Experiencia fantástica: I called for a walk-in and in less than 30 minutes I was able to come in and the amazing talented artist Dooz created the most incredible memorial tattoo for my sweet kitty who has passed on. Not only was everyone in the shop super supportive and kind it was clean, relaxed, and very comfortable! Once my tattoo was finished I decided to get my nose pierced as well and the piercer Hanna.Ocarina did an awesome job with me!!! I’d 1000% recommend getting tattooed or pierced here! 10/10 experience overall!!!!

She still took the time to make sure I was 100% okay with the design and placement despite the busy day. This was my first time getting a tattoo and she made the experience great. The shop was extremely clean and all of the workers were very friendly. I will definitely be going and getting tattoos done by her again in the future!

Experiencia fantástica: me and my fiance went here on impulse for a walk-in piercing and tattoo. his piercing was very quick and professional, and a very reasonable price! but what made my experience was my tattoo artist, Adrianna. she was SO incredibly sweet and such a good conversationalist!! we didn’t stop talking the entire time yet she was so quick and efficient with the tattoo, literally blew my mind. Adrianna was definitely the best tattoo experience i have ever had as a chronically ill & autistic individual, and despite living three and a half hours away, i would definitely make the drive just to go back and get a tat by her again. my fiance also said he wanted to get one of her flashes next time too lol!!! thank you Adrianna <333

I sent my design ahead of the appointment and she made suggestions of tweaks that would look better and last better and I choose one of her options and was very happy with the result. Also the appointment system worked well, since I live out of state and had limited time in the area I was happy with the appointment system that allowed me to plan appropriately.

Experiencia fantástica: I just got a lobe piercing done on both ears and it was super fast and easy! There was quite a bit of paperwork for me and my mom to sign but that is only because I am under 18. It was fast, not very painful, and they gave detailed care instructions for after. Everyone was super nice and it ended up costing $50. ($25 each ear) Overall I’m very satisfied and would recommend!

The place overall is very clean and tidy and I love my piercing! Hannah, the girl that did my piercing marked it perfectly and got it done quickly! It’s healing up really nice.

Experiencia negativa: I've gone here several times for piercings, just don't. They gave me cheek piercings with the shortest bars, bars so short they wouldn't be in healed cheek piercings. So short they started embedding into the inside of my cheek. They're super uneven and they're even pierced at an angle. Obviously, these are piercings they have no experience in doing.Honestly, I do not recommend this place.

Experiencia negativa: I was there a month ago and ashton did me an my mom noes and she was so rude to us for no reason and said she couldn’t Pierce my flat bc i took them out 2 day before but that is a lie bc the guy that does it at home always tell me to come in when they came out that it easy to put in !. But my mom asked her if she was able to get herss done and she asked if we knew are Anatomy (has nun to do with it ) she was just making sure she could get because some people cant because of how there ear is ! Ik im writing a month later but my cousin went there like recently and had that same issue You attitude was unnecessary the whole time u should be a lot nicer to ur customers bc u where not even to the people u did next fix ur attitude ! And the fact that all of ur reviews that are bad u have to write this long book of how they in the wrong and u didnt do anything wrong and try to educate them of what they need to do better and blame them just take ownership stop makin ur customer look like the problem !

Experiencia negativa: I have and have had many piercings and get asked where I go all the time- and now, I tell people: Anywhere but Resurrection Ink. When you’re spending hundreds of dollars and entrusting someone with your face, the bare minimum should be respect, patience, and professional-grade jewelry. Not judgment, impatience, and dollar-store jewelry. Despite the kind greeting I received from the receptionist, my overall experience was unpleasant and upsetting. I came in at the end of June to get several piercings. After being pierced, I left not only disappointed, but genuinely hurt by the way I was treated. Let me be clear. I was the only client there, and there was no wait. The shop was empty and had over four hours until closing. There was absolutely no reason for the piercer to treat me the way she did. When I entered the piercing room, there was no greeting- just a cold, irritated expression like I had already inconvenienced her. I mentioned I was considering a bridge piercing along with my nostrils, and while she correctly warned me about the risk of rejection with the bridge (which I appreciated), she immediately pressured me to make a decision. I barely had ten seconds to think before she snapped, “You know you can come back another day, right?” I was caught off guard. I was polite, soft-spoken, and doing my best to communicate, but I have lupus, and the fatigue sometimes affects the way I speak or appear- something that unfortunately leads people to make assumptions about me. Her attitude made me feel like a burden for simply existing in her workspace… despite spending OVER $200. The jewelry used for my nostrils was extremely poor quality. Both piercings became inflamed and irritated for weeks, despite a consistent and proper aftercare routine. After switching to better jewelry elsewhere, the healing issues resolved entirely. Back to my regular piercing shop nearly 3 hours away, rather drive that than ever have a mod experience like this again.

