Experiencia negativa: Honestly, do NOT RECCOMEND!!! I heard online that they had $10 Tuesdays, and decided to try it out. I was stupid and impulsive, and I'm going to be so real please listen to this. First of all, getting there is an absolute NIGHTMARE. It's in an AWFUL part of town, RIGHT by a literal strip club, and the parking situation is so bad you're tempted to park at the shell next door the studio (the shell employee there was a 40 yr old pervert asking where I'm from and if I'm single ) but the shell WILL tow. But you only find that out after you park AT the shell, and then walk to the piercing shop, and then walk back to your car, and THEN STILL have to park and it sucks. They also have NO waiting room. Well they do, but it only fits 4-6 people. They also do not have an appointment system but work by waitlist so if you show up in a car, you just sit in it until they call you. Which wouldn't be a problem imo if it wasn't such a rough area. You walk inside and it's stinks of weed. It's Atlanta so, I'm not surprised but it wasn't exactly clean either. I start to see reviews on my phone that talk about how the piercing Padawan pierced them side ways, but I was getting a lobe and figured noone could mess it up. He did. So first of all he DROPPED the ball to the peircing. Which. TBF I don't judge because the balls are really tiny. The thing I had a problem with, however was that he went to put it back in my ear without SANITIZING IT. AFTER IT FELL!!! He also put the dots for the peircing in the wrong spot, I asked to move it, he did which I appreciated. But then, he pierced me SIDEWAYS also oh my God, the gauge was HUGE. I did NOT want stretched lobes thank you. They were also two balls, which are just not comfortable for lobes. He pierced me sideways and I know that because when I felt my ear I could put my finger over the bar in my ear, and the balls would literally be on two different sides of my finger. For what it's worth, he's a nice guy, but at the end he reccomended witch Hazel for a new peircing and knew I wouldn't be coming back. For what it's worth, try hypochlorous acid- it's not an acid really chemically it degrades into saline after a few seconds.

Experiencia negativa: I was pierced two weeks ago by Raven. She did a great job on my back dermals but then i went to get an industrial and everything seemed fine at first. A few days later my ear was in agonizing pain so i went back for her to check on it. She said it was healing fine and just cleaned it up. Fast forward to yesterday i noticed the bar was digging into my ear and caused insane swelling, puss, and blood. I went to a different piercer in PTC to get it checked. I was then told i don’t even have the correct anatomy for an industrial and whoever did it was just money hungry. I had to get the piercing removed so now i have a swollen painful ear and $70 down the drain.

Experiencia negativa: I first came here in 2024 on one of the piercing special days and got three piercings done — my nose, belly button, and tragus. I expected a long wait because of the promotion, so that part was understandable. My original piercer was a female, and she was absolutely wonderful — very patient, kind, and professional. She made me feel comfortable and did all three piercings smoothly. A couple weeks later in 2025, my tragus jewelry unscrewed and fell out. I went back to have it reinserted, but the female piercer wasn’t available, so I was seen by a male piercer instead. Unfortunately, that experience was very different. He said my original jewelry was too small and couldn’t get it back in, and instead forced a much thicker bar into my ear. It was extremely painful and felt like the piercing was being redone. He seemed impatient once he realized the jewelry was small. I ended up removing that larger bar myself later because of the pain and was able to put my original jewelry back in without an issue. Most recently in 2026, the jewelry fell out again while I was sleeping, and I returned to the shop. I wanted to see the female piercer again but wasn’t placed with her and was seen by the same male piercer. I explained that I previously had a bad experience (without accusing him at first), and he confirmed he had worked that day but said he didn’t do it. He’s the only male piercer in the shop and I’m 100% certain it was HIM. The process again felt rushed and rough, and I left in significant pain and discomfort. I do want to give credit where it’s due — the front desk receptionist (dude with the dreads) and the female piercer were both kind and helpful. They took the time to answer my questions about jewelry and even gave me their direct vendor information so I could order the style I wanted since it was no longer available in the shop. I appreciated that a lot. After my experience, I went back and read other customer reviews and noticed multiple people describing similar issues with this same piercer — specifically mentioning roughness and impatience — which made me feel like my experience wasn’t just a one-time misunderstanding. Because of this, I personally would not recommend this shop unless you are being pierced by the female piercer.

