Today's piercing was done by Jordan and it was the same super smooth and easy experience as before. All tools and jewelry were sanitized and the process is clearly explained. Jordan is an absolute delight and a real girl's girl, I truly cannot recommend her enough!

I needed a jewelry change for my lip and also a daith piercing. She helped me pick out both pieces of jewelry that I needed and then offered me snacks while I waited for everything to sterilize. When we went back to the room for the piercings, she went over what to expect and how she would do the piercing. I was very nervous but she was so understanding and made the process so smooth! When she pierced the daith in my ear, all I felt was the pressure. And the jewelry was in so quickly after! Afterwards she went over aftercare and asked if I had any questions. She was very well spoken and knowledgeable about piercings and what she thought would help my navel piercing heal the best because of my anatomy type and my extra scar tissue from my previous navel piercing. He was honest about my not having the anatomy for an industrial piercing, I opted for a double helix instead. James gave advice on jewellery choices, and explained the process of sterilizing the jewellery with the autoclave and then explaining the remaining safety measures. The piercing itself took no time and James gave clear instructions on aftercare for ensuring my piercings heal safely.

I liked that she wasn't going to do anything that wasn't reasonable or might not look good. When she was doing the piercings she explained what she was doing step by step and made sure to check in with me between each piercing. She cared about whether or not I was good and stable before I left her table and the facility. I was provided after care items and instructions that were clear and precise. I would return any time for a piercing by Jordan. I am even considering having my last tattoo done in this facility now.

I have an appointment TODAY to get my boyfriend his first tatoo for his birthday but the artist has been incapable of rendering even a decent preliminary sketch since yesterday. She's uninterested in putting in any effort to create a unique design. When we called to speak to Julia, the artist we are booked with, about seeing a different artist she got offended and said she's going to cancel the appointment and refuses to refund our deposit. I asked to speak to her supervisor to find a resolution and she sent me to voicemail. Unprofessional and money hungry. She wants $900 for a small/medium ankle tattoo and yet can"t even come up with a decent sketch. She totally misled us by stating she could be tattoo ready by today at 2 pm. So we booked an appointment, put a deposit, and paid a fee to have the sketch drawn up. Now we get a text that she canceled the appointment, but no call back yet. What a scam! Don't give them your money! I thought this place was going to be amazing, I'm willing to pay top dollar for good work! I've genuinely never had such unprofessionalism from a tattoo company. - update: still no call back but I got a notification that they refunded *most* of my money. I'll take it, I guess. Would rather have a tattoo today but whatever. Still wouldn't ever go back.

We had a great experience, however my two tiny complaints would be everything was on their website and it was almost too much info that overwhelmed me and it was much more expensive than I initially thought because it's by piercing... meaning 2 earlobes, 2 earrings, etc.

Experiencia negativa: I was surprised by this shop’s pricing. A single nipple piercing is $100, and both are $190, yet I was quoted $400 for tandem piercings. This pricing suggests I’m being charged for four piercings simply because two piercers perform the procedure simultaneously. I understand a slight increase for tandem service, but doubling the cost seems excessive. Transparency in pricing is important, and this structure feels unfair. I’d appreciate clarification on why the cost is so high.

Experiencia fantástica: Went in to discuss a coverup, Eugene was fantastic! He gave me lots of options and details on coverups. Then we discussed removal. I went with the removal option because it worked better for the outcome I am looking for. Had my first treatment today. Everything went very well and it was not at all what I had anticipated. I definitely felt it but no where near what I had imagined, very little discomfort and very quick. (My tattoo is pretty small) Eugene made sure I understood the procedure and that I was comfortable throughout. All of the staff is super friendly and helpful. I am excited to have this one removed and I am sure I will getting new ink from Eugene in the future

Experiencia negativa: Im moving to Jacksonville soon and visited over the holidays to scope the area out. I chose this place to get a tattoo at as a trial for a new artist. They seemed like the best, cleanest, and had styles I like. Went and got a simple single line tattoo and it looked great when I got it, but since it's healed, it's now obvious the lines are all different thickness caused by inconsistent needle depth. I'm going to have to go back to my normal artist in Montana to get it fixed. Super disappointed I'm gonna have to spend more money fixing it than what I originally paid for the tattoo. I will not be coming back, not even for a touch up. I will say it is a very clean place, though.

Experiencia fantástica: I woke up to one of the balls at the end of my septum jewelry missing. It’s a fairly new piercing I got done while on vacation. I went to the shop and Jordan was so knowledgeable and told me my options. Luckily we were able to replace the ball and I learned a few tips as well. She will definitely be my next piercing!

He’s professional, patient, honest and does great work. It was my daughter’s first tattoo and he gave her some options based on her tattoo choice without pressure. Very patient and explained everything from start to finish. Our tattoos are better than were even expected.
