Fantastic experience: 1st time coming: Jet was amazing help and he was able to help me get exactly what I wanted and was happy with and was patient and helpful with advice while I was indecisive and unsure. 2nd time coming: Jet once again provided great service and helped me through the whole process and I would definitely recommend this place. Very happy with my tattoo and will come back again! Jet and the other artists make the studio very welcoming and a friendly environment. 3rd time coming: Jet and Riya were so friendly and helped me get exactly what I wanted and were efficient and provided great professional service! Always love coming back here!

Negative experience: I don’t normally do reviews of any place but quite honestly, this one deserves a really bad one. The receptionist was rude and dismissive and actually said she “didn’t have time for us.” No clear information, no professionalism, and no respect. Absolutely not the “premium” experience they advertise. I don’t believe I have ever felt so ‘looked down on’ before. I also work is customer service and I know sometimes we all have our bad days but I think the multiple reviews about their behaviour clearly reflects on how it’s not a “not my day” thing but a reoccurring thing. I was so excited about getting a tattoo but today’s experience has just ruined everything for me.

Fantastic experience: Had an awesome experience here, everyone was really great to talk to. Paul did my first tattoo which was a portrait of my daughter it looks incredible and his control of the needle was amazing to watch, My daughte is only 19 months old and she actually recognised herself in the tattoo so that tells you how skilled he is. Cheers guys I will definitely be back again.

Fantastic experience: Have been to Garden City Celebrity Ink a few times. Went today to get a few touched up, re-coloured and some bits added and they look amazing. Christina was a little hesitant in touching up my sternum as its fine line but she done an amazing job as always. Highly recommend Christina for all your tattoo needs, even when she doesnt feel confident in herself she nails it 100%

Negative experience: I’ve never had a bad experience at a Celebrity Ink until I tried the one at Garden City. If you enjoy mediocre work, terrible attitudes and being treated like you’re not worth their time, then this is the tattoo shop for you! On the day of the tattoo, the receptionist was friendly as was the artist. The cost of the tattoo was quite insane as it was a very simple design but that’s to be expected at a chain. The cost included the ‘advanced artist fee’ which i now find ridiculous due to the quality of the work. The tattoo wasn’t exactly what i hoped for. The artist was supposedly a ‘fineline specialist’ but the tattoo isn’t anywhere close to fineline. I paid for my tattoo and went about my day until a week later when I noticed that the bottom of the piece appeared to be blown out. My friend who got a tattoo on the same day from the same artist also had this issue. We went back in and were told it was just because it was healing and to come back in 4-6 weeks if we still had the same issue. Well that puts us at yesterday, 6 weeks later. Much to no one’s surprise, the tattoos are fully healed and still blown out. We go back to the shop where we see the same receptionist as the previous times. This time she was very standoffish. We told her about the issue and she took pictures to send to her boss. She was unpleasant to deal with and very unprofessional. It seemed as though she was rushing us out of the store even though it was empty except for one client that was being tattooed. We waited until she got a phone call from the boss, which she went to the back room to take. She came back and quite rudely told us our only option was to get it fixed by them as they don’t offer refunds/ partial refunds to get it fixed elsewhere. My friend asked what the process of fixing them would be, to which she was very rude and also told us she didn’t know. When I brought up the fact that the tattoo wasn’t in fact fineline like i’d asked for, the receptionist acknowledged that this was true and said ‘I get that it can be disappointing, especially cause it’s on your body forever’… I’m not sure what that was supposed to help with or what i was meant to take from that other than that they get a lot of complaints and that’s her default response. She also tried to blame my skin for the tattoo being blown out which was ridiculous as a) my friends tattoo from the same artist also blew out and b) i have quite a lot of tattoos (over 30) and have never had this issue before or been told that my skin had an issue. As a tattoo shop your receptionist should not only be friendly but also at least somewhat knowledgeable about tattoos, the process, or anything related to the industry. They got back to us today regarding our options to fix the tattoo which was that they were ‘happy to offer a free touch-up on the piece’ or i could get ‘a coverup which will not be included in the free touch-up policy’. Making fixing your mistakes sound like a favour is quite ridiculous. Touch-ups are included with the tattoo anyway so i’m not too sure what kind of offer that was and paying for a coverup of your mistake is not only unreasonable and ridiculous but also insulting. The whole experience was ridiculous, unprofessional and off putting. I would never recommend Celebrity Ink Garden City to anyone. There are better shops out there who care for their clients and provide a much better experience.

