Fantastic experience: I had a tattoo by Ricky. He done a very special piece for me, a photo of my cat that passed away with her pawprint. Can not recommend this place enough. I'm beyond happy. Ricky is so easy going & nice, his talent blew my away. The actual tattoo experience was great. Will be back for more ink. Will pop before & after pics :) (third pic is me getting a glimpse of the progress & seeing the uncanny resemblance to the reference pic, which is next to my head, it was a very emotional moment)

Fantastic experience: I recently had a macaw tattooed on my foot by Ricky. He was brilliant. Such a nice guy who was so easy to chat to about the tattoo I was getting.

Fantastic experience: Age 23 have my first 2 tattoos here in Black Label in DTC, love this place that I would definitely recommend, thank you my tattoo artist Maddie is who an apprentice and she is so friendly and good customer service, extremely talented and done such an amazing job with my first 2 line tattoos and I so many have compliments with my friends and co-workers for my tattoos, I would definitely come back for more

Negative experience: I have over 30 tattoos and it's my first infection. I had two tattoos done and the first is healing up nice but the 2nd? red, sore, angry, swollen and now im on antibiotics. extremely frustrated and disappointed, won't ever be returning here again.

Fantastic experience: Great Place! Myself and my friend attended this place to get a price on the tattoo we wanted, the guy gave us the price and when we wanted to book in he said he could do it on that same day due to them being not busy at the time. All the workers in the shop that day were very kind, respectful and professional. Myself and my friend were on Holidays in Victoria and this topped the cake in making our Holliday a memorable one. Our tattoos look amazing and have healed up quickly and well. I deffinetly recommend this place.

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusted and disappointed in the service I received ! Lack of communication as I was told one thing and they did another on a number of occasions, everything seems to be done via messenger and the piece that took less than half the time quoted was an absolute rip off. Hope you can sleep at night knowing you rip hard working people off! Definitely wouldn't recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Had the absolutely pleasure of getting a piece for my kids done by the talented Erin the other day. I've had a lot of great tattoos from other artists but this one is by far my favourite and most memorable. Unreal detail and such artistic skill shown. Awesome atmosphere in the place. Everyone do yourselves a favour and get down and support this business that is filled with talented artists, get yourself covered! Thanks again.

Fantastic experience: A huge thank you to the apprentice tattooist I saw this eve 31/03 at Black label DTC. I’d love to have remembered his name (sorry, ADHD brain) but he’s the guy that looks like a young Trent Reznor He went above and beyond in adding to the designs I provided and it looked awesome. You wouldn’t think he was an apprentice, his line work was amazing, he was fast (not rushed) and I couldn’t have walked away happier with the end result. I was so happy I wanted to offer him my first born child. Would have been a difficult tattoo to pull off with it being in the centre of my neck and I have two rather large tattoos on either side of my neck. Cool guy as well: felt super comfortable. Recommend highly if you’re in Ballarat and after getting tattooed. I’ll definitely be back ✌

Fantastic experience: Though I didn’t get a tattoo done in the end, five stars for service. They explained what was and wasn’t doable based on what I wanted and where - knew their stuff but treated me politely without feeling like a fool. Clean, tidy energetic shop.

Negative experience: I went here to look at getting a tattoo. I was there for 10 min and not acknowledge once. Rude receptionist, no customer service skills at all... My mind was made up never to go here, when the receptionist went over to a client in the chair about to be tattooed and told her she couldn't use a voucher she had as it was 2 DAYS OUT OF DATE!!! And that if she wanted a tattoo she had to go and get cash there and then. Terrible way to run a business a horrible experience for more than just me

Fantastic experience: Myself and my partner went in my partners first tattoo staff were helpfull and arky was amazing with her being a first tatt also great work on myself always happy to help , modify or cover up ect always happy smiling and patient while trying to work out what you want and how to make it work ,,, love this place

Fantastic experience: Eliza is wonderful. She designed the piece better than I could have imagined, and she was incredibly patient with me and my low pain tollerance while working on scarred today. Ricky next to her was also supportive while I was in pain. The receiptionist yesterday when I booked was wonderful, and so was Amber today. The blonde female tattoo artist needs to work on her customer service skills.

Positive experience: Shannon was very rude to the young guy in the flash booth with his remark and I was just observing near the counter and myself and my friend thought it to be very rude how the tattooist in the flash booth asked shannon to take a look and he retorted it's just a flash booth tattoo in a rude manner. Eliza needs to try to get her lines straight but she is still learning ,just be aware you get what you pay for when going cheap.

Negative experience: On three different occasions I went in to the studio to be tattooed by the apprentice Maxi she did a great job on my tattoos I was very happy with her work reception were rather rude though and the shop lacked atmosphere

Negative experience: I was horrified when the owner/worker came out of his store ran down an alley way and pinned a child maybe 14 years of age to a wall before throwing him in a puddle

Negative experience: PHONE NUMBER NOT WORKING AND NO REPLY TO EMAIL NOT HAPPY