Experiencia negativa: I got my mid helix done, but the piercer did it slanted, so I won't be able to put in a hoop later unless I take it out and get it redone. I had also explicitly said I wanted to change it out for a hoop once it's healed. My friend had also gotten her second lobe redone, and it was done so slanted that the piercing went into her cartilage in the back of her ear. It bled so much, and she had never bled before when getting her lobes done. She had to take it out immediately after we came back.

Experiencia negativa: At the shop, I asked the piercer as she was grabbing the jewelry if the bar was long enough for the swelling of my medusa. She assured me yes. Two days later, my bar was completely embedded into my lip. I went to the piercing shop I usually regular at and they told me due to my full lips and rounded face, they would’ve never even thought to put that size bar in. This is my 16th piercing and I’ve gone to multiple shops and piercers, but this had to have been my worst experience. I was in so much pain and the bar completely tore through the inside of my lip. The piercer was nice, that’s why I’d give it two stars. But, some training on client care and judgement is needed. You can’t just give everyone the “standard”, you have to look at anatomy and actually determine what fits that client the best.

Experiencia negativa: I came here a year ago to get a second lobe piercing and the piercer gave me different size bars on each ear. Very incompetent. This led to me getting a bump on my right ear. Now a year later, my left lobe piercing is infected and I called to get a consult, and the person on the phone was very rude and gave me terrible advice to use witch hazel, this has made my bump so much worse and infected. I’ve followed everything they’ve told me to do and it hasn’t helped. Be careful coming here if you’re getting any new piercings or it’s your first time. It’s best going somewhere else.

Experiencia negativa: The ID requirements here are very misleading. I recently lost my ID, so I called ahead last Tuesday to ask if a physical birth certificate along with my college ID would be accepted. I was told that would be fine. When I arrived today (Tuesday) with both documents, I was immediately turned away by “security” and told they don’t accept birth certificates from adults—only minors. This was frustrating and confusing, especially since a birth certificate is a valid form of identification regardless of age. Clearer and more consistent communication would have saved a lot of time.

Experiencia negativa: Strange sign in process that doesn’t allow you to interact with a real person. Two hour long wait to receive service and upon notification you have 10 minutes to get to your appointment otherwise you will be greeted by an unsettling and rude man with locs that informs you that your appointment time has been surrendered. Lackluster communication and overall disregard for their customers. Don’t go if you value time or respect!

Experiencia negativa: This place is extremely unprofessional and rude. First you have to scan a QR code with no instructions, it wasn't until talking to other people waiting outside, that we found out they were waiting for 40 + minutes. Eventually after receiving our the confirmation take an hour and a half later, my friend was turned away for being 3 minutes late. Which was due to parking limitations and having to walk. The first time speaking with an employee was when she was turned away by a man with a rude demeanor.

Experiencia negativa: Got a Medusa piercing by a dude name Jack my piercing is slightly crooked I told him immediately my piercing looked off and lifted my lip up he said it's fine the next day I called the shop to let them know its slightly in the wrong position and the dude that answered the phone said Im lying because if I told the person that my piercing was wrong he was supposed to fix it immediately and then he hung up the phone on me ... also while I was in the waiting room waiting to get pierced two other girls was there to show because Jack messed up their piercing and they needed it fixed

Experiencia negativa: i tried to come in for a piercing change because there was too much swelling, the man asked me what i was doing to help the swelling and i started listing things like i was keeping it clean with saline and putting cold compresses on it. he asked me again with an attitude what i was doing to lower the swelling, then said it wouldn’t have any swelling at all if i was taking ibuprofen twice a day, and i told him that i was already taking some, and he cut me off saying that i said i was only doing the two things before. i told him again i was already taking ibuprofen and i just needed a longer bar, since the back of the piercing was going into my skin and the anti-inflammatory medication wasn’t doing enough, and then he started to yell at me so i hung up immediately. terrible customer service

Experiencia positiva: Whoever the male piercer is was completely unprofessional. Talking about his personal life drama while I’m trying to just come in for a jewelry change. My mom and I both went for jewelry changes and in the middle of discussing whatever personal matter was taking place in his life, he’s dropping jewelry, putting it bare on the medal tray instead of the napkin designated for sterile jewelry. Not paying attention and put the wrong jewelry in my mom’s ear and then had to change it. He dropped the jewelry that was in my ear on top of the trash can so then had to give me a new one to take home as a back up. And now 3 days later one of the balls on the jewelry he gave me has come out and is lost. When I originally went and got it done, I had no issues with the healing jewelry, never lost it, never came loose. If you go hear for piercings please stick to the female piercer if you can.

