Experiencia negativa: I got an ear lobe piercing for $30 ($20 to piece and $10 for stud jewelry), so very cheap. However, the girl who pierced me was very rude and seemed rushed. The piercings are not equal and one is lopsided.

Experiencia negativa: Please be careful getting your ears pierced here some of the jewelry is fake and will break you out and not good for ear piercings. My daughter ear got infected and has a bump on it and the jewelry turned green with in 3 weeks . This shop has gone down hill in the past year . Unfortunately I had a bad experience. A wise person once said cheap isn’t always good. The jewelry was cheap they provided.

They call themselves under new management, the guy at the front desk has a horrible attitude. I drove here once before and there was a sign on the door that said tattoos only no piercings. Imagine going somewhere to get a piercing, and turn back around to go home . What a waste of gas . The jewelry quality is horrible so if you are allergic to standard jewelry do not come here . I’ve gotten my daith, tragus , and rook all the same day , and all of them have gotten infected . Not to mention the guy that did my daith did it wrong . I’ve came to this place twice for a jewelry change , the first time I got my second holes and tried to get my daith changed , the guy mentioned that my jewelry was to small but still tried to put it in . Because it the jewelry not fitting he gave me a refund . I came back earlier today for the same thing a jewelry change with bigger jewelry. The guy was not able to do so because it was still to small . I went from a 8mm to a 10mm still to small . I asked for a refund because the jewelry didn’t get changed, his reply was no because he was all up in my ear , my reply was you did that last time and still gave me my money back . So no jewelry change and no refund . I will not be returning to this shop ever again . POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR JEWELRY, POOR NEW MANAGEMENT, IMPROPER TECHNIQUE!!!!!!!!

Experiencia negativa: Came in for multiple piercings on a SATURDAY EVENING 550PM and there was a sign on the door "No piercings only tattoos. Call at 8:30pm". Time is money!!! Last time I came it was closed early. This USED to be my go-to place, but they're falling off bad. Idk what's going on! Please do better! Ppl have places to be, ppl to see and don't have time to waste going back & forth with Sketchy business!

Experiencia negativa: By far the worst experience I’ve had… I walked in and talked to a tattoo artist about 3 pm over this cybersigilism tattoo and he had said he could absolutely do it. Well while they weren’t busy they were out smoking in the back leaving me up front for 3 hours. I get pulled back about 7 pm and the tattoo artist continued to place the stencil backwards and without asking if it looked okay started working on it!? But the time he was done it was 10 pm after him leaving back and forth while I sat there watching him leave to smoke and come back about 9-12 times. After he came back the last time he said he was leaving at left it to the shop manager. After the manager had came in he stared shading the tattoo in!!. I paid 400$ just to get walked out on and my tattoo be completely different front what I asked. When I said I wanted to come back for a touch up they said they would do it for 100$. Absolutely not. They better be glad I haven’t sued. After a month of having it done I see the tattoos artist face on Raleigh mugshots… take what you want from them. But from one to another do not go, do not waste your money. Had to do this review because they blocked me from commenting any more but as u can see with the phot I added as I’m getting my tattoo done. BY THE 3 PEOLE THAT WORK THEIR but no that bs never happened….. please be careful yall.

Experiencia negativa: I have been getting piercings here for a while and have had no issues. I take good care of my piercings and the piercer is always friendly and communicative. Unfortunately, when I came in the other day for a snug (i didn’t know the name but I showed the artist a photo) at first he was going to give me an orbital and then he wouldn’t put it in the spot I wanted (i wanted it lower than he was placing the dot) which I would understand if he had explained to me that my anatomy wouldn’t work with where I wanted it, but he was just saying “i wouldn’t recommend it” but wouldn’t really have an answer when I asked why. He seemed perfectly friendly when we started the appointment, but was getting annoyed after I told him I didn’t want an orbital or to have it as high as he was drawing the mark. Later that same day, it got infected and was painful without even needing to touch it. I had to go to the ER to get antibiotic drops and not even that worked so I ended up just cutting it off with some pliers because it would’ve been too painful to twist off. This is all not even 5 days after the piercing. Again I take good care of my piercings and have never had an issue before (i currently have 12) I got the piercing in the afternoon (around 5) and just sat somewhere studying (im a student) I wasn’t touching it, I had sprayed some saline on it when I felt it start to get irritated (around 7ish) and cleaned with saline morning and night the next day (with saline soaked q-tipsI) and was in denial of an infection until I had to go to the ER from the constant pain 2 days after the initial piercing. It just really sucks because I loved going here partly because of the staff. If you’re piercer is being argumentative and making you uncomfortable during an appointment please just leave. It’s not worth risking getting an infection.

