He is incredibly talented—patient, detail-oriented, and really brings his work to life. I couldn’t be happier with my new tattoo! Love the free snacks; and in-door slippers. Expérience négative: Omg you guys have to read this!!!! I ordered jewelry and it was taking forever to come in so I asked for a refund. I had the receipt. They said no refunds so I said I was going to give them a bad review, which I did. Then they said we'll give you your money back but you have to take down the review 1st., which I did. When I picked up the money they jipped me 2.50 just to be smirky about the whole thing..So stupid.

Expérience fantastique: Went here for a 2nd opinion on downsizing my flat helix. I originally got the flat helix pierced elsewhere and had tried to go back after 3 weeks to mention some concerns and see what kind of estimate they could give me for when to downsize, and the original place was very adamant on 6-8 weeks minimum and felt like the were not listening to my concerns. Called Atomic to see if they could take a look, discuss my concerns and get a 2nd opinion on downsizing. They told me no problem and to come on in. They were amazing, actually listened to my concerns, felt the cartilage in my ear (which seems weird to mention, but the original person who pierced it elsewhere seemed hesitant to touch my ear outside of actually sticking the needle in, and I feel that is important to feel the cartilage for correct placement and checking anatomy) and Atomic confirmed it was a good time to downsize which we did at just over 4 weeks. I was having some issues with hair being caught on the longer post and pulling, as well as getting the the point where I am starting to feel uncomfortable sleeping on 1 side and worried I will roll over in my sleep and not notice since there is no pain anymore. I also started noticing some skin peeling and flaking where the back of the post touches my scalp since it is too long, so a bit of irritation starting because of the longer bar. I also found it was hardly swelling at all (even the first few days) and barely any crusties (maybe 2 in the last month) and it didn't hurt at all, so I was more concerned about the negatives of leaving a longer post in than I was about swelling since it's been healing really well. Aliya did awesome, I felt listened to and not rushed at all, and informed. After hearing my concerns and seeing how it was healing, she agreed that we could downsize it same day. Even discussed my anatomy and that my cartilage is a bit thinner which I didn't know about myself. My original jewelry was even compatable with the shorter post so I didn't need to buy a new piece (other than the shorter post of course). And she seemed excited when I mentioned that I should have had ear mapping done before and would like to come back for that in the future, and for future piercings. Should have gone to Atomic right from the get go, I will definitely be going back.

Expérience fantastique: Jenny did my tattoo of my uncles signature and big bag theory atom - she was very personable and awesome to hang out with. I was nervous finding an artist to do it, but when fellow atomic artist Stephanie set me up with her, I knew I was in good hands! Next fine line tattoo I get I'll definitely being seeing Jenny!

Expérience fantastique: My friend and I went into atomic yesterday and had an incredible experience! The girl who repierced my nose (I think her name was Alyssa) was super clean, and very quick! Besides some minor eye watering it wasn't very painful at all! Next up we headed upstairs for a couple of matching tattoos with Jenny! Omg what a sweetheart. She is fun and friendly and we had a great time with her. Her touch is light as a feather and there was no pain! Like NONE! Anyway, it was an all round amazing experience and we will definitely be back!! 10/10 experience

I just got my 2 cats tattooed and he captured their personalities and characteristics so amazing and perfectly that when i looked down, my eyes filled with such happy tears. He is insanely talented. His style, technique, coloring, shading, and everything that goes into creating such beautiful amazing artwork. Highly recommend him to anyone and everyone. Such a rad dude. You will just want to keep going back for more.

Super clean facilities, lots of care and information provided and respect for clients shown. Reading other reviews on here that are negative are completely not the experience I had. I highly recommend this shop for either your tattoos or piercings.

He addressed all my concerns and had some wonderful suggestions to make my tattoo into something i wanted to show off. I am very glad I went to Bradley and would definitely go back to him for more! I also want to add that i had nothing against the original artist, and I did enjoy my tattoo when I first got it, but I am glad i decided to get it reworked.

Walked yesterday with no appointment, showed Bradley what I wanted done and in no time at all, his creativity had created something beautiful to honor my mother. Super friendly and chill guy. Expérience fantastique: Had Alissa do 2 piercings today. Wow. She was amazing. I have had a few bad experiences with piercings and she was the best I have had so far! Bedside manner is great and was super professional; I was extremely nervous and she put me at ease completely. Shop and work areas were all super clean, and theu had snacks and sugary drinks readily available. Would definitely go back in the future!