Negative experience: Went with my friend, had a lovely receptionist, very helpful and sweet offered us lollies and waters. The consultation was thorough and the process was good, however, we were charged exorbitant amounts for such simple pieces. We were also charged and ‘advanced artist fee’? which was confusing since both of our tattoos showed signs of blowing out/smudging within the first week. I’ve also noticed that their prices are not consistent across stores, but i’m assuming this could be due to amount of staff per store etc. We did go back to the store and ask about our problems but we’re only met with a receptionist, not any type of artist, who said she could not help us for at least six more weeks despite obvious signs of smudging. Would definitely recommend going to small businesses that take their time with clients :) edit: went back 6 weeks later, spoke to the same receptionist she was quite blunt and seemed like she just wanted to get us out of the store even though she had no one else waiting ? spent at least 10 minutes waiting to hear back from an actual artist whom we didn’t even speak to directly. they sent us an email saying we could get a free touch up? how is that going to help blow out ? i asked for some compensation and was hit with ‘no way we don’t do refunds’. a simple ‘sorry, unfortunately no’ would’ve been fine. tl:dr basically don’t bother going unless you want bad tattoos and wasted money.

Fantastic experience: I had an absolutely amazing experience getting my tattoo! The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and so helpful throughout the entire process. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, care, and creativity. The artist really listened to my ideas and turned them into something even better than I imagined. The attention to detail, hygiene, and overall atmosphere were outstanding. This tattoo is not just ink, it’s art—and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and a truly positive experience!

Negative experience: Got angle wings and paw prints for memories of my furbabies that have past. The bloke that tattooed me changed the design after placing the outline on my shoulder and to top it off, after paying the deposit I was charged extra despite showing the emails regarding the price. NEVER AGAIN will I use this company, they are rip offs and won't give you what you ask for!

Fantastic experience: It was my first tattoo and I had a great experience. Studio manager Sal and artist Ana were so good, best advisors and I had a great experience. Really love the tattoo.

Fantastic experience: Came in wanting to get a tattoo of the paw prints from my cat who passed yesterday, they were all so comforting and kind it was an incredibly healing experience. I have autism, social phobia and just very high anxiety in general, but they had me feeling so comfortable and relaxed I nearly fell asleep in the chair, and even gave me a care package for free as their condolences for my loss. I highly reccomend coming here its worth it

Negative experience: Didn’t even get to the stage where I can have an opinion of what tattoo to get as the receptionist was so dismissive & racist and basically ushered me out of the store. Disgusting attitude. Have gone to a competitor.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Celebrity Ink a few times now and it definitely is the best around, love all the artists and the membership is so worth it! :)

Negative experience: The receptionist is not reliable. I paid a deposit for a booking then I was not able to visit so I made a phone call to cancel my booking, she informed me to book again within certain time frame otherwise I will be losing my deposit. I called again in the time frame she suggested then she told me it’s a few hours late if I want to proceed I will be losing the deposit so I said it’s fine I will have to go to other places then all in a sudden she suggested that she could do something with the system and informed me I won’t be losing my deposit if I decided to go ahead so I did . On the day of my booking, the receptionist gave a a quote of the art, it’s significantly more expensive than other shops for a small size tattoo, so I communicated with the receptionist informing her that I should probably go to other places because it’s more expensive than what I was expecting, she then said she could take $50 off of the quote. so I confirmed with the artist whether he could perform the art I showed him , he seems certain that he could so I went ahead and by the end of the section the art look completely different than what I wanted, I ended up paying something that I will be regretting the rest of my life. it’s not a one star review it’s a below 0 stars experience. The receptionist is manipulative and the artist is extremely inexperienced. Please read carefully admin , I didn’t lose my deposit because I told her I was should go somewhere else then the receptionist all in a sudden said I won’t be losing my deposit .

