Fantastic experience: Reached out via Facebook to see if they'll do a cover up from there i set up an appointment for a consultation. Was tattooed (the following week, today) by this lady and she did a phenomenal job! Walked out with a tattoo i love and something she should be proud of the place was clean, available, people were professional. Very comfortable place for tattoos and piercings.

Negative experience: Joke of a studio. Wants to charge a 100 for a tiny simple non complicated tattoo and doesn’t have great communication.They struggling to speak English couldn’t even understand half of what they were trying to say. Glad I didn’t waste my time here.

Negative experience: The pricing definitely needs to be clearer. Most people aren’t looking to get just one nipple done, so when you reach out to book, the information should automatically include both the single and double pricing options. It would make the process much more straightforward and less confusing.

Fantastic experience: A quick and simple process. I really appreciate being able to go back and get the jewelry put back in the new piercing after I wriggled it out on accident, free of charge. Everyone is kind and accommodating. - Updated the rating because the jewelry came out again and the piercer put it in again for free, as well as made a wise recommendation for a different piece of jewelry that would stay in and allow the hole to heal properly. I was also given a thread/instertion needle *upon request* so that I could put the jewelry in myself if need be. Patient and earnest people. Would recommend!

Negative experience: After a month, the tattoo became like a fantasy, it is not clear, I went to be repaired because it is normal after 3 weeks or a month to return to make frills and repair because the tattoo is peeling for him ... But they refused to repair their work, this is very bad and it is at a price that is not free ... To me they are bad and uncooperative with the customer in fixing their business

Fantastic experience: My son and I only had a few hours in town. We both confirmed appoints. We showed up to a professional team, clean, open and bright facility. Soner worked for an hour on my son’s and he did a great job. Mine took over 4 hours. The seats were comfortable enough to prevent any discount for such a long time. Soner spent a ton of time on detail and shading. We got past the language barrier and I showed lots of photos of what I was hoping for. He matched the colors exactly and surpassed my expectations on the details. Very impressive for such a large work.

Negative experience: I came from the bay to Tampa bay to see my family and wanted something to remember my trip I went in with my sister and asked to have my nose pierced Although the man who pieced me was looking right on the eyes he didn’t look to confident with what he was doing After telling me not to go outside with it still bleeding I was confused how are what to do to care at home and had to google it Either way it’s a month later still not healing and is infected But he was cute

This was my first tattoo and it was a 4 and 1/2 hour session. The studio had a great vibe and calm atmosphere. For my next one I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

Positive experience: I recently got my lip pierced here on July 4th, when i first went i thought that the place was very clean and organized, they werent very busy and even accepted a walk in for my lip piercing. But after the piercing happened i feel like there was no help from any of the staff, they barely gave me any after care tips, they suggested i were to put neosporin on it which i later found out you ARENT even supposed to do because it will block off the airflow on it. They gave me a spray which also had tea tree oil as well which you arent supposed to be applying onto a new piercing at all.. During the piercing itself as well they didnt seem to be helpful, i asked which piercing would they recommend in order to heal properly and they didnt care to inform me of whats better and simply told me to ‘choose’ one. This is a great place i just wish the staff was more informative.

My 2nd tattoo and it was practically painless, compared to the old school one on my back. Probably have the other leg done soon. Great place, great people and great work.

Negative experience: Went in with my friend to help him get his piercing changed. The previous piercer put jewelry in that was not conducive to healing and created a trauma bump on the nose due to discomfort from the shape of the hook. We tried to explain this but the intake person cut us off and started speaking only to the piercer (we could not speak the language). The piercer then turned us away and told us we needed to go to the doctor for a “keloid”. I have gotten 17 piercings myself, have dealt with these trauma bumps before, it was very clearly NOT a keloid; as you cannot scar on a piercing that is NOT healed. All he needed was a new piece of jewelry that fit his nose better. They were unwilling to listen as we told them it just simply needed to be changed, and a doctor obviously would just send us to piercer for a new piece of jewelry…a CLEAR lack of basic piercing knowledge, on the piercer’s part. As someone with 17 piercings from many different shops, I would not recommend this one, as they are blatantly unaware of BASIC piercing knowledge.
