Expérience fantastique: i came here to get my nose pierced. the whole experience was great - from checking in to the process to actually getting the piercing. Nengi was thorough and precise and walked me through each step, and had (if possible with a piercing) the lightest hand. i've had it for a couple weeks now and it's been good since i got it! the selection of jewelry is also great, lots of different backings, colours, and styles. the price was right, too - i got a titanium flatback stud and the saline solution, plus the other portion of the service fee after a $25 deposit and i was $147 all in on the day of (so $172 total, minus tipping!), which i found really reasonable for the jewelry and stellar service! i'd definitely come here again :)

I had a great experience, Hayley especially took the time to make the markings look as even as possible before going through with the piercings, without rushing. The staff also offered me juice before getting my ears pierced since I hadn’t had anything to eat before my appointment. The studio itself is also really nice and clean.

Went in to get one of the 3 pressure points done in my ear and when she showed me, after setting me up, where the piercing would go for the gaith. Online it had shown me a different spot. Google fail. She was super nice and changed the position to do the rook. She made me feel great for such a awkward situation that I genuinely felt bad about. Will definitely go again in the future and request her ❤️ Minimal, if any, swelling and didnt hurt.

Expérience fantastique: I recently got a Helix and a Conch piercing here, and they don't hurt at all, aren't infected, aren't rejecting. I've gotten 5 piercings done there, and they all healed perfectly. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get pierced at this point, because I've seen how good they are.

Expérience fantastique: Bailey was awesome! Came in to have earnings removal. Had a pair on for years. When I tried to remove them the back wouldn’t come off. Couldn’t even twist them. Bailey within 10 minutes had them off. No pain didn’t even feel when she was using her tool. So gentle. Very professional! Highly recommend.

Expérience fantastique: I got my navel piercing done today with Hayley, and it was my first time getting a piercing at Metamorphosis! She made sure I was completely comfortable, explained every step clearly, and made the whole experience super easy and enjoyable. The staff were so kind and welcoming, and the shop itself was very clean and had such a nice atmosphere. I absolutely loved my experience and would 100% recommend coming here for any piercing!

Expérience négative: My daughter and I went to Ivy Dickson in February 2025 for matching tattoos. We chose her because her portfolio matched the style we wanted, though communication on the design was challenging — she preferred intricate detail while we wanted something simpler. I had requested colour in mine, but on the day of the appointment she hadn’t planned for it, so my tattoo was done without. I later booked another session to add the colour and was surprised to be charged again, effectively paying twice for what I had originally requested. Unfortunately, the colour work didn’t resemble the design and looked flat rather than watercolour. When I reached out for a touch-up, I was told to wait due to her schedule and my recovery from surgery, but after following up months later, I never received a reply. I went to another artist who not only fixed the tattoo beautifully but also provided much better care — using antiseptic wash rather than dry paper towel during the session and medical second-skin instead of plastic wrap afterward. While Ivy is clearly talented, my experience was disappointing in the tattoo she gave me, her professionalism and care standards. I would not recommend her based on my experience.

Expérience négative: My sibling and I made an appointment to buy some new jewelry for our existing piercings and have the jewelry swapped by the piercer at metamorphosis. When looking at the available jewelry options, items were either between $50-$100 or over $350 with nothing in between which was super frustrating. So we had to get something basic in surgical steel or something basic in gold for a lot of money or nice jewelry in gold for a crazy price. The piercer who swapped our jewelry was really nice and friendly. My sibling had their septum piercing changed and the piercer said the new ring was secure but then an hour later they were driving home and the tiny bead came out of their jewelry and was almost lost. I had my conch piercing changed to a smaller stud and the piercer picked the size of the new stud then really struggled to put it in. Then a day later I was at the mall and the stud had come unscrewed and the threaded bead came out. When my sibling tried to put it back in for me the stud was too short so they couldn’t get it threaded. When I called metamorphosis to tell them what happened they said I’d have to pay an additional $45 to get a longer stud post put in. After I’d already paid them over $200. It’s not my fault that the piercer picked a stud that was too short. I shouldn’t have to pay more to fix the piercers mistake. Over all the jewelry selection was strange and either basic or crazy expensive then the piercer didn’t put two of our jewelry in right. I wouldn’t recommend.

