Fantastic experience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing experience at Enchanted Dragon Tattoo in Tucson! Grimm was our artist and he went above and beyond. He not only tattooed me but also my daughter, and the entire experience was truly next level. Grimm was extremely professional, creative, friendly, and supportive throughout the whole process. He took the time to listen to our ideas, helped refine the designs, and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. His attention to detail and artistic talent really show in the final work. One thing I really appreciated is how skilled he is at working with dark skin tones. It’s great to find an artist who truly understands how to make designs stand out and look amazing on darker skin. That level of knowledge and care makes a huge difference. Both of our tattoos came out even better than we imagined. If you're looking for an artist who genuinely cares about his clients and takes pride in his craft, I highly recommend Grimm at Enchanted Dragon Tattoo.

Fantastic experience: Me and my friend went in to have our belly piercing redone and we were treated amazing when we walked in and the piercer was amazing with conversation with us and laughing a great time! Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful man named Nick Diesel help me with two tattoos today! I got one on my ankle and one on the right side of my ribs. He did everything he could to make sure I felt comfortable, he did a fantastic job!! I’ll definitely go back and get some more when I have the money againI also got piercings a few years back from there and they did a great job with that too, they’re a fantastic place to go! My mom also got one on her arm and it out came amazing!! And the guy who helped her, his name is Chris! My two tattoos cost $300, not including tip and my mom’s costs $300 without tip. I had tattoos on both forearms, I got one 8 years ago that has two roses and a skull hand holding it, the other was done 9 years ago, that one is a sunflower with a skull hand holding it. By 2026, they were so faded, it looked like they weren’t even there. I had Nick Diesel touch them up with color, added a butterfly to the sunflower and a hummingbird added to the rose. I absolutely love them to death, they’re so beautiful, I’m very grateful he was able to do them for me! I can’t wait to get more done and get another nose piercing as well! Both flowers costs $100, but got a very nice tip for his hard work and using his supplies. Always tip your artist well! They appreciate it

Negative experience: It's really crazy to me how you want a large tattoo.So you try to schedule a consultation that you're willing to spend thousands of dollars to get. Get told an artist will work with you then get ignored.

Negative experience: Place wouldn't pierce my granddaughter young. Said we needed all kinds of papers to prove and I live over a 2 hour drive away

Fantastic experience: We drive for at least an hour to go see Hector for all of our piercing needs. He has done multiple piercings on my daughter. He is very gentle and kind. He explains exactly every step he’s gonna do and he will also tell you when he’s going to do it so you know what is happening and you know what to expect. We will never go to another piercer as long as Hector is doing piercing. Hector the piercer.

Fantastic experience: My Ashley was amazing it was so fast and perfectly centered! 10/10 I would totally recommend going here.!

Negative experience: I used to think that Hector was great!! Till I realized that he pierced my cartilage with a butterfly back earring that was so small that no earring I have will fit into it. I now have to stretch my cartilage piercing just to get a regular sized earring in there. On top of that he pierced my friends belly button and had her stand up to do it instead of laying down. Dangerous don’t you think? Good thing she didn’t pass out. I went to another piercing location in town and shared my experience and was told they have had to fix several peoples piercings that were done by him. I would probably just avoid getting pierced by him.

Positive experience: Kind of bummed out. Was looking to get my 8 yo ears pierced professionally. I heard really awesome things about Hector from multiple people and wanted to do them here with him, but they told us that we would need her birth certificate and a photo ID. She doesn’t have a photo ID. I asked the people who recommended them and they said all they needed was just a birth certificate. I understand they are just doing what they need to do to ensure that the person is who they say they are but still a little disappointed. Did the policies change recently?

Fantastic experience: Abstract was very great and genuine and explained well with the tongue pierced, he's great with his experience, I recommend him for your piercing rep. he's gentle and explains well with the piercings before and after care!!