Experiencia negativa: My friend got her nipples pierced here and they pierced her nipples incorrectly, and we tried changing the bar longer and everything and it’s still not healing properly since July. We also came back for naval piercings, tragus piercings, and ear piercings and our piercings still hurt after three weeks. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Experiencia negativa: Do NOT come here for piercings. I came in on Saturday to get three ear piercings done by the piercer who goes by @thepiercingpadawan on Instagram. While he was friendly, there were multiple things I noticed that were unsanitary during the process—which was already a red flag. Out of the three piercings, two were done with jewelry that had a ball on both the front and the back. Anyone who’s had multiple piercings knows that the standard and comfortable option is a flat-back stud (ball in the front, flat surface in the back). It’s not only more comfortable but also significantly easier to clean—especially during healing. I didn’t notice the jewelry type right away. It wasn’t until I went to clean the piercings that the back ball actually fell off. That’s when I realized something was wrong. I called to kindly ask if I could come in and have the jewelry switched to flat backs to help with cleaning and healing. I wasn’t asking for a refund or to place blame—I just wanted the jewelry changed out. Instead, I was told I’d have to pay for both new jewelry and the service to switch it out—despite the fact that I had just paid only a few days before. That alone was frustrating, but it got worse. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was put on the phone with someone named Nate, who was shockingly rude and completely dismissive. Rather than listening to my concern or offering any sort of apology or solution, he immediately got defensive and argumentative, insisting that the piercer did “everything correctly.” He wouldn’t even acknowledge that I had a valid concern as a paying customer and instead tried to twist my words into something I wasn’t even saying. Also—just to note—the piercer didn’t even clean my ears after the procedure. My ear was still bleeding when I got to my car, which should never happen after a professional piercing. I didn’t bring that up on the call because I didn’t want to sound like I was trying to cause problems, but it’s just another example of how poor the service was. Bottom line: my request to have a simple $5–$10 piece of jewelry changed was denied, and I was treated incredibly poorly for asking. This is completely unacceptable and I plan to escalate the situation further. I will NEVER return here again, and I strongly suggest others avoid this place if you want a safe and professional experience.

Experiencia positiva: I have come here for tattoos and for lobe piercings. I have enjoyed both of my tattoo appointments with Corey and I would fully recommend him! However, I would not recommend getting pierced here. I got cheap externally threaded jewelry, outdated aftercare instructions, and I was pierced at a weird angle. As a result I had to retire the piercings, and be treated by a dermatologist for scar tissue. DO NOT GET PIERCED HERE!! Go to a reputable APP studio for piercings. However I love the tattoos I have gotten here by Corey! Once again TATTOOS YES PIERCINGS NO!

The process is pretty seamless, and we added ourselves to the waitlist and waited about 20 mins and then were called right up. He talked us both through everything even though I was nervous and he had the best disposition. I love my piercing and he fixed the tongue one for my friend. Experiencia fantástica: I came here for the $10 promo on tuesdays for basic piercings to get my 3 lobes done on both sides (I have 1 lobe already) they said I can only do 3 piercings, so I just did one on one ear and 2 on the other. Experiencia negativa: I just left this establishment I was heading to get a helix piercing I was behind a young lady who ask for her service to be fixed He stopped her in the middle of her conversation to ask me what k was getting done. This is not great business practice. If it’s first come first serve customer need to be handled how the arrived. I politely ask the man to finish with the lady in front of me. As I patiently was waiting I see the same man putting hands on the lady who was requesting service. This made me leave immediately. No matter the situation no man is supposed to put their hands on a woman. They lost several customers off that because I came with a group of people. And I will be sure to let people know that the who ever is running the show there. Allows men to physically assault women

