He was quick, but also focused and did an amazing job for a fair price. I walked out extremely happy and would absolutely visit again.

Experiencia fantástica: I had to call a few places to find a shop that would help me right before the holiday. A simple problem, I took my piercing out for a surgery and couldn't get it back in. She offered to come in on their day off just to get me taken care of, and only charged me for the jewelry. I was in and out in 3 minutes. Super kind and I truly appreciate the help. I'll definitely be back for any future work.

I’m an out-of-towner, and I was a little hesitant to get a piece done by a shop completely unbeknownst to me and everyone I personally know. I could not be happier with the experience and outcome. I got a minimalist tattoo of Ted Lasso, which was perfected by Audrey. I LOVE it. The shop is incredibly clean, and the decor/atmosphere is sick as hell. Above all of that though — Russ and Audrey have some of the best integrity of any tattoo artists and shop owners I’ve ever met. They are incredibly kind, professional, and standup folks. Their art and personalities are both top tier. I highly recommend their shop to everyone in the area, and my husband and I look forward to coming back for more when we are in town. Experiencia negativa: Simple tattoo very well done but I felt gouged on the price. Was excellent work though but other places told me they would have done it for 60$ while they charged me 150$ at Divine. Also left a jacket and some earbuds there and called to ask about them and they were just gone. So yeah had my stuff basically stolen there also even though I left it on accident. All they did with this tattoo was add the words.

My mom had gotten one a day before my first one and told me to show up without telling me anything and so I did. They weren’t able to get to me that day. But I want in the next and my mom had told me only Jesse Mathis could do my tattoos No joke though he is an amazing artist and one of the coolest guys i’ve met. At first Jesse was gonna have another artist there do my 2nd one since ig it’s more towards realism style due to the shading. But he believed he could and so did I! I was not disappointed at all either. I love the way it came out! He did an amazing job. Along with the shop. I thought it was the coolest thing in the world when I walked in there. It’s clean, tidy, and everyone has their own space. It’s honestly a blast to just be in there. I WILL MOST DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Beat tattoo shop experience by far, everyone is so welcoming, and I have gotten 4 out of my 6 tattoos done there. Jesse Mathis was my artist for 3 of them. Nicest guy ever, he did 2 of them during a flash sale and re drew my tattoo multiple times to make sure it was right. Just got a shoulder piece from him today, and it took only 3 hours. He kept up a conversation and didn't make anything feel awkward, 10/10 artist, 100% booking again

Whole shop seems super nice and chill and Brandy made sure I was comfortable and understood the entire process! Will be returning here for any future piercings and tattoos!

Experiencia fantástica: We came to this location for a piercing and figured we would get a quote on a tattoo my daughter was wanting for her birthday. We met with Jesse and he gave us a fair and honest quote. I reached out to him later that day to discuss scheduling further and he was happy to work around our schedules and even do a later in the day tattoo for us. His customer service was great and contributed to great memories for me and my daughter. The work looks very good as well. We will definitely be returning to Jesse for future work and will recommend him to friends and family as well. I also want to say the lovely woman who also did the nose piercing was also so kind and sweet I just unfortunately do not remember her name.

Experiencia negativa: About a year and a half ago I got my bridge pierced here. Immediately it as uneven. Piercer told me it was due to swelling. I waited almost a week and it was still uneven. I eventually went back and got it redone for free by the owner which a free additional piercing was offered through text beforehand but then it was never mentioned when I was there. I advised the piercer the second time that I think the marked dots should be adjusted. That suggestion was promptly ignored and pierced the way the marks were and lone and behold, it was so uneven that I just took it out a couple days later. Today over a year later, I am left with an ugly scar on my nose and no piercing and a new horrible fear about getting it pierced again or any other piercing for that matter. The owners' reply shows terrible reading comprehension so good luck on any services needed from the guy. He re-pierced it for free but ignored my suggestion about changing his placement dots so the re-pierce was lopsided as well and still in the same spot. My scar wouldn't be so noticeable if you didn't shove a needle through the exact same lopsided hole. You offered me an additional free piercing and then redacted that at the re-pierce appointment. In all, this experience was terrible. Go to Revelations!