I went to the shop Sunday just to install a new piece of nose jewlery, Abstract was there to help me! He was extremely kind,friendly, professional, everything you need in a piercer. I saw him dealing with other people, he was still kind and knowledgeable. But honestly the thing I appreciated the most was they didn't try to take advantage of me! I seriously didn't have much $$ to give this weekend, so when he did what I needed and even gave me good jewlery still, I was/am very happy! I came in three separate times the first time was for my septum the second time was for my nostril and the third time was for my industrial and each time they came out absolutely amazing and they were quick and easy best experience I've ever had they made sure to do the piercings the right way so my glasses wouldn't it hit them absolutely perfect every piercer I had was so sweet and so patient can't wait to go back to get my tattoo! He pierced my daughter’s ears, helped change out jewelry and re-pierced my septum and every single moment was handled with such care, patience and kindness. As a mom trusting someone with your child can be nerve-wracking. I was anxious about having my septum re-pierced but Abstract’s calm voice and steady presence immediately made me feel safe. He took his time, explained everything and never made us feel rushed even as walk-ins. The way he treated my daughter was what stood out the most: respectful, gentle and reassuring. That kind of professionalism and heart is rare. You can tell he truly cares about the people he’s working with, not just the piercing. This was the best customer service I have ever experienced in a tattoo/piercing shop. If you’re looking for someone you can fully trust, Abstract is exceptional.

Fantastic experience: I've come to this shop two seperate times, first time for a nostril and lip piercing and the second for nipple piercings. They're so amazing, the piercers are very friendly and insanely experienced. Every interaction has been positive, everyone in the shop as well is very friendly and welcoming. I love going in so much. I had passed out and the experience was still 10/10 amazing immaculate. They were so lovely, gave me candy and water and we joked around until I was safe to leave. Their pricing for services and jewelery is great as well. I really can't say enough positives about the shop and talented piercers.

Fantastic experience: Showed up as a walk in abt 30 minutes before closing for a nose piercing, Abstract, the piercer that night, was very chill and super nice despite being in the middle of cleaning up to go home, explained after care and everything he was using very clearly. Loved the placement and the way it came out! John was also super cool and chatted with us during the short wait. Definitely will be back for any other piercings or tattoos.

Negative experience: Front desk receptionist was nice, the piercer was rude and was not kind about calming me down when afraid of the pain. Good price, uncomfortable experience with the piercer.

Negative experience: Tattoo artists are amazing. (5 stars to them!) This is for hector and the 2 other girls that were his helpers. Hector couldn’t take criticism after I said my piercing was crooked. He got very defensive and try to make it seem like he was perfect. After getting everyone else’s opinions they all agreed it was crooked. Very unprofessional, couldn’t get out of his chair, didn’t tell me how to clean my piercing, didn’t show me the dots before piercing. Everything about it was just a bad time. To the 2 female helpers, you don’t gotta lie to kick it. Thank you to abstract for removing it the same day and also agreeing.

Negative experience: Do not get piercings here! I got my helix pierced over the weekend by a girl named Julz. She showed me options on what I could pick from and I chose the earring I wanted not knowing that the back of the earring would be a stand earring with a butterfly backing and not a flat back. After she pierces me I go home and notice that the backing is a standard earring meaning she pierced me with a 20 gauge needle and not the standard 18 or 16 gauge that you would typically get for a helix. I called the shop back and explained to them they said that there was nothing they could do to change it as they didn't have flat backs in a 20 gauge. I called multiple other piercing places to get a second opinion and they all said that Enchanted Dragon was wrong for using that gauge and allowing that type of jewelry to be put in as it causes easy infections and makes it harder for the piercing to heal.

Negative experience: Never been more gaslit in my life. I’ve had the same jewelry for 12 years and the fool behind the counter spoke down to me saying I was wrong and had no idea what I was talking about. All I wanted was to replace a ball bearing and they gave me one that didn’t fit. This dump was cool when they sold me jewelry underage in middle school but not for professional work. I will never return here

Fantastic experience: Got both sides of my nose pierced for 60 and got my girls tounge done for 40. Super professional sometimes to professional for my liking especially when you have had piercings and tattoos before. It was nice though to see the professionalism.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had been asking to get her ears pierced for a while now, we finally had some time and stopped by recently. Beyond amazed at the professionalism and care we received from Abstract. I wanted someone who was confident and experienced in their craft to do my daughter's ear lobe piercings and I feel that is exactly what we found. Negative experience: I’ve been coming to this tattoo shop for a minute never had a bad experience ever until I decide to come into the tattoo shop . I was ready to make a purchase and , picked out two piercings I wanted to purchase the “MANAGER “ has a very bad , nasty attitude . He wouldn’t even get out the chair I told him I was ready to make a purchase and everything . I was a customer that always use to come in but I won’t be coming here ever again . @ the manager please learn to treat people with respect instead of being lazy in a chair . When people are ready to purchase you should of been able to just got up and handled it. Fantastic experience: After a year of tattoos, I figured I’d finally write a review. I visited Enchanted Dragon on a whim with a friend who wanted a piercing. I had a question about cover ups while visiting and got introduced to David. When I say this man can tattoo, I mean he can TATTOO! David has done both my arm sleeve and partial leg completely on his own. I bet you’re wondering what’s kept me coming back - quality. When I walk into the shop, I’ve always felt welcome. The shop is clean, and the employees are all wonderful. I highly recommend David for all things realism and horror. I trust him with anything. You’ll get a dose of super nice Kyle too! If you’re looking for a quality shop where you know you’ll be cared for, Enchanted Dragon is it.