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From start to finish, the team was so welcoming, professional, and genuinely excited about bringing my idea to life. I came in with a meaningful custom design, and they absolutely nailed it — the final tattoo looks exactly like what I imagined, if not better. The space was super clean, the vibe was relaxed, and I felt comfortable the whole time. You can tell they truly care about what they do, and it shows in the detail and quality of their work. If you’re thinking about getting a tattoo, I 100% recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: I’d just like to say a big thank you to the team at Celebrity Ink Mt Gravatt and specifically my tattoo artist John. I came in first thing in the morning with an idea to remember my dad who passed away on Tuesday unexpectedly. John sat down with me and went through every little detail and made sure I was happy with it and we swapped and changed a few things, he worked really well with me and I felt comfortable and confident. John was understanding and the amount of effort he put into this, not only the writing and the script but the actual placement and alignment of the tattoo. He used markers and his skills as an artist to make to fit exactly where I wanted it and give it the meaning it deserved. This has been a very hard few days but I am so grateful I have this for life to remember that, even though my dad wasn’t there in person or our relationship was never perfect. He still had a heart and I know that he did love me and I loved him. We were just too broken to express it. I am my father’s son. Thank you John, thank you to the team. Negative experience: Extremely disappointed!! I had booked weeks in advance, paid the deposit, gave an in-depth description of what I wanted then waited for the day of my appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early to a stunned silence from the reception, not knowing anything about my appointment and no artist In sight. I then had to wait 2.5 hours for said artist to arrive with no designs in hand, sketches or the like. I was offered a small discount ( less than the deposit) for having 4 hours of my time wasted before the first stroke had begun but the crescendo of this experience came 4 weeks later when the work had healed and most of the ink had fallen out; I asked for a touch up to be met with “ we don’t do free touch ups, that was in the contract ( pre tattoo) you signed”… i am fairly certain most businesses conduct themselves with pride and thus would not want someone walking around with a tattoo that looks 10 years old 4weeks later… I now have to engage another company… thanks……

Negative experience: On Monday 28/10 I visited your store re a ‘cover up’ tattoo. I was eventually able to see one of the ‘senior artists’ to show him what I want covered & asked for ideas. My details were obtained, a photo taken of my tattoo to be covered. I was told ‘give me a couple of days & I will forward you ideas’. I told him I was from NSW & leaving in approx 7-10 days time. ‘Should not be a problem’ was the response… Hence, I left the shop confident I was going to be helped. It is now 8 days later & I have yet to hear from anyone at Celebrity Ink. I am departing for NSW 1st thing tomorrow morning. The only contact I had was an email asking for a review of the store on the day I visited. I have searched through emails/texts every day since being there & NOTHING. Sorry, but your ‘Senior Tattooist’ has done nothing for your reputation & I for one would be very hesitant in recommending your business to any friends/family. I can’t recall the tattooist’s name off hand, but I’m sure the friendly staff that greeted me at the counter on the day would be able to Michael.

Fantastic experience: Seb or Sebastian was a very skilled , efficient friendly tattooist, who I had the pleasure of meeting. He had everything ready including two sizes of the fonts that I liked. I will definitely request his assistance again. Healing is amazing and not sore at all . Thanks Seb. As much as celebrity ink is a massive studio and well known to the public, the studio itself is warm and friendly , While being super clean and fresh, the staff are great and the manager on duty - jet- Li , I believe,was beyond professional andlooks like he loves his job. Thanks so much . Paperwork is top notch and everything is covered from pricing to signing agreement that you happy with size and positioning. I will be back for more . Fantastic experience: Great Customer service! Was a great tattoo experience beginning to end, even from the first consultation. The Store Manager was excellent and friendly and my artist Paul was really helpful and talented. Paul was wonderfully professional, really pleasant to chat to throughout the tattooing process and his work is beautiful.

