Fantastic experience: I took my daughter (5) to get her ears pierced. We had an appointment with Jasmine, and I cannot recommend her enough! She was fantastic with my daughter. She explained every little detail of what she was doing so my daughter understood everything that was happening. She made sure my daughter was 100% willing and wanting to get her ears pierced, which meant so much to me and my kid. My daughter is already talking about going back for more! Fantastic experience: I started my tattoo journey here last September and have been Maggie's client since. The shop always has amazing vibes, everyone is super friendly, eager to answer even my dumbest questions and Maggie's made every experience absolutely incredible. Treat her right and she will return it 100x over, her prices are amazing and her work is priceless! You can tell she takes pride in what she does and makes her clients feel like family, I genuinely cannot recommend this shop, or her enough!

Negative experience: Terrible experience. I’m not sure if it was Crystal or Dixie (they’re sisters), but the attitude was rude and dismissive from the start. The appointment felt rushed and unprofessional, and there was no mention of downsizing the jewelry, which is basic piercing knowledge. Shortly after, the piercing rejected and left a scar. If this is how whichever sister did it represents the shop, that’s unacceptable. I expected professionalism and care, and got neither. I won’t be back. Dixie, Thank you for confirming the tone I experienced during my visit. For clarity: I left an honest review based on how I was treated. Not recognizing which sister I interacted with isn't a "red flag" - it simply reflects that the interaction was not welcoming or memorable in a positive way. Instead of addressing the concerns mentioned, you chose to attack my account history and question my credibility. That response speaks louder than my original review ever could. I stand by what I said. I hope future clients are treated with more professionalism.

Fantastic experience: I brought my daughter here last Monday around 2 pm after the massive ice storm in middle TN to have her navel pierced for her upcoming birthday. The line was somewhat longer than I expected (that’s not a complaint), and I quickly saw why. When I tell you that Jasmine is the best piercer, that’s not an understatement! I think there were 4 people ahead of us once I had us completely signed in with the waivers, and then there were many crowding that little waiting area to be seen after us. Jasmine took her time VERY meticulously making sure she had her placement for the piercing absolutely perfect and straight! And I mean it. She’s an absolute perfectionist! While doing so she made sure to not only make my daughter feel as comfortable as possible, but relate to her. She didn’t rush her at all, and she carefully went over every single detail with us both. (I also brought my daughter’s bestie who had her navel pierced a few days prior at another parlor, and she gave her advice as well.) She made it easy, and believe it or not, as painless as possible and my girl’s piercing is so beautiful and perfectly straight!! We came way across town to this particular location because they not only had great reviews and a lot of them, but gold options for navels, and I’m SO glad we did! If we ever want another piercing, it has to be from Jasmine! Forgive me if I’ve misspelled her name, I left her card in the car and it’s late and I’m in bed, but it’s late Friday and the more I look at her beautiful new jewelry, I just knew I had to leave a review. I’m not posting a picture because my daughter is a minor, but if you are an on the fence momma and your daughter is wanting this piercing, please just trust me and go see Jasmine! She WILL get it right and get it PERFECT! And I’m saying this as a mom that had mine done at 18 and it was just very slightly crooked, but even a tiny bit you can tell, and I didn’t keep it for long because of that. My girl’s is perfectly straight, perfectly spaced. I’m still just so impressed and so glad we came here!

Positive experience: about a year ago i got my belly pierced here staff was really nice everything was going great i left happy with no problems. my piercing started to grow a bump and i assumed it was a keloid so i kept taking care of it and it never healed. i came to the conclusion is wasn’t a keloid because the bump got bigger and every now and then it would pop and puss would come out and it would become a pocket and refill with puss and repeat that process i went to another piercer and they told me whoever pierced me before didn’t check what anatomy I had and gave me the wrong piercing.

Fantastic experience: queen has been where i’ve gotten all of my tattoos, it is so dear to my nashvillian heart. maggie has been the artist i’ve gone to for tattoos for the last 7 months and i could not ask for a better artist! she’s very communicative, patient and has a beautiful hand that makes the inevitable pain of the tattoo worth it every time. queen is home to beautiful artists who will treat you with kindness and care every step of the way and i recommend this establishment to every single friend who’s looking for a great tattoo!