Raven their piercer is amazing but I can not speak for who is so called their manger who sits at the front desk and the so called owner. The piercing I got tree services done at this establishment. One of my body jewelry came undone under 24 hours. This wasn’t a fresh piercing it always just a change of jewelry for my Tragusthst I had done years ago. I was referred to this shop and before I forget I’m only here for a wedding and I’m from New York. I went back to have them put back the jewelry that fell out and disgustingly did not care that I’m unable to put it back on myself, that the jewelry came undone in less than 24 hours time, and on top of that I’m leaving back to New York. Proper business owners would have heard my story apologize that it was too loose and took the few seconds to put my Kaley back in the wasn’t put on tight enough to begin with. If I live within Atlanta I would have no issue coming back. I showed them my flight and everything and I was told me to leave the shop. Beware of this shop as they have great worker working for them but the owner and who he has as the manger need lessons in customer service

Experiencia negativa: I had a tragus jewelry change and the following day it fell out. I contacted them immediately. I was told to come back and when I drove all the way there they told me that I had to pay another service fee and for the jewelry?? I was told the fact thst it fell out was not due to the jewelry being improperly installed?? So I went home and took it off myself so that I could waste my time and gas to return 2 days later to have it replaced? Such horrible customer service. They were rude and dismissing may I add! The fact that you would lose a customer who has patronized you more than once over an apparent mistake of your worker is mind blowing to me. I recommend going someplace who values their customers.

Experiencia fantástica: I came here for a snake eyes piercing a week ago and Jack was great. You see people that went to different shops have these horror stories of crazy swelling and poor healing. I had the opposite here! Not only was there no swelling or pain but, gave his professional opinion while taking my anatomy into consideration rather than just giving me whatever cause i’m paying. He was also just a chill ahh guy. I am coming back here fasho.

Experiencia fantástica: Lunch break is from 4:00 to 5:00 so if you come around that time I suggest you get a snack from across the street at the gas station but this place is a little different no extra guest is allowed if any extra guest come they have to wait in the car for safety reasons an also because it’s to small to have extra unnecessary guest it is very clean and quiet inside they do ask for identification before you get any type of services Noise piercing was 25 dollars before taxes and 26 dollars after taxes with the noise ring included the lady that does your piercings is very nice respectful and very fast she answers any questions you may have and explains to the tea about after care very affordable because other places will charge you 50 to 100 for a piercing that only last 15 seconds everything is already clean she pulls out fresh needles she doesn’t rush she isn’t mean very warm an welcoming very kind an patient they do the work first then make you pay after

Experiencia negativa: Got my helix and front helix done here. After 5 months the piercings were not healing so I decided to go to a different shop nearby to see what was up. Turns out they pierced me with the completely wrong jewelry and used a metal (that they told me was surgical grade stainless steel) that is apparently supposed to be banned in GA. So, you definitely get what you pay for here. I have permanent scarring now.

Experiencia negativa: Piercing sunk into my belly because the bar provided was not long enough and when I called I was told that’s the bar that is supposed to be used for first time piercing but I went to a different shop back home because of the pain and all the young man did was shake his head and stated the jewelry provided is to be used once it is fully healed and since I’m a bit heavier a longer bar should have been provided. I am also a sweller so the piercing swelling is understandable but the swelling had down and the ball was still going into my skin

Experiencia positiva: You get what you pay for, thats for sure. Parking is very limited and there is often a wait when you get there, however the line moves quick (for piercings at least). Ive tried out their $10 piercings deal on two separate occasions. First time was a triple helix by the lady piercer (very accommodating and comforting), and i lovedd the placement, but all three piercings came unscrewed in less than a week and fell out. Second time i went, I got my septum and helix done by the male piercer. He was more nonchalant and it showed in his work via my helix placement unfortunately, but it hasnt come unscrewed at least. Everything seems sanitary and i havent had a problem with the quality of their jewelry as far as i can tell UPDATE: my second attempt at a triple helix became unscrewed overnight and fell out shortly after this initial review was made. However, my septum has healed fine, but after consulting with other people, it turns out it is NOT normal to have blood gushing out of your nose after getting it pierced, and that was a sign that it was pierced incorrectly too late now tho