Experiencia positiva: I’ve gotten 3 different nose piercings here. The last one was back in April. I got my septum pierced and maybe an hour or two later, one of the balls fell off while I was driving around, running errands. The ball was originally put on by hand, but when I returned to get a new one put on an hour or two later, the piercer used a tightening tool. The ball has never come off again. From April until July, it hasn’t come off again. So when it fell off an hour or two after I got it done, one can only assume it was because the piercer only used her hand and it was never tight enough. So I get it tightened and leave out. Later that day, I get a notification that my transaction total has been changed to reflect $10 more than what I signed for. They charged me $10 for this ball coming off within an hour or two of getting it done. But here we are in July, and it’s never come off again since it was put back on properly with the tightening tool. I waited 3 months just to see if it’s a frequent issue and it’s not. It has never happened again. I just think that was a bit shady. Especially because they let me walk out thinking it was free because of piercer-error, only to charge my card on file after I walk out. Other than that, my other experiences were fine.

Experiencia negativa: As we were in the waiting area there was a person whose tattoo was bleeding VERY bad. I’ve gotten many tattoos and I’ve never seen anything even remotely close to that. The most blood I’ve seen are a few drops.

Experiencia fantástica: Oh my gosh. THE BEST PIERCING AND TATTOO SHOP EVERRRRR!! Clean, kind, and friendly! I got my septum done. Ashton took care of me for the piercing and she also replied so quickly to my emails. I'm 14 and all i needed to give her was my birth certificate, ID, and guardianship papers. When I was about to get it done she found my sweet spot quickly and clasped my septum. I didnt even notice the needle went through! It took only 5 minutes (maybe even less!) and was completely PAINLESS! I'm so shocked and so impressed. This shop will definitely need to be on my piercing list when i want something done quick and easy. 10/10, I'll be coming here for future piercings!

Experiencia fantástica: I got a tattoo that I’ve been wanting to get since I was 12 years old from Hanna Barefield, and I couldn’t be happier with the result! Hanna was extremely friendly and assured me I could re-place the outline as many times as I needed to be happy with the placement, and she helped me find the right spot. Great conversation throughout, extremely professional, and we chatted about the source material of my tattoo (Don’t Starve - Videogame) (Thank you Hanna for listening to me yap) Her tattoo room was super cute and well decorated, and the music was excellent (I need that playlist) The tattoo ended up being $150 which was less than I anticipated and less than what I was prepared to pay. Incredibly reasonable price for the size and quality. Hanna made sure I had an aftercare kit with unscented lotion, soap sheets, aftercare instructions, stickers, and a business card in case I had questions or concerns about my healing process since it was only my second tattoo. Thanks to Hanna and thanks to Resurrection Ink! Would definitely come back :)

Experiencia fantástica: I originally went in to get my conch pierced, I had been wanting my tragus but 3 different places told me I didn’t have the anatomy for it so I gave up on it. Desiree took a look at my tragus and said she could absolutely do it! She was so sweet, the place is so clean too! I will definitely be going back to get more piercings from Desiree!

I visited today with my friends while they were in town and witnessed an exceptionally rude customer giving that poor front desk person (apologes, unsure if he or her) and the piercer hell! If that were me up there I’d have been in tears but they were nothing but polite, even when that woman started insulting appearances. If you want somewhere clean, tidy, with excellent staff and professionalism I cannot recommend this savannah staple enough- 5/5!!!

