Experiencia negativa: Horrible experience. The piercer was 30 minutes late and did my piercing in one go, way lower than my labret piercing was meant to be. It swelled up like normal but quickly became embedded in my lip in the upper part of my piercing causing it to bleed. It has now fallen out in my sleep completely and I cannot reinsert it without extreme pain

I love how it comes out. I also appreciate the consultation with Zake, he brought my dream tattoo to reality and really listened to what I wanted. He also gives opinion that I don’t know of. Experiencia negativa: The pricing and atmosphere were great, and the area was cute. However, Perry, the piercer, did a poor job. She pierced my husband’s ear without making an effort to align it with the existing one. Instead of placing the new piercing near the front of the lobe, she put it between where you would put a second or third hole. My husband was very disappointed and frustrated. He removed the piercing, hoping it will close, and vowed never to let anyone near his ears again. :(

Starting with the receptionist lady who is very happy/ bubbly/ greets you when you come in; she offered me a variety of drinks while I waited for my consultation. Their waivers/ check in is through a bar code and they take cash or card payments. Consultations: done at nice office desks within the shop, they help design the tattoo right there, can already provide an exact price/ artist, and how they schedule you is organized (you get a receipt/ schedule info page that looks like an actual invoice). Next to actually getting the tattoo: you get a text message reminder the day before about your appointment. The artist I had, Samet, he did a phenomenal job!!! Exactly like the reference photo I wanted! Overall, it was the most professional, organized, talented shop I ever been to. Every person in there was very happy and positive!

Experiencia negativa: Made an appointment a couple of weeks ago for a tattoo. Clearly told the person on the phone that I was under a two week window to have the tattoo done. I am an entertainer and would be home for this two week window. I had the artwork already designed and ready to go; plus I needed time for the ink to heal prior to my next show. SHE CLEARLY TOLD ME I WOULD BE ABLE TO HAVE MY WORK DONE/STARTED TODAY. I showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment; and of course they were late opening. I started to fill out the release form; after not being addressed by anyone other than to have a seat. Finally, someone approached me and wanted to do the design; which I then told them I had the artwork and was ready to have the ink done. They then told me that today's appointment was just for the consultation and that they could not do any ink work today. They admitted that I had been given bad information and that the soonest they could do it would be Friday; which would only leave me 9 days of healing. Obviously frustrated, I agreed to do that. They guy then took pictures of my artwork and my leg and called an "ARTIST" on his phone. He then came back and told me there was too much "scar tissue" on my leg and that they artist refused to do the work. I have 14 tattoos on my body, including two on my legs and no one has ever turned me down because of too much scar tissue, which is all over my body. Guess I will have to find another artist at the end of the year when my tour is over for 2026 to get this well thought out and planned ink...

Experiencia negativa: I went in for a consultation. It was probably one of the worst tattoo consultations I've ever had. I already had a sketch drawn up for the design. I submitted the sketch. the guy pretty much deleted everything about the original design idea. Which I tried not to take offense to b/c eh maybe the had a better idea. He did not. But It all came to a close when he tried quoting me $4,900 for a shoulder bicep tattoo. Show yourself some respect and don't waste your time or money here

Experiencia negativa: I visited for a cover-up consultation on a 20-year-old piece but had a very frustrating experience. Despite having a confirmed appointment via Instagram, I wasn't on the calendar when I arrived. Instead of Samet (who I scheduled with), I was paired with a different staff member who I don’t even believe was an artist. The communication was very contradictory: I was told the tattoo would be easy to cover because it is so old and light, yet I was quoted nearly $300/hour specifically because "cover-ups are so difficult." To make it worse, the actual cover-up area only accounts for about 10-15% of the total project. I’m not comfortable committing to those rates—which are the highest I’ve seen—without ever even speaking to the actual artist. Between the scheduling mishap and the inconsistent pricing logic, I won’t be booking here. I have many tattoos and I’ve never once not been able to meet with the actual artist. I don’t mind paying a premium for good work, but how can I properly vet an artist I can’t even talk to?

Experiencia positiva: Muco retouched a previous tattoo he did on me. He also added beautiful sentimental touches to make the tattoo feel complete. He was so kind and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Great overall experience!