Fantastic experience: Went in to get both hands done and can not be any happier with the results. I was taken care of by both the receptionist staff and my artist, Maggie. She did a good job keeping me comfortable and treating me like family. Would highly recommend anyone come here and have already taken my mom and finance to get work done here as well.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to QOH for a year now (and have meant to do this but kept spacing— sorry guys). I was hunting for an artist for a good while before finding Katie while I was scrolling in Instagram randomly. I set up a consultation and it went well. She has probably tattooed me at a minimum of 40+ hours in the last year. I highly recommend her and her work if you’re looking for fine line and B&W. However, I’ve also had some work done by Aaron who knocked it out the park too! This shop is filled with great artists and people— they’re always friendly, funny, and entertaining. My favorite place I’ve ever been tattooed at.

Fantastic experience: When researching where to go for a piercing, I read the history of Queen of Hearts and was intrigued. The website clearly defines identification requirements. When I called to make sure I would not need any additional documentation, the person on the phone was kind and thorough. We drove almost two hours from our residence to the shop and impressed is an understatement! The shop was super clean, the staff incredibly friendly, and Dixie was incredible!

Fantastic experience: Got ear piercings.everything explained upfront.that includes procedure cost, waivers etc.wait was not long at all.we were in and out.jewelry was shown and advised which ones would be perfect for my sensitive ears and I was allowed to mismatch . After taken to room they judged my ears and marked them for location. And with my weird shaped ears they did phenomenal .Piercings were over in no time, barely felt.the ladies that took care of procedure and at front desk were the best ,professional and friendly. recommend for all your piercing needs.And know hygienic as well pdf to care for your piercings.

Fantastic experience: Can’t say enough great things about my experience with Queen of Hearts. I had an emergency medical situation which necessitated the removal of a very old surface piercing anchor on extremely short notice, and they accommodated me without hesitation. I believe Jasmine was my piercer and she was extremely kind and very generous with her time and managed to tackle a very difficult and time-consuming job with the odds stacked against her. Total lifesaver, and I will be back any time I need services in the future.

Fantastic experience: Popped in today to get re-pierced. Been a while since I wore anything and needed it done again. Walked in, after a short wait Jasmine took me in and did an excellent job of getting some metal back in me. Love Queen of Hearts because the people are down to earth and treat ya like a friend. Fantastic experience: I just got a new hairstyle for my birthday. My husband and I wanted for me to get my ears pierced again, after so many years. We had nowhere that we knew of... until we read Dixie's "clapback" for a person on a review. Man, did we start to giggle! I come from a family of redheads, so I knew what was going on. They will give you the utmost of professionalism, up to a point. Boom We got there and, I must write, Dixie was as professional and caring as anyone we could have met. We explained our situation and how I had not worn an earring for decades. Dixie was Incredible! They inspected where my piercings would go and then asked us to verify if they were correct... such professionalism! The piercings, themselves, were less painful than a butterfly on a large vein! I barely felt it to the point that Dixie had to tell me they were done. I am in LOVE with my piercings, the store, and every single person with whom we made contact. They made the experience fun. The entire staff was so kind, caring, and fun that I am now thinking of getting a tattoo. Margaret, you will be seeing me and, real soon. Fantastic experience: Dixie (owner) has been my primary piercer for almost three consecutive years now, and I absolutely adore her, and QOH! I’ve had multiple piercings from multiple different staff members, and every time I feel so cared for and well taken care of. They kindly allow me to ask any and all questions, and they’re thorough and accommodating with any preferences or aftercare concerns. I had some pretty rough previous experiences with other piercing shops and I’m so grateful to know have a place I can call home and depend on. Love these guys!