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT GET A WALK IN TATTOO FROM HERE. From the minute I walked in I wish I would have trusted my gut and left, the two artist that where there tossed me back and forth because neither one of them wanted to do a tattoo (I understand I came in around six six thirty and they close at 8, but if they did not want to tattoo me that badly they should have just turned me away ! I would have much rather been told no than get a crappy piece of “art” on me for forever.) The piece was, I believe simple, but they charged me 200 for it which I feel was overpriced but that’s beside the point, I wouldn’t have mind it if it wasn’t done so poorly. Now I will have to wait for this crappy tattoo to heal and find somewhere else to get this covered up, I have never felt like such an inconvenience in my life while getting a tattoo. I’ve attached the photo so you can zoom in and see how stupid these faces look.

Experiencia fantástica: I did not get my initial piercing here. However, long story short, I accidentally changed my septum ring to one that was too small and couldn’t remove it. Jesse and Jeremy helped me get it out and a proper size back in, which wasn’t the easiest feat. I am so thankful for their kindness and professionalism. They were very knowledgeable regarding piercings.

Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Luna was my artist and he did an amazing job with everything from design, technique, and execution of the tat. No complaints. I was also very comfortable while the tattoo was being done and it was easy to relax. I will definitely be recommending Divine and I plan on getting future work done for sure!!

Experiencia fantástica: I went in to get my cartilage pierced like 10 days ago, the process was so quick & painless!! I felt absolutely nothing but pressure which amazes me because my lobes hurt more than that. Everybody in the shop was super nice, and It felt very welcoming. My piercing did end up getting infected sadly, & I had to get it taken out with some antibiotics which sucks but I’d still go back to them for future piercings. 10/10 recommend them!

Experiencia fantástica: Stephen Harpe met me when I walked in to buy body jewelry for my girlfriend. The atmosphere of the location had me entranced immediately. Non pushy artist that allow's you to feel comfortable and will help you expand on any ideas that you have. Even played me a game of pool! After the fun of pool the real fun began and I left with an addition to a very important piece on my arm along with the jewelery I had initially came in for. I have been searching for the past 7 years for an artist that I am comfortable with. I can say without hesitation that this gentleman will complete both my sleeves and much more!

Experiencia fantástica: Got my first tattoo at 51 and am hooked! Artist Brooke Daniel did a FANTASTIC job! Truly talented! Pain was very tolerable after some numbing cream...but Brooke will require a patch test for allergies before tattooing She now has a client for life!

Experiencia negativa: I called on May 15, 23 to make an appointment for 6 on July 7. We were referred by person A who had been a customer of Brooke & wanted to use her again. I spoke to Brandon & I specifically asked for one of the appointments to be with Brooke, he said that would be fine. Brandon asked that I send $200 via cash app to hold the spot. I wasn’t thrilled with this, but went ahead with it anyway. I got off the phone with Brandon, who also didn’t ask for ANY information about what we wanted. The day before our tattoos I reached out to make sure we were still down at the agreed-upon time. The man I spoke to said Brandon wasn’t in but he’s sure we’re on the schedule & there will be 3 other artists that can help if we need it. This left me with another uneasy feeling, but I ignored my gut. The next day we walked into the tattoo studio & were met by Brandon & Stephen who said they would be doing our tattoos & asked what we wanted. Person A asked about Brooke & it was then that we found out she was unavailable. The 6 of us discussed what we wanted & sent our inspiration photos to Stephen & Brandon (most of which were copied straight onto their iPads & sent to the printers for the stencil). We inquired about the $200 fee & were told that $100 is credit for the tattoos but the other $100 is an “art fee.” Collectively the 6 of us have over 40 tattoos & the “art fee” is always part of the final price of the tattoo. We don’t understand this charge, especially when all of the work was copied straight from the pictures we sent them. It’s not like they worked on sketches before we got there. The Divine Tattoo Parlor’s website says “All pricing is based on end work, all quotes are subject to change based on time & difficulty. All Tattoo reservations require a $100 deposit to reserve the time spot. this will be added to your end total.” THIS WAS NOT THE CASE. *Any tattoos I have received in the past, the area was shaved. This didn’t happen. *During the tattoos we were all surrounded by gnats. Gross. Persons B-F were charged an excessive amount of $200-300 for dainty flowers that took maybe 20-30 mins each, & only one of them had color. Person A ended up (by a fluke) with another artist in the studio & was charged $120. We all agreed that the other 5 of us had been screwed over. I didn’t tip Brandon because of him keeping the $100 “art fee.” After he realized he was not tipped by me, Brandon tried to add another $50 to one of the other girls that Stephen tattooed. We felt completely stuck because 3 of us took time off work to be there & the other 3 were in from out of town. We weren’t entirely sure we could all get in at another studio. In hindsight, we should’ve walked away & taken the loss of the $200. That evening & the following morning, we discovered that, at that time, there were no licensed tattoo artists in the state of MO by the name of Brandon Duncan or Stephen Harpe. Brandon had one that expired in 2013, but nothing current. They weren’t listed on the website anywhere. If they were apprentices, they didn’t mention it! Brandon claimed to be a tattoo artist for years but we couldn't find a current license for him. However, what we DID find (while searching for a tattoo license) was that Brandon is a registered sex offender. Person B, who was tattooed by him, feels especially taken advantage of because of the placement of her tattoo. Had she known, she would not have gotten tattooed by him. *yes we tried reaching out to the owners, they were unavailable & judging by their comments left on any negative reviews they don’t/won’t care *yes formal complaints were filed *yes we attempted to get clarity on the “art fee *to tattoo in the state of MO, you have to be licensed even if you’re there temporarily *it isn’t required for an apprentice to tell you that they are an apprentice, however, it is good morals & ethics to do so. In any case, they shouldn’t be charging almost double what the licensed artist charges in a shop