Expérience fantastique: After a long deliberation, I finally mustered up the courage to pierce my conch! I reviewed both Aliya and Alyssa's portfolio and ultimately decided on Aliya as I felt her curations and style were similar to my own. Additionally I didn't have anyone to bring with me for feedback on placement and jewelry selection. Aliya was kind, patient, and professional. There was no pressure to rush my jewelry selection (and I took a while!) And she was so great to work with. I would get pierced by her again without question. The price is a bit on the high side but they are clean, professional and high quality.

She talked through every step she was doing, and made sure I was happy with the pre-marks. It was also very clean and I felt very safe hygiene wise. The piercing looked beautiful and they had good quality earrings. The process after the piercing was painless and easy. ~~UPDATE EDIT: Got my second pair of piercings here, and it was just as fantastic as before! I feel so safe and in very capable hands when getting pierced. I seriously can’t recommend this place enough!

It was my first professional piercing and I was so nervous but she was absolutely amazing! The studio is clean and beautiful and they even have complementary drinks and snacks to have while you wait. Aliya was so patient with me and my friend and she did a wonderful job talking me through everything. She also was very particular with the placement of my piercing, and made sure I was 100% happy with it before she pierced. Expérience fantastique: I got my first tattoo from Jakob (about a year ago but i forgot to leave this review) twas a wonderful experience all around, everyone was so nice and Jakob did an absolutely incredible job :) i have alot of scars and he managed to do very delicate lining over them with 0 blowouts or anything. He took his time and did a wonderful job & it shows! I love it thank you!!! Will definitely be back for my next one.

Expérience fantastique: I was pierced by Aliya Jordan and I had an absolutely amazing experience! I got my conch and helix pierced and she made the whole process very comfortable and smooth. She insisted I be picky on choosing the location of my piercings, ensuring I was happy with my jewelry and placement. She had a very calming and sweet demeanour making me feel very comfortable and confident going into the procedure which I really appreciated. The whole place was spotless/ very organized and she took the extra time between both of my piercings to sanitize and clean her workspace which was comforting. She was also so kind as to fit me in for an appointment the same day I called! The jewelry is all high quality pieces with a beautiful selection and variety to choose from. As for the piercing itself, she did it fast and smooth with no issues making the pain and discomfort minimal to none. She also gave me very informative healing instructions for proper aftercare as well as her socials to ensure that I would be able to reach out if I had any questions. 10/10 would recommend this place if you're looking for experienced, professional piercers with high quality work!

Expérience fantastique: I gone here a few times for both piercing and tattoo services. The piercing location which is on street level is super clean and bright, and the lady who did my nose piercing was a gem. I have a huge fear of needles and she walked me through the whole process, and the whole ordeal was done swiftly so I didn't suffer. They have lovely selection of jewelry to choose from at stellar quality. Next up is the tattoo place, I got a catbus tattoo from Stephanie's fundraiser flash back when the studio was raising money for animal rescues. The folks at the front desk are nice, and the vibes are immaculate. As someone with light sensitivity the dimmer lighting in the foyer made it all the more better. Now if you want a tattoo artist that has great taste in decor, easy to talk to, and has a light touch I implore you to get a tattoo or several dozen done by Stephanie I promise you won't regret it

She is personable and kind, and will let you know if a piercing will or won’t work for you. Her amazing customer service skills start from the moment you walk in the door and even after you are pierced and are needing after care. I will continue to travel over 8 hours to be pierced by her - her knowledge and experience are 100% worth it!

I came in to buy jewelry and the woman with all the face piercings and tattoos behind the counter was super dismissive and wouldn’t even let me use the bathroom. On top of not answering the phone an hour before the closing time just to avoid work. I wouldn’t recommend coming here for anything at all. Check the reviews before going. If it wasn’t for the tattoo artists, this place would have awful reviews. Overrated place for underrated service. Update: Not allowing people to change their jewelry in the store has nothing to do with not allowing paying customers to use your washroom for any reason, on top of being rude and dismissive when they don’t spend the amount you want. Do better for your customers.