Fantastic experience: i got my tongue pierced by Glen. although i cannot say that the process was smooth, but i believe Glen handled the process extremely well. what happened was that he pierced my tongue with a normal long bar that most people get once pierced, however, my tongue was too small for this bar. instead of letting me go home with an extremely, uncomfortable long bar, Glen was completely transparent with me and told me what we could do to change it. he listed options for me but ultimately came to the best conclusion himself: switch the long bar to a shorter bar. this in fact became a longer process because i was drooling a lot and it became almost too slippery for him, however, Glen was patient and overcame this issue too. i believe Glen is an amazing piercer and especially an amazing communicator.

Negative experience: If I could leave zero stars I would, I walked into Enchanted Dragon Tattoo Shop excited to get a tattoo, but my experience was awful. The man at the front door standing with a blank stare was the manager or owner I'm assuming, he was incredibly rude. He completely ignored me at first, and when I asked about getting a tattoo, he told me they were booked. This was hard to believe, as I saw three artists just sitting around on their iPads, watching TV, and on their phones—one was even lying down! I felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable that I ended up leaving. Thankfully, I went to their sister location, Modern Art, where the experience was completely different. The artist, Korey Starr, greeted me right away and made me feel welcomed. He was kind, professional, and really listened to what I wanted, delivering an amazing tattoo. If you're looking for a tattoo, avoid Enchanted Dragon. Instead, go to Modern Art and ask for Korey Starr—he's fantastic! The "manager" at Enchanted Dragon should take serious notes from him. Thank you, Mr. Starr, and no thanks to the owner, whatever it is you do.

Fantastic experience: Jason does phenomenal work. Every dog I have had pass, I have an impression of their paw made. Jason takes the exact paw and colors in the color combo I wish. 10/10 Hector pierced my nostril for me. From booking all the way until I walked out of the shop, I received the best service. Positive experience: Some people may need to be cautious of the jewelry. My skin isn’t sensitive to much and I went in to grab industrial jewelry for a piercing I’ve had for a year and a half. Cleaned it and everything, but after a few hours the piercing site was swollen, oozing, and sensitive. Had to switch to an older piece and it’s still recovering almost a week later. Dropping $50 for jewelry I can’t use was unfortunate

Negative experience: Unprofessional, the girl piercer “jules” and i say girl because she acts juvenile, doesn't know what she’s doing. she pierced my areola instead of my nipple, and instead of admitting she made a mistake she just kept repeating that she did it right, even after her own coworker told me it was done wrong the day before. All i want is my money back. They offered another piercing free but i don't want them to come within 10 miles of me with another needle. She also said the owner would not come out to speak to me because he was “doing paperwork in the back” he probably wasn't even there. Anyone with a nipple can tell it wasn't done in the right area.

Fantastic experience: Went in today to get my dermal changed out. I had it for 3 years and have never been able to get it off. Hector was amazing and was able to get it off and change it out! I was really nervous but he made me feel super comfortable! My sister got her belly button pierced and she loves it. The placement was perfect! I would recommend Hector for sure and this will definitely be my go to spot when I need my dermal changed or a piercing!

I called to see if they had an openings for a fairly complex tattoo last minute and Jason was excellent. Jason moved around his schedule just to fit me in right away! In between clients. Fantastic experience: Went in last night to get my nipples pierced. I don’t normally go to this shop for my piercing needs but I’ve heard good things and I was in the general area. I enjoy the vibes of the place. The people were very nice and professional. The piercer was honestly wonderful and communicated everything he was doing as he did it, which made me feel comfortable with the experience. Love the results! I do have to be honest, I’m mostly posting a review cause the dude kyle (I think was his name, I’m not good with names) was very esthetically pleasing and I wish I had talked to him more. Negative experience: Got an allergy reaction for the first time in my life. I did lot of tattoos in different places, but never had that problem. It’s been 2 months they don’t react to my messages and don’t want to help. I need very expensive treatment 5 times of the price of the tattoo. Careless stuff and artists.