Fantastic experience: I’ve gotten 16 piercings at this shop within the last 4 years including my bellybutton, helix, flat, contra-conch, four lobes, tragus, rook, nostrils, etc. I love the friendly staff and both piercers, Jasmine and Dixie. Fantastic experience: I got my snake bites 2 weeks ago done by Dixie and just had the bars shortened yesterday. Everything went great and the pain was manageable when I first got them along with the changeout. I definitely recommend them! Everything was very organized and they clean after every customer. The staff is very friendly and helpful, always have a smile for you. Dixie was amazing and explained everything thoroughly without any issues! If I ever do want another piercing, Queen of Hearts is definitely the place to get it

Fantastic experience: They are so sweet and Dixie helped the young man in there with my dahlia piercings and I had another tattoo artist do my joker card tattoo a few days ago I apologize as I forgot the guys name! :( he’s an amazing artist though! Fantastic experience: First tattoo ever and since I was visiting the area I decided to look up the otallyfriendliest looking places to get one tatted! I came in extremely nervous, not being the greatest with pain tolerance and it was great! Of course it still hurt, but my tattoo artist, Aaron, was very clean with it and made sure I was okay! Totally think about coming here if you're a newbie!

Negative experience: Assumed I was pregnant “maam, are are you expecting?”. I told them in the lobby in front of three other people, “nope, im just a mom and that’s how my belly looks.” I got over it and let it go all pierce me anyway after the public humiliation. I was in for a lobe piercing, and she accidentally pierced my Cartlidge instead. Needless to say, I had to take the piercing out because I’m a new mom and not into that kind of pain & healing while I sleep. Wouldn’t go back here ever

Fantastic experience: My friend and I were walk-in’s today for an eyebrow & bellybutton piercing & Dixie was an absolute dream. We were both very nervous but she was incredibly sweet, patient, and professional. She was SUPER quick too which was amazing. I would highly recommend coming here for a piercing!

Fantastic experience: Kaitie did an absolutely amazing job on my first tattoo! She brought my vision to life and I could not be more happy. I highly recommend her, especially for dainty tattoos with color! The Queen of Hearts was also very clean, which was reassuring to walk into.

Negative experience: Giving 2 stars because of the quality of the jewelry but this experience and process has ruined this shop for us. We come here for all of our nose ring jewelry because they are the only shop in nashville we have found that offers threaded and threadless jewelry which we find more secure than your typical nose ring jewelry. When my fiancé went in to ask for the smallest size posts and new toppers, the gentleman there gave him standard size. He returned to the shop and told the piercers that he wanted the smallest size, not standard size and was charged for their mistake. They did meet in the middle and said they would only charge for one however I didn't not feel we should have to pay for their mistake and originally requested that they only refund the $15 as it was their fault for giving us what they thought would fit best instead of actually giving him the smallest size they offer even if they thought we were wrong is our request, which we weren't because we have the small posts in our nose as I type this. All in all the situation escalated from Dixie to the owner and I was given several reasons why they picked standard instead of giving us a smaller post. The final reason the owner gave us, mind you the owner has never met or seen us in person, was they gave us a standard size because typically "African Americans" use standard size. Not only did we find this racist but also wildly inaccurate because we are of darker complexion however we are not african american. Also to assume a piercing size based on race is crazy and wildly inaccurate. The conversation ended with them offering a full refund, which felt like she did because she thinks it's about money, probably because she also thinks we are black. We wanted $15 and understanding. She also only disputed us being regular customers because he's only used that specific card there a few times when we have literally 10 bank accounts across 3 banks and use a host of payment methods when purchasing from their establishment. The owner mentioned changing their policy, as they should, but I think mindset and common sense along with customer service and accountability could use a tune up or revamp as well. From a shop that I would recommend to anyone to becoming a shop I don't even feel comfortable working with is disappointing. Do business at your own risk.

Fantastic experience: Super great experiences here. My daughter has had 2 piercings here. Nose and bellybutton. We had a question about the healing process for her belly button and we stopped into the shop right as they opened. Very great service!!! The piercing artist was amazing and reassuring! I only wish I could book an appointment here with a debit card, my only complaint of the whole establishment. Everything else is great! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: This was not the first piercing I got done her and probably won't be the last! This time, my pierce was Jasmine and she was genuinely amazing. I felt so comfortable. I've never wanted to get a bunch of holes punched in me more than when she was my piercer. Both experiences were great but I'd drive extra hours if it meant she'd be my piercer. She was amazing with placement and very informative. She was also very chatty, which I loved. She made it feel more like a fun, friendly hangout than a transaction. She was fantastic!!! Hopefully, will see her again :)

Fantastic experience: I’m not from here and spontaneously wanted to get my nose pierced. I found them on instagram and loved the work, ironically the one who was available was also Jasmine!! I was like welp, there’s the sign. She was wonderful and very sweet. she was quick, minimal to no pain, slight pinch which is expected but my eye didn’t even water and it was done before I knew it! Coming back next month for more! Amazing service!!!!!! Also Ryan had top tier service, and made sure I was very welcome!

