Experiencia negativa: I tried to bring my 17 year old in to get her nose pierced, and we were turned away even though I am her legal guardian. Texas state law allows minors to receive piercings with legal guardian consent, yet we were still denied service. This was frustrating and disappointing, especially after confirming the law beforehand.

Experiencia fantástica: I brought my son to get his ears pierced with jade and she was fantastic, she was so quick and efficient the kid didn’t cry or nothing and he was so happy after he couldn’t stop smiling, I went back to get pierced myself and I wasn’t even back there ten minutes. She really knows what’s she’s doing and it was the least painful piercing experience I’ve ever had so I truly appreciate her! If anyone wants to get a piercing done ask for Jade!

Experiencia negativa: Went with my friend so she can get a tattoo. She had an appointment time set and we waited an hour for the artist to call us back. Then waited about another hour for him to draw it up. Place is pretty pricey. My friend paid $300 for a spine tattoo that was literally just script. I didn't care for the cubicle like layout of the shop. No privacy. Random people walking in and just walking around looking at everyone's tattoos. Just not a place me personally would go to get tattoos.

Experiencia negativa: I had called and specifically asked if I needed to make an appointment and explained what I had in mind. I was going to get a tattoo with my daughter a small one fast and easy and the response was I did not need to make an appointment. I show up a couple hours later to bunch of reasons why I can't get a tattoo tonight and I can make an appointment and come back another time. I understand that people had appointments I did call I did ask and I was told no I did not need an appointment so I made the trip just to be told that other people had appointments and they asked me if I wanted to make an appointment for tomorrow or the next day. So I went to the competitor. I just want to be clear that had I been told that I could make an appointment I would have done that instead of just making the trip to be told not tonight. Ruben at Cat's was very inviting and super helpful. Familia........ I know we probably wasn't worth your time but we drove all the way there from Temple specifically to you I did not make one other phone call only to this place but you did not want anything to do with me and that's how I felt. You see I showed up giving you at least 3 hours and we would have waited, but you did everything to make sure you to not accommodate us. So please don't blame us we came to you and you denied us. I'm not going to share the reason but there was a reason why we wanted to come there but now we have no reason to. (My response to your response) When I called I gave specific details for what I had planned, and I did ask if I needed to make an appointment and the answer was no. If the answer would have been yes I would have made an appointment and done it that way. It was annoying to me that I was willing to make an appointment when I called but I was basically instructed that I did not need one but that's exactly what you wanted me to do as soon as we got there. You could have gave me a completely different answer than know you don't need an appointment but I did specifically ask. It sounds to me like people made appointments after I talked to you, which is probably what I should have done and I would have but you said I didn't need one. Why would I make a 40-minute trip just to come back and do it again later. If it would have been better for me to make the appointment then we should have just made the appointment so in the end the correct answer should have been yes make an appointment!!!!! I would have happily made one. We did not have to come to Killeen and without a doubt we passed at least 20 tattoo places between here and there. We chose to come to you and you chose not to see us. I'm sorry this went the wrong way next time tell the person yes make an appointment I don't know why that was not the answer because that was the correct answer.

I walked into the building holding a little bag with an earring inside to try to see if they would just switch out the earring that I had in my ear for me, but the girl said no, and I was okay with it...Instead I was so disappointed at one of the guys here and he was so disrespectful to me assuming that I had a drug on me or something. I'm not sure why this happened, I'm not sure if the guy was blind or just joking or what. But I have never been treated this way before here or anywhere else for that matter. I will never come here ever again. I'm sorry, I hate to say this, but I really don't recommend coming to this place anymore like I used to. To the business- Please remember to always be professional and watch what you say, especially when it comes to repeating clients or customers.

He did an amazing job working with the parameters I gave him. He also was able to work with my budget! Beware the shop is cash only, but they have an ATM inside you can use! Amazing experience all around, if I was ever back in Killeen I will go see Alex again.
