Free of charge with an extra retainer as well as the top part of my belly ring that had fallen out. Not sure if that’s normal, but she made me feel very special and cared for. 10/10.

Experiencia fantástica: Kiarra pierced me in quite an uncomfortable place. It was the best experience of my life at a tattoo shop. Yeah I ended up passing out at the atm in the shop and everyone in the shop took care of me like I was someone they knew and cared about. I would definitely recommend going to them for any of your piercing needs. They talked out the whole process before actually going thru with it.

Experiencia negativa: This tattoo was done here a long while ago, and it’s taken me a bit to come to terms with my feelings about it. I had booked a 8 hour session and it was just miserable. He took a smoke break every 15 minutes or so so we only got around 4 hours worth of work done starting and stopping. (He had said we would get the whole tattoo finished, linework and color, but only linework was done) I am unsure if the artist I got this done with is still there or not but- all the lines are blown out like this, and were like this just a year after healing. I have much older tattoos and they don’t look like this. Again as I said this was done here a while ago but I was just so upset about the whole thing I tried not to think about it for a long while.

Experiencia fantástica: I got my nose pierced last night with Chase and he was SO amazing. I’m kind of an indecisive person and I chose 1 of the studs, after having it in I changed my mind and he was so happy to change it. I would recommend anybody to him for piercings.

Experiencia fantástica: My septum jewelry fell out. I always have the worst time getting it back in by myself. I did a Google search for a place that does septum piercings. I went in later on in the day and explained to Chase that my jewelry fell out of my nose. I didn't know the guage or anything, but they helped me out. Usually pierces struggle with finding the hole for my septum. Chase found it right away. The whole process from the time he opened up the packaging to putting the jewelry in was 30 seconds. It was fast and painless. I'll definitely be coming here for my piercings and jewelry changes in the future!

Experiencia fantástica: I recently went to ACE to purchase piercing jewelry/ get pierced and had such an awesome experience! Christy and Kiarra helped me pick out the cutest jewelry and I had my tragus piercing done by Kiarra. It was one of the best piercing experiences I’ve ever had. I brought my teenage son with me because he’s been interested in getting a piercing. Kiarra explained the entire process, and he got to watch first hand. She made the entire experience seamless. Experiencia negativa: Responding to the owner- For clarification, yesterday I edited the review I left for this tattoo I got done like 5 years ago at your shop when I turned 18. I was very upset about the tattoo and left a rude review and decided that I would delete the text I wrote but still leave the 1 star. Not sure why it says it was posted yesterday when it was posted like 5 years ago and all I did was edit the review. Saying I must be confused about where I got the tattoo, and that you’re 100% certain it’s not you’re shop is hilarious because since this tattoo I have only ever gotten one more tattoo very recently because I was hesitant for YEARS due to how horrible my first tattoo experience was, I will never forget it!! I will not be deleting my review, my tattoo was done at your shop. Maybe the artist who did it doesn’t work there anymore, however, this was a matching tattoo I got done with two of my friends who had different artists and theirs are equally as bad. We just laugh about it now. But thanks for the first and only response 5 years later!

My previous experiences with putting daith jewelry in were more painful than getting the piercing itself due to my smaller ears — piercers typically have to finagle the jewelry in. Christy was an expert, the process was swift and painless. Highly recommend seeing her for any and all piercing needs. I’ll be returning for my future piercings, I know I’ll be in good hands with her!

The dreaded day I'm cleaning my ears with a q-tip, after a satisfactory ear-gasm, I spool out the cotton and it snags my piercing popping the top off forever being lost in the ether. Thankfully I had an older piece of jewelry that once resided in my rook. Trying to manage it with my little hands was impossible so I looked up a shop open late on a week night. ACE TATTOO was the place and yeah the area is sketchhhh but the inside of the studio was so nice and clean. The jewelry selection was astounding and so pretty. Chase (super cool energy) helped me out with the rook and also put a new piercing on order for me. I'll be coming here in the future and recommend this shop to everyone!

I dealt with Keagan and he was honest, up front, and transparent on what the tattoo would look like on a few years with the fine lines being so close. I booked the appointment as this was an important 1st tattoo for me in memory of my mom. I was indecisive through the entire process until I got to the shop on tattoo day. Although the tattoo I was getting was significantly below Keagan’s ability (check out his amazing work), he still did it. This tattoo is perfect and the meaning behind it means a lot. I rushed to the nearest piercing shop and was fortunate to be helped by Chase. He was incredibly professional, gentle, and knowledgeable. The piercing was really stuck, but he took his time to carefully remove it, making the experience as smooth as possible. I was a little nervous for the healing process because my first time at another shop the healing was awful! I got pierced by chase, bless his soul! Aside from his experience, desire + intention of perfection, constant education + improvements - Chase just has the right attitude + demeanor for the art form. He is the only person I’ve *ever* trusted to pierce my child, + I will personally not go to anyone else as long as I reside a reasonable distance from where he is working; + even my reasonable distance is pretty flexible! I’ve had numerous areas on my body decorated by his art, Including several locations that 95% of people would say are “the most painful”, + I’ve even had one side of a location (left vs right) done elsewhere, + then the other done by Chase, + I can say with 100% confidence that he knows exactly how to minimize pain, swelling + discomfort, + healing time like no one else. He gives great advice, + will always be honest with you if you are unsure about a piercing or jewelry, even if it means he doesn’t get the business – his goal is truly your happiness + well-being in every scenario. I cannot say enough positive things about Chase, but I have had tattoos + piercings done all over this country since the ripe old age of 15, + I am blown away by his work every single time. Don’t waste your time or money, or put your health or satisfaction at risk by going anywhere else – just call + find out when he will be working, + make it happen with Chase. On a scale of one to ten, he’s an easy 25. And please— plan to tip him extremely well!!

