Experiencia negativa: Do not waste your time with this place. Google says they are open but doors are locked. They have a sign up that says open and walk ins welcome but guess what? Their doors are locked and not a single light is on. I've called multiple times I've texted I've messaged on Instagram and wouldn't you know i haven't gotten a response at all all day after trying since 11 am and its now 3:41pm. Clearly they dont need the business

Walked out. No way I would be okay with my daughter getting her ears pierced there. Especially if she was high which I have no idea but it was so strong.

Experiencia negativa: I don’t ever right reviews but this place needs it. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I got a double helix in July of 2023. The piercer was so slow when she was poking me with the needle it was terrible. It has never healed properly and the amount of keloids I would get was ridiculous. About 3 months ago the piercing closest to my cartilage completely closed. Very unhappy that is has been almost 3 years and waste of money.

Experiencia fantástica: My piercer : Monica H My service: double lobes Service total: 25.00 per lobe 25.25 titan gold plated earring ball Salt cure aftercare 4oz : 15.95 Total after tip 144.56 (you can pay card or cash with piercings) I was walking past this shop as i was shopping(didnt even realize they had a shop here at the outlets) and i decided to turn around and go get my doubles done just for fun, they had one piercer on shift so she was serving someone else and there was someone else waiting before me so all around it was like a 30 minute process although the service itself only took about 5 minutes, she was really quick and I appreciate that she took the time to clean properly after every one of us. I just got two gold plated bars but i plan on switching to doubles of what i currently have. The service itself was great as she explained each step of everything as if i was a first time guest even though i knew everything (again i just like that she takes her job seriously bc you are paying someone to stab you so you kinda want it done right) It did not hurt at all, she explained what she was gonna do and gave me a count down but honestly i wasnt paying attention and forgot to do the inhale exhale thing but she did a really good job and i didnt feel it during or after the session (still dont) but i liked that she used the metal tube in the back i think thats what helped. I definitely would come back to this shop if i was in the area more often but theres several black clouds that are like 10 minutes from me. I also recommend making an appointment if u dont wanna wait bc its a busy area where alot of people like me just walk in cause theyre bored.

Experiencia negativa: Btw, if the owner reads this, I followed all aftercare instructions, these were not my first piercings, i have 12 and i know how to keep them clean. I will say that this shop was beautiful, it looked very clean and well put together. now for the bad part; I am unsure who pierced me as they never introduced themselves. Once entering the shop I was not greeted but instead given a dirty look. Customer service was lacking extremely, she was standoffish and it just seemed like she didn’t want to be there or maybe she was new. I asked for internally threaded jewelry and was given externally threaded in both piercings that i got. When she was making marks, everything looked perfect, I even told her to move the markings around a bit so they would be properly placed. There was no “breathe in, breathe out” like most piercers would do before shoving a needle through you. This one that did mine quickly counted to 3 and gave me no time to relax my body After following up with a different piercer at a different shop i was told that Whoever was my piercer put the needle through my tongue halfway, pulled it out, then proceeded to pierce a completely separate spot then what was marked. I did bleed a lot with this one, and i did not bleed much for any of my piercings (including my original tongue bar) I already had 1 tongue bar prior, and once she pierced it they were way too close together to the point that it was causing very extreme pain and it had to be taken out. I also got a navel piercing, which I was told would be a surface piercing. okay, i am aware that these are temporary piercings, but again after following up with a separate piercer it was determined that it was pierced extremely shallow, and as a result became irritated and infected rather quickly even with keeping it clean with saline solution. now I am dealing with a very infected piercing that i will have to take out once i complete antibiotics because it was pierced too shallow, and already taken out the tongue piercing because it was done wrong. so for me that is $180 down the drain because of this I am glad that other people have good things to say about this shop, but that is not my experience. I wish it would have gone differently

Which was fine because the artist took that time to prepare the area before piercing my daughters ear. She explained to my daughter what my daughter needed to do for after piercing care. The place was very clean, the artist sanitized the tools before piercing and wore protective gloves the entire time. Gloves were also disposed of after use. I highly recommend this location.

Experiencia negativa: Way too expensive and don’t like the service. *response to the owner/manager* This is a platform to express my opinion on your business not for you to come on here and express what you think fairness is. If you want fairness then you should offer industry standard pricing and not try to upcharge and rip people off. On pricing when I call 15 other shops and get prices and yours is the only one that is ridiculously overpriced then yeah your prices are too expensive. Same with the service, when people walk into your shops they should feel welcome and feel the atmosphere and culture that is tattooing and piercing but when I have come into your shops I got nothing but coldness from not on the receptionist who is the face of your business but also your artists. A lot of people come in and it is there first tattoo/piercing and they are excited for it but with customer service like that it puts them off and can damage the image of the industry.

The girl was very accommodating and I didn’t make it the easiest (I wanted to subtly change the design then went back to the original) and I am very happy with the result. It is healing and she did a beautiful job! 10/10

Experiencia positiva: The workers are some of the nicest people you will ever meet for the most part but some of them just seem very inexperienced! I got my septum pierced here and the ball fell off while I was sleeping. We drove 45 minutes to come back and get it put on just for a young man who worked here to botch the job, nearly rip out the piercing, fail to get the ball back on tight, and then look at me like I was insane when I said I felt light headed (I have a very low pain tolerance and he was very rough with what he was doing). He then charged us $30 just to have the ball put back on even though we later learned that it was supposed to be free. He was fairly polite but his lack of experience and professionalism made the whole experience horrible. He then moved locations but still works with black cloud. I was extremely disappointed by all of this (especially when the ball fell off again less than an hour later). I really used to love this place and the atmosphere the workers created but I just feel like I can't anymore. We eventually got the whole situation sorted out (I owe all of my thanks to Emily and Alex, the two piercers who have made me feel very comfortable here throughout my piercings) but it just wasn't enough to make up for everything with that horrible experience. If you can get to Emily or Alex I can tell you that this place is amazing, but past that, I just feel like I don't feel safe with another piercer at black cloud after the whole situation with my nose piercing.

Experiencia fantástica: I had my tragus pierced yesterday. The process was fast and straightforward. There was some mild pain, but it wasn't unbearable. I plan to return for a double helix piercing and to have my other tragus pierced.

Experiencia fantástica: I went in to get a set of spiderbite piercings. The artist was very nice and explained everything as she was setting up, and we were done in less than 15 minutes. I love the piercings so far (will love them even more when they finish healing…) and I will definitely be going there for future piercings!
