I checked out the artist portfolios and immediately reached out to Pamela on instagram, @bordartattoo, to get something scheduled. She was really responsive and helped me decide on a design. I had the tattoo done with Pamela at the Hotel Hotel private studio and it was such a cool vibe there. I love my tattoo, Pamela as super nice and incredible to work with. The other tattoo artist there, Marcio, was super cool to talk with as well. Great people. If you’re coming to Lisbon for a tattoo, I highly recommend this spot, and Pamela is an amazing artist and tattooer.

Experiência fantástica: Thanks to the Sufs at Queen of Hearts for our piercings! We just walked in and were able to get a piercing straight away (after a short consultation and signing of forms of course). Sufs was amazing, explaining the whole process and making me feel super comfortable! They showed all the sterile equipment before the piercing. They provided clear advice on the care of the piercing (actually better and more detailed advice than I’ve ever got in the UK!) The price was really affordable, costing 25€ for the single helix my friend got and 50€ for the double helix. Highly recommend!!

I got a Helix and a 3rd lobe. The prices are also very good! Now almost 6 months later my Helix is finally doing great and I just changed to a lobe. It's also very clean, they show you how to take care of your new piercings and give you their Instagram so you can contact them whenever you have something. Thank you for the great experience!

Experiência fantástica: Aloo, antes de mais queria pedir desculpa por ter demorado para vos dar uma review, tive um bocadinho ocupada com o trabalho mas também me deu tempo de apaixonar-me ainda mais pelos piercings do que já tinha ficado quando sai da loja. Fui à Queen of Heats na segunda feira pela primeira vez e decidi estrear-me às grandes com 4 piercings diferentes. Não só fui muito bem recebida mas também muito bem tratada antes, durante e depois do processo. Estou bastante satisfeita, principalmente porque 3 dos piercings foram feitos pela segunda vez depois de vários anos após deixar de usar (snake bites) e alguns meses depois de tirar devido a repetidas infeções (sobrancelha). A Miriam teve bastante cuidado para furar onde já estava cicatrizado para não fazer buracos novos. O bridge foi o único que era totalmente novo e mais uma vez estou super feliz com o resultado, e ainda bem que ouvi o concelho que a Miriam deu quando perguntei se poderia ser um pouco mais atrás porque está perfeito e ás vezes meto-me à frente do espelho só para ficar a olhar para o piercing Obrigada pelo vosso excelente serviço. Vou com certeza voltar a visitar-vos, para os próximos 10 piercings!

(did it in another place, a 1+ago) and they have me come in a month after to check!!! They are the best.

Experiência fantástica: I got my first piercing at this place and it was the best experience i could’ve asked for! First of all, pricing was fairly priced. 25€ for a nostril, including the stud. Really experienced staff which guided me through the piercing process greatly! Took their time with placement, talking through the process and informed me well about the aftercare process. If you’re looking for a safe, hygienic and overall great piercing experience, i would definitely recommend this place when you’re in Lisbon!

Experiência positiva: Elisa is, without a doubt, a phenomenal tattoo artist. I came in as a walk-in and Elisa was my assigned tattoo artist. I selected a tile design from their collection, and Elisa demonstrated incredible attention to detail. She offered insightful suggestions and possessed an excellent artistic eye, ensuring the final piece was exactly what I envisioned. Her professionalism and genuine warmth made the entire experience delightful. I couldn't be happier with my tattoo, and Elisa truly deserves all the praise. Unfortunately, the positive experience with Elisa was overshadowed by the interaction with the woman at the front counter. My primary concern revolves around payment transparency. Despite reaching out via WhatsApp both the night before and the day of, I was never informed about their accepted payment methods. Even when I was flipping through their collection and sitting on their sofa for 15 minutes deciding on my tattoo. It only came to light after my tattoo was complete, leaving me in a bind with only €60 cash. Thankfully, my spouse was able to pay via PayPal (though the "friends and family" option caused a minor hiccup in understanding). When I explained to the front desk staff that payment options are crucial information for any business, her response was shockingly dismissive: "If customers ask, we answer." My attempt to clarify, "So you only tell them about the payment options if they ask?" was met with the exact same, unhelpful repetition. While she offered a perfunctory apology and said we’ll make sure to inform clients next time, it was clear she saw no fault in their lack of proactivity. Last night, I checked their Facebook, Instagram, and even their Google-listed websites (which redirects to Facebook and found no mention of payment policies. This lack of clear information, combined with the unwelcoming attitude, stood in stark contrast to the typically friendly and hospitable interactions I've experienced throughout Portugal last year and my current visit. The front desk is the first and last impression a client receives, and a more hospitable approach is desperately needed. As I left, she said something along the lines, thank you and see you again. I had no energy in me to entertain her with a response. Elisa, thank you again for being wonderful and sweet and thank you for my tattoo.