Other than that, my daughter had an outline and shading done on a previous tattoo, then a new tattoo done on her thigh, by Vlad, who couldn’t have been more patient and personable. Really good dude! The shop was immaculately clean, everyone was beyond friendly and knowledgeable. This was such a great experience for my son and for us. Jesse was very professional and his work was incredible. He obviously takes great pride in his work and it was so worth the drive. We will be back!!

Experiencia positiva: My daughter got a belly button piercing and as soon as she came home she told us that it's crooked. It is and very noticeably so! She's not even sure how to go about getting this fixed or even if it can be. We've been here several times with good results from other piercings as well as tattoos. Anyone know of a really good piercer that has experience fixing someone else's mistake?

All of them were absolutely amazing, professional, honest and clean. The atmosphere in the shop is amazing. They are always at conventions to get better at their work and always bounce ideas off the other artists ideas to give you the best tattoo possible. The dynamic of the crew is so fun. I love the hours spent here. Every time a friend is in town we hit up Divine for a tattoo day. We’ve been tattooed by multiple of the artists and all of their work is unique and different than the other. They’re always more than happy to help you find the best artist for your tattoo, which is one of the top reasons I love them. They’re honest and want the best work on your body. If you’re looking for an awesome tattoo shop, GO TO DIVINE.

Experiencia negativa: Do they always falsely advertise? Do they always end things abruptly with no notifications? Do they always close up shop and purposely waste people's time? Do they always close up shop without notification for impromptu vacations? Do they always go back on their word and published adds? Do they always fail to honor their word? These are the issues I've come across with this specific tattoo parlor twice! Both times I've tried going there. I do not have enough faith that if they do this again they will actually honor it, for this reason I doubt I will go back out of my way again to make the trek up there just to go to this parlor. I will however go have breakfast at d'creamery again! What a way to lose customers!

Experiencia fantástica: Went in this weekend to get my 10mo ears pierced. They were so patient and gentle with her! My mother and I then went back to get matching tattoos because we absolutely loved the service and family environment. Brandon did our matching tattoos and was absolutely amazing. I am very picky and he was patient and did amazing and fulfilling my wants! He is very light handed, I could have fallen asleep while he tattooed me. He was very comfortable to talk with during the session and was quick. The healing process has been great and no issues.

He was very kind/gentle, informative, patient and all around had a great vibe! Briefly spoke with Brandon who was also super chill! Even the other employee (female, didn’t catch name sorry, girl!) was positive and encouraging to my daughter. If you’re considering a piercing or tattoo, look no farther! You’ve found a fantastic place. Reminder: if bringing a minor, remember to bring their birth certificate! This parlor takes their profession seriously which I appreciate so much.

Experiencia negativa: I receive a flat piercing and I definitely wouldn’t recommend coming back again, this is not the place to get piercings at, I never got a selection on the jewelry i wanted to be pierced with I’m not even sure what metal I was pierced with, it was gold, so very unlikely that it was surgical steel which should be one of the only things you get pierced with, no after care directions and I was pierced with the wrong gage, a typical flat piercing is 16g I got pierced with an lobe piercing that had a butterfly backing, and you really shouldn’t have a butterfly backing on cartilage piercing. They staff is friendly and that was the only reason why it is receiving 1 star! I do not recommend for piercings!!!

