She is so positive and kind and genuinely cares about her clients, which is hard to find nowadays. I’ve got a long list of tattoos lined up and will definitely be going to Des for every one of them. Fantastic experience: Jess is amazing! I didn't get my piercing there but she was a major help. My bar was way too short in my medusa piercing and she made the switch quick and as painless as possible. Since then, my swelling has reduced tremendously and i can manage the healing process. I've learned my lesson and will definitely go to her for future piercings

Fantastic experience: Late review, but I wanted to post because I am so happy I found this shop. I went in October to get both sides of my nostrils re pierced. I had Grace as my piercer and I absolutely loved her! She is the sweetest person and was extremely knowledgeable and proficient in her skill. What I loved most was how gentle she was. I've had nose piercings in the past and they were very painful. However with Grace, with her technique and gentleness, I barely even felt it. Would highly highly recommend her any day! On a different note, I had a crazy thing happen while camping during Thanksgiving. I some how managed to pull out my left nostril piercing!!! I called the shop the next day and spoke with Will and told him what happened. He was soooo helpful and even helped calm me down over the phone cause I was worried I lost my piercing for good. I went in that evening when I got back in town and was right away seen by the piercer Josh. He assessed my nose and was able to put a piece back in. He took his time and explained everything to me. Got something in quick and easy. And I left with something back in my nose. As I was leaving, Will came to check on me and make sure I was taken care of. He was so sweet and even celebrated with me cause my piercing was saved. Even with the busyness of the shop, he made sure I was good. The friendliness of the staff and professionalism is outstanding. I love the ascetic and cleanliness. And for me, the location too. I highly recommend this shop. And hopefully soon I'll be able to get some work done here too.

Fantastic experience: I decided to go to ink817 and wasn’t disappointed! Firstly everyone there is so nice and professional. The owner ! She’s the sweetest and really knows her stuff. The piercer Will !!! By far the best. He did the third ear lobe on both ears, and my rook. About a few days later I wanted him to check it to make sure it was doing okay only because it was sore he cleaned it for me and make sure everything looked okay. He’s very knowledgeable about placement and anatomy. If you want to go somewhere where you feel like family and a friend go to ink817 they’re all great !

Fantastic experience: Stopped by to get a piercing with my friends, I was a little nervous since i’m not from the area and the spot can seem to be in a sketchy area at first but as soon as we walked in we were immediately welcomed and greeted with smiles even though a lot of these artists were busy with other clients. We were taken care of quickly and everyone was so friendly! Paperwork was easy and any instructions were easy to follow plus the piercing was so quick and painless! Fantastic experience: Research for a character in one of my romance novels led me to Ink817. The place was clean and well lit so I was immediately impressed. Had the BEST TIME talking to Dillon, Will, and Rhet about the characters background, what I wanted the tattoo to represent visually and spiritually, and where to look find the right design (their books, Pinterest, etc). They were totally engaged, eager to help me find the right design and patient as I asked questions. Watched Rhet tattoo a woman's leg and was blown away by her skill. Walk-ins were treated with respect and were served promptly. If I ever got a tattoo, I would definitely go there!

Will took the time to check my existing piercings that I thought were closed to see if they actually needed to be pierced. Turns out they didn’t need to be! This is my 3rd piercing by him each time it was smooth. Fantastic experience: Josh is a highly skilled artist and an all around cool dude! He designed a custom cover up piece for me and executed beautifully. Super light touch with the needle and knows what he’s doing with the shading to show depth and movement. My piece was about 6 inches in diameter and it’s a masterpiece. I told him I needed to buy a whole new wardrobe to show it off! If you need to cover up a past mistake, go see Josh!!

Everyone was nice especially the girl at the front with short reddish curly hair today around 1:40-2 pm. The place was clean, nice prices, very informative, and kind. Our piercer, Will, was such a patient and overall kind person. I went in on a Sat night which is always super busy, but he made sure to take his time and make us feel comfortable. He is great, takes his time, makes sure things are perfect, works with you and your pain/tolerance level. Takes breaks as you need them and always checks in on how you are doing while he is working. Fantastic experience: Jess was really awesome. Son got his first piercings in his earlobes. She also answered all our questions and was very clean and relatable!!! Pretty awesome experience for him!

Fantastic experience: Will is amazing! I’ve only have my ear lobes pierced so getting something new was nerve wracking, he made the process so easy and so fun! I had gotten two piercings that night and definitely want to come back for more. He explained how easy the after care is and when I should be able to switch any jewelry. Very knowledgeable with everything, 1000000/10 experience!!!

Fantastic experience: Best experience ever! I went to get a new piercing and switch my spacer back to the original earring and that experience with Will was great! Had to go back a second time to get another piercing a day later!! 10/10 recommend the place, very clean and organized. And 10/10 getting a piercing with Will!!
