Experiencia fantástica: I had an incredible experience at GRAND AVENUE TATTOO! I got my first tattoo, and it turned out absolutely amazing, beyond what I even hoped for. AJ was not only super talented but also really kind and gentle. He took the time to explain all the aftercare steps, which gave me a lot of confidence in the healing process. The atmosphere in the shop was really welcoming, and all the other tattoo artists were super nice and helpful as well. I can’t recommend them enough to anyone looking for a topnotch tattoo experience!

Experiencia fantástica: I had my first ever 8hr tattoo session with AJ on Monday March 2nd and had an amazing experience! I went in nearly shaking with nerves but immediately felt at ease once in his chair. We went over again what I was looking for and he then proceeded to freehand draw on my arm the prettiest, most amazing looking design that somehow came out even better once the tattoo was complete. I’m soooo happy with it and will be back to see him also, all of the artists in the back with me were laughing and talking and you can tell they enjoy their jobs/each other, so 10/10 environment too! He made suggestions I hadn’t thought about that made the placement of my tattoo a lot cooler. My tattoo is between my shoulder blades so he was super mindful about the symmetry of my back and how the tattoo would look as I moved. Even redoing the stencil a few times to get it perfect, which I appreciated so much. I couldn’t be more happy with how it turned out… Thank you, AJ!! Also this shop is super clean, had good music playing and all the people working there seemed to vibe well together, which I liked.

Experiencia negativa: Very disappointed in the piercing services here, my sister had an exam where no body jewelry was allowed and set an appointment here to remove it before the exam time. The piercer canceled last minute with no heads up, didn’t call to let us know we could no longer attend and left us with no time to set up an appointment elsewhere because they had us waiting inside for a few minutes before telling us they had no piercers there despite telling us we could show up anytime when we made an appointment for 1:00 !! Very unprofessional

Experiencia fantástica: Spent the last two days getting my arm done with @young_sely. It was a piece for my dog and will give me something to remember him by long after he is gone. Took 2 sessions and a total of 13 hours and it came out incredible. I couldn’t be happier. He was an awesome guy to talk to, super laid back and knowledgeable. He has an incredible talent and passion for his art, and loads of experience. He’s been traveling all over the US to conventions doing tattoo’s and is on his grind. During my sessions i was there all day and getting the most elaborate work done in the shop those days and it was very cool to see all the artists walk up and appreciate the work this man was putting in. Truly a stunning piece and an awesome environment within the studio which is filled with people who share the same passion. Experiencia positiva: So, I’ve gotten two tattoos from this shop, both from the same artist. No complaints about the work, I just feel like the prices have gotten more expensive since the last time I came in (around 2 years ago). I paid 250 for this simple tattoo of Roman numerals on my wrist, when the neck tattoo (which is bigger and has more details) I had gotten two years ago wasn’t even that price. Felt like I kinda got overcharged, which is really disheartening because I LOVE the artist! Myles is amazing I just felt like the price was a bit much, and it definitely makes me hesitant to return for some larger pieces, if THIS cost $250.

You agree to that size so that’s what he did for you, the tattoo looks great and it healed perfectly. The warnings are there in the consent form you signed and read carefully.) Cost 300 for 12 words This is what manager says is a great tattoo

Experiencia fantástica: Seriously, the staff here are amazing, and the whole place is spotless. I walked in for a helix piercing, and Mari was incredible. So calm, confident, and clearly knows her stuff. I'm usually a bit of a wimp with piercings, but she made me feel totally relaxed. I'd give this place a solid 10/10! I'm definitely going back for more.

Experiencia positiva: So I just moved to AZ I was looking for a good quality tattoo shop that I would pay good money for. However they would not give me a ballpark quote for what I wanted unless I put down a deposit. I completely understand the deposit for booking an appointment but to have it for a quote I think is unreasonable. If the price is out of my range I'm out 100$? I probably would have booked even if it was expensive but gambling with the unknown doesn't seem fair to me. I don't know maybe I'm biased but I can't afford a 100$ maybe. And I think that this parlour doesn't care weather you can afford it or not. If I'm wrong please enlighten me. But I don't think a ballpark quote is too much to ask for. I'm sure the company does well regardless of what I think. It just seems like shady business to me if you can't even give a quote without paying 100$.