She took her time to place each piercing correctly and adjusted them to my ears anatomy. Everything was very clean and comfortable and professional. I did a walk in on a Friday evening and was out of there 40 minutes later to my surprise! The prices were also very reasonable, but it was cash only. They do have an ATM available inside, but if you would like to avoid the fees remember to bring cash. I would highly recommend getting piercings here and will go back for my next ones!

Experiencia negativa: i came to visit savannah for the weekend so i search up tattoo shops & this one had good reviews so i decided to come here saturday 03/29/25 @5:46pm to get nipple piercings i thought everything went well until i started realizing that my piercings wasn’t looking right nor feeling right it hasn’t even been a full week yet & they started sinking into my skin & they have been very painful & uncomfortable i went to two different piercing artist today & i was told i was pierced in the wrong spot & that my piercings were rejecting i had to get them removed today i wish i could get a refund because i spent $100 for someone to pierce me carelessly i wish i could leave a 0 zero star review ! DO NOT GET NIPPLE PERICINGS FROM THIS PLACE !

I chose to get a Daith and a flat in the same ear. Dez did my piercings and I couldn't be happier with the customer service and experience. Also, amazing cleanliness and safety precautions. She was very accommodating and answered every question I had. I have a few piercings already, but it's been over 10 years since my last one, so I was a little nervous. So far everything is healing amazingly! I messaged them to ask some downsizing questions, and I got a response in less than 10 mins. I know it will be quite a while til I'm fully healed, but I will definitely be back to get more piercings when ready.

They are very efficient and thorough with letting you know what to expect and aftercare. Hanna is absolutely amazing. Honestly, I sent her 4 pictures for my most recent one and she was able to take those random pictures and turn it into something better than how I saw it in my head.. My stitch was my 1st one with her and she knocked it out of the park. She is very detail oriented and precise, very easy to work with and a pleasure to be around. Experiencia fantástica: Not too sure what the other customers in the reviews experienced negatively. The person at the front desk was very welcoming from the start. They take walk ins for piercings which is convenient. My piercer made me feel very comfortable. They made sure everything was clean and the mark (for naval) was accurate. Allowing me to stand and check in the mirror to see if it needed changing. I was able to pick jewelry and sizing for a good price. It was a quick procedure with low pain. The piercer made sure I was okay before I stood up for my safety. As well and going over the after-care/cleaning precautions. All around everyone was welcoming and very nice. It’s unfortunate some of the reviews aren’t great, however my personal experience at Resurrection was very great. Thank y’all!

Very short wait despite them being a bit busy with other walk ins. Comfortable environment. My piercer was Ash, I believe. Easy to talk to and walked me through the piercing process. She was quick and precise. The piercing was as fast and the pain was very minimal. I would recommend to anyone and will back.

I also got my nostril pierced here by Ashton, who was equally kind and professional! Ive gotten almost all of my piercings from them and 2 tattoos from resurrection and they are very pleasant to work with. For piercings I highly recommend dez, she worked with me when getting my eyebrow piercings and when I explained I wanted to get both sides done and to have them even but could only do one at a time due to money she was happy to work with me. I came back a week later and she did a spectacular job! Dez has also done the rest of my matching piercings and everytime has made sure they’ve been as even as they could be! Dez has great attention to detail! As for tattoo work I’ve gotten a red ink tattoo by a former tattoo artist Sami and she did a spectacular job and was very professional and was attentive to make sure I came out with the right placement that I wanted and was happy with the shade of red. Adrianna is also a fabulous tattoo artist that I had gotten tattoo work with most recently, I came in to get a consolation of a tattoo cover up. She took a look at what I wanted to cover and off the bat she had quite a few ideas and was happy to work with the tattoo style I wanted too. Also was very sweet and worked within my budget for some fantastic work. We came to a conclusion of what I wanted tattooed and she did amazing the line work and style is all I could’ve hoped for and it came out spectacular. Overall a 10/10 for me very professional and very great staff, would absolutely recommend.

