Fantastische ervaring: Very professional shop with lovely people

Negatieve ervaring: Spontan und schnell Termin bekommen, ABER: 1. Mir wurde gesagt es dauert ca 1h, dies hätte den Preis auch gerechtfertigt, nach nichtmal 10 Minuten war es dann fertig. Leider mit entsprechender Qualität. (Mittlerweile abgeheilt) 2. Leider ist die Qualität garnicht gut. Es wurde unter anderem ein Schriftzug gestochen. Kein Buchstabe ist gleich dick gestochen, in einem Wort sind teilweise Buchstaben doppelt so dick wie andere, allgemein sieht es sehr unordentlich und unsauber aus. Bevor man das Tattoo sah und etwas sagen konnte wurde die Nadel bereits abgeworfen, danach konnte man wohl nichts mehr machen…

Fantastische ervaring: Super Beratung, sehr professionell und herzlich. Ich habe mich von Anfang an wohlgefühlt und mein Tattoo ist genau so geworden, wie ich es mir gewünscht habe. Saubere Arbeit, tolle Atmosphäre und viel Zeit für meine Fragen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Negatieve ervaring: i wanted to get a gold nose ring to replace my current piercing and i told the people in the shop that i wanted the nose ring to be fitted on my nose and no space in between the ring and my nose and the girl helping me told me that the nose ring she gave me will fit. so i paid and put it on immediately and it was way too big. i took it off again and asked if i could get a refund or a smaller ring and they told me no and that this was the smallest ring. i think it’s unfair because i trusted the lady which is why i paid and put it on but it didn’t fit.

Negatieve ervaring: Overall it was an okay experience, but the general attitude feels like the workers dont really want to be there, nor were they very receptive/understanding of what I wanted for my tattoo. Instead of using one of the reference photos given to make up a new design, they just took one of the references and used that 1:1 for my tattoo. I am still happy with the endresult of the tattoo (since the artist changed the shading a little bit), but to charge 450eur for a 4x4cm tattoo design that they took off of pinterest is kind of insane. Ps.: Charging an extra 5eur for second skin is also beyond me. I have gotten many other tattoos before and was never charged for a miniscule piece of second skin

Fantastische ervaring: Ik was hier met een paar vriendinnen om samen een tattoo te laten zetten het personeel was heel vriendelijk en namen echt de tijd om onze ideeën tot leven te brengen toen het tijd was om de tattoo te laten zetten en aan gezien het me eerste tattoo was was ik best nerveus maar ze hadden heel rustig en netjes uitgelegd van hoe en wat de tattoo zelf was heel netjes gezet ook mijn vriendinnen waren heel blij met hun tattoo na dat de tattoo was gezet hadden ze ons uit gelegt hoe ik er voor moest zorgen en zijden ze als die vervaagt dat ik terug kan komen als de tattoo een touch up nodig heeft top zaak dit!!! Ik raad het iedereen aan

Fantastische ervaring: I decided to get a piercing on a whim. Everything went wonderfully — fast, efficient, polite, and high-quality. The female piercer did a great job! She explained everything clearly, told me all the details, and showed me what to expect. She was friendly and professional. I highly recommend this salon.

Negatieve ervaring: After I sat down with them and articulated what I wanted they worked on it on photoshop then a week later they texted me and said that the artwork was done so then I come into the store and to my surprise not only was the artwork not done but the work they did on the artwork was not even saved, so then I had to sit there for another two hours describing AGAIN what I wanted as they worked on it on photoshop whole time the fat dude is talking in Turkish making adjustments to the tattoo that I am not even approving. I got tattooed by the fat dude and 0/10 experience he was twisting my leg in a direction that was causing repeated cramps and I asked him can we switch position he simply said no. And now for the worst part I specifically told this guy to only put black outline on the character he tried to argue with me that it looks better I said no I don’t care he agreed to do it like I asked…. Then about five minutes later I look again and this fat bastard literally went ahead and starting doing the black outline everywhere, I don’t think I’ve ever experienced this kind of blatant disrespect. I tell him “I just told you not to do that why did you do that???” His response was again trying to argue it looks better. Then I look up again and the apprentice has a fuckin camera in my face? Holy shit these niggas only exist from clout. The one thing I fuckin hate about tourist trap tattoo shops is they usually are notorious for not giving a fuck how they treat their customers because they know someone else is come in to do work eventually. I think the fat dude should do some self reflecting, it does not matter if you are the artist if I’m paying you do to a specific job you do not have to he right to tattoo me however you like. He quoted me €5000 for my whole leg sleeve not only will I never spend a cent there again but I will advocate to all my tattoo friends how shitty they treat you here. DO NOT COME HERE.

Negatieve ervaring: My girlfriend got her nipples pierced here, first of all. Told her to not touch them for a year (its common knowledge that you should switch out the bars after a few weeks if the swelling went down) And got pierced noticeably higher on the nipple than should have been. After a couple months she realized that she actually got pierced wrong and that it didnt just need time, as she thought before. She sent them an email asking for a refund. Told her that "if it was within a couple days we could've helped you but after months we cant" so she asked them for a partial refund since, now she has to pay for their unprofessionalism and now is being completely ignored. Second of all, an intern asked her to take off her shirt, sure. Not weird, but then had no part in the piercing and left when the piercer came into the room. This place is Unprofessional Shady Overpriced Has the bare minimum of hygiene in place Has piercers with no knowledge in the field of care And most of the people dont speak english well which isnt a problem if they wouldve spoken even a lick of dutch.

