Negative experience: The first time it was great I only went to go get some teeth jewels the second and third time was horrible Mike does not know how to do tattoos and he does not know how to take constructive criticism he actually got mad at me because I left a true review of his service I believe that establishment needs to be shut down it is very filthy in there and I do not believe he has his tattoo license he does not have knowledge of tattoos nor does he appreciate his customers or their privacy I believe that he needs to get out of his feelings thinking that he is better than anyone because he is not and his work is definitely no good I can't even read a three letter tattoo I have to go get it recovered somewhere else now thanks a lot Ink Therapy for a waste of time and money I should sue you

Negative experience: This facility needs to be shut down the owners are rude they allow other customers to intrude on your tattoo session and Big Mike doesn't know how to do tattoos his lines are crooked and his ink is cheap had to return to get my color redone and they had a nerve to be mad Smh can't even help people

Negative experience: My sister and I came here about 3 weeks ago. I was looking to get my frog eyes tongue piercing back and I needed a piercer who would do it. My sister wanted her belly button pierced. Unfortunately my normal piercing didn’t have the appropriate jewelry for my piercing so I came here. I made sure the piercer could do this piercing and also informed him that I needed surgical steel because my sister and I are both allergic to anything with nickel including sterling silver. The bar he put in my tongue was in fact sterling silver (not surgical steel) also the bar was not long enough to account for the swelling of my tongue. I have had my tongue pierced 4 times now and this was the 2nd time I got the frog eyes piercing. About a week later I knew something was not right because the swelling was VERY bad! My entire tongue bruised (which did not happen when I had previously gotten this piercing) also it really hurt and the reason for that was because again the bar was too small. This has caused many complications including one side of my piercing getting infected. This piercing requires a 14 gauge and 16 mm length curved bar and the bar he put in my mouth was not 16 mm it is shorter!!!! Now onto what happened with my sisters belly button piercing. As I said before my sister and I are both allergic to nickel. When he pierced her belly button the first time it was actually crooked so we had to go back the very next day and get it redone. I am all for giving second chances so we don’t make a big fuss about it. She was pierced a second time and honestly even though she likes the placement I believe the bottom hole is too far back in her belly button. Her piercing has shown signs of an infection coming and I really truly believe this is because of the bar that he put in her belly button. Anyways. Thanks for reading this long review of the terrible experience my sister and I had here.

Negative experience: I am very upset !!!! If I could post this without a star I would !!! I got this tattoo done by Mike a week ago. I have 5 other tattoos done by 2 different shops and I have NEVER had ANY issues during the healing process!!!! This tattoo by far I’ve had the worse time with , it’s no reason it should be painful to bend my arm and absolutely no reason for it to look THIS BAD !!!! I paid $225 for this tattoo as well as a belly piercing. I should’ve walked out when he used a speed stick to put on my stencil !!!

Negative experience: Big Mike pierced my nose and he didn’t use any clamp to make sure the piercing was straight and pierced slanted through the frontal part of my septum. It is very painful and is now rejecting. He also did not sanitize my nose. He pierced my friend and used dirty pliers to bend the jewelry open. All around very vague and no conversation was had before he did anything.

You know that they're terrible because my sister had to get hers redone. She also spent 50$ extra getting another artist to basically redo the tat!! Y'all should be shut down!!

Negative experience: Now that's its healing , the tat is just straight lines no graphics. I see why it's only 15 small on Wednesdays and the tat does not look nothing like the picture I picked out and u can barely see that the tat is there

Negative experience: Lady up front was nice, the piercer didn’t talk at all even when asked questions. He pierced my septum way too low and crooked. Also pierced my gfs nostril crooked and after all these weeks her still hurts and I took mine out the next day. 20 $ piercings should be a big sign. Complete garbage

Negative experience: I was disappointed to find that upon leaving a restaurant, two fliers from this establishment had been inserted into my windshield wipers in a rather forceful manner. One was placed so centrally on my windshield that it was difficult to reach from the side of my truck, while the other actually damaged my wipers, ripping the rubber to come dislodged. This kind of behavior detracts from the sense of community we should be fostering and negatively impacts the not only this companies reputation but also the unrelated establishment by perpetuating property damage. I will be unlikely to return to an area that I have to worry about vandalism.

Negative experience: I initially went in for the female Wednesdays. I spent $15 on a tattoo and I got a piercing. It went well so I decided to go back for more. I even sent quite a few of my friends to get pieces. However, the last time I went in I couldn't make up my mind on what I wanted so I took a bit of time deciding. Finally, I decided to go with Roman numerals. Big Mike did mine. I didn't look at it until I got home because he smeared it with ink and said wash it when you go home. I was so disappointed when I saw it. It looked as if it were done by some who just didnt care how it came out. I may have taken a while to decide what I wanted but I paid my $$ like anyone else. The numerals were all different sizes. One of the vs were higher than the entire line. I took these pictures a week after getting it done. He said they would eventually fade over time. Not 7 days later. his first tattoo brought me back. The last one lost him a customer forever. I will not be sending anyone else his way.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing time at ink therapy. From the time I walked in the atmosphere was great. Customer service welcomed me with a warm greeting and a smile. At first I didn’t know what I exactly wanted but their customer service was very helpful on helping me decided on what I wanted and what area. The artist was very patient and passionate, he did a wonderful job and made me feel comfortable. The art work was wonderful and represented my grandma beautifully. Not only the artist but the customer service lady was very thorough with explaining the aftercare for my tattoo and also gave me an after care kit!! Definitely recommend