Experiencia negativa: The ladies there are very rude and also pushovers when it comes to you trying it for the first time. If you want to get a piercing and good advice I advise you not to come my nose ring was uneven .. and when I asked for advice they lied and said they were closing. 2 stars! Never again.

Experiencia negativa: I experienced the artist not successfully transferring the planned design onto my skin. I was then knowingly over charged for the mistake. I paid without causing quarrel for preventing conflict with these people within their building. I concluded with going elsewhere, for the precise, and desired design. It should also be known that their customer service is lacking as well. Need I say I will not be returning, nor would I recommend.

Experiencia positiva: Rob was amazing. One of the best tattoo artists that I've worked with. I would have gave this place a 5 star rating if it hadn't been for the blonde girl behind the counter (who would not say who she was) that was rude to us the minute we walked in and asked us if we were ready to pay, rushing us out the door. She's bad for business. Will never go back to Ressurection Ink again!

Experiencia negativa: I got my initial piercing and my jewelry change here. While they have a cursory knowledge of pricing they do pale in comparison to the other shops in Savannah. If I were to start over with my nose piercing I would AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! They have given me false information about my piercing and its health and what’s best for it multiple times moreover they cause intense pain just for a jewelry change that’s the same gauge. I left bleeding multiple time from jewelry changes and I thought it was normal. It’s not !!! Do not go here unless u want to worst quality piercing and to get manhandled. Yes piercings hurt but they have a disregard for your wellbeing through a lack of knowledge at this establishment. Edit: I went to another piercer at tramp art and learned that the jewelry I received from resurrection was not the correct material and caused a bump in my nose from the healing process. They cut corners on nose jewelry. You can find the same pack on amazon for like 10 bucks and they’ll sell you one for 5$ and it’s not even the right materials. They’ll let you come in with any material jewelry and put it willingly. I’m not even sure they know the correct jewelry material. As others have said the customer service is abysmal. The first time I went I asked so many question so I could know what I was getting into and at some point the piercer just went silent after I asked a question. Tbh I wouldn’t even care about the customer service if they knew what they were doing. But they don’t. My subsequent visits I had complications with my piercing like the bump that was on the inside and the jewelry not fitting correctly causing bleeding and swelling. They had little help for me and incorrectly fitted jewelry. Every jewelry change I bled even after having the piercing for a year and their remedy was to take a couple Tylenol. I had been using the standard gauge piercing which is like 22 and I came in with the smallest gauge I could find and they still used a taper on me and I bled. I had to come into get L piercing (notoriously easy piercing to change) changed because they never had the right size and never told me the jewelry I had didn’t fit. Once I found a longer piercing for my big nose I was able to change out L’s whenever I wanted. They also let me heal with a hoop which is fine because I agreed but not a good practice as I am learning. They were uninterested in making sure my piercing was healthy. I had to go to tramp art for them to tell me all the things that went wrong when I came to resurrection. I got the piercing a year ago and am still having to learn about my piercing this year because the initial piercer at resurrection did not properly educate me on my piercing. If you are going here for a piercing re con si der!

Experiencia negativa: So I've waited months to make this post as I was hoping for a better outcome. I came here a while back to get my nose pierced. I immediately noticed upon leaving that the jewelry was not sitting flush with my nose. One side of it was pressing into my skin as if the piercing was done at an angle. I figured this was due to swelling (wrong) .. a few weeks after when swelling was gone it was still sitting at a crooked angle. So much so that the long back of the piercing jewelry would not sit inside my nose correctly. It was situated where it was stabbing me in the upper septum at all times. This paired with the fact that one side of the tiny stone on the jewelry was practically embedded into my nose, it would not heal. I used sea salt cleansing products regularly, tea tree oil, and eventually did a round of antibiotics to see if that would help the inflammation. After cleaning it thoroughly last night, I woke up this morning to more blood and puss which was my last straw. I took the piercing out, which was extremely hard to do considering the angle in which it was pierced. 0/10 do not recommend this place. Please go somewhere that the piercers take more care and pride in their work.