Experiencia negativa: This place has no regard for client safety, they pierced me with jewelry that was too small, which has caused a permanent indent in my ear. It looks like my ear was gauged, because there was no space for the healing process. I stopped by the shop on multiple occasions and was made to feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about, I’m just being sensitive, etc etc. I went to a completely different company and they actually took some time to see what the issue was, rather than gaslight me. Turns out I was right, and after a change in jewelry I have no pain anymore. It just sucks that I have this giant indent now that I have to find a way to cover.

Most of my piercings and tattoos have been done by different Artist at the shop. Everyone is always very welcome and ready to work with clients. The talent in the shop is also mind blowing. Chuck has always been so amazing since the day I met him when I was 13 years old while he was at a different shop. 12 years later I still go to Chuck or anyone at his show for what I need/want.

Experiencia positiva: I am giving this 3 stars because I love my piercing but I got a tattoo at the same time, tattoo took less than 30 minutes no shading, no detail and the artist charged me $300. My son got the same tattoo but bigger took him about 30 minutes and his tattoo was $400. Just not the quality I would expect for a $300 or $400 tattoo. I am willing to spend the money but I want artistry. I didn’t see that here. I was disappointed. I loved the work I saw on their website and am looking for someone to do a half sleeve but will just keep looking for someone who is willing to charge appropriately for their work.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been coming here since I was 16, I got my first nose piercing then and the price and quality of the jewelry were good and I've gotten since then 3 tattoos from Jonathan “johnny” and his work is amazing. In my opinion his hourly rate is totally worth it. He's a great person to talk too and makes the tattoo easy to sit through while his shading work is great! I've had since then 3 of my friends go to him as well and their tattoos came out beautiful as well.

Experiencia negativa: Not happy with my experience at Ace Tattoo. Spent $1000 + a 20% tip on a 4 1/2 hour tattoo. My tattoo needs completed and fixed and the artist is pushing me out 2 months, says he's too booked. I understand the shop is busy but I've already paid and want my work complete. Now have to pay extra and have someone else complete the work.

Experiencia negativa: Had a great first tattoo appointment! Keagan was nice and did good work, but was hugely overcharged for being a rookie. $450 + $100 tip for 45 minutes of tattoo work. Thanks Keagan. EDITED: Keagan is a great tattoo artist, and he did great work there's no doubt about it. The issue is the price - industry standard is 85-200$/hr, not $450 for 45 minutes. It's shady business.

Experiencia fantástica: There are various tattoo artists here that do a wide range of styles. The piercer is on point and does great work, Love Chase. They just recently did a remodel as of 2023 that makes the shop look like one big cohesive space instead of two separate shops.

He did a really good job and it was surprisingly quick. The price was super reasonable. The whole staff was really chill actually. I’d go back if I could.

Experiencia positiva: The place was clean, and the majority of the staff was friendly. Even other costumers were reassuring me because I had never had a tat before. I got a super small and basic design. But the man who helped me ( his name was chuck) seemed rather cranky when I asked for a few small adjustments, and then didn’t even correct it like I asked. When he asked what placement I would like I said behind my ear, and the first time he placed it it was not where I wanted it and so I asked him to move it and he seemed very agitated by it. I was really excited and my tattoo has a lot of meaning to me, but I definitely wish I had waited and gone to a different parlor. He over charged me significantly. One thing positive I would like to add is that the dog earl is supper sweet and def made my experience better.

Experiencia fantástica: Got a second ear piercing and septum. It was absolutely painless and a very fair price. Piercer was super nice and took the time to make sure I liked the placement. I'm 2 months out and they are healing great! Fyi. Bring cash. They have an ATM and it charged me 2 bucks.

Experiencia positiva: After a couple of weeks of healing I am MORE than pleased with my experience here. I let my tattoo artist go free with his imagination after he showed me the concept drawing which was of a unique cat. The tattoo is very cute and was cheaper than expected.

I’ve had 11 tattoos exclusively with Chuck including 1 very special tattoo thanks to his late wife Mandy Had my 3rd ear piercing and 1 Friday the 13th $13 tattoo. I love them all and any future ink will be there at ACE. Very nice atmosphere, clean, and reasonably priced (if you get ink somewhere else for cheaper they’ll fix it! ) Need to book my next appointment this place is one of a kind.

I walked in with no appointment for a tattoo consultation, they made the time for me, then gave me a deal on a piercing because the piece I wanted to get wasn’t going to work with all of the elements and my body type, which their honesty lot made me trust them even more. The shop was more than clean and they were incredibly strict with sterilization on my part as well as theirs. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I got hip dermals here in 2015, they are still in, straight, doing wonderfully in 2022, I recommend Chase the piercer here to everyone I know, he's the best in Arizona hands down. I've also gotten several tattoos here over the years they've all been phenomenal work done by funny, kind, extremely considered people. If you're debating on coming here, this is your sign, you won't regret it.

They are truly artists and even enjoy looking at each other's work when a client is getting a piece done.
