My artist was a woman and she convinced me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with color on my skin and babayyy she made it pop!! I also got my second hole on my nose pierced the same day. It was super smooth.

Experiencia negativa: I had a man pierce me and he messed me up. Told me I don’t know what I’m talking about when it came to piercing my naval and tried to make me feel dumb for asking questions when preparing to do my piercing. He ended up piercing it as a surface piercing when my proper anatomy should have been traditional. Had to go to another piercing place for a consultation in which it had to be removed and I was told it was pierced at the wrong place and not straight. I now have a piercing bump with a little scar tissue around it that has to heal and has made discoloration. Also, I maintained the routine of cleaning twice a day with a saline solution and bot touching it yet it still formed, confirming the cause wasn’t myself. Thanks for messing me up. Taking this as a lesson, if you think something is off, don’t go through with it.

We came across this shop & walked in & are so lucky to have been matched with Terrance. After a year of people turning her down or being unable to bring her idea to life he was able to do that! Booking an appointment with him was super easy and he really took his time with putting it together and also putting it on her body. The realism of the tattoo is amazing. He is professional with such a good vibe making the time spent in shop fun and enjoyable. The shop itself is such a vibe and all of the staff were super chill and friendly. If you haven’t been here for a tattoo you are really missing out!

I spent $250 to go home and have to set up an appt with who I normally go to, to get it covered. Sad experience. Make sure you look at the work and more than one photo before you decide who to tattoo you. I’m giving two stars simply because my best friend got a tattoo by Funk the same night and hers, although simple, turned out great.

Experiencia negativa: Got a back dermal. Two weeks later, the diamond fell out. I went back to get it changed, and then the whole piercing came out a week later. I went back again, and the piercer believed the post was still in my back, so he dug around, but it wasn’t there. He tried to put a different-size piercing in, but it didn’t work. Now I have a keloid from the piercing. I had to get a shot to get the keloid down. The whole experience was a waste of money.

He was professional, easy to talk to, and clearly passionate about creating something personal instead of “just another tattoo.” The shop is welcoming and has a creative vibe that immediately puts you at ease. From our 1st initial conversation via dm he was professional, precise and brought my child-like sketch to life. He really embodied my son and made the tattoo realistic and look exactly like himself in both images. The staff at Iron Palm was also friendly and professional. I'd highly recommend Terrance and based on the responses to my posting on social media of the portrait piece its best to book now cause his calendar will definitely be filled up for months to come.

I’ve yet to be inked here at Iron Palm but I’ve only heard great things about their tattoo artists as well.

Experiencia negativa: I visited Iron Palm Body Tattoo and Body Piercing to check if my piercing was healing properly and to discuss downsizing the jewelry. Despite clearly explaining my needs, the piercer removed my jewelry without reason and then attempted to switch my jewelry out with a shorter bar. I told her to place my old jewlery back in and she forced in my piercing, causing swelling and discomfort. She ultimately told me to leave it as is. I expected a professional, careful approach, but this experience was unprofessional and painful.

We chose Iron Palm because it’s walk-in friendly and as tattoo enthusiasts, we wanted to visit the shop that holds a Guinness World Record. It’s an excellent shop choice for those into the art scene and looking for a variety of tattoo and art styles. The shop is professional and clean. Music was fire, too! Tupicalo took such great care tattooing us. I greatly appreciate an artist who takes their time paying attention to detail and making their clients feel comfortable. Iron Plam reminded us our favorite local shop back home – you walk in and see each artist station full of that artist’s personality and style. You know everyone working there supports one another like a good tattoo shop should. The vibes were immaculate.

Experiencia negativa: We came in for this deal, the post didn't list any stipulations. My friend and I asked if they were still doing the deal when we came in. White guy at the front desk said yes and asked what we wanted. Everything seemed cool, I went and got my piercings by Jack who was super friendly and professional. I came out and my friend wanted to pay real quick before he got his piercings. The front desk guy got a bit stiff and said what we were getting wasn't eligible for the deal and we had to pay full price. His reasons were very confusing, and we tried working something out in order to get the deal. We were willing to pay for another piercing in order to get the deal but he was adamant the deal wouldn't work. The girl that works there came out at some point and said I could go get a free piercing, but the guy said no. VERY weird.. I'm glad my friend asked to pay before he got pierced because this guy was clearly trying to pull a fast one on us. We had to pay full price for mine and we ended up leaving to get him pierced somewhere else that day.

Experiencia negativa: I was in ATL for a concert and made an appointment for a Sunday here. I called to confirm that they could see me on a Sunday. I was just getting something very small. I paid the $100 deposit and booked online. I showed up at 12:30pm (appt was at (1pm) and no one was there. I called and waited and nothing. No one ever showed up and the place was locked up. I called the following Monday and had to leave a message. Didn’t get my tattoo or my $100 deposit back. I don’t ever leave bad reviews but this was extremely unprofessional.

Experiencia negativa: Unsure why piercer lied to me about being able to switch my curved surface bar for a staple bar. I went in with my own staple bar and was told i couldn't use it due to sanitary issues which I can understand. However I was told I could safely change my piercing after it healed but after doing further research I found out that I cannot. So misleading for what? :(

I showed up expecting to get my tattoo done, only to find out there wasn’t even a tattoo artist available — like, seriously? How do you operate a tattoo shop without an artist on site? And to top it all off, I was told there would be a two-hour wait time. That is absolutely unacceptable. If I wanted to sit around and waste my entire day, I would have stayed home. I made time out of my busy schedule for this, and the complete lack of professionalism and communication is just ridiculous. Honestly, do better.
