Fantastic experience: Barron was absolutely amazing when piercing my 7-year-old daughter’s ears. He took the time to talk with her, explain everything he was doing, and made sure she felt comfortable and safe the entire time. He walked her through each step in a calm and friendly way, which really helped ease her nerves. What could have been a scary experience for a child turned into something fun and positive because of how patient and kind he was. We’re so grateful for the care he showed and for making her first ear-piercing experience such a fantastic one. I highly recommend Barron to anyone, especially parents bringing in their kids!

Fantastic experience: I went in today to get my nose pierced. The staff was lovely and my wait was not long despite me not having an appointment. Barron made my piercing experience pleasant. I would definitely consider this shop again for any piercings I might get.

Negative experience: Dealt with some really nasty and unhelpful staff when we were just trying to buy some replacement jewelry. Very inhospitable during the 5 minutes it took for us to make a purchase. I’ve spent hundreds here over the years on various piercings (and was looking forward to spending more) but I don’t think I will be back after this brief but extremely negative encounter.

Fantastic experience: I’ve gotten both my ears and nose pierced here, and I can honestly say I’ll never go anywhere else. Tyler and Barron are phenomenal—they make the whole process so comfortable and stress-free. On top of that, this is hands down one of the cleanest, most professional shops I’ve ever been to. I always feel safe and well taken care of, and I can’t recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: My Great Dane Penny passed away last June. With her passing she took a big part of me with her. I went to Mr. Jon Overton and showed him a drawing that I did of Penny. He was able to take my drawing and make it his own. My tatoo of Penny is above and beyond any of the expectations I had. Mr. Overton is an amazing tatoo artist and I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting a quality, well executed tatoo. This shop makes you feel at home, they are all kind and welcoming. I cannot express in any words how pleased I am. After loosing Penny, having her with me forever, helps the pain of her loss.

Negative experience: If I could leave less than one star, I would. My boyfriend called on a terrible weather day to see if they were open, and they forgot to hang up the phone before they began to talk trash on him and say he’s “a dumbass for calling to see if I’m open, obviously I am because I answered the phone”. Extremely unprofessional and if you want to get new business, maybe don’t talk absolute garbage about potential new customers. 0/10 would not recommend because they’re actually rude as all get out.

Fantastic experience: Took my 7 year old to get her ears pierced here because they came highly recommended by a coworker. My daughter was excited, but nervous. Barron was so very patient and kind with her and made her feel comfortable. The front desk person was also very patient and kind. He gave me his name but I was also nervous and forgot it since this was my first time getting a kids ears pierced. Anyway, they were all great. Highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I’ve seen Tyler for piercings here over the years and got a permanent bracelet that’s over a year old now. The staff makes you feel comfortable at every step in your process and the establishment is clean, accommodating, and inviting!

Fantastic experience: I’ve gotten 4 piercings here and have always had a great experience! I’ve been pierced by both Tyler and Barron and they are both super amazing! Very clean and safe environment and somehow they make the process super painless! Definitely will come back for all my piercings!

Fantastic experience: I recently went in to get my conch pierced by Barron! Barron was so incredibly kind and helpful during the process and even when I was nervous (it being my first cartilage piercing) he was quick to walk me through what he was doing and was very professional throughout the process! I can say as a walk in client…the wait was worth it! I will definitely be coming again and making BTW where I go for my future piercings.

Fantastic experience: Saw Baron for 4th piercing of my earlobes yesterday and a conch piercing in my right ear. He did all 3 manually and it hardly hurt at all. He certainly knows what he’s doing. Highly recommend. All the staff are so friendly and comfortable vibe in this establishment.

Fantastic experience: I need more than 5 stars! Got my ears pierced and my friend had a septum ring done today and Tyler, our piercer, was awesome to work with. Chill and immediately made us feel comfortable. Made the piercing quick and easy and answered all questions I had thoroughly. Zach up front was great aswell! Set us up quickly when we walked in and was really friendly. Also noticed a few people coming in while we waited to go back coming back in to get previous piercings looked at or adjusted or needing help swapping jewelery and all of the staff got with them quickly and they all left smiling. Really awesome first experience at a place like this and i will be going back. Jewelery selection is pretty extensive and organized well with prices clearly marked.

Fantastic experience: By far the best place to get a tattoo and/or piercing! From the cleanliness and comfort to the entire staff always being amazing and welcoming. I’ve had 4 tattoos (all done by Gunner) with more currently scheduled as well as a nose piercing. I cannot say enough wonderful things about all of my experiences thus far. I’ve seen first hand work done by all of the artists and all do a phenomenal job! Huge shoutout to Gunner for the amazing work he’s done thus far on all of my pieces (black/grey scale as well as color/watercolor) can’t wait to get started on more in a couple weeks!

