Fantastic experience: This place is so awesome. From the moment we stepped in we were greeted kindly by kristina. We took our daughter to get her ears pierced. She was very nervous and it took quite a while for her to work up the nerve to do it. Kristina was so sweet, patient, and kind. She made my daughter and myself feel much better and didn't rush her at all. She is a very pleasant person. Im so glad we picked this place to take her to. If i have any future needfor a piercer ill be coming here. The other employees were also very nice and friendly. They are great with kids. I highly recommend them. Thank you guys for making my daughter's 1st experience a great one. We are satisfied customers!

Fantastic experience: I just recently went back to get a new tattoo, Jay was the artist who done this tattoo as well as most of my previous tattoos. I had a great experience everyone is very professional as well as nice and helpful. Pricing is good, he took his time and made sure that it was perfect, was fine with taking breaks when needed and the work he did is spectacular. I’ve been to other tattoo shops in the past and had bad experiences. By far this is the best shop in the Knoxville area and I will not go anywhere else to get tattoos or piercings. I highly recommend this shop and the artist Jay. Overall the best experience I’ve ever had in any tattoo or piercing establishment.

Negative experience: I got my triple helix done back in August and at first I was so thrilled because everything went smoothly, the prices were amazing and they were very professional. I now realize that they used curved barbells and not straight ones so they’ve healed pretty horribly. Do your research on what jewelry you need for your piercings.

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience here! I got both my belly button and helix pierced and couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. Miss Murder who did my helix was newer and did an amazing job — she was so sweet, patient, and made sure I liked everything before going through with it. Pixie, the girl who did my belly button piercing kept me calm and distracted the whole time. She was extremely professional, and it was over before I knew it. Both piercers were super nice, fun to be around, and made the whole experience relaxing. All of the staff were welcoming and made us feel right at home. I would 100% recommend them and will definitely be back!

She was very friendly and informative on aftercare. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better piercing experience!

Negative experience: Horrible. Not only did I go in for a lip piercing and they all looked at me like I was stupid, the person who was giving me the piercing dropped the ball 3 TIMES, and also put too small of a bar in my lip. My mouth was also numb from how long the clamps were holding my lip because they kept dropping the ball!!! I never leave bad reviews because i believe it’s tacky, but I have been to many piercing shops and this is one I will NEVER return to and will be telling people to not go here as well. The piercer and staff were kind but they were not reassuring at all and did a horrible and unsanitary job. I have since went to a different shop to get it removed from my lip after it became COMPLETELY EMBEDDED IN MY LIP. I have had many piercings in my life and I cleaned it just as much as I should’ve. So I know it wasn’t me. The folks at mythical markings prayed it out for me and it was literally inside my lip and they had to CUT IT OUT. I now have a pus pocket and huge lump under my lip from this. Shame on you guys. Do better.

Fantastic experience: I love this shop, I have got my helix pierced. My nipples pierced my industrial pierced, and I got a nose ring, and a septum piercing As well, they always do such a good job!!! Last time I went in, they gave me a sample of some piercing spray to try and I recommend this piercing spray. I have been using it for the past week and I really like it!!

Fantastic experience: i just had three tattoos today. i believe his name is Bud. in case he remembers me, i’m the trouble maker. anyway, i had a specific idea about one of my tattoos and he believed it should be a bit different. long story short, he was right and i was wrong. the tattoo of my cat’s paw print came out absolutely perfect. it was all because he had the experience and vision that i needed but had no idea how to make it. thank goodness for Bud! and btw, it was a tattoo and a show! great guy, great skill, and great personality!