Expérience fantastique: Alissa is a very knowledgeable piercer. She was accommodating in me and my 5 friends coming in to get piercings. Understandably we took a lot of time picking out jewelry but she was very understanding. My piercing healed wonderfully with no complications. I see lots of reviews complaining about price and while i can sympathize with people being “annoyed” about it, you get what you pay for. High quality jewelry and a highly experienced piercer so I am not really sure what the issue is. If you’re wanting to spend less you absolutely can go find cheaper, but in my experience with choosing the cheaper option you’ll get poor quality jewelry that could increase infection and a less experienced piercer who may not pierce you properly.

Expérience fantastique: I have gotten tattoos done at three different shops, this shop was the best one by far! Stephanie was a sweetheart, and dealt with all of my questions about my piece. Her work was amazing and the store provided snacks and drinks. Stephanie and the other employees were very discreet about pricing too because I told them that it was a gift for my mother.

Expérience fantastique: Diane did an amazing job! My overall face looks better every time I look in the mirror because my eyebrows are the best!! She was super kind, informative and the whole experience was quick and painless.

Expérience négative: This place is horrible for piercings. I got my second Tragus pierced to match the existing one and she pierced it too low and when I asked her to move the dot she assured me that it was in the right spot. The piercer and the front end girl were very snooty. I have lots of visible piercings and tattoos and they talked down to me like a child. I probably should have stuck up for myself more but I didn’t. My piercing is visibly uneven so I’ll have to get it re done. Save your money and go somewhere better with a good piercer.

Expérience négative: Would not recommend this shop for piercings at all Came in to get a replacement bead for my freshly pierced rook as the bottom one fell off. The piercer just kept asking me where I got it done (I don’t understand why this mattered, as it was from another studio in Calgary, where I had an amazing experience). When she saw it was externally threaded jewellery. Her tone was very pretentious. However I wanted a replacement bead so the barbell would not fall out. I said I would be fine just buying completely new jewellery and asked about the prices. She said $70, and I asked if there was anything more affordable (as I already spent quite a bit on the piercing in another shop). In the same judgemental tone she said “no we only carry implant grade titanium” as if I offended her by even asking. I know I don’t look like the type to get piercings or tattoos, but you should be friendly and respectful to all the customers who enter your shop

Expérience fantastique: I saw Diane for my brows. The shop is clean and quiet. I was welcomed in so kindly and offered a drink while I waited. Diane explained the process so well and answered all of my questions. She was really clear about her process, which made me feel so reassured and relaxed - I was in expert hands. My brows are gorgeous. She applies a liberal amount of numbing cream, so I felt no discomfort at all. I had many opportunities to check how my brows looked and could tweak or adjust as we went. She is the consummate professional and she's so personable and awesome, too. 5 stars isn't enough. Go see Diane for a sweet set of brows.

Expérience fantastique: I got pierced twice by Sarai and cannot emphasize enough how good they are! I have been to a few other piercers in YEG and honestly I still think Sarai is the only one with magic hands. They were so precise and just amazing at doing their job, I could barely feel any pain. I used to try around for different piercers, but now I will only trust Sarai for my piercings!

Expérience négative: The lady who pierced me could’ve been a lot less snotty & pretentious with me when I was asking questions about the placements of my new piercings. Very pretty & high quality jewelry, overall I paid almost 500$ for 4 piercings + tip, which was the only time this woman smiled at me. My piercings all have healed quite nicely, however I would much rather go to pitbull where the price is less than half, and I feel much more comfortable & welcome to ask questions about the process.

Expérience fantastique: I got my septum pierced here, it was my first ever piercing and I was a little bit anxious about it until it was actually happening. Alissa talked me through the entire process and explained everything crystal clearly. Well worth the hour drive to and from Edmonton

Expérience négative: This place is a money grab. they will charge you for every little thing, even their own mistakes. way too overpriced. you can goto any other reputable piercer for good quality jewellery and piercer. They pierced me with the smallest bar ever even though everyone knows you pierce with something longer to accomodate swelling. I contacted them that i need to change to longer bar as its been months and im in pain and swelling over the whole piercing. they tell me to wait more its fine. finally they listen and i go back to change it to a longer bar which they shoud've pierced me with first to begin with. they charge not only for the new bar but also for changing it for me! i ended up with another 100+ bill after paying 200+ originally. they also helped me take off another one of my piercing. which took one twist and charged me for that even. and they won't tell you until you're paying already. like others have said, go here to get pierced sure, but make sure nothing goes wrong, because when you come back to get it fixed or even check up, you never know what hidden charges they will throw out you

Not only are all of the artists extremely nice, understanding, and fun, but they also all create FANTASTIC work. The vibe of the shop is also really nice since they remodeled/renovated and I always enjoy my time there. If you are looking to get a tattoo (especially if it involves bold colors or intricate line work) look no further. I could not recommend this place any higher. P.s - I have to give a shout-out to Bradley (the artist of my still in progress sleeve - I will add pictures once it is done) and the reception staff. They truly make the experience great for me without fail.