I wanted a simple tattoo but the kids wanted detailed pieces. They worked together and managed to get us all in and did an exceptional job! Would recommend to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: I picked Cheyenne to do two tattoos. I had some pretty specific guidelines for their size and placement and he did exactly what I wanted him to do. He was very easy to work with. On my initial visit, I saw some of his work in the flesh that had already healed. He knows to apply a lot of detail and vibrant colors. He’s a great choice and I’ll definitely use him for some bigger pieces in the future. The shop itself is awesome. They have spared no expense to make it really nicely decorated and it has a great vibe. There is a $10 charge for paying with a card, so bring cash if that’s an issue. I had a great experience here and I would recommend you to give this place a try for your next tattoo.

We called Divine, told them what we wanted to do, they said they take walk-ins, so we went! Jesse greeted us and him and all the other artists were super cool - you could tell they cared about us. We each got a tattoo and I had another small tattoo fixed real quick. Jesse did an amazing job they were just what we wanted and more. 10/10 would recommend Jessie and the rest of the artists at Divine Tattoo Parlor!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Divine Tattoo Parlor was a great place to go to get my ears pierced on our weekend trip to Kansas City. I was a little nervous since I haven’t gotten any piercings in awhile but Jeremy did a great job and I’m so glad we picked this place! (Also there’s a cool fish tank with an even cooler cheetah colored eel inside! My sister and I loved him )

If your looking for realistic art, go holler at chris. Def going back for my other arm this summer and excited for how it will look.

He made sure I was comfortable and double checked the tat was EXACTLY where I wanted before he started. Would recommend to other first timers alike. Great environment as a whole here as well. Experiencia fantástica: Took my 10-year-old in for an ear piercing and they did great! We went in as a walk-in and were out within the hour. The piercer took his time measuring for symmetry, explained what he was doing as he went, was patient, and encouraged my nervous kiddo! Great experience and highly recommend for piercings

Experiencia fantástica: I got my first tattoo with Brooke. She was, in a word, amazing! She worked with me on my design and came up with something I couldn't have imagined. She is a perfectionist which I very much appreciated. She took the time to listen to me, create something that I love, and then executed it with the utmost professionalism. The entire store was super friendly and everyone was really fun to talk to. This is important when you're going to be there for a while! I can't recommend this tattoo parlor or this artist enough. I can't wait for my next design!

Jeremy had a design of what I wanted drawn up in no time flat. The precision of his line work was so perfect that from a glance it did not look real. The more I looked at it the more I loved it! I could not have asked for a better impromptu experience. Jeremy was kind, informative, and quick- only taking about 20 minutes total. The business is welcoming, clean, and spacious with plenty of room for each artist to work and concentrate on their clients. We were greeted right away by the owner who did their piercings. Experiencia fantástica: Yesterday, 10/7/2022, I went in for an industrial bar piercing. I wanted one for 14 years, and since I was officially done with my “4th trimester” I figured now was a good time. The parlor was clean, well light and very welcoming. Russ, one of the owners did my piercing and their apprentice watched. He was explaining it step by step to the apprentice down to the clean up, which I enjoyed hearing as it allowed me to learn what was going on too. We spoke about the anatomy of the ear and when it can and can’t be done. I learned Rss had been piercing for 20+ years, so highly experienced. It was quick and really, pretty low on the pain scale. Now that it is the next day, it feels good! A little sore but I can turn the bar with very little discomfort. Honestly if I ever decide I want another piercing, or a tattoo I will absolutely be returning. (Katie Charles is a persona name, real name is Kaitlyn Cook)

Experiencia negativa: Marketed as a high end Tattoo Parlor... It's just your typical Strip Mall Tattoo Shop is all. Nothing about it is "Divine" that makes it stand out from any of the other Tattoo Shops. Fancy decorations in the shop don't make a place "Divine". Dressed nicely just for the Advertising. ‍♂️ Nothing about the visit was 5⭐ worthy. The service was completed that we paid for is all... Response to "Owner".... Clearly you have some anger issues. Referencing my "200 reviews". I just provide honest reviews and if needed a warning about places. With your lack of good communication skills showing in your response. It is evident you are the wrong person to run a tattoo shop. My initial 4 ⭐ review was nice and just referenced how you advertise a "High End Divine" experience. It is not "High End" it's just a run of the mill typical (Jeans and T-Shirt) tattoo shop. I will not call you and be berated with attitude which is evident that would happen with your style of responses on Google. If I would've read the other reviews before my visit I would've not even stepped foot in your door. I recommend hiring a front man that doesn't have an attitude problem to maintain your Social Media Platforms which is an area your clearly lacking...
