Experiencia fantástica: 10/10 would definitely come back! My best friend and I came into Savannah for a babyshower and only had a small window to get matching tattoos. I called 2 weeks or so out and was able to get an appt. The time and day we needed. We ended up having more time after the bayshower and were able to come in earlier. The process was quick since we already knew what we wanted and where. Lexy gave us a few options and we decided quickly. She was so informative, gentle, and just a great vibe! She did a phenomenal job too! Ours were simple but executed beautifully. The shop is SO cute, clean, and friendly! Also an all women's artist shop which was even cooler!

During my appointment she kept checking in to see how I was doing, and kept making sure I was comfortable which I really appreciated. The tattoo turned out amazing as well! The small text on my tattoo literally looks like it was typed out and printed straight onto me.

Experiencia negativa: Ahhh the unprofessionalism of this place boggled our minds. We called to ask about walking and flash options and were told to come in because they are open today but completely booked tomorrow. We came in and my friend went over what she wanted after she didn't like any of the flashes that were shown to her. The artist asked us to come back while she drew it up. We gave her the time she asked and she wasn't done when we got back so we hung out. Then, after about 20 minutes someone else came up and told us she was stressing out about not being able to finish the drawing in time before she had to leave to pick up her kids...? Um, ok so when was she going to do the actual tattooing? I think the lady at the desk could tell we were irked because she then shows us some flash books (that we were initially not shown) and told us we could come back tomorrow. Nope, not going to give them any more of our time. We wasted a good 3 hours in the middle of our day and this was a big part of our vacation weekend.

Experiencia fantástica: I came from KC to visit friends and while in town, I wanted to get a tattoo. Kind of like a souvenir. I did some research and came across this shop and I immediately knew that I wanted to support them! The whole booking process was very easy and the communication was great! My appointment was with Hillary and she was amazing to work with. I gave her my idea and told her that I wanted her creative freedom on it. She did not disappoint. I was happy with the design and size. She was very friendly and mad sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire process. We had some awesome conversations which made the time go by faster. This is my 10th tattoo and by far the best experience I have had. I have a couple more design ideas in my head for some future tattoos and once I can afford to get them, I will save it until I am able to be back down in Georgia again! Also, the esthetics of the shop is such a vibe!

Chelsea Beckworth got us in during the week we were there, and absolutely nailed it. The tattoo turned out so much better than I could have asked. I was really nervous to seek out someone/somewhere new (anxiety, ugh) but I had a friend tell me about Riverside and that she thought I’d get along well with the folks there. As usual, she was right. From the furniture and decor in their entry (LOVE that golden sofa) to their artists and staff, I loved every person I met. I can’t wait to return and have some more work done by Lydia! They were amazing and I was really shocked at how they took what I was sure I wanted and presented it in some new and different ways that made it go from pretty to perfect. That is a professional. That is someone who understands that you need to be sure before you even sit in the chair. A problem solver, cutting and pasting away until it’s just right. Lol. All the employees were incredibly helpful and accommodating—our flight was delayed due to snow, and they went above and beyond to ensure our group could still get in for my birthday. My artist, Jayde, was phenomenal. She was so prepared, and her artwork is absolutely stunning. On top of being incredibly talented, she’s so gentle with your skin. My sister and I are already planning our next trip back to Riverside just to get more tattoos. Highly recommend this shop and Jayde—an incredible experience from start to finish!

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing experience! Hillary took my idea and absolutely ran with it making it better than I ever imagined. I came in from out of town and the scheduling was so simple and they got me in no problem. The parlor is so aesthetically pleasing and relaxing. I cannot recommend this team enough. They even printed out a list of restaurants they recommended while we were in Savannah. Every aspect of my experience with Riverside Tattoo Parlor was better than I could've dreamed!

Experiencia fantástica: We had the honor of having Jayde work with my sister and me for matching tattoos to celebrate my 50th bday. The initial design I gave her I liked. But she elevated it, with her creativity , to a design both my sister and I love ! We can't stop looking at our tattoos cause we love them! She is as also very calm, sweet and just wonderful to work with! I'd give her a million stars if that was allowed ( My sister agrees, Tracy, officially endorses this post!)

Experiencia fantástica: My niece turned 18, and she wanted a tattoo. We decided to get one together when together for the holidays. From booking, paying deposit, to the actual tattoo, it was flawless. I have truly almost never encountered such customer service and friendliness. Chelsea was our artist, and she was fantastic. I have had a few tattoos, and I don't remember them being as comfortable as this one. If you need a tattoo artist/shop, I would say this is the place to go. I live in Atlanta. However, if I want another tattoo, I will be driving here!

Experiencia fantástica: From booking to aftercare my experience at Riverside Tattoo was perfect. I found flash on Hillary’s page and was able to book quickly. The shop is inviting and everyone is friendly. All of the spaces are clean and comfortable. Hilliary was so great to work with, she is professional and personable. I am so glad I got to add to my walking gallery with a memorable tiny house from her. I will definitely be back!
