Expérience fantastique: We had an amazing time at Pitbull! Our piercer Shelby is amazing, they are very friendly and compassionate! We came in a few minutes late to our appointment but they were more than happy to accommodate and help us get setup. Shelby is so fun to talk to and made the whole experience very comfortable. There were many jewelry options to choose from with no additional charge. I got my helix and my conch done and they turned out amazing. Regardless of the poor reviews, my partner and I (who are POC) had a very comfortable experience. We will definitely be coming back, thank you so much Shelby!!

Expérience fantastique: Me and my girlfriend came in for piercings (I got double lobes and she got a helix and a conch). It really chill and inviting when we walked in and the new location looks great. We got Shelby as our piercer and she was really chill while we were getting ours, she explained the process, talked us through how we were gonna make sure it didn’t get infected after and over all it was a very clean and sanitary experience. Over all the atmosphere was relaxing and when we actually got our piercings the process was smooth and lowkey pain free.

Expérience négative: I have never in my life felt the need to write a review before, but as some things about my experience have gotten twisted I feel the need to call this place out for their incredibility rude and unprofessional customer service. This is a direct response to the attached photo below. I am the girl who forgot her ID. Not once did I ever bargain or argue to get pierced without an ID. In fact, I completely understand how it can be frustrating when a client forgets their ID, such a silly mistake. However, I work in customer service myself and understand (as a 20 year old) that no matter how stupid a customer may sound, you never belittle them the way this shop did me. I asked maybe two questions (arguing I guess??) about if a photo of an ID worked or, in a trial of last effort: "I know it's a long shot but is there any chance you guys have another time today I can come back with an ID" and instead of simply stating they're fully booked and a "no", the 3 staff in the area (including the owner/manager) proceeded to laugh hysterically. There were many other little things that contributed to create an atmosphere that was judgemental and like my presence was annoying and unwelcome, and this 'bully-like' grouped-up laugh was my last straw. This reply from the owner himself just proves I wasn't met with any respect. I don't see why it would matter if we were the ones in the group who got pierced. We clearly got a good taste on your customer service and reading through your other reviews, we aren't the only ones. I've had all my other work done here, so sad to see a once nice and friendly place become so weird. I think as an owner, I would be less worried about starting petty arguments with a bunch of 19/20 year old girls and I should instead be worrying that I am creating an unprofessional work environment that makes young girls feels belittled, embarrassed, talked down on, and just unwelcome all around. Do better.

Expérience négative: PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR DAUGHTER Came here with my 15 year old daughter. The artist doing the piercing was asking her some weird personal questions while she was in the chair and at one point told her she was “pretty.” Maybe some people wouldn’t think much of it, but she’s a minor and this is a place of business. It just doesnt sit right with me as a father. I brought it up to the owner afterwards because I felt it was inappropriate. Instead of listening or taking it seriously, he got snarky and rude and basically brushed it off suggesting i was overeacting and that "If that bothers you, I don’t know what to tell you." That response alone told me everything I needed to know. If you’re bringing your kid here, just be aware of the kind of environment you might be walking into. Not a place I’d recommend, especially around minors.

Expérience négative: Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a piercing shop. I brought my daughter in today for a piercing appointment and she had accidentally forgotten her ID. Instead of just explaining the policy in a normal way, the staff immediately started lecturing her about responsibility and paying for appointments. It felt very condescending right from the start. She’s a teenager and already nervous about getting a piercing, so that attitude didn’t help at all. We politely asked if we could just reschedule for an hour later since we literally live close enough to drive home, grab the ID, and come back. That’s when things got really uncomfortable. A few of the employees started laughing, and it honestly felt like they were laughing at her. You could see how embarrassed and insecure it made her in that moment. I completely understand businesses having ID policies. That’s not the issue. The issue was the way we were treated. They are rude, dismissive, and honestly kind of mean. There’s a big difference between enforcing a rule and humiliating a young customer. Really disappointing experience and definitely not the kind of place I’d recommend bringing your kid to for something that’s supposed to be exciting.