Expérience fantastique: I booked in with Tommy and had an amazing experience! The shop is very nice, super clean. They have snacks, & drinks. Firstly, my tattoo looks amazing! (& it's not even done, I jus need to go back to get it colored). I picked the back of my thigh as location & it hurt way more than I thought (regular tattoo stuff lol), but Tommy was so great at guiding me thru the pain. Taking breaks when I needed, & jus generally keeping up great conversation! He also extremely respectful & made sure I was comfortable in that a lot of my body was exposed to reach the area. Cannot wait to go back. & I know I'll be getting more work from him in the future! I also got to meet Kristian who was very kind, probably gonna check him out too. Expérience fantastique: I dropped by here recently when the ball to my septum ring fell off and I was unable to find it. My regular piercer was away and there was no one in who could swap the ring out for me. I'm super clumsy and have trouble doing it myself so I always prefer to have a piercer replace jewelry for me. Even though I've never had a piercing done here, my regular place recommended them and I'm so glad I came down. They had a beautiful selection of replacement jewelry and the piercer was super kind and friendly as she replaced it for me. I will definitely be coming back for a new piercing some time very soon!

Expérience fantastique: ABSOLUTELY LOVE SARAH!!! I called few weeks ago looking to get both my nipples pierced. But due to manufacture shortage they had to cancel the appointment at the time. Since then, Sarah has been so patient over the phone keeping me updated about the shipment of the jewellery. Finally I got a call from her yesterday telling me they got the jewellery in stock so we immediately scheduled an appt for today! When I arrived, she quickly greeted me and had me setup in within 15 mins! She’s soooooo cool, calm, easy to talk to and explaining everything in details and easy to understand! I’m a twitch streamer and she was so cool and agreed to let me go live while she performed the piercing! She was very very professional, did it so quickly and explained to me all the steps while she was at it. Highly recommend!!!

Expérience fantastique: I've had my vertical labret, my industrial and both nostril piercings done here. If you want a queer friendly, reasonably priced professional piercing studio that is super clean, this is the place!!! They're also queer friendly, and ask pronouns/preferred names on their forums for us who are not cisgender, I trust all of the piercers in the studio and would never reccomend another place, I've tried a few places around the city to compare none of them are as friendly, as knowledgeable and accommodating or as reasonably priced (without being super sketchy), book your piercings here!!!

Expérience fantastique: Clean space, very friendly and welcoming artists! Got a nostril piercing done here almost a month ago, and it's been healing very well thanks to the knowledgeable artists. They also have free drinks while you wait for them to set up their station!

Expérience fantastique: Mitchel did my half sleeve, and a foot tattoo on me and it’s been non-stop compliments everywhere I go. I cannot recommend this place enough. Everyone who works there are also really funny and hot and friendly so, I’d give unlimited stars if I could!

Expérience fantastique: Called at 1 and made an appointment for 3 to get my nose pierced and they were friendly and accommodating. Honestly such a good experience, and now I understand why my friend recommended them. Very clean shop and the staff there is super friendly and professional. Will return for more piercings!

Expérience fantastique: I normally don’t give reviews. But yesterday I got a tattoo from Kristian, and the experience was amazing from start to finish. I’ve had a few other artist to compare to and by far Kristian hit it out of the park. And that’s just for the experience. For the tattoo, I’m lost for words on how detailed and over all the quality is amazing. I already have my next session booked and look forward to it.

Expérience fantastique: Went here based on the great Google reviews. I wanted to get a birthday tattoo, my friend wanted a tattoo as well. We walked in without an appointment. The receptionist was helpful and found an artist to do my friend's tattoo right away, and I was able to speak to another artist where we came up with a design together. She wasn't available until later on, so we went for a walk and then came back. The design Stephanie came up with was absolutely gorgeous and perfect! I loved it the second I saw it. She has a light hand so there was minimal pain, it was fairly quick, and now I have a gorgeous piece of art on my body Both my friend and I will be coming back to see Stephanie again, she was wonderful!