Fantastic experience: I was referred by my friend Cynthia and went in to get my flat piercing done on one ear last month. The service was outstanding! From the moment I walked in I was greeted and checked in. I was given an one on one experience to pick out my jewlery which was not like any other place i've been to and they have an extensive collection of beautiful pieces. As I was waiting to get my piercing, I was kept in the loop of when my turn would be. I was taken care of by Barron and he talked me through the whole process. He made sure I got exactly what I wanted and that I felt comfortable. I didn't feel a thing! I received clear instructions on caring for my piercing and had no issues with healing. I am due to come back to get my piercing downsized and will definitely be getting my second ear done with Barron.

Fantastic experience: I was a traveling piercer from Texas and was dying to visit their studio. I called a few months prior to my trip and spoke to Zach, he was absolutely amazing and a total sweetheart! I simply planned to visit and that was it. We came immediately after our flight landed and looked around, the studio is beautiful, well put together, and so clean! Zach was there and helped me look at so much! My boyfriend and I decided to make a purchase and I got some beautiful amethyst hangers. We spent the week in Tennessee for a car show, and on the way to the airport we stopped and decided to get pierced. Bear was outstanding, I loved being able to talk to another piercer that was not only welcoming but educating as well, I absolutely loved every single bit of my visit with him! I can’t wait to come back in the future, as a peer in the industry their team has so much knowledge and dedication to their craft. 10/10 couldn’t recommend more!!!

Negative experience: Piercer was kind, but the pricing was predatory. They advertised a "Black Friday Discount" of BOGO 50% off, so I went in with a friend so I could get my seconds pierced and they could get their lobes pierced. Wasn't until I got in the chair that they said that each of the two seconds counted individually. The earrings I purchased with it were ALSO priced individually (which was not advertised). It wasn't until I got to the checkout that I found out that getting jewelry that was less than $80 + my lobes pierced on Black Friday would be over $200 before tip.

Fantastic experience: What a warm, welcoming, clean and comfortable environment! I’ve stood by for 2 piercings there and both are fantastic! Barron and Tyler were both kind and professional. If you are taking a minor to get a piercing, make sure that you bring theirs and your appropriate identification.

Fantastic experience: I went in recently to have my Jestrum repierced. Tyler was amazing with the placement! He was also very relaxing and reassuring. It was done super quick and as painless as getting a needle in the face can be. He made sure I understood all the aftercare and answered all my questions. Bonus points the counter staff laughed at all my jokes and made me feel like the most special person in the world for the 20 minutes I was there. I will definitely be a return customer as I will be chasing that high for the rest of my life.

Fantastic experience: I took my son to get his ears pierced. From the moment we walked in the door. The staff was amazing from Connor who helped us with picking out jewelry, to baron who walked through every single step of the piercing process and post care, to checking out with Zak. My son had an amazing experience and is so happy with the results.

Fantastic experience: Everyone I've met here seems so knowledgeable, friendly, and pleasant. The space has spa vibes to be honest, and everything looks so clean and neat. I definitely recommend this tattoo shop! My only complaint is that the parking lot is a bit tight and narrow so be careful.

Fantastic experience: Got my industrial done here. Good at getting it done. But after healing I found out what little there is for the size bar I had got in earings online. Too hard to find size out side of this awesome shop. If I could have it done over would have got a different placement to get a longer bar.

Fantastic experience: Took my 17 year old for a nose piercing. They were great to work with and even though very busy we didn't feel rushed. Beautiful studio.

Positive experience: Very professional and clean atmosphere. The jewelry is surprisingly expensive. I paid over $200 for one stud and a little less than $200 for another stud. The piercing price itself is very reasonable, just $50. Just an fyi, ask for them to ring up the jewelry separately so you can properly tip on the service provided and not the jewelry cost added in. I wasn’t thinking and tipped 25% on the entire cost. I ended up tipping a little more than $100 for my two piercings. My fault for not remembering the expensive jewelry was added in there but definitely a costly mistake I would like to spare someone else from making.

Positive experience: 3 stars for cleanliness and friendliness of staff that were SO helpful and kind, but I wouldn't go here for your average every day wear body jewelry. This place would be great for when you're looking for upscale and fancy kind of jewelry (with the price tag to match) but not just average jewelry. Or maybe if you just have a lot of money ‍♀️

Negative experience: This place is so unprofessional! I was tortured by Logan. Had my ears pierced in the upper ear piercing spot not the lower, so now I have upper earringsThe most scandalous part is their pay pad which asks for tip and has 15%, 20% but did not have the breakdown of what that tip would be! So I marked 20% and then I had to ask for a receipt which I stuck in my purse until I got home only to realize he got a $133.40 tipMy mistake for thinking that they would not rip people off and that they actually cared about their patrons!!! Warning to never patronize this shop!