Negatieve ervaring: I went here to buy two piercing jewelry pieces, €20 each. When I asked if they could also put them in for me, they said that would cost extra, no further information also not how i could do it best myself. No help otherwise, and it was pretty clear they didn’t feel like it. Really bad service, I’m never coming back here. Hopefully they are good with tattoo service but def don't care about piercing service.

Het hele proces verliep professioneel en iedereen was erg vriendelijk. Ik ben heel tevreden met de tattoo en ik zou daar zeker nog eens teruggaan.

Fantastische ervaring: Definitely high rated for a reason, my sister and I came here for a walk in while on holiday and we're welcomed in to sit down and were seen to start working on and editing our designs right away, I didn't catch his name but the guy from Turkey who spoke to us was really lovely and welcoming as well as the guy who tattooed me, I think his name was Yusif (probably not spelled correctly) and he was from Cyprus, he got the tattoo done very quickly but was very respectful and made it an easy experience for us, I'm not sure of the name of the girl my sister was tattooed by but she was also lovely, you have great staff and definitely would recommend this place- thank you!

Negatieve ervaring: So I travelled to Amsterdam from the UK a couple months back now, and I was very excited to get my first tattoo. I got sat down and we started designing my tattoo, i went for a flower for reference, the picture i showed as “inspiration” had 2 lillies on it but i very clearly said that i just wanted 1 of the lillies, not both, bearing in my mind i am a very shy and anxious person, so when the young man started looking for photos on the computer, he started designing a tattoo with 2 lillies, he asked if i liked the very rough design he had made, which took him about 2 minutes by the way, so obviously i very kindly said “oh sorry i just wanted 1 lily” to which he replies with “right could’ve told me now your just wasting my time” this might not seem like a big problem but you do not speak to a customer like that, especially one who is getting her first tattoo, me and my partner were incredibly shocked by this man’s tone and words, the whole design process just felt rushed to be honest, it didn’t feel like he actually cared, and the tattoo was extremely overpriced, i payed £200 whereas i got another tattoo twice the size after and only payed £100. the tattoo artist who did my tattoo was lovely and caring and helped me with sizing and placement, and was incredibly fast and talented, she was lovely, it was just a shame that it was SO expensive and the man who designed my tattoo was incredibly rude and grumpy.

Fantastische ervaring: I went to Cleopatra INK to get two new tattoos. I didn't have a design for one of the tattoos, but one of the staff members created it effortlessly and beautifully. They also paid close attention to the customer during the tattooing process. When I had doubts about the placement of the tattoo stencils, it didn't matter how many times they had to be reapplied. A super nice experience, highly recommended!

Fantastische ervaring: Got both my high lobes pierced here and I’m super happy with how it turned out! The procedure was really hygienic and done with great care and precision. It barely hurt and was over in no time. The staff were super friendly and made me feel totally at ease. I got clear aftercare instructions too. Paid €75 for both piercings plus aftercare products — totally worth it. Highly recommend!

Negatieve ervaring: Had my tattoo done last week and its terrible. There are patches missed, the ink hardly shows its so faded paid €125 for this and its almost to the point i regret having it done im now going to have to spend the same if not more to have it fixed. I feel like I was ripped off.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, nimmt sich Zeit für seine Kunden und geht auf die Wünsche ein. Der Designer und Tattooartist haben einen super Job gemacht. Das Personal spricht zum Teil auch Deutsch und der Rest auch Englisch. Somit gab es keine Probleme bei der Kommunikation. Das Studio werde definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Positieve ervaring: Kinda disappointed by the experience . No one here has any artisy feeling. The design is copy pasted from the internet. I asked for someone who specialises in colours.The designer told me to talk to the artist about what colours i want. The tattoo artist refused to use any colour other than that displayed by the artist, and also didn’t talk in english at all. I went with other friends to get tattoos for my birthday. All our tattoos healer poorly.

Negatieve ervaring: DON'T GO GET TATTOOED THERE!!!! On January 2, 2025 my best friend and I went to get a tattoo, the experience starts badly having a fairly low English, the gentleman who "helps" us to find a drawing that could please us thinking that we will not understand allows himself to say everything in English of course "it's a dream for me they don't understand anything" I am 14 days after the tattoo and it is completely erased, 75th in the trash and a horrible experience also, there is a lack of hygiene of the tattoo artist who does not wash her hands, keeps the same gloves and touches all her bag ect with the gloves. Your money and don't go there!

Ich habe wirklich fast eine Stunde überlegt ob ich es machen soll, da ich sehr viel Angst hatte, die Angst wurde mir aber am Ende von den Mitarbeitern genommen alle sehr nett und das Endergebnis hat mir auch mega gut gefallen. Fantastische ervaring: I got the best tattoo ever in Cleopatra. Everyone was very friendly and the tattoo process was also amazing. Mustafa and Sandra were helpful with everything and they are also such fun and welcoming people. I will definitely come back for another tattoo.

Fantastische ervaring: Did a walk-in here and staff were extremely open and helpful. The planning of the tattoo was well through and well thought out and I felt a lot of effort was put into giving me the tattoo I wanted. The artist did such a great job with the fine lines on my finger tattoo - I was very impressed and will definitely be back.
