Experiencia fantástica: Such an incredible experience from start to finish! Lindsey was our artist, and she absolutely exceeded every expectation. My friend and I came in with a matching idea, and she didn’t just execute it - she elevated it. It's beyond what we imagined! Her line work is unbelievably clean, and the color is so vibrant and beautifully packed. The detail is honestly beyond. She even managed to add tiny bubbles inside the bottles, which took the whole design to another level. It’s so much better than we even hoped for. The shop itself is spotless, welcoming, and has such a, campy vibe that immediately put me at ease. Also had a fun conversation with Tony about video games. The atmosphere feels professional while still being comfortable and relaxed. I am beyond thrilled with how this turned out. I’ll be recommending Space Wizards, and Lindsey, to everyone I know!

When I first walked in I was greeted with smiles and after telling them what I want they told me the artist that they recommended best for the job. I met with Tony and explained my concept to him and scheduled my appointment. The next appointment was super smooth in seeing the design he created and getting my initial outlines complete. Was a great first experience and looking forward to going back to finish my first tattoo! I do recommend space wizards tattoos!

Experiencia negativa: It's a bummer because I like the shop's vibe. I got a sentimental handwritten tattoo of a snippet from my late brother's last letter, but it’s blown out quite a lot—some of the words just look like blobs. It’s upsetting to look at. Update since reply. I no longer live in the state. If this can be fixed during a visit I would take that up that offer to make things right. I do not want the same girl working on me. I asked for fine line so it would last and be legible and this is NOT it. I have several other fine line pieces that still look great from other shops and artists in austin and I thought she was experienced based off her pictures but I am so disappointed for the price I paid.

So you guys should check this place out. It’s great. The setting is very comfortable. The Artists are very patient and welcoming as well. I 111/10 recommend paying them a visit.

Experiencia fantástica: Wanted to wait till I took the second skin off to show this beautiful piece of art that Artist Lindsey did for me. I wanted something as a representation of my 3 kiddos, but also memorialized my angel baby and she did just that! I didn’t want a “cliche” tattoo, but I also LOVE the Nightmare Before Christmas and figured I could do both with Lock, Shock and Barrel. I gave her full creative control and she definitely delivered. The experience was great. It wasn’t too bad pain wise, and she made me feel really comfortable. She listened to what I wanted and even made the few adjustments that I asked for in the moment before beginning. I am so appreciative of her and her work. I’m honestly glad I decided to walk into the shop a few weeks ago. A piece I will treasure happily forever.

I didn't feel anxious or intimidated at all and even started to go on yapping before the needle meet my skin. My tattoo is still healing at the time of writing bit it is clear and readable from a distance and overall 10/10 will definitly be the first place i look to for future work.

Experiencia negativa: Have to say I saw some really great work done however I had a piece done for Friday 13th by a newer artist they had and it’s honestly been a huge regret on the 120$ they charged me. The girl was completely lost setting up and when she made mistakes she would cover so they weren’t noticed during the process. Very disappointed and will not let the same girl tattoo me ever again.

Skots work is flawless and unique, I never feel rushed, our conversations are sincere, and the shop is somewhere I feel safe and welcomed. While I will follow Skot anywhere, I am glad he found a booth at such an accepting and creative environment!

He is the all-around tattoo artist and when I say artist I’m talking Michelangelo level artist. The work he does is simply amazing. Experiencia fantástica: I reached out last week asking about scheduling a tattoo and Tony responded back pretty fast. He got me in the books for less than a week from that day. Went in and felt welcomed. He was really cool to talk to and made sure I was comfortable and explained where he thought would be a good spot on ny leg for the tattoo and whybit would be a good spot. He also warned me it would be a sensitive spot as well. The tattoo came out so much better than I had imagined! I gave him the basics of what I wanted and he knocked it out of the park! I will definitely come back for future tattoos and be bringing my husband in for his post deployment tattoos that he has been wanting! I highly recommend this place!

Experiencia fantástica: I had Tony as my tattoo artist and I am beyond happy with the quality and beauty of the work he did for me. The inspiration photo I sent him as well as pictures of the symbols I wanted were attached to a message I sent him. He asked if there was a certain layout I wanted for them. I told him to do whatever he thought would look best. I was very impressed when he showed me the design, and I was looking forward to seeing it on my body. There is no doubt in my mind that he did an AMAZING job on it. He made me feel comfortable and placed a room separator to keep others from seeing me since it was on my back. I did have an open back shirt on but he went to extra mile to make sure I was obscured for people coming into the shop. He took his time and made sure it was centered on my back and ask me throughout it if I needed a break. No questions asked I will be going to him for the rest of the work I need in the future and will be telling all my friends to go to him to get their work done by him as well.

I sent in my request and got an immediate answer from the staff and got pointed in the direction of Skot . We asked him to put his own spin on it because we liked the idea of our tattoos and he did just that . I am super happy with the look of it . He kept us entertained while doing our tattoos . Telling us stories and just chatting it up with us . He made sure we loved our tattoos in every way . Asked if we liked placement , if we liked the design , if everything was exactly how we wanted . He even gave suggestion to what would make our tattoos pop and what would affect our future tattoos because we are both trying to get a sleeves done .

It’s a Spider-Man piece and it was one of the best experiences. When I walked in I had a complicated concept for a sleeve and after sitting down and talking another artist told me it would be difficult but then pointed me to Tony. After his recommendation for a back piece I went that direction. His excitement and passion for the project helped me feel comfortable and confident in his abilities. I told him the characters I wanted and asked him to do what he thought was best as an artist. And honest it come out amazing. He was professional and communicated everything he was putting in my skin. And after he told me everything I needed after. His prices are fair for the work and he had no problem working with the price if needed. I wouldn’t go to anyone else and I live far away now but would happily fly back for his work again. If you live in the Killeen area and are looking for an artist I would recommend him every time.