Expérience négative: If you want to get a piercing done by rude, standoffish and “I’m too cool to be nice” staff. GO HERE! My friend’s piercings were done well, but how the workers treated us was completely out of line and unprofessional! The front desk guy and the woman with piercings on her cheekbone had a very unpleasant attitude, and were treating us like we didn’t know any better and as though we were stupid. They were using an extremely rude tone, giggling when we asked questions and were almost bullying my friend who forgot her ID unfortunately. I think it’s expected for these workers to be kind and pleasant, especially to young adult women. But they were the exact opposite!! The lady even told us in a stuck up tone to “sit down if you’re not doing anything”. The environment/ vibe got so uncomfortable as they continued to be snobby that we left and waited for the appointment to be done at a near by restaurant. Work on your customer treatment. Find kind staff. Everybody deserves respect! The staff aren’t exempt from being kind just because they have a bunch of piercings and tattoos.

Expérience négative: I let an apprentice there practice on me a few months back. She let me choose from her flash sheets and said doesn’t reuse the same ones so I thought I’d be the only person with that tattoo. Then she did the exact same tattoo and exact same placement on someone else. I now have a matching tattoo with someone I don’t know and will need to pay to get it covered because I find that weird. I would recommend being honest with your clients

Expérience négative: I had a vhp done here in oct 2024. It never seemed to do much for sensation so I went else where to have the jewelry looked at and figure out a better fit for my anatomy. Ya... the piercing isn't even through my hood it doesn't even touch the intended area. Not too mention the reason it hurt so much was the placement. Needless to say now I need to remove it and have it re pierced. Waste of money and un necessary pain. If I could give zero stars I would

She’s great at what she does and is willing to answer any and all questions you may have!! The two for 80$ piercing deal is so sweet and they still use good quality tools and jewelry! 10/10 I will be back again!

Expérience fantastique: I have previously had lobe piercings done but never any cartilage piercings so I wanted to make sure it was done properly. I booked an appointment online for a double helix on my right ear which was very easy to do even as a first time customer. The studio was clean and organized which put me at ease. Shelby was very friendly and professional. She took the time to make sure I understood the whole process since I had not had any piercings done in many years (and previously ones were done at claires). She also made sure I felt comfortable asking any questions I had though because of my own general knowledge and the information she provided me I really didn't have any questions. I just got the basic including jewelry but was pleased to find out there were a couple different options other than the basic ball so I ended up getting 2 little stars. The piercings did hurt of course but the process was quick once everything was ready and sanitized. The actual piercing itself did hurt more than my lobes but I expected that as I had heard that cartilage piercings hurt more. I got the piercing done yesterday and so far have minimal swelling and my eat actually feels completely normal unless I touch or bump it. This could be different for other people though as Shelby did explain that everyone's body reacts differently to piercings which makes a lot of sense. I like that she explained that each person's body reacts differently so you need to pay attention to your body when determining how long you need to be cleaning twice a day vs once a day. Overall very happy with the service I have received and will definitely go back for any future piercings I decide to get.

Expérience fantastique: I got my conch pierced today with Shelby and it went great! I always have a great experience whenever I go to pitbull. Shelby was super nice and chill which definitely helped with the nerves and pierced my ear so fast I barely felt it. Cant wait to come again!

Expérience négative: Women/women of colour beware. The owner is extremely aggressive, unreasonable, and uses intimidation tactics towards clients. Stay away from this business. I would rate it 0/5 if I could. Do not go here.

