Experiência fantástica: My friends and I had a great experience getting different piercings. Our piercer made us feel super comfortable and explained the process every step of the way. She also gave us plenty of space and time to decide on placement and jewellery and was super knowledgeable about the aftercare process, giving us in depth advice and even saying that we could contact her if we had any concerns relating to the piercings.

Bei mir hingegen nahm sich Ann viel Zeit, hat mich ehrlich und freundlich beraten und mir schließlich vom Tattoo abgeraten – da wir noch länger in Portugal unterwegs sind und Dinge wie Pool oder Meer in dieser Zeit nicht ideal für die Heilung wären. Diese Ehrlichkeit fand ich wirklich großartig. Zum Tattoo meiner Frau: Das ausgewählte Motiv wurde von Ann entsprechend angepasst. Die Beratung war von Anfang bis zur Nachsorge sehr ausführlich. Das Tattoo wurde fein und präzise gestochen, und meine Frau ist glücklich mit dem Ergebnis. Der Preis lag bei 120 Euro.

Experiência negativa: Realizei o procedimento há algumas semanas, e passada apenas uma semana, já não tinha nenhuma das gemas aplicadas. Assim que tive oportunidade, dirigi-me novamente ao estúdio para solicitar a recolocação das gemas, considerando que o tempo de duração foi manifestamente insuficiente. Contudo, no dia seguinte à reaplicação, uma das gemas voltou a descolar, o que demonstra, mais uma vez, a falta de eficácia e durabilidade do serviço prestado. Ao relatar a situação, fui informada de que não havia conhecimento de outros casos semelhantes, o que me causou estranheza, já que a minha amiga, que realizou o mesmo procedimento convosco na mesma ocasião, teve exatamente a mesma experiência, as gemas também descolaram num curto espaço de tempo. Considero inaceitável que um serviço pago não cumpra sequer um padrão mínimo de qualidade e que, mesmo perante uma falha evidente, não me tenha sido apresentada qualquer solução adequada.

Experiência fantástica: Queen of Hearts has a top team. From the beginning of walking inside, through the process and until the end, they provided an amazing service. The artist Ann, did a great job, very friendly, very communicative and does her job professionally on a high level. Can only recommend to anyone who is in Lisbon and wants to get a tattoo done. I had an idea of a design, but Ann managed to design one herself in a short amount of time that looked way better and fitted into my expectations even more then i had in my head. I'm amazed. I was able to suggest my own design and it was designed according to my preferences and drawn on the spot. My tattoo was done by Attila, who has excellent technique and is super friendly. We got the exact tattoos we wanted, they were very understanding and ensured we got exactly what we wanted- we all wanted very fine line tattoos. The staff were amazing, all so lovely and welcoming, price was fair for the quality of the tattoos and the amazing treatment we got! They took their time, made sure they cleaned down after every tattoo, very thorough.

The process for walk-ins was very easy and my lack of Portuguese wasn’t an issue as people spoke English very well explaining everything that was happening (which I am very grateful for!).