He also spoke to me with attitude while I was choosing my tattoo design. I remember asking him to repeat something and he repeated with extreme attitude seeming bothered. During the tattoo he was forcefully saying don’t move, which is totally understandable but he was very rude about it. Every vibe about this guy was negative like he just wanted me to leave. The tattoo itself is good but i left feeling annoyed and unsatisfied. Probably not be coming back.

Experiencia negativa: I wasn't going to leave a review until my wife's review was DELETED. She put in her review that during our consultation, our wants and needs weren't seen to, it was a 2-star review and was not rude, harsh or untrue, so not sure why the deletion. The guy supposedly helping us seemed very distracted, didn't seem to care what we wanted and only seemed interested in scheduling us, telling us to schedule without even getting a vague idea of what we wanted. All after only talking with us for literally 5 minutes. I wasn't super bothered, people get busy, distracted, whatever. But, when I saw that my wife's review was deleted, I had to leave one myself. Hopefully this review remains so that the shop can have their people tend to potential customers properly or at least people can save themselves a trip and not have their time wasted.

Went in with several pictures hoping to collaborate and come up with something original and the guy just superimposed one of the images onto my arm (after telling me he wouldn't do it where I wanted to place it) and said, "When do you wanna start?" Start what?? It wasn't what I wanted there was no communication whatsoever. He didn't listen and shut me down whenever I said anything.

Experiencia negativa: My husband and I emailed to book a consultation for matching wedding bands - I did not include inspo pics but said I would bring some the day off. When we arrived for the consultation, we explained that our jobs stop us from wearing jewellery hence the tattoo bands. The guy straight away said he did not recommend finger tattoos as they would fade after one month. He did not offer any alternatives or try to understand our request. We felt completely disregarded and it was a waste of our time.

The artist I worked with (SMTTATTOO is his insta) did a wonderful job and did it really quick too. A full American traditional bicep piece in less than 3 hours. And the pricing is fair. I would be ok paying an extra 100 - 200 $ more than I did for the tattoo I received. Thanks for making my random adventure a good one!

Experiencia negativa: Wanted to give this company the opportunity to correct what I believe was purposely done knowing my son was leaving for Japan in less than a week after having this tattoo done here. For starters I found it extremely odd that they happened to have a tattoo artist available for a 4hr tattoo right on the spot. No deposit was requested prior to starting this tattoo. Once the what I would call artist tech AI designed his tattoo he went and spoke to the tattoo artist that was available and then came back over to us and said the tattoo would take about 4 hrs and would be around $500-600 which I thought was fairly priced. I myself have several tattoos. My son agreed and then was brought a piece of paper not knowing what it was (we both thought it was just the typically liability agreement) and told to sign at the bottom in which the guy kept his hand over majority of the paper. Never was told what he was signing. Now I will say that Yes, my son should have said he wanted to read what he was signing but unfortunately being a young 21yr old guy he did not. This is where all the shadiness started with this company! When he was done and went to pay the same guy who designed his tattoo told him the total was $2,600! For a 4 Hr tattoo! Nothing special, not a celebrity tattoo artist, NOTHING worth $2,600! We both looked at each other and the guy said that was the cost. My son said you said $500-$600 and the guy again said no, it’s $2,600! I will say there is a accent as all these men/women are middle eastern but I know what I heard at there is NO WAY that man said $2,500-2,600 because we would’ve declined the tattoo and I say we because I was paying for it because it was a birthday gift. We ended up splitting and paying for it because we did not want no issues with the law since my son is in the military and was being stationed in Japan. Should’ve never done that and demanded to see the written quote that they later on said he signed after I’ve been calling for weeks to try to get this resolved. They felt giving back $600 would make things right but he should be given back the difference from what he was verbally quoted! I’ve made many attempts to speak to the manager or owner to request seeing the written quote my son signed and to also see video footage to prove the man purposely covered up the quote so they could either add the 2 to it to make it from $600 to $2600 or to hide the falsely verbally given quote. Every time I call there’s always an excuse as to why I can not speak to the owner and no returned calls! This is a WARNING to stay away from this company and spread the word! READ reviews further down to see the TRUTH about this company! MANY companies have fake reviews to push down the bad ones! IF they decide to contact me and do the RIGHT thing I will then remove this review! I’ll add the picture of his tattoo to show that it’s not even worth $1000 let alone $2600!