Expérience fantastique: Brought my kids here for ear piercing on a recommendation and could not be happier. The piercer was extremely patient and calm with both the kid who got her ears pierced and the one who changed their mind last minute. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Expérience fantastique: I've had the pleasure of being both tattooed and pierced at Atomic over the last near decade! Most recently I was tattooed by Stephanie, who was an absolute sweetheart and pleasure to spend time with! I got two tattoos in one session and she was a total pro, even with my twitchy leg! Stephanie has so much fantastic flash I almost forget about the custom pieces I'd like! The overall atmosphere is welcoming both upstairs in the tattooing area, and downstairs in the piercing area. Alissa helped me with styling the two nose piercings I already had, and when I fell in love with a matching rose gold septum ring - she was easily one of the best piercers I have had the pleasure of blessing me with their work. Uptmost care and mastery of her craft. Needless to say I love the Atomic family and can't wait to have more work done by any one of them.

Stephanie made sure to keep me cool and comfortable the whole time! Plus the vibes of the whole studio and other artists I spoke to were nothing but fun and chill. The piercings I’ve had done here include daith, conch and tragus and they have all healed wonderfully. They have a great selection of jewelry as well, so you’ll be sure to find what you are looking for! Highly highly recommend and can’t wait to get another piercing in the future!

One of a kind and one who I would call a future master craftsman who is constantly always looking for ways to better his work and on top of that the kindness and warmth of the environment really makes you feel welcome.

She made sure I was comfortable and checked in on me from time to time to make sure I was doing okay. Her lined are so crispy clean! I can't wait to get some custom work from her. Such an amazing artist! The studio is also incredibly clean, professional, and welcoming.

Expérience fantastique: I have have gone through 2 other tattoo shops before coming to Atomic Zombie. Let me tell you the way Atomic Zombie radiates professionalism shows. I first gave the receptionist my thoughts and requests on my tattoos via email. She pointed me towards Sean Power as our styles were in sync. Now they have several tattoo artists that excel at styles so they can accommodate any style request. I have been going to Sean for around 2 years. He has been selfless in tattooing me to make sure I walk out with pride in what’s on my body. The shop itself is incredibly clean and friendly. There recent renovations have made there shop top tier. With pride and a little sense of humour is the way to get through life. I believe Atomic Zombie and all their artists have achieved this. Sean Power has achieved this.

Expérience positive: Rating 4 stars for now but might amend later. My piercer was super nice and made me really comfortable, I got my septum pierced and my only issue was just that they had very very little selection for septum jewellery and most of it is in golds, which look bad on some people (like me). Not a huge deal, I just needed something basic to heal and then I’m gonna want something else anyway. Prices weren’t bad and it didn’t hurt at all just an easy peasy piercing. BUT. Right now, my septum piercing is really REALLY crooked. The piercer didn’t mention anything about it but I looked it up and people said it could just be due to the way it’s swelling. It’s like 2 days old so like I said, if it’s still really crooked a couple months from now I’ll be changing my review for sure.

Expérience négative: I usually do not write bad reviews because I too own a business and understand the impact. But considering how disappointed I was with this situation I had to. I got a piercing done on my nose in September which is only less than four months ago. My last nose ring of eight years fell out, so I just bought a new one from them and had it installed by one of their top artist. Honestly, she’s fantastic. What I’m Upset about is, I spent $200 on a rose gold heart nose ring that fell out in less than 4 months. When I called in to talk to them about it, nothing was resolved. All she said was this has never happened to them ever before. Just because this supposedly never happened to you before, does not omit the fact that it has happened. As a business I believe that you should always rectify and have utmost customer care. She suggest I buy something else. I didn’t want to spend another $200 on another nose ring that may or may not fall out again. I think any normal person would understand this. I love their artist and I was willing too but not at full price if that’s the case. She said no. That’s fine. I do not recommend this business to anyone clearly they sell garbage products. And God forbid something goes wrong. They won’t help you or care. Good luck!

Expérience fantastique: Great studio, Atmosphere, and artists. I have come here for both sleeve tattoos, one currently in progress, and it has been great every time. Bradley is an amazing artist and will have me coming back in the future. Cannot recommend this place enough to people asking where to get quality tattoos.