Negative experience: Close to 400 $ last week with cait and Jas on 2 tattoo s 5 day later outline fading then lines on both tatoocait I have 15 tattoo already and this should not happen 5 days later aftercare has been done correctly. The nose ring purchased for 50 waz purple platinum 2 day later ball came off I had one in already for 1year never came off was replaced by cheaper value rosecolor Friday. Spent 200 to cait plus 20 tip plus 10 aftercare bag over 135 with Jas including tip their nice people but this is right this is not a honest response by staff no threats or harassment was made to anystaff I reported the ball soon as it came off not 2 days later and when me and can it discuss 200 price I was pleasant never discussion of 100 of original price of I came back at 6 I was never rude to any staff until you post lies on your reponse I have all recording on my phone of all our discussion

Fantastic experience: Got a small back tattoo and I’m in LOVE!!!!! Great and welcoming environment from all artists/staff. Super clean and fairly quiet. I would 110% recommend checking out the team here! They make you feel supported and hype you up, excited to go back!!!

Positive experience: We stopped here while on vacation in Nashville for a piercing and tattoo. We did a walk-in for both and had an okay experience. Piercing was done by Dixie who is an ABSOLUTE ROCKSTAR!!!!!! 20/10 would recommend her to anyone who is looking to get a piercing done. She is calm, kind and extremely knowledgeable. She makes you feel incredibly comfortable throughout the whole process but lets you come to the decision yourself of what you want to get. Is not pushy, but will be the backbone you need if you're feeling nervous (and who isn't when getting a piercing?!). The tattoo was an equally good experience with tattoo artist Aaron. He spent time drawing up a design and did multiple check-ins with us to ensure it was exactly what we were wanting (considering it's permanent). We really appreciated the time and care that went into the preparation. We were hoping to get another tattoo, however, the artist we were working with was less than pleasant to deal with (didn't entirely catch her name, but I think Katie?). Upon arriving at the shop, she was sitting at the front desk and was basically annoyed with us coming as a walk-in to get some work done. Vibes were off immediately. There seemed to be some tension in the shop between artists, so maybe that could have been the reason?? While this second artist did take the time to draw up a tattoo, she did not look at anything for an idea of what we wanted and did not come to check in with ideas or what she had so far. When she came in with her drawing just ready to go - we said that it was not what we wanted and offered to show the specific flowers that we wanted for her to have a better reference. She rolled her eyes and completely dismissed this and said she would not have the time to do it, so we said never mind. As said before, these are permanent, so I believe that check-ins with the client during the creative process are essential to ensure that we are all on the same page. That is the only reason for 4 stars rather than 5. Definitely room for improvement when it comes to client interaction and this specific artist. Other than that, a clean shop and overall good experience.

Fantastic experience: Jasmine just pierced mine amd my daughter's ears today (26 March 2025) She was amazing! She took her time talking us through everything at the consultation and again at the piercing a few days later. She was friendly and calm which helped my daughter calm. To quote my daughter; "This was so fun, I don't want to leave. It didn't even hurt!"

Fantastic experience: Came to QOH during a bachelorette trip and was so pleased with our service! 8 of us came in for tattoos and piercings and they were so attentive with what we all wanted and were so kind! For those that got piercings, we were able to purchase travel kits for aftercare that are amazing. I will recommend them to any of my friends and family traveling to Nashville and can see myself coming back!

Fantastic experience: I had my daughters ears pierced one is 11 and one is 12. They never screamed. It was great experience for them. The piecer Jasmine was very nice and great with my kids.