He explained things in an age-appropriate manner, asked her before touching her ears, and distracted her during the actual piercing. He was so sweet and clearly loves what he does. Fantastic experience: amazing customer service. they don’t take appointments, but we walked in and they got my nose done by abstract (super nice and very well experienced) in under 15 minutes. very cool on the inside and i felt very comfortable, when i got nervous he offered my water and we did some breath exercises. definitely will be back, thank you!

Fantastic experience: Took my 2 year old and brother in law with ASD in to Hector for their piercings. He is one of the most patient, genuine, caring people you will ever meet. Incredibly professional with both of their needs. No tears from either of them!

Negative experience: I was pierced by Hector a while back and he was totally rude. He snapped at me for looking at the placement for a lip piercing by moving my lip -- like what kind of piercer can't position a piercing properly enough that you can move your mouth and it will still be good? How are you supposed to assess the position if you can't move? He uses very low-quality jewelry and I had to immediately switch for something better. The price was way too high for bad jewelry installed by a rude piercer who should have been able to place the piercing without acting like a scoffing child. He also struggled to get the top ball on my jewelry, likely due to using such low-quality pieces. He harshly pulled my lip around by the jewelry for several minutes until he finally managed to get the top ball on. It was so painful and not at all how you would expect a "professional" piercer to handle jewelry installation. He manhandled me like a fish on a hook and wasn't the slightest bit apologetic. For piercers who use quality jewelry and actually know what they're doing, Fierce Body Piercing is infinitely better. I wish they had been in town when I paid Hector for his terrible service.

Fantastic experience: I got my 21 month old daughter ear pierced . It was a wonderful experience , walk in no appointment it took 10 mins and we were done . I would highly recommend this place , hector was amazing . We called before visiting enchanted dragon and were provided details on what to bring (ID and birth certificate) . Negative experience: Used improper earing for my tragus (Lshaped rather than the screw in) fell out with in a week. I really should have better educated myself on the type of jewelry that is usually used for thr tragus. Luckily I was able to get it back in but who knows if it will stay in. I was Aldo told initially that it would he 30 dollars however after the service was provided they told me 40. So that was alittle frustrating. They handed me generic pamphlet about care but didn't go over anything with me because he was talking to a girl and almost seemed annoyed by my presence.

Fantastic experience: Abstract pierced our 5 year olds ears and did an amazing job. He communicated every step with her and ensured she understood what he was going to do next. My kiddo is extremely shy and he was able to get her to look at him and do some breathing exercises to prepare. He asked for consent before doing anything and before proceeding with the next steps. Overall a fantastic experience.

Fantastic experience: I've gotten 11 piercings from Pharaoh Abstract over the past 4 years. Always a fantastic experience and I always highly recommend him for anyone. I first met him in October of 2019 while visiting a friend in Tucson. I have returned no matter what since. I live in Vegas now. My two front helix piercings were done by him in May of this year (2023) and I will return for a few more piercings from him. Not all piercers are the same.

Fantastic experience: 5 Stars! We wanted to get our daughters ears pierced for her 8th Birthday. She let us know she wanted to go to a “real piercer” and not to Claire’s ( no offense, great accessory spot, but they use the gun) We were greeted by Abstract, one of the tattoo artists. He was friendly, chill and professional. Abstract let us know we were about 3rd in line for piercings and invited us to play pool on their complimentary pool table or just hang out while we waited. He quoted us a 25 min wait, they got us back in about 10-15 min, killer. Upon going back to the piercing area, we were greeted by Hector, who proudly let us know he’s been Arizona’s top piercer for the last 12 years. He was great with our daughter Audrey and offered her a stick candy while he cleaned her ears and marked them. He was extremely kind and professional and also we really appreciated the way he operated regarding our daughter. He would let her know I’m going to put my hand on your ear now is that OK? We were really taken aback by the high class professionalism. She got her ears pierced and cried a little bit, but then bounced right back, and was really proud to look in the mirror as Hector handed it to her. I’m actually looking to get some more work done on my shoulder and will probably end up going back to them just based on her experience with our daughters piercing. Can’t recommend this place enough their pricing is right on, although Hector only takes cash, so have that ready before you go in. will return again and highly recommend. If you’re looking for a chill spot to have a group of professional artists, handle your piercing, and tattoo needs!