Experiencia negativa: Please be careful here… Picture taken upon leaving the shop. On my first visit, I was told the piercing would be placed in the upper lobe. After the piercing was completed, staff stated it was a daith piercing and attempted to charge me for a daith instead of an upper-lobe piercing. No clarification was provided prior, and the pricing changed after the piercing was performed. Aftercare instructions or any materials weren’t provided. The piercing did not heal and became increasingly inflamed. I returned to the studio for a correctional piercing. Staff did not acknowledge the piercing as a complication of their original work. I stated that it was best to remove the piercing. Still, a plastic or surgical stud was inserted into the inflamed tissue. I was informed that I would be charged for the plastic jewelry and antibiotic cream. When I declined payment and requested removal of the jewelry, the piercer removed it. The removal caused bleeding, and I left the studio with an actively bleeding ear. Few aftercare instructions were provided following removal.

Perry did a wonderful job of piercing my belly button. The shop is clean, modern and on point!!!! Turkish coffee is delicious and I must recommend trying it during the visit! Pricing is very reasonable. Check this place out. Will not disappoint.

Experiencia negativa: OK, so I wanna start by saying that I originally messaged on Facebook looking for an artist for a small matching tattoo for a friend of mine. I’m also looking for a new Artist to start doing more work. I had to reschedule twice because of personal issues on my end, they were very understanding in the Facebook messages, but when I arrived A medium tattoo with a very little detail and one color in addition to the black was quoted to be over $700 so after a few back-and-forth, we settled on one of my previous designs I had drawn up years ago. It’s the umbrella corporation with the toxic Symbol in the form of a goat head samet was my Artist and while he got me in pretty fast and was done very quickly, the heads are lopsided on one side and really feel like he rushed through the whole thing nearly said 2 words to me and for 250 dollars it’s not worth it they are over priced and honestly kind of cold

They're extremely hospitable, having said that, they definitely overcharge, and most of their workups are just using cut and paste and Ai. I can't really speak to the skill set of the artist as what was requested wasn't what was received and what was received was very basically done. Place is very clean and trendy though. After session was done. Took the wife next door to get an estimate on the same tattoo, and they quoted hundreds of dollars less for her.If that's what she had originally wanted. I definitely understand the concept of you're paying for the artist's skills.And if the tattoo she had originally asked for was what was received, I could have justified the cost. Also did a consultation for myself.It was quoted sixteen hundred dollars while the place next quoted less than half of that price.

Experiencia positiva: I set up a consultation appointment prior to my visit. I was told to provide details and pictures of what I would like so when I arrived my artist would be ready. I wasn’t able to pick which artist I wanted to consult with which sucked because I had two artists in mind because I looked at their work on Instagram and really liked their style. When I arrived, I was asked to wait for about five minutes before someone was ready to see me. They never asked which artist I wanted to consult with and it seemed like they just gave me whoever was available. When we went to the desk, the guy opened up my email and at that moment saw the pictures and details I provided so sending all that prior to my appointment did nothing. I don’t know how to describe this, but the shop gives off the vibe of “this is what tattoo shops in America look and sound like so put it in.” The decor didn’t seem like it was there because anyone liked it but because it fell into a certain aesthetic and the music playing seemed like someone typed in “2000s rock and metal” and picked the first playlist that popped up. Also, English was not these peoples first language and it was a little weird hearing people all around speaking another language and seemingly getting annoyed with each other. It just didn’t feel authentic, if that makes sense. I have about 14 piercings and one tattoo so I’ve been to many tattoo shops in my time. The vibes just weren’t right. While I was waiting I was looking at piercing prices and they seemed a little pricer than they normally are so I didn’t have much confidence with the pricing for the tattoos either. I ended up not picking this place for my tattoo because it just wasn’t comfortable and I didn’t want to get something done from a shop that seemed like it was cosplaying as a tattoo shop.