Fantastic experience: I found Elizabeth at Celebrity Ink to revamp a coverup back piece that had faded and looked a bit muddy. After three sessions, yes it’s big, I now have a vibrant meaningful work of art that makes me feel good to show off. So we kept going for ankle addition and will do one more later this week. The whole team are so welcoming and friendly, my experience in the studio was awesome. Elizabeth is an extremely talented artist who gives you her passion and commitment in beautiful work to wear on your body forever. Not only that she is a very cool chick. Negative experience: Posting this about a year after I got my first two tattoos done here. Do not trust this studio or their artists. I got two very simple tattoos (just words) and you don’t think an artist can mess that up. BOTH artists who did my words did them terribly and now I am left with tattoo blowout (and no that is not part of the healing process and please look it up). It wasn’t until I started getting more tattoos done at independent studios did I realise how badly celebrity ink garden city had done mine. They overcharge and underdeliver. Not to mention that the manager is extremely rude and does not care about the customers. Any respectable artist will not work here. Actually a lot of studios will not hire people from here for a reason…Do yourselves a favour and go to any other studio. There are many lovely independent ones in Mt Gravatt. If you question my review due to the surplus of good reviews on this site I am sad to say that they are most likely from people who like me got their first tattoos done here and didn’t understand the standard of work that they should be getting. I wish you all the best and hope you avoid this utter disgrace of a “studio” that delivers the quality of work you would receive at a drunken house party.

Fantastic experience: Setting up the appointment was very easy and all staff had been very friendly, my artist Rachel was super nice and we had a good chat while tattooing, I am very happy with how the tattoo turned out and if I’m ever in Brisbane again I will definitely be returning to have more work done. Fantastic experience: Could not recommend Celeb Ink Garden City enough ! The manager Blake was very welcoming, friendly & such a lovely person to work with; blake made us feel very comfortable and helped us so much with picking & organising our tattoos. He fit us in with no notice & made sure we were happy with our experience in his store. Justin the tattoo artist was brilliant; he conversed with us the whole time, had such a friendly nature and was so quick and efficient with our tattoos. He was amazing at tattooing with a lot of experience under his belt. Justin made us so comfortable as-well and ensured we were wholeheartedly happy with our designs before & after. Fantastic experience: Just gotten my second tattoo done by Celebrity Ink and I've been pleasantly surprised both times at how well it's come out. Both artists took their time and did great pieces I can be proud of. The customer service is fantastic, great environment, clean and modern facilities. Nothing to complain about.

Fantastic experience: I was looked after by both Sam and Paul and I can honestly say they were both fantastic. They made me feel so comfortable and welcome and I loved the overall vibe of the store. Paul my artist was fantastic and brought my ideas to life better than I could have imagined. The consultation was very thorough which I loved as we worked together to get exactly what I wanted. Paul went above and beyond to find the perfect/exact font for my script tattoo which I was super grateful for. The price was awesome too. Highly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: Got a new tatt done today and had a couple of different designs I was keen on but then the artist, Natalia, showed me one of hers and I went with that. And didnt disappoint. It turned out better than I expected. It took 3 hours so she asked me a few times if I was ok and needed a break or stretch my legs. Really happy with the final look of it. Fantastic experience: Amazing staff and tattoo artist, Bianca. Myself and 3 friends got matching tattoos over 2 day's we are so very happy with the work and service provided by all staff, but a special mention for Bianca our tattooist who did amazing work with all tattoos matching perfectly and Blake on reception for being friendly and supportive and having great attention to all the details. Very happy with my first ever tattoo. Thanks guys.

Tattoo wise I got my tattoo done by the super chill Natalia, if you're nervous/hesitant about a tattoo because it might hurt, go with Natalia, she's very gentle but will keep checking in with you. Negative experience: ***WARNING*** Had the worst experience I’ve ever had with a tattoo studio. I feel bad for the artist because I know they do good work. However the service the shop treated me was very unprofessional and a hustle. I originally got quoted maximum of $800 - $1500 for a detailed arm piece. Which was fine… it was all going smoothly all until I was literally sitting in the chair about to get tattooed, when they told me my tattoo will now cost me double the price they told ($3000) Will definitely not go back ever again and will warn everyone I know not to as well. Be careful to anyone who goes here.