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter wanted to get her septum pierced and she is 15. Ashleyade the process so easy and explained everything involved with the piercing. Ashley put my daughter at ease and it was over before she knew it. I will definitely be going back and would highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I was at the shop 2 days ago. The shop was very clean and welcoming. We met with the artist (Rob) and gave him our ideas and showed him pictures of what we wanted. After discussing our desires he went to work and designed 3 awesome images for us to proof. We were excited and very happy with the proofs and we discussed pricing and agreed. He started with mine and I truly wouldn’t have known he was doing the tattoo if I hadn’t seen him start. He done the 2 on me and one on Angi. Very professional, clean and sanitary, and welcoming to his booth. I will be going each and every time that I (we) are nearby. The price was very reasonably for the 3 tattoos. If you are looking for artwork go see him and do not hesitate. You won’t find a more awesome person to do your work. Rob, We are looking forward to when we return for more ink. Than you sir for being available to help with all that you done to make this happen.

Experiencia fantástica: I was seen as a walk-in for a piercing. I was in & out of the shop in less than 15 minutes. Knowledgeable professionals that provide a clean, sterile environment. I felt very comfortable allowing them to poke a hole thru my skin. They explained my aftercare & provided a take-home instruction sheet which is super helpful. I can't wait for my next visit

Experiencia fantástica: Finally got the courage to get my nose pierced. My son wanted one as well so we made it an outing. I was nervous for absolutely no reason. Ash was quick and all I felt was a pinch. So smooth. FYI don't know if it's all services but they only accept cash. They do have 2 ATMs for convenience. Very nice ambience. Would definitely recommend!

Experiencia negativa: My two friends were visiting we all decided to get piercings front desk woman was unwelcoming extremely rude to all three of us. My friend and I wanted piercing placements on our ears and the piercer Desiree said she was unable to pierce where we had asked. The conversations we had with her felt condescending and uncomfortable. We proceeded to work with what she said she could do and ended up getting our ears pierced. Desiree had put my piercing in backwards, and offered for me to come back in the next couple days to get it adjusted. Right after my piercing my friend went in and she also put the piercing in backwards. How do you do that a second time? Again, she offered the same for my friend however, she lives out of town and so now she has to go to another piercer to help her with the service Desiree had done. I also had to go to another piercing company to have my piercing fixed this company was unsure why Desiree put the placement where she did after I showed this new company what I had wanted.

Experiencia positiva: 3 stars , I love my piercing , and got exactly what i asked for , but as states in previous reviews, the customer service could be a LOT better and needs work ..My piercer did not make me feel welcome. . She was straight to the point which is OK , but little communication besides asking me if the markings were ok ...the vibe was totally off . After so many customer service reviews ,you would hope to have a better experience. Again love the piercing but I will not return , im all about customer service.

Experiencia positiva: I have had 3 piercings done at this shop: navel, nose, and daith. I admire the cleanliness of the shop, the quality of jewelry, and skill of the piercer. However, the customer service has seemed subpar for my last two piercings. The women at the desk were nice, but with my nose and daith piercing, the piercer seemed cold. She did not prepare me on what to expect when it was time to pierce and wasn’t very comforting throughout. Being friendly isn’t required to do a good job, but it would be nice, especially considering i’m a repeat guest. While I appreciate the quality and the work, I don’t know if I can continue supporting a shop who makes me feel invaluable.

Experiencia fantástica: Got my daith piercing late last night! The two people at the front desk were so nice and helpful (and they answered all of my questions). There was no one ahead of me, so I was pieced and back in my car within about 15 minutes of walking in! Painful, but totally worth it. Overall, very beautiful and tidy little shop! I can’t wait to get the rest of my piercings done here! I hope to get tattoos here too. Thanks, Resurrection! :)

Experiencia fantástica: i had my nose and my nipples done by Desiree and it was the best experience i’ve ever had. The placement was fabulous and she was very comforting and answered all the questions i had and went at my pace. 10/10 will come again