Expérience fantastique: The staff were great as it was my first piercing and talked me through everything I needed to know about aftercare and choosing which jewelry would go good with my piercing. Everything was done in a sterile enviroment and I will be going back!

Expérience fantastique: The piercers are incredible here! I don't remember the name of the one I had, but she took away my nerves easily! Talkative and funny, she spent most of the hour-long appointment double checking that she had the right measurements and went as far as to get a second opinion for my angel bites! She was very reassuring and constantly checking in that I was doing okay as well, 10/10 place! The staff are very understanding and cooperative.

She thoroughly explained the healing process and aftercare so I doubt there will be any surprises. 10/10 experience and I'll definitely be coming here for my future piercings!

Expérience fantastique: Alexis pierced my 17 year old daughter's nostril and helix and was wonderful! Alexis took her time, was extremely clean, changing gloves frequently and explained the process in detail. Metamorphosis is such a professional, clean environment. Everyone was very friendly and they had beautiful, quality jewelry to choose from. My daughter's piercings are healing beautifully and she is getting so many compliments! Will definitely be back.

Expérience négative: Spouse was tattooed by Valentin recently and came out disappointed, tattoo was very obviously rushed to try and fit it in a 4 hour session. BEAT THE LIVING HELL out the skin, day two and their whole tattoo is purple and bruised, it looks like someone used a stick instead of needles. Wouldn't let anyone sit in on the appointment, the man didn't even speak English well enough to communicate design and details. They even charge 100$ just to talk to an artist. Go somewhere else, metamorphosis has great front of house staff but won't be coming back for tattoos that's for sure

All materials were sanitized and came from sealed bags. My daughter said the piercing is less painful than getting a needle in your arm. I highly recommend metamorphosis for piercing.

Expérience négative: Returned for a piercing as first time experience was fantastic. Second time around however wasn’t that great of experience. Drove few hours for this appointment and left without getting my piercing as the front girl wasn’t being helpful whatsoever , trying to decide jewelry, kept getting suggested what I said I didn’t want and ended up leaving unsatisfied with this experience! My mom also needed her helix bar downsized , we were quoted 100 to 140 for that service ! Ridiculous!

Expérience fantastique: Recently I got an industrial piercing at Metamorphosis. Alexis was my piercer. I can’t say enough about the whole experience. I was nervous getting one of these piercings but Alexis made the whole experience amazing! She was so wonderful. She was so reassuring and so professional. I never thought I would actually enjoy having this piercing done. Alexis talked me through the procedure and her confidence and enthusiasm helped so much. The piercing was essentially painless! And the healing has been a walk in the park. This is the second piercing I’ve received from Metamorphosis and I can’t say enough about the place. Each time I’ve healed with no issues, no infections or discomfort. It’s their technique. They’re all highly skilled professionals and top notch artists. I highly highly recommend Metamorphosis. Expérience fantastique: Hayley is an amazing piercer! I went in this past Saturday for a fourth set of piercings in my ears. She was very honest when she told me that, with my ears, I would probably have problems with those piercings. We ended up doing two helix piercings in my left ear. She was amazing! Super patient and understanding (i hadnt had any ouercings in 20+ years). She went through everything very thoroughly and explained the process before she did anything. The shop itself is super clean and sterile. Everyone i spoke with was incredibly nice and helpful. I will definitely be going back and recommending!

My piercer, Hayley, was so great and comforting, she totally put me at ease. I mentioned that I am not great with needles, and would probably feel a little woozy and she took great care to make sure I was as comfortable as possible throughout the entire process. She let me take my time, gave me a juice box, and talked me through each step, checking in regularly. Overall just a great experience—highly recommend for your piercing needs!

I’ve already booked another tattoo with him. All the other artists at the shop are also really friendly. The whole place is always squeaky clean and has a positive vibe. Expérience fantastique: This was my second experience with Hayley, who first assisted with repiercing my first set of lobes a year ago and then pierced my (new) second set this week. Both times, she walked me through the entire process and I have had no swelling or pain after the piercing including the night of. I am shocked that I have had no swelling, pain or crusting with my new set! I am debating getting a third set of lobes and definitely recommend booking with Hayley for your piercing needs.

