Fantastische ervaring: Alleen maar lof voor deze mensen! We zijn deze fantastische studio binnengelopen voor het stretchen van mijn navelpiercing. Of eigenlijk.. ik liep naar binnen met een vraag of ze iets voor me konden betekenen omdat ik een langere tijd mijn piercing niet had gedragen en kreeg de sieraad er vrijwel niet meer in. Ik werd meteen geholpen: snel, pijnloos en zeer klantvriendelijk. Zoo blij! Ze hebben een mooi assortiment van kwalitatieve sieraden. De studio zelf is heel leuk ingericht en de locatie is top.

My previous piercing had closed some so it was incredibly difficult to put the new one I purchased from White Whale in. The folks here saw me struggling to put the new jewelry in and re-pierced my nose so it could fit, free of charge. Really appreciated the kindness and help!

Negatieve ervaring: The people were lovely when the piercing was done. However, when my daughter went back for resizing, she was asked to pay again because she did not give a specific card. When she paid for the piercing, she was not informed / misinformed that she needs to bring the small card with her. But it is easy to blame a 16 year old for being a teenager and asked to pay extra. By the way, the guy on the phone was very unprofessional, definitely needs some customer service skills

Got an explanation about cleaning and some cleaning salt for free. She also helped with fitting some jewelry for older piercings. Hygienic and friendly place, definitely recommend! :)

Negatieve ervaring: I had a really disappointing experience with this tattoo artist. I visited to ask for some basic information, but he wasn’t helpful at all. For a simple black tattoo, he quoted me €140 — which honestly made me laugh. It’s a shame that some people try to take advantage of others like this. Definitely not recommended.

Hier had ik al moeten afhaken maar niet gedaan helaas. Hierbij het resultaat na 5 jaar, uitgelopen, lelijke vervaagde legen vlekken. Denk goed na waar je je tattoo zet!

Fantastische ervaring: Ik heb mij mijn neuspiercing ergens anders laten zetten, maar ik heb veel mailcontact gehad met White Whale, omdat mijn piercing niet goed geneesde. Ik kreeg altijd binnen een dag antwoord en ik kreeg goede adviezen. Ook ben ik een paar keer langs geweest en waar ik bij andere piercingsshop weleens het gevoel kreeg dat mijn zorgen over de genezing van de piercing niet serieus werden genomen was bij White Whale het tegendeel waar! Ik werd altijd goed geholpen en er werd fijn meegedacht. Ik heb m’n piercing er uiteindelijk uit laten halen hier en dat ging zo snel en makkelijk en ik heb zelfs meerdere keren niks hoeven betalen als ik iets liet controleren wat ik echt super sympathiek vond!! Ik kan White Whale alleen maar aanraden!

Fantastische ervaring: My daugther’s ear piercing got stuck inside her earlobe (was done somewhere else) so we contacted White Whale to see if they could help us out. They were super nice through messages (i think i was in contact with the owner, who responded fast) and Robin, one of the piercers, made time for us immediately. My daughter was very scared but Robin was so patient and really made her feel safe and comfortable to let go. He really went the extra mile to help her. He got the piercing out and she left with a smile. The ofher staff that was at the shop, all super friendly! Next to that the vibe of the place is super nice and its very clean. Highly recommend this place!

All you hear is her complaining and be so vulgar towards her staff specifically towards her male staff. I feel bad for the tattoo artists, it seems like a tense and uncomfortable environment for them nonetheless for customers as well! Crazy lady but great tattoo artists !! I wouldn’t return again because of the manager though.
