Negative experience: Nothing Divine here!! Self proclaimed artist Kk is very Unreliable, agreed to 2 Forearm tats. After 15 days of excuses, she took from 12pm until after 6:30pm to do a SIMPLE piece. Was suppose to do 2nd arm next day. Gave the girl a $100.00 cash tip and ain’t been able to get ahold of the ghost ever since. Can’t speak of the whole shop but kinda like a restaurant, if the bathroom is filthy the kitchen is 100% filthy too. JS I highly recommend you go elsewhere. This girl need to Repent, I pray the Lord Judges her accordingly as Scripture Says!

She listened and took her time to achieve what my daughter wanted. When it was all done my best friend and I decided to finally get our matching tattoos. So she squeezed us in as well. Not only was he punctual with time he was light handed that pain was a minimum. He also provided me with a small care package to take home which I found extremely caring. Fantastic experience: My fiancee and I had the pleasure of getting tattoo(s) done by KC. 10 out of 10 experience, KC took his time to ensure that we got exactly what we wanted. I'm very indecisive so when I kept changing my mind on font, positioning, and design. He totally understand and never rushed me nor gave attitude. He lowkey have patience of a saint. He not heavy handed at all , my man went to sleep during the session. He said he didnt feel a thing. All in all if you're looking for someone who is talented, understanding, takes his craft seriously, and care about the client. Negative experience: Tried to walk in for a nose piercing and waited 10 minutes in lobby and nobody spoke to me. Walked out.... Thanks for the response 3 years later and a completely different one than the Instagram one (Also their) Three years to respond on Googleand different then the first, and it took how long to respond to that but I went to another shop, and got the services needed,and sorry no attitude because other places give proper service and want business but I find it very unsanitary to walk up to another person receiving a tattoo and or piercing to be able to ask a question, when all someone needed to do was say we will be with you in just a moment, but I also don't delete responses and know how to update them (9/13/2025)

One thing I will never do is talk bad about someone or their work they did an amazing work yes I did look him up I was amazed at his work but things happen people make mistakes it happens no big deal it was a stressful day and lot of things going on I will say I WILL TAKE FAULT AND ADMIT THAT I AGREE THAT IS WAS OK AND NOT TAKE A GOOD LOOK AT IT names got misspelled tried to fix it looked good when done but after awhile started to not look wright I went to Dena and she did an amazing job at making it look great everyone loves it and I have a group of people coming to her for her wonderful amazing talented work thank girl for looking out for me you will forever have my support and loyalty (left side mess up right side fixed right) “it’s a mother and daughter matching tattoos” we did buy one get one 1/2 off

Negative experience: Drove some hours away had an appointment set paid a deposit for a tattoo and make sure with the artist just for them to double booked. You love you learn but cmon artist aka Aaron! Things happen but at-least refund your customer the full amount

Fantastic experience: Deanna is the dopest tattoo artist in Jacksonville, FL. This surely wasn’t my first tattoo and the experience was phenomenal. We talked the entire session. You would have thought Deanna and I were long times friends catching up after years. Her technique and IQ for tatting is impeccable! She added more detail and filled out my tatt perfectly. The shop vibes were cool and inviting. I HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone looking for a tattoo. By the way… I got a half sleeve.

Negative experience: Aaron is extremely disrespectful and unprofessionall I’ve been tattooed by this artist before and while the work itself was descent the attitude this time around was unacceptable when I asked a simple question about possibly adding to my tattoo he snapped at me accused me of criticizing him before I could even finish and made condescending remarks about my age and gender his tone was aggressive and dismissive and when I tried to set a boundary he continued to escalate I came in respectful and open to collaborating but I won’t tolerate being disrespected or belittled especially when I’m a paying customer The energy in that space was toxic and no amount of “artistry” is worth being treated like that I Hate this hideous tattoo complete waste of money Get therapy Aaron and Do better

Negative experience: Very rude and obnoxious behavior. Very disrespectful towards my mother with stage 4 cancer. We came in and wanted a tattoo and piercing. Once we entered, she immediately had this very uncomfortable look on her face. We greeted her before she greeted us. I believe her name was “Dena”. I told her that my mother is in hospice and wanted her nose pierced so she could fulfill a lifelong dream. She told me that there’s no way her wheelchair could maneuver around, which I understood given it is a very small shop. I seen that it was one floor and bare any steps. My mother and I understood and my mother explained to her that she could walk, but short distance. “Dena” looked so disgusted at my mother and denied service. We cried because life has been rough lately and we couldn’t believe a 5 start shop would treat a 69 yr old woman with terminal cancer in that manner. I am personally disappointed and hurt that as black women, we should love and respect each other. As we walked out the door, I heard her mumbling, but I didn’t care to even know what she said. My mother passed December 2, 2024 and I pierced her nose myself with a kit I bought from Amazon. I pray that she would never treat other person like how she treated my mother. I kept these emotions in for a while and didn’t want to tarnish her name. I just believe justice should be served.

Negative experience: My friends and I got some simple line work tattoos, and we all got the same design. Two of us went to one artist, and the third went to a more experienced one. Turns out, the artist who did mine and my friend's tattoo is still new and in training, and he really messed up our tattoos. They both look pretty bad. I understand why it was so cheap, but it should've been disclosed that we were essentially "practice" for him. If I had known, I would've gone to someone else. Now I’m stuck with this disappointing tattoo for the rest of my life.

Fantastic experience: Disclaimer: first tattoo here. Now that we've established that, this place has set the bar for anywhere else I try! The crew here was great, even with a little shuffle. I needed to get the minor consent form for my 16 year old daughter, and they let me know the process and made sure we were set. My daughter was extremely happy with Dena's work, and I think she's already left her own review. My first tattoo was thoughtfully and expertly done by Aaron. Yeah, maybe I was also an easy client but I'll say I'm happy with the whole process! The only downside is that we have to drive about 4 hours one-way but that's on us because SC is anything but free or progressive.
