Negative experience: Showed up for their Christmas flash sale at 2:25pm and the doors where locked up with the open sign showing. Called from the parking lot cause maybe the forgot to unlock the door and got no answer. I wasted 12 hours of PTO to come down for nothing, do you self a favor and just go somewhere else.

Negative experience: A friend and I went in for piercings (her first impression of this new place, I talked so highly on). The guy up front was super nice, we filled our papers out and sat for about 10 minutes waiting before the piercer came into the lobby. She told us that she “didn’t want to be rude” and “didn’t want to say anything while other people were in the lobby” but told us we needed to go home and take a shower before she can do piercings on us because her “room stinks.” and she “doesn’t want to do unsanitary piercings.” We had not been anywhere but the lobby before getting told this. I don’t understand how we got sent home when we aren’t the reason her room stank? We wouldn’t have had a problem, many people go into these places, they won’t smell like heaven. I figure they would’ve told us we need to shower beforehand when you call and ask about walk-ins.

Negative experience: READ BEFORE GOING Made a $80 deposit for a cover up. My appointment was rescheduled due to the artist being sick. Once my appointment finally arrived I was devastated to find out my money was stolen by a loved one. All the money for the very expensive cover up I needed. I spoke to the shop and told them what happened. It was near Christmas. I called today to see if I could get a single ear piercing with the $80 deposit plus a cash tip. NOPE. They just take your money and say have a nice day. Even with what happened and my original appointment was rescheduled due to their artist...I figured some good cheer could still come out of this. They have no desire to work with you. They're all about the MONEY $$$. No customer service at all.

Positive experience: I went to get my child a piercing. I'm in a wheelchair. No ramp. An employee was very nice and I had to get out of my chair so he could pick it up and over a lip. I fell. But my child got what she wanted by a very friendly employee. Everyone there seemed to be nice. Just needs to update the building for people like me.

Fantastic experience: Awesome service here. I walked in for a tattoo and my artist drew it up, gave me a set time to come back same-day and when I did, promptly did my design. Facility was super clean and hygienic and my artist was very professional. Love my tattoo!

Fantastic experience: I went in expecting to have to wait considering their parking lot was full, but they were able to get me in and out fairly quickly! I was there maybe 20 minutes max, got 4 piercings, and some aftercare spray. Rockwell did my piercings and was super professional and friendly. Definitely coming back for any future piercings

Positive experience: The environment was clean and the lady who did my sister and I was nice but I was over priced for mine and my sister's was cheaper and she had more detail

Negative experience: I would not recommend doing any work with Seve. I went in and set an appointment up to get a tattoo and told him I could only do weekends, he set me up for the tattoo convention never gave me a time I paid him $100 to reserve it. Upon contacting him the day of letting him know I was on my way he tells me it was too late to start tattooing it was 2pm and the tattoo convention didn’t end until 11pm. Remind you he never gave me a time just told me to show up. He told me to give him some time to get to the shop so he could reschedule me. Never heard anything had to contact him over and over just to get a appointment he finally gave me one I go in and he says “I thought that was for Sunday at 2pm” by that point I just said okay and walked out the door. Dude set me up just to get free money for no work. If your in Knoxville and want a tattoo stay away from this shop.

Negative experience: NEVER GO THERE! I got a tattoo by Seve Wolfe. Upon healing, it became more obvious how terrible it looks. The outline is thick in places and non-existent in others. I have reached out to him. I can't get a response and when commenting on FB, they blocked me from posting. Now I have to pay to get it fixed.

Negative experience: Got a piercing a few weeks ago, the girl that did it did the piercing and didn’t inform me of any aftercare. She said probably three words to me and then handed me a piece of paper. Had to call a different shop for aftercare tips about the piercing, wouldn’t recommend

Positive experience: Leslie was amazing and made the piercing experience smooth. However, the jewelry they use is not the best. The stud I had fell out spontaneously and I couldn't find it. I went back to the shop and paid to replace it and have it put back in. I made sure to tighten them every time I cleaned them to prevent it from happening again, and... it happened twice more. So now I have to go buy another one, again, and of course this increases the risk of infection and prolongs the healing time. Also, the lady that replaced my piercing the second time was not welcoming and was pretty rude.

Negative experience: I went in today to get a pricing for a tattoo, which was a waste of my time and gas. I tell the receptionist what I’m looking to do, and he goes to the tattoo artist “Rockwell” and tells him while I’m pretty sure he’s in a room with a client, and I can literally hear this man laughing and saying “some people need Christ” when not everyone is even Christian to begin with. Then comes out and doesn’t take me in serious because I’m defending my tattoo. The tattoo wasn’t even satanic or wrong. It was small simple and straight to the point. A tattoo artist is supposed to be supportive and make you feel confident, instead I left being angry and humiliated I tried to deal with it but I’ve never been so disrespected. I talked to another shop and they were super nice and very welcoming to my idea so they now will be getting my business. I wasn’t even going to post about this but i left and cried because I felt stupid over his reaction. Take your business to integrity tattoo if you want to be respected. I was already having a bad day and he ruined it when I was trying to make my day better.

Fantastic experience: This is the 1 and only place I will ever get a piercing Hard Knox is the best. They are so quick but not rushing you they are very clean and sanitary as well. I got my conch done today and my nose redone and without being rushed it was over from start to finish in around 5 minutes by Rockwell (not sure how to spell it) and I plan on 14 more piercings in my ears done by him. They did NOT hurt they are in the perfect spot and even hours later not sore. It's not just him either every employee was so kind and helpful so if you want a piercing this is where you go. Just went back and got Rockwell to do my daith and he was so kind helpful and unbelievably gently and I love it!! I'm having him do tons more once this heals and my conch that he pierced 2 months ago healed perfectly. I honestly could NOT be happier.

The artist, Dee, cant lay off the drugs long enough to get my papers so we can schedule a touch up appointment. “I have the get it from my manger” I heard that for over a month. He tried to tell me I owe him $600 for touch ups? I paid a grand for my leg piece and now he wants more money from me? Y’all need to reconsider your artists.

The lady that does your paperwork was very very friendly.i asked questions about that type of piercing n she was able to tell me it would not be that bad.thats very sweet.thry were very cautious about covid.the staff wore masks at all times.then my piercing guy came outside to walk me in.he was very sweet.very direct about my piercing n cleaning for it.he was very quick about piercing very clean n professional.he stated I was a " trooper".my friend refered me there. Positive experience: Worked to get me a tattoo without an appointment. Accepted 100 dollars for the tattoo included in the picture. I am happy with my artist and they guaranteed the work for a week so they happily are touching it up as needed. Will definitely recommend this shop!

Negative experience: Tanner done my tattoo cover up back in February great line work and I was going to wait two weeks to have the color done and then the pandemic hit and shop was closed so had to wait till June before shop opened back up then after opening up was told that his manager said he could not finish me up until July because he was taking only new appointments. Ok so I was patient first week in July I sent a message then was told he would get back to me the very next day before 5p to see if it was ok with his manager if he could finish my work (mind you I have already paid for the entire tattoo and even tipped generously) next day came still hear nothing. That was a month ago now have sent a couple messages with no reply. Now here I am with nice line work and no color to my tattoo and at this point I definitely don’t want him to finish it with him being so unprofessional. I don’t know if it will do any good or not but tomorrow I’m calling the shop manager.