Experiencia negativa: unfortunately, my experience here wasn’t great. my piercing studs fell out multiple times and closed up twice. i wasn’t given the option to choose my jewelry size, wasn’t provided any saline (just told to use witch hazel), and they used barbell-style backs instead of flatbacks—which ended up being painful and unreliable. the metal is small and hard to spot, so when my ear closed up i was forced to repierce the skin myself and replace the jewelry with my own. i now how to pay extra money to get the piercing redone since it wasn’t done properly to start with. also, the doorman was unnecessarily rude. overall not a place i’d return to or recommend, my actual piercer was kind though :)

Experiencia fantástica: Mark was amazing! I got my nose and navel pierced and it took less than 10 minutes. He was very personable and the shop overall had positive energy. The price I paid for two piercings was cheaper than expected. I would certainly recommend to check them out!

Experiencia fantástica: STAFF WERE AMAZING, KIND AND PROFESSIONAL. I called for nose piercing and whether they except walk-ins and they said yes. I arrived and pressed doorbell. I was advised to scan so that they can text me when they’re ready for me. I received a text 10 minutes later and saw Raven who was absolutely amazing and professional and very clear in explaining everything which would happen before and what needs to happen aftercare in detail. The price was $10.50 which is way below what they deserve!!

Experiencia fantástica: I went to Atlanta for St Patrick's Day and decided on a tattoo last minute. Studio 219 was having a special and they DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! I only waited an hour after just showing up instead of scheduling ahead of time, but still not a bad wait for them to have been having a special and not scheduling prior to arriving. Parking is a little limited, just get there early! I got Corey as my artist and he was AWESOME! I got a sunflower behind my ear and he did amazing on it. Very detailed and exactly what I was wanting. All of the staff, starting with the gentleman at the door, to the front desk ladies, were amazingly awesome! I will definitely be back.

Raven pierced my lobes and she did such a good job! She made me feel extremely comfortable, explained the process, and moved fast. I would definitely recommend this place to other people and I will be back.

Laughed at me (embarrassing for you) and hung up on me? I’ll keep my $10 for a piercing, I guess you’re mad because you’re broke ?

Experiencia fantástica: I went for the $10 Tuesday piercings. Everything was super easy! Scan the QR code to get in line, I waited less than the estimated wait time. Raven was amazing and efficient! I got 3 total piercings and it’s was painless and overall a great experience. I will be back!

Experiencia negativa: Unprofessional and horrible service, jewelry fell down the drain as soon as I got home and showered. Wouldn't refund or offer any other problem resolution because I live in another state. I don't know if there are new owners or management but I've been coming to 219 since 2018 and never been treated this way before. Sad. Save your money take your business to Kolo or Knotty Headz! Much better experience and people there.

Instead of the lady being direct on what we needed and how we needed it because she’s a minor she had us going back and forth in this 39 degree weather. When I finally get the document that’s needed she tells me it has to be the physical!!! Like be for real now I’m freezing and agitated. I honestly feel and felt as if they just didn’t want to do it. I would have respected that more. Have your shit in order when you decide to go there if you go there

From start to finish, Jack was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. The shop itself was impeccably clean and well-organized, which immediately put us both at ease. This was my third attempt at a nose piercing after two previous attempts that didn’t heal properly, but I’m thrilled to say that this time was different! Jack took the time to thoroughly ensure placement was good and we approved and to explain aftercare and ensure that everything was done with the utmost care. It's been months now since our piercings, and I’m happy to report that both our piercings have healed perfectly! My daughter is absolutely in love with her piercing and can't wait to return for another one this weekend. Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been here two times to get my ears pierced. My first time was 2 years ago, and I got my other piercings today. Studio219 offers $10 basic piercings Tues, Weds, and Saturdays. From front desk service to the piercing, everything was extremely pleasant. Staff was welcoming and organized. Jack (piercingpadawan) did my piercings today and I loved my experience. His treatment was way less painful than previous experiences with other piercers. He was attentive with the marking and was patient as I explained how I wanted them to be placed. I appreciate how sterile he was too. I hope to be serviced by him again when I get my next piercings. Everyone was very nice, highly recommend!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Got my septum re-pierced here, healed great and doesn’t hurt 2 months after. UPDATE: I also got my vertical labret done here it was so fast and healed super seamlessly over the course of a month I’ve decreased to a 6mm barbell over time and have had no issues