Fantastic experience: Love this place. Everyone I interacted with went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Folks there seem very genuine and that makes such a difference. Facility is super clean, plenty of seating, and very spacious.

Fantastic experience: My artist was Victoria and she absolutely crushed it. I asked for a decently large turkey vulture on my thigh and hip with a few other things incorporated. This was my first tattoo that took longer than 30 minutes so I was nervous about being able to sit for a larger piece but she worked efficiently and cranked it out. Not gonna lie, I was very nervous because with their consult system here, you don’t get to speak to the artists themselves until the day of your actual tattoo. I was scared that something would be lost in translation going from me to the consult person to Victoria but I brought all my references and she nailed it. Even put some details in there I didn’t know I wanted haha. I asked to tweak a few things and she accommodated my requests. Very easy to talk to and work with.

Fantastic experience: Me and my girlfriend got these amazing works of art from Ty Hamilton!! He and everyone else in the shop is so kind and unbelievable talented. He made both of us feel so safe and comfortable and i can’t stress enough how grateful we are!!! For everyone is the shop. My girlfriend also got her Tragus piercing done and it turn out amazing as well!!! Definitely would recommend this place for anyone who wants to get a tattoo or piercing and definitely look for Ty Hamilton or Victoria!! Thank you guys❤️‍❤️‍❤️‍

Fantastic experience: I found this tattoo shop following my artist Victoria Shoup from her old tattoo shop, and this place is a definite improvement from her old establishment, Each artist has a private room, the place is clean and well decorated with a friendly and welcoming energy, and I cant sing the praises of Victoria herself enough, she is a highly skilled and talented artist with a knack for color that pops, is vibrant, and holds over time. I have half a leg sleeve as so far with the plan to finish the whole leg as time goes on. Attached is a photo of my Gyarados tattoo, the first of many she has done. If you like color, or nerdy quirky pop culture tattoos, victoria is the girl to go to.

Fantastic experience: I was a walk in who wanted a spontaneous tattoo. I didn’t have the best of time at first with the tattoo artist because of how unwelcomed they made me feel; so I decided not to do it. I then talked to another employee named Zac about this situation and he made me feel heard, understood, valued, and welcomed. He went above and beyond to help me feel better and schedule an appointment with a very kind and great tattoo artist that he recommended at the shop. I want to praise Zac for being kind and welcoming.

Negative experience: These people are amazing and Tyler is a great piercer! I'm changing my opinion on the shop itself. Tyler and the artists are amazing. I have already spent over $1000 trying to get the right jewelry and every time they get it wrong. I have also been doing this for 1 year. Never order jewelry from them if they have it in stock great!

Fantastic experience: I took my teen here for a nose piercing. The wait was a little long ( my fault tho, I didn't make an appointment) but I completely understand why the wait. I definitely recommend this place. They make everyone feel welcome. Very clean and completely professional. And my daughter didn't even feel the needle, he was about to put the jewelry in and she didn't realize it had already been pierced. I wish I would have gotten my nose done here (mine hurt)

Negative experience: Piercing review: My daughter went in to start stretching out her lobes and Tyler went from 16g to 10g in one sitting. She also bought “the next size up” which was 6g because he said she could skip another size next time. She asked about caring for it and he said cleaning it with saline would not be necessary. He also did not mention to loosen it if there was any swelling. 3 days later both lobes are very red, swollen, painful and filled with pus/fluid and the o-rings were starting to go inside the back of her ears. Would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional Service! My daughter wanted her nipples pierced, they fit us in quickly even tho we didn't have an appointment. She requested if possible to have them done at the same time and Thankfully they did! The shop, looks more like a spa environment very nice and comforting. The Jewelry they sell is Beautiful!!!! Loved everyone and everything!!! Great Experience! Thanks so much!

My artist William was great at explaining exactly what was going to happen and the aftercare I needed to do. There was barely any discomfort (and I’m a huge sissy with pain). Fantastic experience: I've had a handful of piercings at this studio over the years and I will not go anywhere else! Barron does a great job and has a very calming demeanor. It is 100% worth the drive (~2 hours) for the studio's cleanliness, piercer expertise, and vast jewelry selection.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to this studio for years, and a review is long overdue. My partner and I have been coming here and getting pierced, stretched, or just buying jewelry for our relationship milestones for around a year now. When we decided to elope in Knoxville, we wanted to come up with our perfect day and we decided that involved getting pierced to mark marriage. With just a few weeks notice, the staff did backflips to help us find two very specific pieces of jewelry, one of which was discontinued and the other just straight up out of stock. Drew not only succeeded in having our jewelry ready for us, but we were met at the door for our appointment time and escorted inside. Tony poured us some non-alcoholic bubbly that they had bought for us, and when we checked out and were headed out the door we were given a little gift box containing aftercare supplies and branded stickers with our gender and orientation flag colors. The entire staff worked together and really made us feel like VIPs on our special day and everything was absolutely incredible. I can't thank this crew enough for making a simple elopement into such a special event.