Negative experience: The only reason that I'm giving it a 2 is because of the good work they have done in the past. The piercer that I saw a couple of weeks ago did not think to use an at all normal gauge and their jewelry has gone down in quality. I only hope that they still have the tattoo artists from a few years ago. I've had many piercing in the past and these are taking far too long to heal properly. I blame porous jewelry and inexperience with heavily scarred tissue.

Fantastic experience: Jas was amazing! Stopped in last night on a whim to get re-pierced from a piercing 15 years ago. She was meticulous in placement and symmetry. She was super cool and made the experience super comfortable! I'm a Nashville native and know they've been in business for a LONG time. Super convenient location for tourist. Shop was very clean! Fantastic experience: They've done piercings on my two daughters and my wife. Super informative, skilled, and helpful. When my daughter lost the ball to her piercing, they saw us immediately and re placed the piercing/ball. No weird attitudes!

Fantastic experience: So let me preface this I was in the Army for 20 years and never was able to do anything to my ears so I got a wild hair up my butt and decided to go get my ears pierced engaged. You want to talk about a friendly staff I sent more time talking to the front hostess than I did anybody else he was a super cool guy My piercer I wish I could remember her name was absolutely amazing and would recommend her to pierce anything ever she was cool she was calm she was collective she didn't make it an awkward situation It was fun and would recommend to go back I just need to schedule time for some tattoos

Fantastic experience: I don't really know what I was expecting; I came in with like a mix of anxiety and like some anxiety over the whole process. Look I am naturally anxious. This was so quick and nice. The lady who pierced my ear was calm and friendly which really eased my anxiety. The piercing itself was done expertly and I was basically in and out which was really nice. I'll definitely be back for another piercing at some point.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended here by my friend. I've gotten an awesome tattoo by Cait, and today I came to get some piercings with Dixie. Everyone here is super nice, and made me feel comfortable. I was a little nervous, but Dixie talked me through the process. I appreciate the clear communication because I'm hard of hearing. She is super sweet. I actually came back a couple of hours later to get one more piercing! Would definitely recommend Queen of Hearts!

Negative experience: I first went here last year and had a great experience, which is why I decided to go again the other day. Unfortunately, my experience this time was awful. The lady (red head w/ lots of freckles and tattoos) who took care of me was incredibly rude and disrespectful during my visit. I needed a new jewelry for my rook piercing and as I was asking her questions (regarding costs/what I’m looking for), her responses were short and rude. It seemed like all she cared about was to get me in and out as fast as possible and get her money. I had to go in the following day since my ear swelled to the point I was having severe inner ear pain and the same lady just gas lit me. Telling me my ears are “supposed” to swell that much because of the jewelry I purchased from them (my last jewelry I purchased from them, had NO complications and the lady I was with previously was amazing). As I reflected, I recalled her not cleaning the jewelry well. She maybe sprayed it with a cleanser. I also wasn’t aware that they charge for removal of jewelry (since I’ve been told they’d be gladly to help exchange/take out piercings w/out mentioning there’s a charge). On top of that, I am an amputee and only have one hand which requires me to go to a shop to have my permanent piercings changed/removed. Not that I was looking/hoping for empathy or discount on service, but this lady (red head w/ lots of freckles and tattoos) was blatantly ruthless about my question regarding why they charge for the service of removing a piece of jewelry in which is theirs and had caused severe swelling and pain in my ear for someone who’s got ONE hand. Her response was, “well we charge EVERYONE” with the nastiest facial expression. Long story short, I had never felt so disrespected and embarrassed during any service I’ve ever had. Sad to say, what I thought was my “go to” shop is no longer an option. To this lady, I hope you don’t ever treat your customers like you did to me. I stayed as calm and collected during our whole interaction and it took every bit of me to not blow up on her.