Experiência fantástica: Got my helix piercing here in July 2022 while on a work trip, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The piercer was incredibly professional—she explained each step clearly, marked the placement carefully, and double-checked multiple times to make sure I was happy with the location and gauge before proceeding. The actual piercing was quick and virtually pain-free. Despite working long days in Lisbon’s intense summer heat, the piercing healed beautifully—no infection, no swelling, and no scarring or keloids at all. They also provide a complimentary titanium earring with the piercing, so there’s no need to worry about finding safe starter jewelry. Highly recommend this place for cartilage piercings. They clearly know exactly what they’re doing.

Experiência negativa: So my girlfriend wanted to get a helix. And first of all, the piercing itself went very smoothly and the next two days everything was still fine. But after 3-4 days it started to swell and hurt a lot. Her ear was red and the piercing almost completely swallowed by the swollen and infected skin around it. When even her head started to hurt constantly she went to the shop again and their reaction was completely ignorant and unprofessional. She got interrupted while explaining her situation that she shouldn’t sleep on that ear and that this is of course the reason it’s swollen. The unfriendly woman at the counter just said to keep cleaning it twice a day in a very rude tone. As she said we kept cleaning it and when it got not better, even worse after another 2-3 days we had to go to the hospital and they had to cut the piercing out. She needed to get antibiotics and painkillers and is still suffering a lot. The doctor said that the piercing was probably too short and couldn’t breathe to heal. We were very disappointed with the unprofessional and rude response of the shop and wish they would have been more careful choosing the right size of piercing! It would have saved us a lot of pain, money and time.

Experiência fantástica: My wife and I are on vacation from the U.S. and we each got a tattoo with Pamela and it was an amazing experience. We were able to schedule with her over instagram before we even left for vacation. She was so incredibly kind and helpful. We talked and laughed the entire time. She even gave us suggestions on restaurants and cafes to check out (they were AMAZING). Her English is very good so there was zero issues communication wise. Pamela talked us through every step including sanitation, and showed us the sterile equipment and needles. We will absolutely be going back on our next trip! Also our tattoos are obviously amazing!

Experiência fantástica: We would definitely recommend them because Queen of Hearts is flexible with walk-ins and had an over all relaxed vibe. Not to forget, the tattoos look AMAZING and we were so happy with the results! Me and my 2 friends got tattooed by Pamela and Marcio and we had an amazing experience! They were really thoughtful and gave us good advice about the tattoo and placement. The people at Queen of Hearts were really friendly and talked us through the process and aftercare (since one of us got their first tattoo here).

Experiência fantástica: I was walking by and remembered that I wanted to get another ear piercing, so I asked if they had time, and they did. I waited for just 5 minutes and received incredible service along with clear instructions on what to do in the coming weeks. The experience was very professional, and I can highly recommend this place. I’m even planning to get a new tattoo there on my next visit.

Experiência fantástica: I had a great experience getting tattoos by Pamela at Queen of hearts. I had booked a trip to Portugal and knew I wanted to get a tattoo while I was there. I searched on Instagram for a tattoo artist near where I was staying, and found Pamela. I reached out to her and she was very nice and booked me right away. The day of the tattoo was very smooth and again she was very nice and professional. I highly recommend her!