Experiencia negativa: The new piercer is flat with his speech, rude, and has decided to not do some piercings that were provided in this very shop before. Now I gotta look elsewhere for my piercings.

Experiencia negativa: Been a loyal customer for years, first I get my bridge pierced here a few months ago with no issues. I came in recently to get more piercings done and when I get taken in the back room the piercer asks me who pierced my bridge and it looks crooked. I told him he was the one who pierced it and he claimed to not remember that. He did my nostrils and showed me the placement saying "its as even as possible" im looking at my face today and one is higher than the other one. I also got my Medusa done and I dont think the bar is long enough for swelling. Not coming back ever again

The rude boy came across the phone said that they will not do it that’s their policy and they’re not going to do it. May be true this using a customer service Professionalism wouldn’t have hurt. But I guess be using customer, friendly professionalism must not be in their policy.

Ive gotten 2 second lobe piercings and 2 Third lobe piercings and my helix all done here great healing process! Jewelry is also good. Planning to go for another piercing!

Experiencia positiva: The piercer was good for the most part ! I love my eyebrow piercing ! But, he did pierce a labret instead of the vertical labret I asked for, I may have accidentally said “labret” when speaking to him but I made sure to pay for a vertical labret and sign the paperwork for one. It was a genuine miscommunication, but they don’t offer refunds so I ended up paying for the wrong piercing after explaining I don’t want to come back in a couple weeks for the right one. I was also told I had to wait 24 hours to take it out to avoid bleeding, which felt unnecessary, but when I came back and asked again he did remove it. He gave me the ten dollar price difference back between a labret and vertical labret after I asked, (although he seemed upset about it.) Not the worst experience, but definitely not the best, and I’m wary of coming back after this. However, I do truly love my eyebrow piercing!

Experiencia negativa: This place is horrible I DONT NOT RECOMMEND GETTING SERVICES HERE!!! I brought a nose ring yesterday and the next morning it was out of my nose. Their customer SUCKS! I called to see if I could get a replacement and she wanted to go back and forth with me. Thing is Ive always went there for jewelry. Experiencia negativa: Used to be $10 a hole, I have 13 ear piercings so I loved going here because it was a reasonable price. They changed it to $20 a hole, went in to get a stacked lobe $50!!!! 20x2 plus studs is crazy. It doesn’t take but 2 minutes to stick a needle through my ear.

Healed pretty quick and with not a single issue. I would definitely recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I went in to have my dog's paw prints tattooed on my leg. Chris was amazing! Very nice, personable and talented. I'm very happy with the results. I feel most of the people leaving negative reviews saying they are rude just didn't go in prepared. Tattoo shops are not places to go "window shop" and decide on a whim. Please at least have an idea of what you want instead of standing there debating. I'll definitely recommend them to friends!

Experiencia negativa: I came to l get a nose piercing I made sure I called before coming the man who answered the phone did not inform me that it was CASH only ! Once i realized it was cash only the man that was supposed to pierce me told me where to go to get cash back so I can pay for the piercing because I only had my card at the moment , he informed me to go to the food lion which was 2 mins away!! I went to grab the money and came straight back was gone about 5 mins once I got back I headed to the door and it was lock and he had 3 people waiting ! We waited at the door for about 10 mins and eventually called and the guy who answered the phone (who wasn’t even at the shop ) told me that someone would let us in . The guy that originally told us to get the cash up the street comes to the door and barely opened it saying “I’m only one person , I’m going to pierce these 3 people and that’s it ! “ and then he went on to explain that he was eating his Chuck E. Cheese pizza because he didn’t have a break ! Why didn’t he just tell us that before making us do the extra steps ?! I would NEVER come back to this establishment ! The guy looked like he was on drugs and was really rude we ended up going to GIFTED STYLES ! Their service was excellent and the establishment was very clean and welcoming

