Experiencia fantástica: (she’s shiny from aquaphor) went in for a cover-up consultation with ideas but no clue how to conjure a piece that would both cover and still look good. within 10 minutes, mandi had worked her magic and showed me a beautiful mock-up piece. day of my first session, we were able to knock out 6 hours. mandi took the time to put effort and love into the smallest details. i feel 10x more confident now that i have my cover-up! i can’t see it at all anymore and this was just the first session. mandi was hilarious and so fun to talk to. both her and the owner continuously checked up on me to make sure i was comfortable. great people and great work. i’m so excited for my second session to see how this piece turns out and even more excited to come back for more art!

Experiencia negativa: Worst experience ever. Was excited to work with their best artist and he text 2 hours before our appointment asking which tatoo we were doing. Once I resent the design, he produced 2 images that looked absolutely nothing like the tattoo requested that I would NEVER allow to be put on my body. When I refused the design he got frustrated and refused to do my tatoo because it didn’t align with his style of work. They offered a different artist but at that point the vibe was off, they’d ruined the entire experience. Would strongly recommend anyone considering them to ensure your artist will actually perform the tattoo you’re asking for, not just the version he thinks you should have. Would personally NEVER use this shop again, and I’m still in disbelief that my favorite artist there actually refused to do my tattoo.

She made a beautiful design for a memorial to my mother who passed away 2 years ago. This tattoo meant so much to me and she made it so perfect! Experiencia negativa: So, this was late 2023. When I called for an appointment, I asked for 2 different artists by name because I had reviewed their work online and liked their style. The guy who answered declined those 2 artists and instead put me with a 3rd artist. This happened twice, since the first appointment made I had to cancel. I decided to trust the shop and accept an appointment with that 3rd artist. Biggest regret ever. The 1st consultation over the phone went well, I told her my ideas and sent over my designs. On the day of the appointment, the artist brought out the stencils and I was pretty disappointed. I had given her my design (I design all my tattoos myself) and told her I just wanted it cleaned up a little. I meant the line work and shading needed adjustments based on what would look best on skin, but it seemed that that was grossly lost in translation. She presented 2 stencils, option A being half of my original design, and option B being the other half. I showed her a tattoo I already had of this concept just of a different animal, to hopefully explain better what I was talking about. But she wouldn't do it because it would "look weird" (again I already had a tattoo of this exact concept just a different animal). So I tried to make SOMETHING out of this appointment and asked if we could try my backup design. She brought out a stencil for this and it was maybe 25% of my original design. Extremely disappointed I tried to ask her to make adjustments but ultimately the most she would do was change the face. I got the tattoo and left wishing I hadn't gotten anything at all. The tattoo is ok, I dont hate it, but its not at all what I wanted and the reason I won't ever use them again. I've talked to other artists since and showed them my design and no one can understand why she couldn't do what I can up with. TLDR: shop wouldn't put me with the artists I asked for and the artist they did give me wanted to do her own thing and not take input from me on my own design

I called Seventh Sin and they referred me to one of their artists named Mandi. Mandi and I had a 20 minute phone conversation to discuss what I wanted. I sent her a few pictures of things I found online that really weren’t what I was looking for, but hoped that she’d get the idea based on the pictures I sent, and our conversation. I showed up for my appointment and Mandy greeted me and gave me a picture of what she drew for me based on our conversation and it was perfect. I could not have imagined it being any better. Mandi went to work and 2 1/2 hours later, it was done! I could not be happier. Mandi is truly an artist. Her ability to understand what I was looking for from from our conversation was really important to me And she completely nailed it. Her design skills are amazing and the work she did on my arm was very detailed. She is a true professional, and I would highly recommend her to anyone getting a tattoo. I do believe I will be back.

It covered up 2 big scars, and you can barely tell they were ever there. She also made sure I was comfortable for the 8+ hours she meticulously worked on my tattoo, and was very friendly and approachable. Overall I felt at ease and confident during the whole process. Highly recommend getting tattooed by Katie and all the other artists at Seventh Sin Tattoo Studio ☺️

I booked with Matt and when talking over my vision for the tattoo he was saying pretty much what I was thinking and suggesting things I had in mind before I even voiced them. My tattoo took 5 hours and Matt was very attentive and made sure to ask me several times if I was okay and offer water and food. The shop is absolutely beautiful. They mentioned that parking might be an issue but we found parking right in front of the shop, no issues at all. I love how my tattoo came out and will definitely be back. Also, reasonable pricing. She made sure to utilize all the space I wanted for the time we had and took note of my other tattoos to try to similarly match them so they looked cohesive. She was just over all amazing and I can’t wait for my next session to do the shading and my knee design! Definitely going back to get more from her in the future to finish my leg sleeve. Experiencia fantástica: I wanted to do something to commemorate my pilgrimage on the Camino De Santiago. There was a cartoon looking pilgrim guy that I thought was cool and sent a couple of photos to Chi to draw something up. He presented both an identical stencil of what I sent him and took some creative liberty to create a design that represented my intention and was a ton cooler. Needless to say, I went with his design. Chi’s creativity with color is amazing. Not only is he an amazing artist, he seems to be an overall outstanding guy based on the 1.5 hours we spent chatting. I’d highly recommend Seventh Sin in general and Chi as well, especially if you’re looking for cartoonish type color. Experiencia fantástica: I have only experienced Seven Sins Tattoo once but I can already tell it, and my amazing artist Jorge, will be my go too for any future tattoos. I had a bad experience with another tattoo studio which I won’t name but Seven Sins took me in with open arms and agreed to help me fix it. I was set up with Jorge who did a consult and laid out the plan in which we would be tackling this do over. I had my session about a month later and I could tell within the first 10 minutes how much pride Jorge took in his work which sent a huge wave of relief over me. He made sure I was comfortable the entire time and by the time we were done it looked exactly like the tattoo I imagined from the very beginning. It was all very, very professional which seems to be a dying trend this day in age but not at Seven Sins. Highly, highly recommend.

Plus, every so often, someone (maybe the owner or another artist) would check in on everyone, making sure customers and artists were good—offering drinks or snacks, which was a nice touch. He was honest and gave me a few ideas, helping guide me to the best decision for a beautiful piece. He pushed through a 7 hour session after drawing for 3 hours. I still have a few sessions to go, but I am so thankful for his time and patience. The shop is top notch clean, the artists in the shop are beyond talented, and I truly appreciated that it was a locked shop for safety.

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first time at Seventh Sin with Haley! She was amazing, designed my tattoo exactly how I wanted it. She put the stencil on, not perfect the first time and then took the time to move it so we both loved the placement. Every stylist/receptionist there gave the environment a comfortable vibe and kept asking people if they needed water which was the sweetest thing. They are very professional and clean. I cant wait to go back for my second session to add color to my tattoo!