Expérience négative: Beware!! This review is specifically about my recent interaction with the owner. This is not a reflection of the piercer or the other staff. I arrived at 1:36 for my 1:30 appointment after calling ahead and being told that arriving at 1:35 would be acceptable. The website also states that clients may be up to 10 minutes late. Despite this, I was denied service and informed that my deposit would be forfeited. When I tried to clarify the discrepancy between what I was told on the phone, what is written on the website, and what was happening in practice, the owner responded by raising his voice, calling me names (cry baby, lunatic, crazy, etc), threatening, and repeatedly telling me to leave in front of staff and other clients. I was carrying myself completely fine, asking questions, and pointing out the discrepancy and the unfairness of his rigidity—but had tears of frustration that came up. It is uncomfortable to be yelled at by a man, as a woman, and as a woman of colour. When clients walked in I stepped aside until they were out of the way. I was not acting like a lunatic or crazy. This was gaslighting on his behalf. He called the police as well, unjustifiably so. It was a waste of resources. He should have handled this situation differently. The interaction felt extremely disrespectful and unexpected from a business owner. This isn’t a reflection of all the workers, just my interaction with the owner. Although, personally if a man was speaking to a woman the way he was speaking to me, I would have to say something and step in. My intention in sharing this is to describe my personal experience so others—especially those looking for a safe, respectful environment—are aware. I hope this feedback helps improve communication and customer care going forward

Expérience positive: My experince here was phenomenal, all because of my piercer. I was very welcomed by the staff and had a blast with my piercer. Im very nervous around needles and she did a good job of calming my nerves. She also gave me a really good guide to taking care of my piercings and answered all my questions. If I were to go anywhere, and to anyone to get pierced again it would be Shelby. Istg shes a miracle worker and I love her!!! My only complaint is that my belly button was very slightly diagonal, but that could be cause of my anatomy. Love you Shelby, very happy with the service I got!

Expérience négative: staff was extremely rude due to my age, made me feel dumb by saying things like “this is common with kids your age”. im not comfortable getting anything done here due to the staff and how unprofessional they are. my sister got her lip pierced here and they gave such a short bar it just wouldn’t heal. she ended up taking it out and not getting it done again. they are cheap for a reason! they keep replying to the reviews saying they make u pick but that isn’t true nor is it professional, why would u make a customer choose between something safe or something bound to reject? good piercing places will reject service if they know it would be harmful. i’ve heard multiple bad things from everyone who went there.

Expérience négative: I got my belly button done there, I mean staff was nice but they pierced it wrong and it got infected. The piercing bar left little room for swelling which cause many issues, I had to take it out. The cheap price was a reflection for of the service done.

Expérience fantastique: Got my nostrils pierced by Shelby and had a wonderful experience :)) She went over every step and was very kind and thorough throughout the whole thing. They look awesome too!

Expérience négative: My kid (minor) got her lips, eyebrow and belly button pierced here without my permission, and then when we went there to get her Angel Fangs downsized after phoning and making sure no appointment was needed. We got there and the fellow behind the counter was agitated and rude and told us we would have to wait 2 hours for a jewelry change. Seems very odd to me that they wouldn't tell us that over the phone, I called on Friday.

Expérience fantastique: I got pierced here a couple days ago by Shelby, if I could give a 10/10 I would 100%!! She took the time to make sure I was comfortable and ready. She even pierced my weirdly shaped septum!!! I’m in love with the piercings!!! Thanks so much! 100/100 would recommend!!!

Expérience fantastique: My partner and I got pierced by Shelby today, it was a great experience. Shelby accommodated us both and stayed a bit late as we were a bit hesitant for the piercings. She took her time, explained to us what to expect, and pierced us smoothly, with as minimal pain as possible. She then took time to explain to us aftercare and even offered us gauze. We cannot stop talking about how amazing of a piercer she was!

Expérience fantastique: I have been here twice to get my eyebrow and lip piercings done, and each visit has always felt so welcoming. Mike did a wonderful job the first time with my eyebrow and side labret piercing, and Shelby was really awesome to have when she did my spider bites. (Which is healing incredibly.) Each piercer will really make sure that you're always feeling comfortable throughout the appointment, and that kind of environment will definitely bring me back here.