Fantastic experience: Man you guys are awesome - My tattoo appointment (at another shop) was cancelled on my last minute and i couldn't get another appointment for weeks. Celebrity Ink Mount Gravatt was able to fit me in on short notice, they were super friendly, did an amazing job with fantastic attention to detail and for a great price. Legends.

Negative experience: Very bad service, I booked my appointment 3 weeks ago and I went for my appointment today then they said wait half and hour after I went half an hour they said they don’t know what time artist finsh and I have to wait unitil that. So unprofessional at Least they have to sent message to me . Be aware from here they waste your time and money. they told me they will refund but they didn’t give me evidence . I still didn’t get my refund . When will you do that

Fantastic experience: Had such an amazing first experience! The team was always ready to lend a hand and totally available to help you through the entire process and changes of mind. Our artist Enn has beautiful skill and would definitely recommend her and will be going back!

Fantastic experience: This place is great! Awesome, talented, passionate staff (especially Liz, who did all my tattoos), and they really eased me into getting my first bits of ink. I looked at a few other parlours before getting my first tattoo, and although this place was the priciest, the quality is nothing to scoff at, and it blows other parlours out of the water. It's well worth the price! Will definitely head back for more tattoos to come!

Negative experience: A friend and myself came in today to get some small tattoos and felt really rushed and not listen to or even thought about by the artist tattooing us. We left actually really disappointed with the job that had been done. For something that is permanent you would think that the staff would would be more compassionate and considerate. We were told things like "it would take too much time to re-stencil", and if we wanted to look at other front it would take him all night. he kept trying to pressure my friend to get a bigger tattoo than what she actually wanted, and kept saying that the placement was "too hard". over disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Thank you so much! I am super happy with my tattoo, Kate was amazing and made me feel so comfortable and another big thanks to the gorgeous manager that got me a coffee. Couldn't go anywhere else after dealing with both of those queens!!

Fantastic experience: Perfect service for my first tattoo. Celebrity Ink accommodated a walk-in appointment almost immediately, worked with me to produce an original design, and clearly guided me through the process as well as after-care. Pricier than some other parlours, however, the convenience and friendly service cannot be beaten.

Fantastic experience: I Had an awesome experience with celebrity ink at garden city getting my first tattoo. It was just a small piece on my wrist, and they fit me in with an hours notice and did a fantastic job. They put my nerves at ease and I'm so happy with how it turned out. Definitely recommend having your tattoo done with celebrity ink garden city

Fantastic experience: I've had a few tats from here now and never been disappointed. They communicate well and have a great team. Shout out to Liz for her amazing skills so happy with the result. Negative experience: Terrible experience. I asked for a delicate light grey and white moon phase tattoo and received a dark smudge that looks horrible. They referred me to the artist Sushan to do the work telling me he is great with realism. I reiterated many times before he did the work what I wanted and he did the opposite. It is dark, heavy and looks like a smudge. They brushed me off and would not do anything to help me. I did get a second opinion from 2 different reputable tattoo studios and said that the work was really bad. Terrible experience!

Positive experience: My first small tattoo & the team was very friendly & helpful. My tattoo is a crucifix with sun raise coming from it on my left underarm near my watch band. Kate the English rose was my tattooist & again very friendly & explained what the process involved. I was extremely happy with my first tattoo & would recommend them.

Negative experience: Botched tattoo Change in tattoo artist on the morning of (I was happy with the work of the previous artist, and trusted the reviews of this particular establishment not to mind). The tattoo I had done today came out very tacky and wonky. The lines were not clean and crisp like my previous experience, and the thickness of the lines was inconsistent. Even the tattoo artist knew she messed up and offered to touch it up. Although she offered to fix it up, I didn’t know how to reply to her because there was no way to fix it, it was utterly ruined. The manager, Jarrad said it looked good when it was clear it didn’t meet expectations, this made it harder for me to speak up because it didn’t like feel like he was receptive. When paying, I brought out my $50 voucher from the previous visit (I had discussed using this with them on Messenger). Jarrad plainly rejected me using the voucher because I didn’t explicitly tell him beforehand that I planned to use it. He alluded that it would be a pain for him to put the changes through the system. Weirdly enough, there is an influx of good reviews about Jarrad giving people good deals on their tattoo today, it’s a slap in the face. I’m very dissatisfied and would advise caution to anyone getting a tattoo from this place.