Experiencia negativa: If I could leave a 0 star rating I would! I’m so unhappy with my service my tattoo turned into a scab during its healing process now it is pink and brown instead of red. I called with my concerns and it seemed like they were more worried about their image than making sure I was satisfied in the end with my service. I have to walk around with a scar on my wrist because someone messed up and they don’t want to take accountability for it. I spoke with the store manager and the owner and I was told I couldn’t get my money back, instead they were trying to give me credit for another tattoo after I told him I just want my money back because I’m not satisfied with my service because the tattoo artist who did my tattoo went too deep and scarred my skin PERMANENTLY! I’m so unhappy I will NEVER come back here ever again. I still haven’t gotten my money back ! I was just someone for them to get over on I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!THIS IS WHAT I ASKED FOR VS. WHAT I GOT

Experiencia negativa: I scheduled an appointment a few months before going to Phoenix. The artist was chosen by the shop manager. Said artist wouldn’t get back to me or plan anything with me to discuss the sleeve I was going to get. A week before my trip the manager gave me a new artist and the new artist never messaged me back either. I didn’t get my deposit back for the drawing fee. There was never a drawing shown to me and they were AWFUL to work with and for communication. I would never recommend this place to anybody.

Experiencia fantástica: Aj is such a great artist with a very light touch and he listens to what you want and then realistically will tell you if it's doable or not. He doesn't just put a tattoo on you that you may not be happy with the outcome later due to size or intricacies.

Mari's area was set up nicely- she had a cartoon running and gave our daughter some goodies afterwards. Pricing is fair, which we appreciated too. We will be returning for future piercings for sure! Experiencia negativa: man this place used to be my favorite spot. my go-to, i’d recommend it to everyone. But the last 6 months or so they really been slackin. They do really good work here & have some talented artist but I went to start a big piece with my artist & I left a $100 deposit & four months later he still hasn’t even started outlining my tattoo nor scheduled me for any type of follow up. Granted I told him no hurry but four months with zero communication when you have my money? That’s unacceptable for me. I can barely even get ahold of my artist anymore. Not gonna name names bc that’s disrespectful but i’m just hella disappointed in this place now. Feels like they robbed me of my money. I get it’s only $100 but that’s not the point.

We were greeted immediately and noticed the shop was very clean. Within moments we were greeted by Mari who took care of my girlfriend promptly. She was very professional. Very favorable experience.

This shop also accepts walk ins and is more flexible when it comes to scheduling. Most shops I’ve walked into or inquired with have at least a week to a month long wait and these guys were able to get me in the day after I walked in. 10/10

Sadly I dont remember my piercers name, but they allowed my husband to be in the room with me, and talked me through the whole process. I was very nervous and it was very painful, but my piercer turned up the fans in the room for me, talked about the movie playing in the room to distract from the piercing, and gave me some candy midway through to help with it all. They were pierced perfectly and the piercer made me feel amazing about having gotten them done! Everyone there was super nice and personable. The environment is very welcoming and comfortable. The tattoo expertise we experienced is second to none. Sikes was the tattoo artist who worked his magic on my daughter (this was in Jun'23). We came back two days ago for a free touch-up that really makes the tattoo pop! While there my daughter got two more tattoos from Sikes that came out exactly as expected. Experiencia fantástica: We got there at 11:45 and as soon as a artist walked in they asked us what we wanted and who was the best at which tattoo we were getting I got mine by a different artist than my family because it was flowers but he was amazing. Very gentle. He didn’t speak fluent english but he did an incredible job on my two new flowers. There was so much detail he also used the ipad and drew the flowers on there and made it to where I could fill a space in. He was so sweet. I am originally from arizona but live in texas. If I was to visit again and want another tattoo definitely will be back! Miles was amazing as well. We had a great conversation while my mom got her tattoo done. My mom’s tattoo was amazing. I didn’t have miles but he did amazing. I recommend this place no matter what. It’s also black friday weekend and tattoos were 50% off I payed 250 for the tattoo not including tip and it would have been originally 500 dollars!

Experiencia fantástica: Came in as a walk in today for a fine line tattoo and Sely absolutely delivered. I am obsessed with the tattoo and the experience, atmosphere and music had me smiling ear to ear all night! I will definitely be returning for my next one!

Experiencia fantástica: I had piercings done here about a month ago. My old ones were reopened and I had two new ones done as well. I was in and out in a few minutes with the paperwork being the longest part of the process. There was barely any pain and the piercings healed fantastically. Would definetly come back if I want anymore done.

Experiencia negativa: Both guys were really nice and the place was really clean and organized. But they give me a different price once the tattoo was done, he said he can do it for 100 since it was a 20 min, and then once he finished he said it’ll be 150 and then walked away. Now 2 weeks after taking so much care of it the ink is fading away….it’s not my first tattoo i have other 3 big ones and this one being the smallest have been the worst, is so sad giving good money expecting good results and then just getting this disappointed.

Experiencia fantástica: The piercer here is excellent! She did my helix, two lobes, and my husband's nose. She let's you know everything she's about to do so you know what to expect. I just went back to have my helix hoop switched out while still healing (due to issues with the starter) and she did her best to be fast, but gentle. Highly recommend.