Expérience négative: I have gotten like 3/4 of my piercings done here, no problem, lovely service from the piercers, everything healed well. However… I went in to get my snakebites done last week, and they convinced me to get pierced with horseshoes rather than the standard labret studs. I’m not sure why I let myself do that, because it seemed odd to me to pierce them with something curved, but I said sure and that was that. Literally not even an hour later I had MULTIPLE people tell me that I was going to have problems with healing them since it was basically two hoops sitting in my lips. I told them it should be fine but no, the left side started having complications immediately the next day. Thankfully, I was able to get them switched after a bit somewhere else to just flat backed bars and they already feel so much better. I love it here, but it’s unfortunate that there’s some old unprofessional methods that are still being practiced on clients. Labret piercings should never be done with anything but a standard bar. Trust your gut guys Edit: I went to a couple of other piercing places that said the exact same thing, that it’s not typically common practice, and that mine shouldn’t have been done like that, and because of the way they were pierced I may not be able to ever put curved jewelry in it. I’m aware there are times where people can heal with curved jewelry but cons were really not discussed. I understand some of it is on me as the one getting pierced to do my research but it was just a tad disappointing ☹️

Expérience fantastique: Went in today and got a microdermal, and nose piercing! Such a welcoming environment and the piercer was so polite and easy going! Helped, and talked through everything and made sure I was comfortable and ready every step of the way! Great prices and face jewelry selection!

Expérience négative: They did both my piercings so wrong they rejected and I had to get them taken out. They were so crooked (too high and close to the surface. One was almost through the middle of the nipple) that it caused complications. Don't go here for any piercing that's not lobe, there's a reason (I've come to learn the hard way) why it's BOGO. I would give 0 stars if possible. The experience itself was fine, good customer service and warm vibe but the job itself was horrible

Huge shoutout to Shelby for helping my friend with her rejected piercing. I dm'ed Shelby on Instagram, and they replied quickly, which really helped ease the pain my friend was going through. After a few attempts to remove the rejected piercing ourselves, we couldn’t get it out. Shelby was kind enough to invite us to the store to have it removed there. Shelby made my friend feel calm, and the piercing removal process painless. Thank you Shelby for your kindness and professionalism!!

From start to finish, he was professional, welcoming, really quick and made the whole experience really comfortable. His attention to detail and precision is incredible. both tattoos turned out even better than I imagined. Liam really listened to my ideas, gave great input, and was very quick with it. He was also really funny and really easy to talk to. If you’re looking for an artist who’s not only talented but also genuinely cares about making sure you leave happy, I can’t recommend Liam enough. Had the left side of my lip done to complete my snakebites and unfortunately it wasn't pierced at the same angle as the other so I had to take it out after a couple months

Expérience négative: Went to watch my friends get pierced and to provide moral support. Not only I wasn’t able to go in with them, they couldn’t even ask me nicely to wait outside. Hopefully their piercing job is better than their attitude.

Expérience négative: Mike pierced my helix with a 6mm bar, way too short to accommodate any swelling, and I have a thicker cartilage to begin with. My ear puffed up around it and it took another piercing shop an hour to manage to dig it out. He also didn’t bend another threadless piercing so it fell out several times and had to be replaced. Very unimpressed

Expérience fantastique: I've been here before for a tattoo and that was fantastic! Today, however, I came in to get my snake bite piercings done and I had another wonderful experience! Mike was my piercer and he was very thorough. Made sure I was comfortable with voicing any questions or concerns, happy to obliged my wanting to adjust the placement and very happy to go through jewelry options, pros and cons, and took his time with after care instructions. His commitment his job made me feel very well taken care of and he was a good vibe so that is an added bonus! When you consider the attention to client care and the price?!!?!? You really cannot go wrong with Pitbull! 10/10 always recommend!