Negative experience: My partner Mitchell, went into your store in 2020 a bit of late review however with seeing more of your stores popping up it feels needed to warn people of celebrity inks horrible service and unprofessionalism. Mitchell originally booked in for consult for a full arm sleeve and discussed with a worker about booking a tattoo artist price, etc he booked in feeling confident he would be looked after paying a $500 deposit mitchell sent in many photos of reference for the tattoo to be designed Anyway day comes of appointment artist is 20min late for appointment when arrives is completely unprepared and extremely unprofessional with no design ready and then proceeded to go on the internet find a stock image go a dragon Mitchell didn’t even want, he spent an hour drawing up a design I repeat DID NOT WANT my partner told him many times he did not want the design. Mitchell told decided after all of this and seeing the design my partner and I left the studio however one of your lovely staff refused to refund my partners $500 deposit even though he did not get adequate service. The whole experience was extremely disappointing and I would never recommend anyone ever go to this joke of this tattoo studio.

Negative experience: Extremely friendly staff and great help. Unfortunately the price for this place is ridiculous. They wanted to charge me $800 for just Extremely simple finger tattoos ($80 per finger) even after being quoted 3 times already by them telling me they would do it for 400 and one of them where just 3 dots on a finger. I ended up going else where after being at this place for almost 4 hours, I was even being patient while they passed me around from artist to artist and was 4 hour over my appointment time already. The place I went to charged me $300 and it only took and lovely lady 40 mins to do including her setting up. My partner and I are both eventually have a full body of tattoos done but I am definitely not going here no matter how famous your tattoos studio is $800 for very simple finger tattoos is just scamming.

Fantastic experience: We walked in at 5:30pm and we were fitted straight in for our impromptu matching tattoos! Keenan did a great job and Brendan and Sushan provided some extra entertainment! Awesome vibe, very accommodating, great bunch of dudes! Thanks everyone ❤️

Fantastic experience: The people that work here were all so friendly and welcoming. I was made to feel so comfortable. Gabe, the tattoo artist did the most amazing job of my tattoo. I can't recommend him highly enough. The detail and the colours, above and beyond my expectations.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was friendly, attentive and helpful. The tattooist that completed my tattoo, she did an amazing job, both with customer support and clean lines and excellent shading. The store was incredibly busy both at the time I made my appointment, and the day I came in for my appointment, but everyone was so lovely. Fantastic experience: These guys were absolutely amazing!! From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out with a massive smile on my face. Fantastic experience: T-Jai and the guys from Celebrity Ink Garden City took great care of us, the atmosphere and service was above anything I’ve experienced being tattooed before. The way that not just the artist, but the entire shop engaged with each other, myself and my daughter made the experience more than just a tattoo booking, although it was our first time at this studio we absolutely felt welcomed as though we had been there many times before. The finished product was also much more than I could have asked for, I was unsure of what I was expecting but I do know that T-Jai went above and beyond and I truely believe she understood the reason behind what I’d asked for as it showed in her work. Thanks team for the amazing experience, I can’t wait to plan my next visit.

Fantastic experience: First tattoo!! The guys and gals at Celebrity Ink were so amazing and kind and just lovely. My artist Keenan was so nice and so cool! Loved chatting with him and he made all the nerves go away The team talk you through everything and make you feel comfortable and safe (being a first time tattoo I felt this was really important). I’ve been wanting to get this tattoo for a while and it means a lot to me that they cared just as much as I did. Would 10/10 recommend getting a tattoo here if it’s your 1st, 10th or 100th. Negative experience: Edit: My google review isn’t showing up for anyone and I’m not sure why that Is happening. My tattoo has healed and there’s a whole 2 that hasn’t been shaded in. The overall tattoo I really like however, I didn’t appreciate how the lady doing my tattoo acted. I wanted just a really small tattoo and she was getting very visibly frustrated when I asked for it to be a bit smaller when she showed me the original size. When we were making adjustments in the mirror to ensure it was perfect, she was acting very annoyed and frustrated with me and my tattoo. My friends whom were there with me saw her shake her head at me while I wasn’t looking and throwing her hands about in frustration… I’ve had quite a few tattoos and have never had an experience where I have felt a bit uncomfortable going through with the tattoo. In the end I ended up just saying I was happy with the placement because I didn’t want to anger her anymore even though it was crooked, thankfully one of the other lady tattooists noticed it didn’t look straight and spoke to her to fix it up for me.