Experiencia negativa: Extremely pushy and weird piercer when we didn't wanna get the piercing bigger than what we asked for, flies in the piercing room, front desk lady misinformed me and the extremely rude manager attempted to embarrass me for asking for a refund for a piercing we didn't even get because we were misinformed about the size we would be getting! Definitely not worth it go somewhere else with people who will do the bare minimum of sanitation!

I emailed him two designs for my arms (like a Shaolin Monk representation of my two favorite Kung Fu styles), and he gave me what I felt was a reasonable price, especially for full-color tats with shadows to give some depth. With both arms, it was almost like getting 6 tattoos in one session! After the work was done, Steve invited me back if I needed a touch-up or more work. I would come to this shop for my tats, if I had to do it again.

Experiencia negativa: The piercer who pierced my tongue was so rude and irritable. when I asked him if he was about to mark it before he pierced it , he told me “duh” and rolled his eyes. When I tried to get up to make sure I liked the placement, he told me to sit down so he can do his job and get it over with. Like what ? Experiencia positiva: Chris Worley is hands down, the best tattoo artist I’ve ever met. He’s worked on me a few times. I definitely wouldn’t go to someone else after him. Sorry to stereotype, but in tattoo shops, I often feel intimidated a little, but he was friendly, made jokes with me, smiled, didn’t put on a macho act. He put me at ease, talked me through anything I had questions or concerns about, and had patience which many tattoo artists lack. I even hit on him lol, but he was very professional. Amazing artist! Went in for a piercing, got my industrial done for a great price and decided to chat with one of the tattoo artist while I was there. We worked out an update to my cat paw tattoo and hashed out some details on my next Star Wars panel. Paid my tattoo deposit and we got a stencil mocked up within a couples days that fit the style I was going for perfectly. Had my appointment within the week and banged it out in no time flat. Can’t wait to get the next panel done and finish the piece once and for all. Friendly and funny staff. Relaxed atmosphere. Talented artists. This is def my shop from now on. 10/10

Experiencia fantástica: Chris Worley is a fantastic tattooer and artist. He’s done multiple medium sized pieces for me and is helping me with filler on both arms. Finding someone with versatility was essential since my style is all over the map and he’s been perfect. He’s always quick to respond, make appointments work, and creative in his designs. He also squeezed in 5 of my family/friends with varying personalities and styles on the day after Thanksgiving. You can’t go wrong with Chris - 10/10.

Experiencia fantástica: Ive had several great experiences at this shop! Steve (Lucky) is extremely talented and did amazing work on all my tattoos and made me feel very comfortable. I also got a lip piercing a few months back that healed well and looks really good. Its fairly easy to walk in and get service quickly as well which is nice compared to shops you have to wait months for appointments for. I highly recommend getting your tattoos and piercings here.

Experiencia negativa: The piercer didn’t give me mouth wash for a oral piercing & didn’t clean my friends before their piercings. No instructions either. Just gave us a tissue for the bleeding. If you want professionalism don’t go here.

Experiencia positiva: I've come here a few times to get my piercings. Before everyone was nice and explained the procedure, although I already knew. They did very well with my previous piercings. I came in 2 weeks ago and the guy was rude, he had just come from a cigarette break and seem irritated. I sat down in the chair and he jabbed me in the nose with the needle. Don't take your ish out on other people.

Experiencia negativa: I went there today with my daughter who is 15 almost 16 to get her industrial and nose pierced. The gentleman that was doing the piercing today was very unprofessional. My daughter has an issues with needles and likes to ask questions so she knows what's going on. He made her feel very uncomfortable and kept yelling her that she needed to let him do his job. My daughter kept apologizing but he kept being uncomfortable towards her. It got so bad that I had to get pierced bc I wasn't walking away without my money or something to show for it. There times like these there should be a refund policy. We were there a last year and had a wonderful last pierce my daughter but I can't remember who she is. So the place ain't always bad they just need to remember that not everyone can just walk in and get things done.