Expérience négative: Got a piercing with a friend on July 2nd. Was getting my 2nd Flat as my 1st is 6+ yrs old and healed (have 11 piercings total). Planned to join them eventually to have a orbital flat. Piercer was Shelby, was super nice, polite and attentive while setting up and answering any questions. However when it came time for the piercing i noticed the labret bar length chosen by her looked very short. I figured maybe i was paranoid; she measured my ear with a DIGITAL CALIPER...so...surely it was a "me" thing right??... July 3rd in the AM, the earring was completely engulfed as there was not enough length to accomodate the swelling ...and it was a little juicy. I cleansed with saline, took tylenol and advil to see if it would help throughout the day. Later the same day I called Pitbull ,and Suzie (i believe) answered; was super nice and understanding when i explained the situation. Confirmed it was too short, offered that i go into shop to have it swapped for a longer bar. Wouldnt be able to make it out to Whyte until the comming weekend sadly. Mentioned i work in the medical field and have access to sterile / autoclaved instruments, could do sterile technique - and if i could change it myself. She gave me the okay to do so; "as a tattoo artist i trust you". I was able to change it to a longer bar and just left it alone after ; advil tylenol throughout the day, saline cleansed 1-2/day. July 4 the inflammation had spread up to my 1st flat, i figured it was okay since i did mess with the new piercing less than 24hrs ago.Saline cleansed advil tylenol. July 5th (today) my entire ear is swollen, firm to touch,throbbing,radiating heat, red. The new 2nd flat AND the 6yr old healed flat are both oozing pus, angry ,and the inflammation is spreading to my rook (7-8yrs healed). I'm on antibiotics now 4-times a day x5 days...and had to remove all 3 piercings (new flat, old flat,old rook) as the inflammation and infection is spreading to all the cartilage in my outter ear (front & back) And most likely am going to lose the x2 then- perfectly-healed flat and rook. Not trying to point fingers(?)...service was great; but a 6-7mm bar (from what i measured) is not enough for swelling. All my cartilage piercings in the past were 10mm+ just to accomodate any *potential* amounts of swelling. If you are someone who has multiple piercings; please just follow your gut and advocate for yourself if you want something different from the piercer's choice.Double, triple - check the gauge/length before getting pierced if you feel whats been chosen is not going to work for you . Really not trying to blame anyone... just unfortnate that i went for a BOGO and ended up with a buy1lose3 instead . Friend's conch piercing is doing fine though .

Expérience fantastique: I've come here for many of my piercings, I came in yesterday and got my septum done, everyone at this shop is friendly, and accommodating to my needs. The music while you wait is top tier, and I left feeling informed and prepared. Even got a little "happy healing" from the gentle giant as I left. Love this place. 10/10 would recommend. Plus their 2 for 1 deal is an absolute steal.

Expérience négative: DO NOT GO HERE ! I got my daith pierced, And immediately after it was done, i Left and consulted another piercing shop That is highly reputable. They informed me that the daith was pierced Incorrectly it was pierced way too shallow And that it would most likely reject and never heal. They advised me that I should take it out and I did. I have tried numerous times to contact them through email and instagram But despite my efforts, they have ignored me. I went through pain and suffering And can’t get an email back I will never let Mike go anywhere near me with a needle again!! It has been over a month. I have emailed, texted, dmed and wrote a review and there has been no effort to make it right. DO NOT LET THESE GUYS TOUCH YOU

Expérience fantastique: The piercer Mike was exceptional in his craft. Informative, thorough, accurate, and fast. Pitbull tattoos is definitely the place to go for piercings, tattoos, and body modifications.

Expérience positive: My girlfriend recommended me to come to this piercing shop, as she’s been here a couple of times now. I got my nostril pierced, and my girlfriend got her daith done aswell. Shelby pierced us both and she was so professional and humorous at the same time. She carefully went over the piercing process and the healing process for both piercings done, also answered all questions regarding the piercings we had. The environment and piercers are great (shoutout mike too) but we were unfortunately met with an unfriendly face at the front desk, which made our piercing experience not as great off the bat. Not sure what his name is but he was this bald guy with black eyes. Overall, he was not professional at all nor friendly to us both, which lowered the experience all in all. Other than that first interaction at the front desk, Shelby really raised the mood and made us both leave with a smile on our faces :)

Trying to charge me $1000 for a removal of an infected earring because he didn’t want to stay late after closing for an emergency. Ridiculous I’ll never come back. Extremely unprofessional and extremely rude!!!!!

Expérience fantastique: I’ve had multiple piercings done here, some where done Mike he always dose an amazing job and has great customer service. Yesterday I had them done by Shelby she is amazing as well so kind and professional and made me feel comfortable I highly recommend them to anyone. It is a very clean place, and every one who works there is fantastic even the lady at the front desk was so kind!!