Fantastic experience: I came in on 8/15 to get my nipples pierced with Tyler and the experience was amazing! I was super nervous, but Tyler did a great job of explaining the process to me so there were no surprises, the placement is perfect and the barbells got anodized to the perfect color! Fantastic experience: My daughter wanted to get her ears pierced before back to school so we went in on a whim. They were able to take us as walk ins. Zac helped me with the paperwork and was absolutely wonderful helping me and my daughter pick out her jewelry. He explained prices and materials with us. People don't always speak to 8 year olds like real people and he treated her with such kindness, respect and professionalism. We made the mistake years ago taking her to a retail store that pierces ears and this was night and day experience if anyone is on the fence about going straight to the professionals for even the smallest thing like ears for piercings. Fantastic experience: Great experience! I Hadn't gotten a piercing in 18 years. Tyler(the piercer on staff) was absolutely amazing and super comforting. The staff are so friendly and nice. They have a piercer on staff 7 days a week for your needs. Very sterile and clean shop and environment. Definitely will go back for piercings and Tattoos.

Fantastic experience: Took my tween daughter here to get her ears peirced. They were so professional, and definitely put her (and I) at ease. I felt so much better having a professional, licensed peircer using a sharp, sterile needle instead of a teenager with a piercing gun. Several of her friends told her to expect her ears to get infected, bc that was just part of getting your ears peirced. She followed the instructions she was given and never had any problems. She also loved the smooth backs on the earrings so that she didn't have posts poking into her while she was healing. Will definitely take my next daughter when it's her turn. Just be aware they do require identification documents for both you and your minor child.

Fantastic experience: My sister and I brought my young niece in to get her first set of ear piercings and we saw Barron. Hey was amazing with her!! He took his time explaining each step of what would be happening making sure she understood before moving on. Once we were in the room he established trust with her buy again making sure she was ready to start. As Barron started and moved through each step he also made sure to explain what he was doing and check on her again after each step that she wanted to keep going. Our experience today will be a wonderful memory for her and not a traumatic experience full of tears . Hands down worth the money and hour of your time.

Negative experience: Tried to call to discuss this with the shop and was hold on for over 30 minutes. I was “first in line” the entire time . I went in on wednesday to get my ears gauged. i had my ears previously pierced so we just went up a gauge. And by up a gauge we went from 18 to 12 one sitting. I thought it was odd but i thought to trust the professional. My ears are now starting to hurt and bleed.I can’t even clean them without almost crying. I paid over 40 dollars and tipped in my opinion, generously, for my ears to experience a blowout. I now have to pay even more money to get them fixed. Upset and frustrated. Didn’t want to leave a poor review but when you can’t even get into contact with them it’s hard to ignore it.

Fantastic experience: My sisters and I visited BTW completely on a whim on a Sunday morning. We got in quickly without an appointment. There was so much jewelry to choose from it was almost overwhelming! Every employee we spoke to in the shop was kind and informative. 2 months into having my nose ring I’ve had 0 problems, thanks to their excellent instruction! This is the place in Knoxville for a piercing or tattoo.

Fantastic experience: I came in for a naval and helix piercing, and Tyler did a phenomenal job! He made my piercings perfectly straight and made sure they were exactly how I wanted!

Fantastic experience: Top stars for this gorgeous shop and their professional workers. They were all great. Do not hesitate to go here. Clean, courteous, professional and knowledgeable, can't ask for anything more. I have been in a lot of tattoo / piercing shops (worked in one for a while). This is the nicest shop I have ever seen.

Positive experience: Very clean environment. Staff was very professional. However they pierced my nipples with extremely short bars with no room for swelling. They ended up embedding and one of them is even pierced a bit crooked. I had to go down the street to get them fixed. I wouldn’t come back here for any piercings personally.

Fantastic experience: Tyler did my piercing and man, is he made of magic? I guess so. I have a needle and pain phobia but he did it so fast and perfectly that it barely hurt afterwards, didn’t swell, and the next day when I woke up I didn’t even feel it and I totally slept on it. It’s healing fantastically. Definitely recommend if you want your stuff done perfectly the first time! Asking for him anytime I need a new hole poked through my face! Lol

Fantastic experience: I pierced my earlobes here. Dawn was welcoming at the front and Tyler was very kind and patient. Tyler is an expert piercer and made the experience stress-free, quick, and easy.