Fantastic experience: I had a lovely experience at Queen of Hearts! I went in for a simple piercing, and I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in the door. Everyone I interacted with was extremely kind! The studio is spotless! My appointment took less than 5 minutes and began right on time. Dixie was fabulous! I’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: Did a quick Google search for a tattoo/piercing shop while we're here on a quick trip and found this place. Due to getting delayed by a train, we arrived to the shop about 10-15 minutes before closing. All the ladies were really nice and accommodating. Dixie was sooooo sweet and pierced my navel even though they were about to close. The area was clean, she was quick, and it didn't hurt at all. Good price and nice staff. I would definitely recommend this shop to my friends.

Fantastic experience: My experience here was fantastic! The staff were very friendly and relaxed and the music choice was great. I asked for a curation for my ear and they immediately recommended Amber to help me. She was incredibly professional and helped me pick out jewelry. The piercings themselves were very comfortable since no clamps were used. It was very quick and they look fantastic. Can't wait to come back!

Negative experience: Redone my tattoo is, I ask the tattoo artist to add some things to my tattoo, he said that he was to tired, I’d rather not had it done that day then to paid so much to get a tattoo traced over the same way..I felt rushed. After that we left went down the road to the other tattoo shop and the lady’s there were awesome better experience, better setup, better prices, very welcoming and energized tattoo artist to do our additions to our tattoos..A tattoo is forever, not temporary some tattoo’s hold memories and personal expressions..It not about price, getting a tattoo is an experience..My experience was not great the trace work was good…and they need better tattoo aftercare then a black patch with masking tape and sending you out the door. “Talking about, have a good day!”

Fantastic experience: I love coming here for my piercings! Dixie is the best! She is able to look at my ears and decide what can be added to enhance everything and create something beautiful! Fantastic experience: Update May 2024 - after the positive piercing experience I had a while back I knew this was the shop to go to and get my two fine line tats done. CAIT WAS THE GREATEST EVER!! She totally understood the look I wanted and before I even knew it, I was looking in the mirror admiring my new merry go round and Ferris wheel. I thought Cait was an angel with a steady hand, light touch and amazing art skills! Can’t wait to go back! Walked in right when they opened at Noon on a Monday and Joe was able to take me right back to do my nose. I had it done years ago, however after not wearing it so long it finally closed. Joe was super professional and did everything quickly. $60 included my basic stud jewelry. Don’t forget to tip your provider - they deserve it!

Fantastic experience: Dixie is such a great piercer! I've received 2 piercings from her on 2 different occasions (my nose and then my septum) and both times were great experiences. She has also helped me change out my nose ring once it healed as I had some difficulty doing so myself. Her skill as a piercer helps make the process as easy as possible which i appreciate as i am often an anxious client, lol. Her work space is clean, organized and all the instruments came from sanitized packages. Could not recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: My friends and I visited the establishment for an array of piercings. I have personally been a patron of this establishment for several of my piercings and tattoos in the past. All five of us were treated exceptionally well. The staff was delightful, and the environment was clean. It is always a positive experience. The entire staff, both piercing and tattoo artists, is remarkable. However, I would like to particularly acknowledge Dixie for her exceptional piercing skills and hospitality. I would not entrust anyone else with my piercing or tattoo needs other than this establishment.

Fantastic experience: Amber was absolutely wonderful. She was efficient (there were four of us) kind, patient and very thorough with the aftercare. I got a second nose piercing and new jewelry, my friends got their tragus and conch done. The studio was extremely clean and all the girls are the desk were extremely kind. Here for vacation and would definitely come back again!

After a previous negative experience at a different shop (ICON), I was hesitant to get my navel pierced. Amber completely alleviated my concerns. Her welcoming demeanor and professionalism immediately put me at ease. Throughout the piercing process, she ensured I felt comfortable and informed. It's clear Amber is highly skilled in her craft, as my piercing is healing exceptionally well. Based on my positive experience, I would highly recommend Amber's piercing services to anyone!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Have had such great experiences here! Made an appt to get my conch and second helix pierced. Dixie did both in one sitting, very professional and efficient, and gave great aftercare advice so I had no issues healing! I paid $200 for the 2 piercings & 3 pieces of diamond jewelry w/ tip. A few days ago, I replaced the 2 helix posts with shorter ones ($20 and $20) and bought a new fancy conch ring ($50). The staff are kind and knowledgeable, spot is clean and sterile, and they’re well priced for great work!