Experiencia negativa: Cheap jewelry. The piercing experience itself was fine but I began to have bad irritation and suspected it was the jewelry. Went elsewhere with better quality jewelry and my helix and tragus piercing look and feel 1000x better.

Experiencia negativa: The staff was very friendly and the piercing was cheap, but I do not think it turned out very well. I went to get my left nostril pierced and already had my right nostril done, but they did not line it up properly and my nostril piercings are uneven. I didn’t notice it right after it was done but once I looked at it more I was so disappointed

Experiencia negativa: My friend and I went in to get our tongues pierced. We were anxious and excited so we weren’t focused on if the staff was following procedure. We were not given mouthwash to clean our mouths properly prior to the piercing. Also, we realized, after the anxious anticipation faded that they used the same clamp on her tongue as well as mine and there wasn’t any disinfecting. The staff was nice. Very dramatic by not letting you remove a piercing in the shop and they charge 5$ for something you could have done yourself. This is a very cheap place. 10$ for a tongue piercing so I guess you get what you pay for. I will say most of the staff were pleasant. I would just be mindful and cautious to pay attention to the cleanliness level.

She answers any and all questions thoroughly, and made sure that I was completely comfortable before piercing me. I've gone back for followup questions, and she's been patient and willing to answer all of them.

I watched him make us wait 15 minutes for him to smoke his cigarette and hack it up into his hand right before piercing us.(there were 5 other people in the waiting room wait also) I very much miss suzy and Sheldon they made me feel safest and did the best quality of work. Mike just makes me VERY uncomfortable and there’s probably a reason why they can’t keep an employee. DONT go to romantic torture if he is still running that place, DONT go just because they are cheap, it’s not worth it.

Everything was good with the piercing except for 3 days after I got the piercing one of the balls fell off the piercing. So I went back to the shop and explained that to the owner and asked if he could give me a replacement ball and says “ it’s not his fault and that I would have to buy a whole new ring” I walked out and went to another shop where they gave it to me Free of charge and the same thing happened again the same ball fell off. So at this point the owner gave me a faulty septum ring. Cause I’ve had several piercings and none of them NEVER had this problem.

Experiencia negativa: The lady that pierced the tip of my tongue was very rude and not gentle at all plus the bar she put through my tongue immediately started coming off every time I ate or even just in my sleep so obviously it was a piece of jewelry that was defective, or stripped I called them back to see if they would put a new bar through my tongue and they told me I had to pay for it even though they gave me a defective piece of jewelry. I do not recommend this place they are horrible.

I came all the way from FL.This place isn’t half as sanitary as what I’m used to. My piercings were quick and easy but I wish went somewhere else tbh

Experiencia positiva: Drove an hour yesterday to visit this shop for my septum piercing as all my friends were big fans of the place. Unfortunately the main piercer Sheldon had just gone on break, wouldn’t be back for an hour and a half but one of the tattoo artists was so sweet and convinced the other piercer to do my septum. I did *not* enjoy the dude up at the front desk unfortunately…a bit dismissive and very much rushing. I don’t feel like it’s appropriate to rush your customers in a setting for piercings and tattoos. Would have loved a more accepting experience with him, as I was nervous. My friend tagging along thought he was quite rude. But with that being said, the piercer was so sweet, placed my septum perfectly, no soreness, very little bleeding. So so so happy with my piercing

However, the studs that they pierce with are not the quality they advertise— I cleaned and took care of mine and the piercing itself is rusted and discolored and caused my ear to become infected. I took it out and replaced with my own and the problem went away

The staff is so lovely; my piercer was so sweet, and she gave me a bunch of advice on my piercings (future and present).

OmG he was amazing and patient and very professional almost in a Nursing way. I ❤️ my experience with the pericer it made my day...everything else was just ok. I ended up getting a forward and top helix piercing, both done in record time with little discomfort. She did a great job, and I’m definitely coming back to her when I need something new.