Expérience fantastique: I got a vertical labret piercing from Alexis I’ve been wanting this piercing since I was 16 and was told from a different place that they didn’t have the tool to do it, this was like 20 years ago and I kind of just give up on the ideal until now and I am quite happy with the whole experience Alexis was amazing she numb me up so I only felt a light poke and my lip did not swell up like I expected. The place was clean and well sanitized. The whole experience was awesome and I’m definitely going back in a couple weeks to get the Medusa piercing so, YES!!! Recently saw her to get my septum re-pierced, she was able to open the previous piercing channel which saved me the piercing fee! The receptionist went above and beyond to provide us excellent customer service, was diligent, and made us feel cared for. Candice was a superstar! Expérience fantastique: I went yesterday for a conch piercing on my left ear. The studio was very clean, our piercer Alexis used sterile technique to pierce myself and my friend, and I could tell all the jewellery and equipment was sterile and safe. Alexis catered the piercing experience to our knowledge and experience with cartilage piercings already, and I felt comfortable asking them any questions I had about my new piercing and other existing piercings I was having issues with. I would definitely go back to this piercing shop!

Expérience fantastique: Took my 13 yo for snakebites. The staff were friendly and professional. The shop was very clean and bright. We had an apprentice set up and mark the piercing and she did a fantastic job. They explained everything including after care very well and made sure my kid was comfortable before they did anything. I got a tattoo on my upper thigh (my first tattoo) done by Valentin and he was quick and efficient. He understood I had a lot of anxiety coming into the appointment and followed everything that I asked without question, he made sure I was comfortable and was really easy going! Im kind of a baby when it comes to pain but I couldn’t even feel him working at some points. I will definitely be going back to him for my next tattoo!!!

Alexis did an amazing job and I've since gone back for 5 additional piercings. I booked today for a rook next month. Expérience fantastique: March 5, 24 was my second time getting a piercing at Metamorphosis. The entire experience was 5 stars. From the moment you walk in, you can see and smell how clean this business is. The piercer was very knowledgeable and explained every step as she went. All of the autoclaved tools were sealed and set on a tray like a surgeon would have. The piercer took great care to make sure the location was exactly what I wanted.

The piercing felt painless and I feel very confident in navigating this piercing journey thanks to them. I look forward to getting pierced here again.

Most recently, I got a horizontal eyebrow piercing done by Alexis, and I couldn't be more happy — not just with the end result, but also with the level of patience and care she had throughout the actual piercing appointment. The work Nadine does is magnificent. She’s a true artist. She’s comfortable to be around, patient and honest. I’ve stopped counting the complements and questions I get about my tattoos by her. Alexis is the only person I’d pay to stab me with sharp objects and insert jewelry into my body. Her level of attention to detail is so reassuring. She’s honest, patient, so thorough and genuinely cares about her customers. A huge bonus for me is that she is so very helpful with any concerns that come up with aftercare. 10/10 would recommend.

For every point of interaction with the staff, I was treated with warmth, patience and professionalism. I don’t think I've ever experienced a level of service such as what I got here--they wanted you to get the best experience from your procedure, and they wanted to make sure you were informed, at ease, and just...valued. Remarkable. The pace was efficient, but never hurried. Not once did I feel any pressure, nor did I feel that my questions were wasteful. When it came time to get pierced, from sitting in the chair to leaving the shop it was 20 minutes. Fast, fun, unforgettable. Many thanks Alexis for providing the best service I have ever recevied. They do very thorough consults and make sure that every aspect of your experience is explained fully, always with your comfort level safety in mind. Expérience fantastique: I had a great experience. Got my eyebrow redone and and my lobes done twice also brought my friends kid in for her first lobe piercing. Planning to go back for more work. Alexis was my piercer and I am happy with her work and love her personality. Got to talking with her about future work I want done. Told her I wanted a 2nd eyebrow piercing on the same side in the furtue so she made sure to set the first 1 up so when I come back for my 2nd it won't look off.