Fantastic experience: It seems like I’m always here … Amber is an awesome Studio manager, she’s on the ball with everything, making sure everyone feels at home. I just love the atmosphere, the music is usually great and the artists are just the nicest bunch of humans you can imagine ! They have SO many ideas and a tonne of good advice to make your perfect tattoo !! P.S. The Lolly Bucket rocks !

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend. I didn’t get the chance to ask for my artists name but it was my first tattoo and she made sure to take her time to ensure that I was happy with the design before starting the tattoo. She listened to exactly what I was requesting and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Staff are very friendly and make the nerves a lot easier. Only thing is that they didn’t tell me how to care for my tattoo. With it being my first I had to google it to find out what not to do and things like that. Not too bothered, think they genuinely just forgot and I probably should’ve asked.

Fantastic experience: They were super accommodating with both my schedule and budget. I got an exact copy of someone’s handwriting tattooed and i couldn’t fault it. My artist TJ was so friendly, I felt like we were old friends from the moment I sat down. After just a couple days, it’s already healing so well; hasn’t been itchy, red or bled out at all. Positive experience: My tattooist, Julio at Garden City is great! Has an awesome attention to detail. Only thing I wasn’t happy with was having to wait an extra 20 minutes after being tattooed for 7 hours, just to pay. As there seemed to be an issue with proof of deposit paid, even when I could provide bank statements on my end. Last thing you want to do after being there all day is have to wait around just to pay. Must be an issue with the system as other people seemed to also be waiting to pay regarding deposits. But besides that, can’t fault the place, good atmosphere, friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: My sister and I got piercings today done by Amber. She was super attentive and made us feel welcome and comfortable. I’m not the best with needles, so I really appreciated Amber’s kindness and patience throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend if you are looking at getting a new piercing! Thank you again; we are so happy with our piercings :)

Fantastic experience: Very friendly, professional and informative staff. They advise on after tattoo care specially cause today was my first time getting one. Very clean studio. The artist goes through the design and makes sure that you get the right sizing of the tattoo and the where you want the design to be. Really love my minimalist leo zodiac tattoo❤ and hope to be back soon for another experience✌✌

Fantastic experience: My artist Kate was phenomenal! This is my second time getting tattooed by her and I will be back for sure. She refreshed a previous tattoo and did a super cute cover up for me! I would highly recommend if you’re looking for someone who does beautiful line work and colourful pieces

Positive experience: Organising my appointment was easy and timely. Counter staff were helpful and friendly. My artist unfortunately had little to say or ask about my tattoo which took away some of my confidence. I am happy with my result but not thrilled. I think a longer conversation with my artist may have improved the result.

Fantastic experience: Went in today for a rib/underboob tattoo with Ally, I’m so impressed. She’s a great tattoo artist, its perfect. I was a pain with the placement yet she was so patient with me! Definitely recommend, the whole place is so comfortable and the staff are all so friendly!

Fantastic experience: The atmosphere was really welcoming and fun. I was very impressed with the detail put into my tattoo although it was simple My artist wouldn’t let me leave till it was 100% perfect which I was very happy about. I did have an accident and was sick in the tattoo shop but the staff were really lovely and reassuring that it was okay and I didn’t have to worry. Overall my artist was really lovely and the staff were amazing. 10/10 would definitely recommend and would definitely go back!

Had some great conversations all throughout the session, and even got given a chocolate halfway through. The staff and service here are phenomenal, and I look forward to sending my friends here too.