Expérience fantastique: I brought my daughter to get her nose pierced and navel for her birthday not only did Mike do an amazing job. But he made my daughter feel so relaxed and comfortable with explaining what was going to happen and the after care using his humour. She laughed and smiled the whole time thought he was too cool and whenever he was done the piercing she would say what your done that didn’t even hurt! I Highly recommend going to see Mike for your piercings or your teens piercing’s. Thanks again Mike!

Expérience fantastique: I just want to let everyone know MIKE from pitbull is the guy to go to for a piercing. I don't do good with needles and mike gave me the best nose ring I've ever seen. He explained everything that was going on and was done just like that. He's knowledgeable kind funny and just makes you feel taken care of. So thanks mike and I recommend everyone going to see mike !!!! 10/10 will see you again !!!

Expérience négative: I went in to get a piercing done, I go here all the time and have even recommended people to here since I believed it was a really good place. I’ve gotten a lot of piercings done here before and never had an issue. This time my piercer was named Mike, he seemed to have a very high ego and didn’t act like adult. In everything I said he kept saying I was wrong and that I shouldn’t use the internet for information the informations that I was mentioning was given to me by another piercer who is doing amazing in this type of industry. I don’t mind being told that I am wrong but he went about it in a very bad manner almost like he had to be right with everything and instead of correcting me or telling me what he would recommend, he just kept being very rude towards me I wanted to cry but I got my piercing over and done with. He was very aggressive with the piercing, he kept pulling my lip in a way he rly didn’t need to especially since I’ve gotten the piercing done before. He even told me that only intelligent people don’t use the internet in which I just shut down because he made me feel like I was just straight up stupid. I wouldn’t recommend this place to people unless they are okay with dealing with someone who’s ego is way to high and being shunned down. The right way a piercer or anyone should go about someone being incorrect about something is just correct them and you can do that while also taking into consideration how someone feels it’s really just being kind.

Expérience négative: I got my septum done here and they periced my cartilage way to far up my nose even tho I have a perfect spot of a septum . I thought it was right until I it hurt to switch it out and I got another piercer to check it and they even said it was way to far up . I got my belly pierced there to and that okay but the seriously messed up my septum .

Expérience fantastique: Went in for a piercing with Mike about two weeks ago ... seeing a lot of reviews about infections and otherwise issues with healing is confusing to me -- mine healed great! Make sure you guys are properly caring for your piercings !!

Expérience négative: BAD, BAD, BAD!! Unfortunately I experienced really questionable service here. The one piercer named Mike seems to have an ego complex, was NOT understanding of my concerns & had a round about way of addressing them. He made me feel awfully uncomfortable & I was disappointed how rude & curt he became when I pressed with my questions seeking clarity about a piercing. There was no compromise or reassurance during our conversation. I was made to feel small & like a nuisance, which shouldn’t be the case when providing a service. Having good INTERPERSONAL communication is paramount in an industry like this. Bad way to represent your business imo… Plus he was repeating these nonsense jokes all appointment that made me want to crawl out of my own skin I was cringing so badly. The environment of this studio is actually quite filthy with dirty floors & dust hanging around everywhere. If you want to be in a vulnerable position with this guy borderline threatening you & doesn’t have humility nor the maturity of an adult, go here!! :) Definitely look for shops that respect you as a customer, have higher standards of cleanliness & employees that aren’t cocky about their work. I would STRONGLY advise people to avoid this place for piercings, specifically from Mike. :/

Expérience fantastique: It was my first time there to get inked. The guy and gals were very welcoming. The studio was very clean and relaxing. Definitely going back.

Expérience négative: Poor communication from front staff and waste of money to be truthful. Better off going to another place with clear communication skills and can actual communicate details about their products they carry. And be professional most of all. Wouldn't ever recommend to friends or family nor coworkers. Save your time and money for other better services.

Expérience fantastique: Me and my best friend came in to get some piercings done (nostril, belly button & nipples) and we had the absolute pleasure of being pierced by Shelby! I have never met such a welcoming and bubbly piercer! She talked both of us through the process and made us feel extremely comfortable. The owner (apologies didn’t grab a name) was also extremely welcoming, overall good vibes from this place and will be making this my #1 stop for piercings!

