they tell me to be super picky and take the time to redo the placement of the markers to make sure it's absolutely perfect. I requested soooo many changes with Jenny and Dylon because I wanted something very particular in both cases and they were excited that I was speaking up about what I wanted. I am naturally very apologetic and hate to bother people so their attitudes were so great. Laura and the other staff are also so awesome. I am someone who needs to schedule my day but then I would change my mind and want to move around my appointments and everyone was so helpful with adjusting to my schedule. My piercings have healed fantastically and I am so happy. I've pretty much exhausted everything that I want for now and it's almost bittersweet because the staff are so wonderful that it's kind of sad I won't have another appointment for a while! Perhaps I'll get my traguses done sometime! Anyway, from someone who started off as terrified and then became addicted, would highly recommend Adrenaline!

Fantastic experience: I wanted to visit a few more times before leaving a review but after two visits I can confidently say that adrenaline is one of the best piercing shops there! I especially love the frequent deals they do for piercings, as they are how I got all mine done. I’m quite new to expanding my # of ear piercings & adrenaline has been helpful all the way. The staff were very knowledgeable and had lots of material, I'm sure they'd be up for weird requests and big custom jobs!

Negative experience: Really BAD service experience, especially the front desk. I've got 4 piercings as Adrenaline and everything went well, Until I went there for the fifth time. I asked the girl, Lanny to pierce at the exact spot that I pierced before but lefted out. She told me that it may be not fully closed so she'll just use a not so sharp needle to reopen it. During the procedure (and later when I revisit) she DID NOT clean my ears and claimed that she was certain about the spot and went straight to piercing. It was no where near where I had it before, I then went back the next day, she said because she used a somewhat dull needle, it would be impossible to go through if there wasn't a whole before. Excuse me? I've showed you the picture and you're still not admiting you made a mistake. I then went talk to the front desk and discussed the issue and wish that if next time this happens, she could face her mistakes and apologize. But what the front desk said was ok, with a "i dont care smile," and said we've already refunded you, what do you want, like its not big of a deal. REFUND is what you SHOULD do, im certainly not paying for a WRONG piercing, and he acted so shocked when I said I need an apology. I have never been this mad with a customer service, really dissapointed. Anyways, I won't come to this place again, have to admit there are some good people here, but still, TRAIN YOUR STAFFS!!!

Fantastic experience: loved my walk in experience! had a tattoo and piercing done.. just make sure the price is clear before starting as I paid for 2hres when my tattoo only took 1hr… and taxes are added to the price quoted.. other than that excellent place! definitely recommend

Fantastic experience: originally came here 2 months ago to get my snakebites done, piercing & piercer were phenomenal and so nice but my lip swelled up so much that i had to get them changed at a local piercer the next day :( one swelled up so bad that we couldn’t get the jewelry back through so i’d have to get it repierced. i emailed mike about this and he was SO accommodating, gave me a time frame (beginning of july), and when i told him it wouldn’t work for me because of a trip he told me to email him when i was back, to which i did, and i made an appointment through him. jewelry & piercing cost covered, i am SO SO SO appreciative of this and his patience with me as our schedule seemed to never align properly. some of the best communication i’ve seen via email as well. day comes to get it done, and landon, the person who was managing the appointments at the front, was SO nice as well. i already felt bad that i was making the shop do a service for free our really nice conversation made me feel seen :) he even approached me after my appointment to ask about how it went, which i really appreciated too. my piercer dylan was also so nice (everyone at this shop is so nice LOL) he was so fast, communicative about the process of the piercing and genuinely curious about what happened & why i had to get it redone. i’ve had experiences at different body modification shops where people have been dismissive towards me, and while i’m terrified of getting piercings (despite having so many) i look for people who are clear with their communication and step by step process. our interests also overlapped because he was wearing an arizona coyotes jersey so we had a nice conversation about that too. overall AMAZING service, i will be coming back. i couldn’t have asked for a better team to take care of putting metal through my face ^_^

Fantastic experience: I had gotten my helix pierced somewhere else and the gem was stuck inside the hole with hair wrapped around it and swollen and the folks at Adrenaline were my saviors. They were kind, efficient and fixed my issue and put in the proper earring. 10/10 recommend this shop everyone was so sweet and helpful and they literally saved me from infection.

Negative experience: went in looking for a replacement ball, and the person at the front picked it out ( another person suggested maybe a bigger size, but first person went with their original choice), was just planning on buying it and going. But, without asking, was told to wait and someone would put it on. Unfortunately I was short for time and was not told it would be a while wait so after waiting for about 30 minutes I bought the ball and left. Once home I realized it's way too small. I appreciate the intent but I wish they hadn't sold it to me without knowing for sure if it was the right size as I don't live nearby and can't return.

Fantastic experience: The staff here are exceptional, friendly and great at what they do. I had a walk-in fine line tattoo, did not have to wait long, the artist was great and I love my new tattoo. The shop is clean and I felt safe and confident having work done here. Would definitely be going back if I lived in the area.

Fantastic experience: I have 12 piercings total on my ears, all from Adrenaline Granville. Have been going to them for almost a decade since my first lobe piercings back in high school, when they were still at the old location before the fire (recommended to me by a high school teacher who insisted I go to a professional studio instead of a cheap jewelry store for teenagers — so glad I listened to her!). Their service has always been so amazing and the staff are all so professional and friendly. I always recommend this place whenever I get asked about piercing options around Vancouver. Special shoutout to my favourite piercer Cory who did 8/12 of my piercings! He is so gentle and it’s very comforting when I know he’s doing my piercing.

Fantastic experience: I arrived late for my appointment today, almost 15 minutes behind schedule. Despite this, they accommodated me. Francis (if I recall correctly) pierced my earlobes. He was exceptionally pleasant, friendly, and efficient, and I experienced no pain whatsoever. The rest of the staff was also incredibly welcoming and kind. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning.

Fantastic experience: I got my eyebrow and tongue pierced today by Dylan. He was so chill and nice and kept makingsure I was okay. When I went to go pay I started feeling dizzy and the front desk person got me to sit down and they handed me a cup of candy and water and was super sweet about it. 10/10 would recommend this place! Had such a great experience! Planning on coming back here in the near future!

Fantastic experience: I got a lip piercing and new tunnels very friendly staff very quick. Worst part was needle going through other side, but painless transition to jewelry. Would recommend going to this adrenaline they have a good selection but bring cash it's much cheaper without tax.

Fantastic experience: Got my first ever tattoo done here by Aron! he did an amazing job and i am very happy with the final product!!! i would highly recommend Aron as a tattoo artist (my boyfriend and our friend both got tattooed by him as well, and they’re both happy with his art).

Positive experience: I’ve purchased 5 earrings from the Granville shop and 4 of them fell out without my noticing and were lost. One piercing did not heal properly since the original earring post used to pierce was too short, I had to replace it when it fell out. Great staff but I won’t be going back, lost over $200 in jewelry bought here.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing shop. Everyone who works there is so incredibly kind and easy to talk to. I got my septum pierced here last year and has a fantastic experience. I get quite faint around needles, and they made sure to fully inform mw of the whole process and guided me through the procedure itself. The septum healed WONDERFULLY as well. They also gave me candy and a juice box afterwards to get my blood sugar up because I felt light headed!! Anyway - great people, great shop, great services. Well worth their pricing.