Fantastic experience: I just got my helix and tragus done by Raven and I was the best service I have ever had. I have 11 piercings and the 2 she did were by far the easiest, fastest, and most perfectly placed piercings. I love how she talked through the whole process, and was very thorough about the after care procedures. Also, extremely easy to talk to you which makes sitting through the whole process fun and not boring! The only con I have to say is that now I will have to travel from Idaho to Arizona to see my piercer. Worth it.

Fantastic experience: Been coming here for a year as of april 9 and i love it here. Kyle is a wonderful tattoo artist and is very helpful. Raven is a great peircer and i plan on getting all of my peircings done by her. Kelly is also great she was very helpful on the phone when i had some questions with tegaderm i bought after getting a couple of new tattoos. I would highly suggest coming here for tattoos and peircings.

Fantastic experience: Jason Tackett is the best! He has been tattooing me for over 10 years. This is the only artists for my daughter as well! Jason has a very steady hand. He listens to what you want, suggest ways make it work better. He can do either freehand or stencil depending on the tattoo. Look for him on Instagram!

Fantastic experience: Brought my daughter in to get her ears pierced by Raven. My daughter, though certain she was ready and wanted to get her ears pierced and believed she could handle it, turned out to be in for a bit more than she bargained for and the ordeal went less than smoothly. Raven, however, was the absolute picture of patience and professionalism! Even when being kicked and yelled at by my kid (I'm so sorry, Raven ‍♀️), Raven maintained a cool compassion and did everything possible to help me and my daughter get through it. I am very grateful for the way we were treated and, now that she's had some time to recover, my daughter absolutely LOVES her earrings.

Fantastic experience: Got a septum piercing here and it went great! Very clean, sanitized equipment and tools at every step, knowledgeable friendly staff, overall awesome experience. Abstract obviously knew what they were doing, showed great attention to detail, made sure everything was lined up perfectly, and gave a relatively painless piercing. 10/10

Fantastic experience: Best piercing experience I’ve ever had, I went in being unsure if I wanted a bridge or labret piercing. My piercer Abstract informed me about both and so we went with the labret. The environment was clean and friendly. They talked me through the entire piercing! Fantastic experience: We love Hector. This is the second time using him for piercing. 2 years ago he pierced my daughter's septum and today we went in for 3 of us to get pierced. He did a vertical labret on me, dimple piercings on my eldest daughter, and a nose piercing for my youngest daughter. All came out perfect. Fantastic experience: I went to get a daith piercing. I’d had many friends recommend one for my migraines. I had my tattoo done by Enchanted Dragon and thought they were a clean and professional place with friendly staff so I immediately thought of them. I went on a Saturday as a walk in without a lot of optimism, but they told me I could get one with only a short wait. I walked to the 7-11 for cash as their card machine was down due to the weather, and by the time I was back I was up! Abstract did my piercing and he was AWESOME. He explained everything about the process and helped decide which side to do the piercing on. After he explained proper treatment when I do get a headache, even throwing in some deep breathing and supplemental pressure point techniques. He is an asset to that place. The procedure was pretty painless and quick. I’d highly recommend Abstract if you want a piercing.

Fantastic experience: I got tattoo today from Enchanted Dragon. When I first walked in the dude in the lobby came off a lil rude since I asked for a walk in but Scott made up for it when he came out and greeted me with great customer service by asking what he could do for me. I showed him what I wanted and he assured me he could take care of me and did exactly that. I'll for sure be getting another tattoo from Scott as he made the experience you would want when spending your hard earned chee$e for what turned out to be a clean piece. Peace.

Fantastic experience: Of course every tattoo is special. So I have been looking for years to find the perfect artist to do my piece. When I saw my friend's tattoo on Facebook and thought "this guy could be it." And he was. He was fast, professional, clean, and friendly, all the things you want. It also helps that he's a great person who's easy to talk with. He duplicated my son's drawing on my arm perfectly and faithfully. The colors are a perfect match and every little detail is exactly right. I love the piece so much I want to cry with happiness every time I see it. So of course it's great when you find that person who can give you this gift, this beautiful thing you will carry with you for your lifetime. I’ve been to a good amount of shops around town and usually there’s a lot of attitudes and big egos when you go to tattoo shops. I highly recommend this place. The staff was really nice and informative on the procedure he was doing!
