Fantastic experience: So I have been going there for just shy of a year now when it was just mati and I hit it off from the start but now its even better with two great artist and their new apprentice they can bring your ideas and do a great job putting wonderful art on you and the shop is clean and cozy which i dont get at a lot of places i just feel tension

Negative experience: I had messaged the tattoo place over a month ago and made an appointment to get my first tattoo with Liz and schedule another appointment with her to get matching tattoos with my mother and sister. I showed up today to get my first tattoo and i was so excited but when i get there Liz was not there and the owner was the only one in the shop. She called Liz and she tried to blame it on the owner not telling her about my appointment but me and the owner Mati both knew that was not the case and long story short Liz forgot. She was rude, unapologetic, and refused to take responsibility. The owner offered to do my tattoo which i appreciate but felt uncomfortable getting it on such short notice with someone who had no clue what I wanted, especially since it was my first one. I will not be returning to Ink Spot to reschedule and cancelled my other appointment with them. I left extremely sad and disappointed as i have been looking forward to this for months.

The atmosphere is amazing , the shop is incredibly clean and everyone is super nice and very very helpful. they’re able to get you in the same day for your tattoo if you don’t want to wait. Prices are also WAY more reasonable. Another thing I would like to mention is they have numbing cream, so if it’s your first tattoo I would definitely suggest asking for it ! Fantastic experience: Went to Inkspot after being told by another tattoo place that my tattoo font was too small to be legible (which it very clearly was not). Walked in and was immediately greeted and offered water and chips. Mati was my artist and she did a phenomenal job at helping me adjust the design I wanted and create it. She has been so great working with me on designs , sizing and placement on all of them - even giving me suggestions for what would look best. The vibes were immaculate, studio clean, the tattoo was perfect. But I really want to mention Matison’s ability to hold space for clients who are grieving. She’s a literal angel. At the other shops nobody took the time to get to know me or my reasons, much less offer to design something. When I met with the owner at Inkspot, he confidently booked me Mati. Craig said simply this: "she's very good". And she IS!!! Did the design and the work looks amazing. I've already got her working up art for the next one. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Was looking to get a memorial tattoo due to the loss of my sister. I found this shop quite by accident we were having dinner in restaurant and noticed a memorial tattoo on the waitress’s forearm asked where she had it done and here I am. It is a laid back very friendly no attitude shop. Maddy was the artist and she immediately made me feel welcome and instilled confidence in her ability. Can’t express the absence of attitude that I have experienced in other shops. Maddy saw what I wanted and made a few suggestions which I followed and I ended up with I feel is a wonderful expression of her talent. This shop is a little bit hidden away but worth seeking out according to Maddy they welcome and thrive on walk ins so don’t hesitate to stop in and check it out you won’t regret it.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to let you know about our experience at Inkspot Tattoo. First, however, an acquaintance recommended we try another tattoo shop. We did check out that website and their artwork was beautiful, but we had to jump through so many hoops just to get an appointment. I did not feel right about that shop. So we got online and found the "Inkspot Tattoo". Boy...I'm so glad we found this place! We are an older couple, not familiar with the in's and out's of getting a tattoo. I called and Mattie answered. What a great person! She helped us out, was attentive to what our concern might be, and the designs we wanted, and told us what to expect when we came in for our appointment. The store was clean and I could tell they took care to keep everything clean. The staff was friendly, inclusive and non-judgmental. If we happen to need a touch-up on our tattoo we can come in and have this done for no extra charge. Mattie was calm and made us feel calm about our experience. Thank you so much. Call them, they will work with you and your experience will be great!

Fantastic experience: I worked with Mati on a touch up for a tattoo that I had done at another shop who would no longer assist me. She was very collaborative and got me in very promptly and fixed up my existing tattoo to my liking and was very pleasant to work with and speak to. I followed up with a couple of questions later in the week and she responded promptly with answers. I would highly recommend this shop.