Expérience fantastique: Amazing experience every time I’m here. I’ve gotten 3 piercings here so far and they’ve been fantastic. Mike really reassured me and taught me how to properly care for my piercing after I had a bad experience with a previous infection, he made the whole process super quick and honestly painless (for me at least). I came back recently to finish up my ears and worked with Shelby, she was honestly such a delight! She made the whole experience super fun, took her time with making sure everything was perfect and walking us through the entire process. She made sure that we fully understood what was going to happen and that we were 100% comfortable. She is such a warm and bubbly person and super fun to talk to, made me barely even remember I was nervous for them! Definitely recommend and can’t thank them enough for their great work.

Expérience négative: I got an industrial piercing here almost 2 years ago now. I was freshly 16 and very excited for it, and was taken advantage of as I had never gotten a piercing before. I paid $150 for the piercing. I don't 100% remember my piercer's name, but I believe it was Mike. An industrial piercing has 2 separate holes, so the proper conduct is to use 2 separate needles as they get dull. Mike used only one needle for both holes - needless to say, it was quite painful. Mike then, gave me too short of a bar, and not even 3 months later, the swelling had gotten so bad that it was swallowing the balls on the end of the bar. I was very afraid of developping a keloid, so I went back and asked for them to check me out. Mike gave me a longer bar, and told me not to worry. 2 years later, and the things still wasn't healed. I moved to Montréal recently, and went to a tattoo shop to have it looked at. The piercer there was APALLED by the fact that Mike had allowed me to get this piercing, as I don't even have the correct anatomy for it! My body had been rejecting the piercing since I had gotten it, and Mike the two times he had looked at it after the original appointment, hadn't cared to tell me that. I ended up having to get the bar removed, and now have to treat the bumps it left behind. They took advantage of a naive 16 year old, I now have ugly scars on my ear and $150 less in my pocket. All because Mike didn't want to tell a 16 year old they didnt have the right anatomy for a piercing and miss the opportunity to make a few bucks.

Recently I came in with a healing helix and required help to ensure it was healing properly and I was met with very quick service and a jewelry change to accommodate the healing. I’ve been getting tattooed for about 6 years now and she is by far the most gentle handed one i’ve had, which was wonderful considering the spot I was getting (inner elbow area). She took my design and created it in her style, so I left with a beautiful tattoo unique for me! I can’t say enough good things about my experience getting tattooed by Jenn!

Expérience fantastique: My sister and I came here about 2 weeks ago for the buy one get one piercing deal. Immediately upon entering the shop you could smell how clean it was. We went into a private, closed off area for our piercings. Mike was our piercer. He was super friendly, funny, and has many years of experience. Im pretty sure he could tell how nervous we both were. He joked around and made us feel comfortable and relaxed. Our piercings were fast, pretty much painless, and so far neither of us have had any issues or complaints. He used internally threaded jewelry which is a big green flag in my opinion. Overall we are both very happy with our services

Expérience fantastique: I just got 4 piercings done at Pitbull. (double helix, flat and tragus) I was quite nervous but the piercer made me feel at easy. He was so funny and knowledgeable! The piercings were so affordable which was nice and the pain was very minimal. I even got to pierce my helix with hoops, however the piercer talked me through how studs and hoops may heal differently which was nice. Great place! Would suggest!

She also added a very special scripture verse at the end of my session I wanted also. She took my vision and made it a reality. She is the gentlest artist, I could fall asleep while being tattooed and almost did! She is friendly, kind and makes sure you are always comfortable.

This one hits really close to home as she did a cover up of a tattoo that only brought bad memories. Now when I look at my arm I just smile at my new beautiful piece. I was pierced with hoops by my own choice which unfortunately didn't work out for me. Mike gave me all the necessary information I needed to know about being pierced with hoops and what to expect. He truly cares for all his clients and I truly appreciate his services. If you're looking for a knowledgeable/ experienced and caring piercer, I would highly recommend Mike!
