Fantastic experience: I went in for a last minute, but meaningful tattoo last night! Spence came out to greet me and talk to me about what I wanted done. This being my eight tattoo I went in knowing what I wanted and about where I wanted it. He and I spoke for a minute and started to get it done! I really appreciate it that he and I were able to connect on a more personal level being that we are both veterans! I was able to better explain why I chose the tattoo that I wanted, and he made me feel more at ease and he could understand the “why”! I will definitely be a returning customer and I will be spreading the word to some of my other brothers and sisters out there!

Fantastic experience: Came here today for nose piercing - service was very friendly and fast! Their pricing is affordable compared to other locations, as well. I unfortunately passed out after the piercing but Barbara handled it like a pro- she fed me rice krispy treats with ice cold water and was super sweet —10/10 will recommend and will return ❤️

Fantastic experience: I got my nosed pierced yesterday by Zakk B. and he did an amazing job. He was very professional and made sure I was very comfortable. It's not my 1st piercing but it's always nerve wrecking going some place new. Thank you Zakk for such a great experience. I can't wait to start on my tattoo. The atmosphere is very inviting. The staff was very friendly and very attentive. Best place I've been to by far. 8 years later and I am still adding more holes. I've been going to New Addiction for 10+ years getting tatts (3 out of 14) and piercings (5 sets & 3 individual out of 17). I thought Zakk was the best but Blain is absolutely amazing. He is very sweet, very professional, and such a great guy to talk to. He is very chill and laid back. I honestly love how chill and laid back he is. Its always nerve wrecking getting new piercings but I've never feel that way getting pierced by Blain. I can't wait to add some more. Thank you Blain for such an amazing experience.

Fantastic experience: Great stop for some ink. My fiance and I have gotten a few pieces here and everytime it was everything we could have wanted. Unlimited conversations about the desired piece, endless tweeks, and reasonable pricing. I mostly appreciate that the artist spoke to me like a human instead of person they were trying to hustle money out of. Had to reschedule due to weather and work and there were zero issues doing that. I had a cover-up and that has its own issues but let me tell you it worked out great. Now, once I got in the chair. This last time I had Josh and he was great. Spent the whole day in the chair and when he knew I couldnt take it dispite my stubbornness to try, he let me stop and we set up a time for me to come back and finish. He let me take breaks when I needed them and not heavy handed at all. Everyone in the shop was friendly and the whole vibe of the shop is VERY CHILL! Listening to them banter with each other didnt make me uncomfortable at all either. I have recommended this shop to everyone. Very relaxed environment. They have separate rooms which I also prefer. I dont want to sit in the same room with 10 people getting something. Waiting room is even nice. Overall, my favorite place I've ever gotten ink. Such a great experience every time. Thank you

Fantastic experience: I had my conch and tragus pierced by Barbz, and she was absolutely AMAZING. She explained the entire process step by step, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely at ease. Everything was quick, clean, and surprisingly painless. My son came with me and also got his tragus pierced, and Barbz was just as patient, reassuring, and professional with him. Her calm energy and confidence made the experience great for both of us. We couldn’t have asked for a better piercer. I highly recommend Barbz!

Fantastic experience: Iv been going to new addiction for years now and have gotten several piercings done by Blaine. He was very patient and knowledgeable about what would work best for me and my lobes. Today I did 1 tragus, 2 conch, and 3 upper lobe spikes.

Fantastic experience: We walked in, filled out concise and clear paperwork, handed over id, looked at some beautiful artwork for less than three minutes, and we're walked to the private room. Dude was super clean, reiterated the paperwork and aftercare instructions, and made sure we understood exactly what he was going to do and when he was going to do it. We literally have zero bad things to say. Zero. ❤️

Fantastic experience: MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR BLAINE. I have gotten my nose pierced over 4 times. My most recent visit. Blaine manage to pierce my nose with 0 pain. And I mean zero. I think it’s safe to say NAT has the best piercing experience in Fayetteville.

Will definitely go back for any future piercing needs :) Note: google doesn’t offer “piercing” as an option for service, so just for reference, my group got a tragus, a conch, a helix, and a forward helix; plus 2 nose rings and a new belly button ring (jewelry only, old piercings, but they helped change them out! which was great because the nose piercings are very high up and hard to change out) Each ear piercing was $60 :)

Fantastic experience: I stopped in on a whim in May to see if they had anyone would could draw as I had an idea but no skills to pull it together. Spence not only was able to draw but took my idea and made it even better. I have been back for another tattoo, this one a cover up, again Spence knocked it out of the park and I have also had a tattoo recolored. Getting my next idea worked on and will be getting it done ASAP. I highly recommend New Addiction. Everyone is nice and I have see some high quality work.

When I called, the person who answered the phone assured me that they would make me feel comfortable and safe. Going into the shop, (outside) an employee spoke. Coming in the door, EVERYONE spoke. ALL of the staff was very polite. Barbara waited until I was 100% sure and comfortable before she did the piercing. And she did an AWESOME, AMAZING job If I decided to do the other side, I would go back to her. Without a second thought. 10 stars out of 5 for sure !!

Fantastic experience: I came here to get my daughter’s ears pierced. The shop is super clean, everyone has great energy, and they made us both feel comfortable and welcome. We were in and out quick, but never felt rushed. They accept walk-ins, which is a huge plus, and the whole place has a professional but chill vibe.
